一种按关键词展示新闻时的信息提示方法以及新闻展示***，所述方法包括：记录用户预设的关键词以及特定的新闻展示区域（S101）；根据关键词判断特定时间段内的新闻是否有更新（S102）；若无，则在所述特定的新闻展示区域标注无更新（S103）；若有，则将更新的新闻内容展示于所述新闻展示区域，并向用户推送专利信息（S104）。该方法通过用户定义关键词后，***记录用户定义的关键词，然后当有信息更新时将更新的相关新闻置于预设的展示区域，一方面能让用户便于查找其感兴趣的内容；另一方面也让用户能及时知道其更兴趣的内容，增强了用户的上网体验，同时，将用户体验到的产品特性与专利信息结合，使该发明创造的价值最大化。
Description
本发明属于互联网领域，尤其是涉及一种按关键词展示新闻时的信息提示方法和新闻展示***。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《根据关键词展示新闻信息的方法以及新闻展示***》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种按关键词展示新闻时的信息提示方法，目的在于便于跟踪某一特定关键词所对应的信息时，可以更加轻松和有效，同时能更好地保护技术创新者的利益。
本发明是这样实现的：一种按关键词展示新闻时的信息提示方法，包括以下步骤：
记录用户预设的关键词、更新时间段以及特定的新闻展示区域；
根据关键词判断所述更新时间段内的新闻是否有更新；
若无，则在所述特定的新闻展示区域标注无更新；
若有，则将更新的新闻内容展示于所述新闻展示区域，并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种新闻展示***，包括：
记录单元，用于记录用户预设的关键词、更新时间段以及特定的新闻展示区域；
搜索和判断单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于根据关键词判断所述更新时间段内的新闻是否有更新；
信息展示单元，其输入端与所述搜索和判断单元的输出端连接，用于在没有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，在特定的新闻展示区域标注无更新；而在有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，在特定的新闻展示取悦展示更新的新闻内容；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述搜索和判断单元的输出端连接，用于在有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，向用户推送专利信息提醒。

图1是发明实施例提供的一种按关键词展示新闻时的信息提示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中，记录用户预设的关键词、更新时间段以及特定的新闻展示区域。
所述关键词可以记录多个；
所述特定的新闻展示区域为抽象的模块，比如出于百度新闻页面下方的“自定义新闻展示区”；
所述更新的时间段可以设置为自当前时间起24小时更新或72小时内的更新，同时该将所设置的更新时间段之外的新闻在所述特定区域内删除或屏蔽；
同时，在本发明的实施例中还包括自动提醒功能，当出现关键词对应的更新时，***自动向用户推送提醒信息。
在步骤S102中，根据关键词判断所述更新时间段内的新闻是否有更新，如现在的网络爬虫，***在数据库中自动抓取限定的时间段内的新闻，并根据关键词判断是否存在相应的新闻。
若不存在，则进入步骤S103，在所述特定的新闻展示区域标注无更新；
若存在，则进入步骤S104，将更新的新闻内容展示于所述新闻展示区域，并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

专利信息推送单元24，其输入端与所述搜索和判断单元22的输出端连接，用于在有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，向用户推送专利信息提醒。
其工作原理是：记录单元21记录用户预设的关键词、更新时间段以及特定的新闻展示区域；搜索和判断单元22根据关键词判断所述更新时间段内的新闻是否有更新；信息展示单元23在没有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，在特定的新闻展示区域标注无更新；而在有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，在特定的新闻展示取悦展示更新的新闻内容，同时，专利信息推送单元24向用户推送专利信息提醒。。

- 一种按关键词展示新闻时的信息提示方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：记录用户预设的关键词、更新时间段以及特定的新闻展示区域；根据关键词判断所述更新时间段内的新闻是否有更新；若无，则在所述特定的新闻展示区域标注无更新；若有，则将更新的新闻内容展示于所述新闻展示区域，并向用户推送专利信息。
- 一种新闻展示***，其特征在于，所述新闻展示***包括：记录单元，用于记录用户预设的关键词、更新时间段以及特定的新闻展示区域；搜索和判断单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于根据关键词判断所述更新时间段内的新闻是否有更新；信息展示单元，其输入端与所述搜索和判断单元的输出端连接，用于在没有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，在特定的新闻展示区域标注无更新；而在有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，在特定的新闻展示取悦展示更新的新闻内容；专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述搜索和判断单元的输出端连接，用于在有与关键词相关的新闻更新时，向用户推送专利信息提醒。
