现有LTE***正在讨论引入基于LTE技术的车对外界的信息交换(Vehicle to X,简称“V2X”)***,其中移动终端由传统的终端,如手机或电脑,转变为行驶的车辆(vehicle)。汽车与普通终端的行为模式不大一样,即大部分汽车每天行驶的时间是有限的,汽车关闭与开启的频繁程度远超于传统终端,每次都需要采取传统的附着/去附着(ATTACH/DETACH)方式去对汽车类终端进行注册/去注册管理,例如:车主驾驶汽车去邮局、超市、商场等场所,做短暂停留,即需要汽车进行一次DETACH/ATTACH流程;或者,车主驾驶汽车送人去机场,做短暂停留,即需要汽车进行一次DETACH/ATTACH流程;又或者,车主驾驶汽车在路边等候另一搭乘人,短暂关闭车辆,即需要汽车进行一次DETACH/ATTACH流程。

应理解,移动终端关闭,或者可以说移动终端进入关闭模式,可以指移动终端关闭电源,例如,当该移动终端为汽车时,移动终端关闭,即可以指关闭汽车。
应理解,移动终端关闭时,会启动第一定时器,用于为该移动终端计时,该第一定时器可以由该移动终端维护。
在本发明实施例中,移动终端关闭时,移动终端不进行DETACH操作,而是保持在关闭前的注册状态,但是移动终端可以在关闭后可以断开与接入网设备之间的连接。
在现有技术中,当移动终端关闭后,移动终端会执行DETACH操作,移动终端与核心网设备会删除保存的附着时的相关上下文信息,而本发明实施例与现有技术的不同在于,移动终端关闭后,暂时不会执行DETACH的操作,也就是终端不会删除在附着(ATTACH)操作时的相关上下文信息,而是暂时保持该注册状态并启动第一定时器,因此,也可以称为该移动终端关闭后,属于暂时离线状态,仍然保持注册状态。
在本发明实施例中,第一定时器设置预设时间,定时器启动后,会在该移动终端重新开启后终止计时,若在定时器计时超过预设时间,也就是定时器超时之前移动终端始终没有重新开启,则直到定时器超时后,也停止该第一定时器。可选地,该第一定时器内设置的预设时间可以根据实际情况设置,具体地,可以由网络设备设置,并通过广播信令或其它方式通知该移动终端,例如,可以由核心网设备通过上一次的DETACH操作时的专用信息配置给移动终端,或者通过接入网设备向移动终端下发配置信息,通过该配置信息 设置该第一定时器的预设时间。
可选地,该第一定时器内的预设时间可以设置为一个,也可以根据实际情况设置多个,由用户根据实际情况进行选择,并可以通过信令或者其它方式通知网络设备具体定时器设置的数值。例如,该定时器内的预设时间可以有三个选择,如Value1-适用于短暂停留、Value2-适用于中等停留、Value3-适用于较长时间停留,也就是当该移动终端可以为汽车,在汽车车主停车关闭移动终端之前,可以先选择定时器中三个预设时间之一,具体地,车主可以根据此次停车的时间选择预设之间,如果停留时间较长,则可以选择定时器内的预设时间较短的Value3,如果只是短暂停留,则可以选择定时器内的预设时间较长的Value1,但本发明并不限于此。车主选择了本次使用定时器的预设时间后,汽车终端可以通过信令将选择结果发送至网络设备,以便于网络设备可以同时启动网络设备的定时器,使用相同的预设时间同步开始计时。
S120,移动终端向网络设备发送关闭指示信息,该关闭指示信息用于指示移动终端已关闭;
S130,网络设备接收到该关闭指示信息时,启动该网络设备的第二定时器,该第二定时器与移动终端的第一定时器在移动终端关闭后同步计时。
具体地,网络设备接收到关闭指示信息时,启动第二定时器,会仍然保持该移动终端在关闭前的注册状态,暂时不执行DETACH操作,这里的网络设备可以为接入网设备,也可以为核心网设备,也就是该第二定时器可以由接入网设备控制计时,也可以由核心网设备控制。
在本发明实施例中,当移动终端关闭后,可以通过专用信令告知网络设备该移动终端已经关闭。在现有技术中,当移动终端关闭后,也同样会通过专用信令告知网络设备该移动终端已经关闭,该网络设备确定该移动终端执行DETACH操作,核心网设备直接删除或由接入网设备指示核心网设备删除该移动终端在ATTACH时的相关上下文信息,即移动终端进入非注册状态;而在本发明实施例中,该网络设备在接收到该关闭指示信息,指示该移动终端已经关闭时,该网络设备不会默认该移动终端执行DETACH操作,即该网络设备暂时不执行DETACH操作,核心网设备会保持移动终端在关闭之前的注册状态,保留在网络设备中保存的ATTACH时的相关上下文信息。
在本发明实施例中,该网络设备设置第二定时器,该第二定时器与第一定时器同步计时,也就是该第一定时器与该第二定时器设置相同的预设时间,并同时开启。具体地,在移动终端中的第一定时器和网络设备中的第二定时器,可以通过网络设备统一配置,并下发给移动终端。可选地,该网络设备可以为接入网设备,也可以为核心网设备,可以为该移动终端中的第一定时器配置一个或多个预设时间,当设置为一个预设值时,该移动终端和该网络设备中的定时器均使用该预设时间设置定时器;当为移动终端配置了多个预设时间时,可以由用户选择每次第一定时器使用的预设时间,并通过信令或其它方式通知网络设备,以便于网络设备将第二定时器的预设时间设置为与第一定时器相同。
具体地,当网络设备配置一个预设时间,可以称为第一预设时间,该网络设备将第二定时器设置为该第一预设时间,并下发至移动终端,例如通过广播,或在ATTACH操作或DETACH操作中的专用信令向移动终端发送该第一预设时间,以便于该移动设备将第一定时器设置为该第一预设时间。
可选地,当网络设备配置了多个预设时间时,可以将该多个预设时间发送给移动终端,在移动终端关闭时,可以向网络设备发送关闭指示信息,该关闭指示信息可以用于指示该移动终端已经关闭,还可以指示该移动终端本次关闭启动第一定时器时,该第一定时器的选择的预设时间为该多个预设时间中的第二预设时间,则网络设备可以根据该关闭指示信息启动第二定时器,并将第二定时器的预设时间设置为与第一定时器相同的第二预设时间。可选地,终端还可以通过其它方式将该第二预设时间发送至网络设备,本发明并不限于此。
S140,在移动终端中的第一定时器没有超时时,移动终端重新开启,移动终端向网络设备发送开启指示信息,该开启指示信息用于指示该移动终端已重新开启。由于网络设备中的第二定时器与移动终端的第一定时器同步计时,因此网络设备接收到该开启指示信息时,第二定时器也没有超时;则在S150中,移动终端重新开启后,无需执行ATTACH操作,可以继续保持注册状态,也就是核心网设备和移动终端可以直接使用未删除的ATTACH操作时的相关上下文。
在本发明实施例中,移动终端关闭后,启动第一定时器,若该第一定时器没有超时,则在移动终端重新开启时,可以终止该第一定时器,即该第一 定时器停止计时,并且,由于移动终端在本次关闭至开启这段时间内,未执行DETACH操作,网络设备也没有执行DETACH操作,核心网设备为移动终端保留ATTACH操作时的相关上下文,因此,可以在移动终端重新开启时,无需再执行ATTACH操作。
同样地,在该网络设备中设置的第二定时器,该网络设备中的第二定时器与移动终端中的第一定时器同步,第一定时器未超时,则第二定时器也未超时,则移动终端在重新开启时,可以通过信令或其它方式通知该网络设备移动终端已经重新开启,以便于网络设备也可以关闭该第二定时器,使得核心网设备继续保持移动终端的注册状态。
S160,若直到第一定时器超时,该移动终端始终没有重新开启,则移动终端可以在该第一定时器超时时,执行DETACH操作,也就是删除ATTACH操作时保存的相关上下文信息,进入非注册状态。
同样地,S170中,由于网络设备与移动终端同步计时,因此,在移动终端超时仍未重新启动时,网络设备也会在第二定时器超时,仍没有接收到该移动终端发送的开启指示信息,则该网络设备也执行DETACH操作,其中,该开启指示信息用于指示该移动终端已重新开启。
具体地,当该网络设备为接入网设备时,接入网设备中的第二定时器超时时,仍未接收到移动终端发送的开启指示信息,该接入网执行DETACH操作,也就是该接入网设备可以向核心网设备发送DETACH指示信息,通过该DETACH指示信息指示核心网设备执行DETACH操作,核心网设备删除该移动终端在ATTACH操作时的相关上下文信息,使该移动终端进入非注册状态。可选地,若该网络设备为核心网设备时,核心网设备中的第二定时器超时时,仍未接收到移动终端发送的开启指示信息,该核心网设备执行DETACH操作,删除该移动终端在ATTACH操作时的相关上下文信息,使该移动终端进入非注册状态。
在本发明实施例中,移动终端与网络设备在定时器超时时,执行DETACH操作后,当移动终端再次重新开启后,会执行ATTACH操作,具体地,该ATTACH操作可以与现有技术一样,可以由移动终端向网络设备发送附着请求信息,执行ATTACH操作,使得该移动终端重新向核心网设备注册,进入注册状态,以便于该移动终端可以与网络设备进行数据传输。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行 顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本发明实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
因此,本发明实施例的控制移动终端去附着的方法,在移动终端关闭时,启动定时器,并暂时不执行DETACH操作,若移动终端在定时器未超时时重新开启,则无需执行ATTACH操作;若移动终端直到定时器超时也没有重新开启,则移动终端和网络设备会在定时器超时时执行DETACH操作,这样可以有效降低ATTACH/DETACH流程的信令开销,尤其是较为频繁进行ATTACH/DETACH操作的V2X等业务,还可以提升***效率,降低移动终端首次接入的时延。

发送单元210,用于在该移动终端关闭时,启动第一定时器并向网络设备发送关闭指示信息,该关闭指示信息用于指示该移动终端已关闭,以便于该网络设备开启第二定时器,该第二定时器与该第一定时器同步计时;
处理单元220,用于当该第一定时器超时时该移动终端仍没有重新开启时,执行去附着操作。
可选地,该发送单元210还用于:当该第一定时器未超时时该移动终端重新开启时,继续保持该移动终端关闭之前的注册状态,并向该网络设备发送开启指示信息,该开启指示信息用于指示该移动终端已重新开启,以便于该网络设备继续保持该移动终端的该注册状态。

应理解,在本发明实施例中,该处理器410可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”),该处理器410还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。 通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该存储器420可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器410提供指令和数据。存储器420的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。例如,存储器420还可以存储设备类型的信息。
该总线***440除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线***440。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器410中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器420,处理器410读取存储器420中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。

  1. 一种控制移动终端去附着的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动终端关闭时,启动第一定时器并向网络设备发送关闭指示信息,所述关闭指示信息用于指示所述移动终端已关闭,以便于所述网络设备开启第二定时器,所述第二定时器与所述第一定时器同步计时;
    当所述第一定时器超时时所述移动终端仍没有重新开启时,所述移动终端执行去附着操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:

  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述移动终端执行去附着操作后重新开启时,所述方法还包括:
    所述移动终端执行附着操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述移动终端接收所述网络设备发送的第一预设时间,所述第一预设时间为所述网络设备设置所述第二定时器的时间;
    所述移动终端将所述第一定时器的时间设置为所述第一预设时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述移动终端接收所述网络设备发送多个预设时间;
    所述移动终端将所述多个预设时间中的第二预设时间设置为所述第一定时器的时间;
    所述移动终端向所述网络设备发送所述第二预设时间,以便于所述网络设备将所述第二定时器的时间设置为所述第二预设时间。
  6. 一种控制移动终端去附着的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当网络设备接收到移动终端发送的关闭指示信息时,开启第二定时器,所述关闭指示信息用于指示所述移动终端已关闭,所述第二定时器与所述移动终端中的第一定时器同步计时,所述第一定时器在所述移动终端关闭时开 启;
    当所述网络设备在所述第二定时器超时时,仍未接收到所述移动终端发送的开启指示信息时,所述网络设备执行去附着操作,所述开启指示信息用于指示所述移动终端已重新开启。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述网络设备在所述第二定时器未超时时,接收到所述移动终端发送的所述开启指示信息时,所述网络设备继续保持所述移动终端在关闭之前的注册状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备将所述第二定时器的时间设置为第一预设时间;
    所述网络设备向所述移动终端发送所述第一预设时间,以便于所述移动终端将所述第一定时器的时间设置为所述第一预设时间。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备向所述移动终端发送多个预设时间;
    所述网络设备接收所述移动终端发送的所述多个预设时间中的第二预设时间,所述第二预设时间为所述移动终端设置所述第一定时器的时间;
    所述网络设备将所述第二定时器的时间设置为所述第二预设时间。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    发送单元,用于在所述移动终端关闭时,启动第一定时器并向网络设备发送关闭指示信息,所述关闭指示信息用于指示所述移动终端已关闭,以便于所述网络设备开启第二定时器,所述第二定时器与所述第一定时器同步计时;
    处理单元,用于当所述第一定时器超时时所述移动终端仍没有重新开启时,执行去附着操作。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述发送单元还用于:
    当所述第一定时器未超时时所述移动终端重新开启时,继续保持所述移动终端关闭之前的注册状态,并向所述网络设备发送开启指示信息,所述开启指示信息用于指示所述移动终端已重新开启,以便于所述网络设备继续保持所述移动终端的所述注册状态。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述移动 终端在执行去附着操作后重新开启时,所述处理单元还用于:
    执行附着操作。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括:
    接收单元,用于接收所述网络设备发送的第一预设时间,所述第一预设时间为所述网络设备设置所述第二定时器的时间;
    所述处理单元还用于:
    将所述第一定时器的时间设置为所述第一预设时间。
  14. 根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括:
    接收单元,用于接收所述网络设备发送多个预设时间;
    所述处理单元还用于:
    将所述多个预设时间中的第二预设时间设置为所述第一定时器的时间;
    所述发送单元还用于:
    向所述网络设备发送所述第二预设时间,以便于所述网络设备将所述第二定时器的时间设置为所述第二预设时间。
  15. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:接收单元和处理单元,
    所述处理单元用于:在所述接收单元接收到移动终端发送的关闭指示信息时,开启第二定时器,所述关闭指示信息用于指示所述移动终端已关闭,所述第二定时器与所述移动终端中的第一定时器同步计时,所述第一定时器在所述移动终端关闭时开启;
    所述处理单元还用于:当所述接收单元在所述第二定时器超时时,仍未接收到所述移动终端发送的开启指示信息时,执行去附着操作,所述开启指示信息用于指示所述移动终端已重新开启。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于:
    当所述接收单元在所述第二定时器未超时时,接收到所述移动终端发送的所述开启指示信息时,继续保持所述移动终端在关闭之前的注册状态。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于:
    将所述第二定时器的时间设置为第一预设时间;
    所述网络设备还包括:
    发送单元,用于向所述移动终端发送所述第一预设时间,以便于所述移动终端将所述第一定时器的时间设置为所述第一预设时间。
  18. 根据权利要求15或16所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备还包括:
    发送单元,用于向所述移动终端发送多个预设时间;
    所述接收单元还用于:
    接收所述移动终端发送的所述多个预设时间中的第二预设时间,所述第二预设时间为所述移动终端设置所述第一定时器的时间;
    所述处理单元还用于:
    将所述第二定时器的时间设置为所述第二预设时间。
