Description

Fasteners and wire harnesses for in-vehicle electric wires
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a binder and a wire harness for an in-vehicle electric wire.
Patent Document 1 describes a band clip. This band clip ties the wire harness. Specifically, the band clip includes a band portion, a securing portion insertion locking portion, and a vehicle attachment portion. The band portion has a band-like shape and is wound around the wire harness. The fastening portion insertion locking portion is provided at the base end of the band portion, and the band portion is penetrated from the distal end side and locked. When the band portion is inserted through the insertion locking portion, the band portion protrudes from the insertion locking portion on the tip end side. Thus, the band part (surplus part) which protruded from the penetration locking part can extend in the direction away from a wire harness. In this case, the surplus portion easily interferes (collisions) with other members, which can be an obstacle to work. Therefore, in the prior art, this surplus portion may be cut off.
For example, a worker attaches a wire harness to a harness plate, attaches a band clip, and then cuts an excess portion. At this time, a tool (jig) for cutting the surplus portion may interfere with the harness illustration, making the operation difficult.
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the binding tool for vehicle-mounted electric wires which an excessive part can not separate easily from an electric wire.
The binding for the in-vehicle electric wire is wound around the electric wire mounted on the vehicle. The tie includes a band, a head and a band loop. The band portion is formed in a band shape having a distal end and a proximal end. The head portion is provided at the proximal end and is penetrated by the band portion when the band portion is held in an annular shape. The band loop portion has a mounting portion and a first through hole. The attachment portion is attached to the band portion at a position closer to the distal end than the proximal end. When the band portion is held in an annular shape, the first through hole is penetrated by a portion of the band portion that is closer to the tip than the position that penetrates the head portion.
According to the binding for the in-vehicle electric wire, the surplus portion (the outer peripheral side band portion) does not easily separate from the electric wire.

First Embodiment
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are plan views schematically showing an example of the configuration of the binding 10. 1 and 2 show the closure 10 when viewed from opposite directions. FIG. 3 is a view schematically showing an example of the configuration of the binding 10 and the electric wire 90. As shown in FIG. Hereinafter, the binding tool 10 and the electric wire 90 are collectively referred to as a wire harness.
 <電線>
<Wire>
The wire 90 may be a single wire or a plurality of wires (wire bundle). In the example of FIG. 3, the configuration as viewed from the extending direction of the electric wire 90 is schematically shown by a circle for the cross section of the electric wire 90. The electric wire 90 is an electric wire (on-vehicle electric wire) used for a vehicle such as a car, and is wired in the vehicle. The electric wire 90 electrically connects a plurality of electronic devices mounted in the vehicle.
 <結束具>
<Tie>
In the illustration of FIGS. 1 to 3, the binding 10 is, for example, a synthetic resin binding band for wiring, and may be referred to as a binding with fastening or a clamp with a band. However, the material is not necessarily limited to the synthetic resin. The binding device 10 includes a fastening portion 1 and a binding base 3. The fastener portion 1 is fixed to the binding base 3. The binding base 3 is a member wound around the electric wire 90 as described in detail later. The binding portion 3 can be fixed to the wire 90 by winding the binding base 3 around the wire 90. When the electric wire 90 is a plurality of electric wires, the binding base 3 can bundle the plurality of electric wires. In this case, the binding base 3 binds a plurality of electric wires. The fastener portion 1 is a member for attaching the wire harness to a vehicle body. The fastener portion 1 penetrates, for example, a hole formed in the vehicle body and locks to an edge forming the hole. Thereby, the wire harness is fixed to the vehicle body.
<Cohesive base>
The binding base 3 includes a band 4, a head 5 and a band loop 6. The band 4 has a strip shape extending in the longitudinal direction (see FIGS. 1 and 2). Hereinafter, both ends of the band 4 in the longitudinal direction will be referred to as a tip 4a and a base 4b, respectively. The band portion 4 is elastically deformable, and can bend the band portion 4 at least in the direction perpendicular to the main surface of the band portion 4 (the direction perpendicular to the paper surface). On one main surface (the main surface on the side which appears in FIG. 1) of the band portion 4, a plurality of convex portions 41 are provided along the longitudinal direction. In other words, the recess 42 is formed between the plurality of projections 41.
The head portion 5 is a member which is penetrated from the tip 4 a by the band portion 4 and holds the band portion 4 in an annular shape, and is provided at the base end 4 b of the band portion 4. In the illustration of FIGS. 1 to 3 the head part 5 is also fixed to the fastener part 1. The fastener portion 1, the band portion 4 and the head portion 5 may be integrally formed of, for example, a synthetic resin. That is, one set of the fastener portion 1, the band portion 4 and the head portion 5 may be an integrally formed member.
The head portion 5 has a frame 52 and a locking portion 53. A through hole 51 passes through the frame 52. For example, the frame 52 is annularly formed to surround the through hole 51. Alternatively, the frame 52 may have a partially open annular shape (for example, a U-shape or a U-shape). The band 4 is passed through the through hole 51 from its tip 4a. By the band 4 passing through the through holes 51 in this manner, the band 4 exhibits an annular shape (see FIG. 3). In addition, in FIG. 3, in order to avoid the complication of drawing, the latching | locking part 53 is abbreviate | omitted. When the band 4 has an annular shape, the longitudinal direction of the band 4 is the circumferential direction of the annular, and the direction perpendicular to the main surface of the band 4 is the radial direction of the annular. The through hole 51 penetrates the frame 52 along the circumferential direction, and the band portion 4 penetrates the through hole 51 along the circumferential direction. The following description will be made by introducing the inner and outer circumferential sides of the ring.
The locking portion 53 is provided at a portion on the inner circumferential side of the frame 52 and protrudes toward the through hole 51 (to the outer circumferential side). In this case, the band 4 penetrates the frame 52 in a posture directed to the inner peripheral side of the convex portion 41. As a result, in the through hole 51, the locking portion 53 is fitted into the recess 42 of the band 4 and locked with at least one of the protrusions 41. The through hole 51 is wide enough to allow the band 4 to penetrate, but not wide enough to allow the band 4 to move largely in the radial direction. Therefore, the locking prevents the band 4 from coming off the head 5. Thereby, the band part 4 is hold | maintained cyclically.
As described above, in the state where the band portion 4 is held in an annular shape, the band portion 4 from the base end 4 b to the head portion 5 is hereinafter also referred to as an inner circumferential side band portion 43. The band 4 from the head 5 to the tip 4 a is also referred to as an outer peripheral band 44. The inner circumferential side band portion 43 is positioned on the inner circumferential side (the wire 90 side in FIG. 3) of the outer circumferential side band portion 44 at a circumferential position overlapping the outer circumferential side band portion 44 in the radial direction.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the band loop portion 6 is attached to the band portion 4 at the inner circumferential side band portion 43. Moreover, the band loop part 6 is penetrated by the outer peripheral side band part 44 in the state by which the band part 4 was hold | maintained cyclically (refer FIG. 3). The outer circumferential side band portion 44 is inserted into the band loop portion 6 from the tip 4 a along the winding direction D 1 of the band portion 4. The winding direction D1 is one direction in the circumferential direction, and is counterclockwise in the example of FIG.
FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing an example of the configuration of the band loop unit 6. In FIG. 4, the band loop part 6 seen along the circumferential direction is shown. FIG. 5 schematically shows a VV cross-sectional arrow view of FIG. In FIG. 5, the band portion 4 omitted in FIG. 4 is additionally shown. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the band loop portion 6 is attached to the band portion 4. Further, when the band loop portion 6 holds the band portion 4 in an annular shape, the band loop portion 6 is penetrated by a portion closer to the tip 4 a than the position of penetrating the head portion 5 in the band portion 4. Further, the band loop unit 6 inhibits the movement of the band unit 4 in the direction of coming out of the band loop unit 6. Specifically, for example, the band loop portion 6 has a main body portion 63 and a locking portion 65, and the locking portion 65 contributes to the inhibition of the movement as described later. The band loop portion 6 may be, for example, an integrally molded member of synthetic resin.
A through hole 61 and a through hole 62 are formed in the main body portion 63. The through holes 61 and 62 both penetrate the main body 63 along the circumferential direction (see also FIG. 3). In addition, in FIG. 3, in order to avoid the complication of drawing, the latching | locking part 65 is abbreviate | omitted. Further, the through holes 61 and 62 are formed adjacent to each other in the radial direction. The through hole 61 is located on the inner peripheral side of the through hole 62. The inner circumferential side band portion 43 penetrates the through hole 61 along the circumferential direction, and the outer circumferential side band portion 44 penetrates the through hole 62 along the circumferential direction.
In the example of FIG. 4, the through hole 61 is also opened to the inner peripheral side (upper side in the drawing). For example, the main body portion 63 includes an outer peripheral portion 631, a pair of inner peripheral portions 632, partition portions 633, and side surface portions 634 and 635. The side surface portions 634 and 635 face each other in the width direction of the band portion 4 and face each other via the through holes 61 on the inner peripheral side. The pair of inner peripheral portions 632 extend from the inner peripheral ends of the side surface portions 634 and 635 so as to approach each other. The pair of inner circumferential portions 632 face the partition portion 633 via the through holes 61 in the radial direction. The partition portion 633 is a portion that separates the through holes 61 and 62, and both ends in the width direction are connected to the side surface portions 634 and 635.
When the portion including the side surface portions 634 and 635 around the through hole 61 and the partition portion 633 is referred to as a connecting portion, the connecting portion can also be described as follows. That is, the connecting portion is connected to the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 and surrounds the band portion 4 (the inner circumferential side band portion 43) from the outer circumferential side. That is, the connecting portion connects the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 on the side opposite to the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 with respect to the band portion 4. In the example of FIG. 4, the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 are separated from each other, and the through hole 61 opens to the inner circumferential side between the pair of inner circumferential portions 632.
The band loop portion 6 is attached to the band portion 4 by the band portion 4 (inner circumferential side band portion 43) penetrating the through hole 61. At this time, the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 faces the both edge portions in the width direction of the band portion 4 in the radial direction and holds the band portion 4. Therefore, a portion including the inner circumferential portion 632 and the connecting portion (the side portions 634 and 635 and the dividing portion 633) functions as the attaching portion 66 of the band loop portion 6.
The side surface portions 634 and 635 face each other via the through holes 62 on the outer peripheral side of the partition portion 633. The outer peripheral portion 631 and the partition portion 633 face each other via the through hole 62 in the radial direction. Both ends in the width direction of the outer peripheral portion 631 are connected to the side surface portions 634 and 635, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 5, the locking portion 65 locks with at least one of the convex portions 41 of the outer peripheral side band portion 44 in the through hole 62. The locking of the locking portion 65 and the convex portion 41 prevents the outer peripheral side band portion 44 from coming off the band loop portion 6. That is, the locking inhibits the outer peripheral side band portion 44 from moving in the direction opposite to the winding direction D1 with respect to the band loop portion 6. On the other hand, the outer circumferential side band portion 44 is allowed to move relative to the band loop portion 6 along the winding direction D1.
In FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, the locking portion 65 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the through hole 62. Specifically, the locking portion 65 is provided in a portion of the partition portion 633 on the side of the through hole 62. This is because it is assumed that the band portion 4 is wound around the electric wire 90 with the convex portion 41 and the concave portion 42 directed to the inner peripheral side. Of course, the band portion 4 may be wound around the electric wire 90 with the convex portion 41 and the concave portion 42 directed to the outer peripheral side. In this case, the locking portion 65 is provided on the outer peripheral side in the through hole 62 and protrudes to the inner peripheral side. Hereinafter, the case where the locking portion 65 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the through hole 62 will be described.
The locking portion 65 is provided with a locking projection 651. The locking projection 651 protrudes outward. The locking projection 651 is swingable in the radial direction. For example, the locking portion 65 also includes a beam portion 652 that elastically deforms toward the inner peripheral portion 632 from the outer peripheral portion 631 side. The beam portion 652 extends in the circumferential direction and has a fixed end and a free end on both sides in the circumferential direction. The fixed end is fixed to the main body 63. The beam portion 652 can be bent radially at the free end side. The locking projection 651 is provided on the outer surface of the beam portion 652. By bending the beam portion 652 in the radial direction, the position of the locking projection 651 moves in the radial direction.
Referring to FIG. 5, the locking projection 651 includes side surfaces 65a and 65b. The side surfaces 65 a and 65 b are side surfaces on both sides in the circumferential direction of the locking projection 651. The side surface 65a is located upstream of the side surface 65b in the winding direction D1. That is, the side surface 65a is located on the proximal end 4b side with respect to the side surface 65b. As shown in FIG. 5, the inclination of the side surface 65a with respect to the circumferential direction is gentler than the inclination of the side surface 65b. For example, the side surface 65b is substantially orthogonal to the circumferential direction.
When the outer circumferential side band portion 44 is moved along the winding direction D1 with respect to the band loop portion 6, the convex portion 41 abuts on the side surface 65a. Since the inclination of the side surface 65a is gentle, the force that the locking projection 651 receives from the convex portion 41 by this movement tends to be directed to the inner circumferential side, and the locking projection 651 can be pushed to the inner circumferential side. Thus, the beam portion 652 bends and the locking projection 651 moves to the inner peripheral side. As a result, the convex portion 41 moves along the winding direction D1 while pushing up the locking projection 651 to the inner peripheral side. Thus, the outer circumferential side band portion 44 can move relative to the band loop portion 6 in the winding direction D1.
On the other hand, when attempting to move the outer peripheral side band portion 44 in the direction opposite to the winding direction D1 with respect to the band loop portion 6, the convex portion 41 abuts on the side surface 65b. Since the slope of the side surface 65 b is steep, the force received from the convex portion 41 is unlikely to be directed to the inner circumferential side, and the locking projection 651 is locked to the convex portion 41. Thereby, the movement of the outer peripheral side band portion 44 is inhibited. Therefore, the outer circumferential side band portion 44 can be inhibited from coming off the band loop portion 6.
As illustrated in FIG. 5, a plurality of (for example, two) locking projections 651 may be provided in the circumferential direction. The respective locking projections 651 fit into the respective recesses 42 of the outer peripheral side band portion 44. That is, the pitch of the locking projection 651 is substantially equal to the pitch of the recess 42 (pitch of the projection 41).
<Work procedure>
Next, the procedure for attaching the binding 10 to the wire 90 will be described. 6-8 is a figure which shows an example of a mode that the electric wire 90 is bound using the binding tool 10. FIG. The worker bends the band 4 so as to surround the electric wire 90 from the outer peripheral side, as illustrated in FIG. 6, and cuts the band 4 from the tip 4a to the head 5 (more specifically, the through hole 51). Pass through. Next, the band 4 is pulled so as to move the tip 4 a of the band 4 away from the head 5. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 7, the inner circumferential side band portion 43 is wound around the electric wire 90. Further, in the example of FIG. 7, the outer circumferential side band portion 44 extends from the head portion 5 in the tangential direction. That is, the outer peripheral side band portion 44 extends away from the electric wire 90. In this state, the outer circumferential band portion 44 easily interferes with other members provided in the vehicle.
Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the worker passes the tip 4a of the outer peripheral side band portion 44 through the band loop portion 6 (more specifically, the through hole 62). Thereby, the tip 4 a of the outer peripheral side band portion 44 can be held at a position close to the electric wire 90. However, in this state, the outer circumferential side band portion 44 can bulge to the outer circumferential side between the head portion 5 and the band loop portion 6. Such a bulge is not preferable because it increases the size of the wire harness. In this case, the worker moves the band loop portion 6 with respect to the inner circumferential side band portion 43 along the winding direction D1 to eliminate the swelling. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer circumferential side band portion 44 can be extended along the inner circumferential side band portion 43.
As mentioned above, since the outer peripheral side band part 44 is hold | maintained in the position close | similar to the electric wire 90, it can suppress that the outer peripheral side band part 44 interferes with another member. Further, the necessity of cutting the outer circumferential side band portion 44 can be reduced. When the outer peripheral side band portion 44 is not cut, the following situation can be avoided. That is, when the outer peripheral side band portion 44 is cut in a state where the electric wire 90 is placed on the harness drawing, a jig for the cutting may interfere with the harness drawing. This reduces the workability. In the case where the outer circumferential side band portion 44 is not cut off, such a situation does not occur, so that the workability is not reduced.
<Opening of Through Hole 61>
In the above-described example, the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 are separated from each other in the width direction of the band portion 4 (see also FIGS. 1 and 4). Further, the pair of inner peripheral portions 632 face both edges in the width direction of the band portion 4 from the inner peripheral side.
The band loop portion 6 may be elastically deformable so as to widen the distance between the pair of inner circumferential portions 632. According to this, the band loop portion 6 can be attached to the band portion 4 at a desired position while widening the distance between the pair of inner peripheral portions 632. As a result, the band portion 4 penetrates the through hole 61 in the circumferential direction (longitudinal direction).
Alternatively, the band portion 4 may be passed through the band loop portion 6 from the tip 4 a side thereof. Then, the band loop portion 6 may be moved to a desired position toward the proximal end 4 b with respect to the band portion 4.
Further, the through hole 61 does not necessarily have to be open on the inner peripheral side, and may be closed on the inner peripheral side. That is, the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 may be connected to each other. Even in this case, the band portion 4 can be passed through the through hole 61 of the band loop portion 6.
 <貫通孔61,62>
<Through holes 61, 62>
In the example of FIG. 5, the through holes 61 and 62 are radially separated from each other by a partition 633. However, the through holes 61 and 62 may communicate in the radial direction. That is, the partition portion 633 may be configured by a pair of partition portions 633 which are separated from each other in the width direction of the band portion 4.
 <係止部65>
<Locking portion 65>
In the above-mentioned example, the locking portion 65 is provided. However, the locking portion 65 is not essential. Even if the locking portion 65 is not provided, the band loop portion 6 can hold the outer peripheral side band portion 44 at a position close to the electric wire 90.
However, the provision of the locking portion 65 can prevent the outer circumferential side band portion 44 from coming off the band loop portion 6. Thereby, the outer peripheral side band part 44 can be hold | maintained more reliably.
<Fastening part>
Moreover, in the above-mentioned example, although the binder 10 is equipped with the fastener part 1, it is not necessary to provide the fastener part 1. FIG. As is apparent from the above description, the fastener portion 1 does not contribute to the retention of the outer peripheral band portion 44 to the electric wire 90.
Second Embodiment
In the first embodiment, in the state of FIG. 3, the band loop portion 6 does not easily move in the winding direction D1. This is because the band loop portion 6 inhibits movement in the winding direction D1 with respect to the outer peripheral side band portion 44 by the locking of the locking portion 65 and the convex portion 41. On the other hand, the band loop portion 6 is movable in the opposite direction. For example, the movement of the band loop portion 6 is permitted when the outer circumferential side band portion 44 bulges toward the outer circumferential side (see FIG. 8). Alternatively, the band loop portion 6 moves in the opposite direction with respect to the outer circumferential side band portion 44. In the latter case, as shown in FIG. 9, the portion of the outer circumferential side band portion 44 protruding from the band loop portion 6 is long, and the tip 4 a is separated from the electric wire 90.
Therefore, in the second embodiment, the movement of the band loop portion 6 in the direction opposite to the winding direction D1 is inhibited. The second embodiment mainly describes differences from the first embodiment. An example of the binding device 10 according to the second embodiment is the same as in FIGS. 1 to 3. However, the structure of the band loop unit 6 is different. 10 and 11 schematically show an example of the configuration of the band loop unit 6. As shown in FIG. In FIG. 10, the band loop part 6 seen along the circumferential direction is shown. FIG. 11 schematically shows the XI-XI cross section of FIG. In FIG. 11, the band 4 is also shown.
In the second embodiment, the band loop portion 6 further includes a locking portion 64. The locking portion 64 locks with at least one of the convex portions 41 of the inner circumferential side band portion 43 in the through hole 61. The locking portion 64 is located on the inner peripheral side of the locking portion 65 (the side farther from the outer circumferential portion 631 than the through hole 62). In the second embodiment, the through hole 61 is formed by the pair of inner peripheral portions 632, the connecting portions (the side portions 634 and 635 and the partition portion 633) and the locking portion 64.
The locking portion 64 allows the band loop portion 6 to move in the winding direction D1, and the movement in the opposite direction is blocked by locking with the convex portion 41. That is, although the band loop portion 6 can move in the winding direction D1 with respect to the inner circumferential side band portion 43, the movement in the opposite direction is inhibited. In other words, the locking direction of the locking portion 64 with respect to the inner circumferential side band portion 43 is opposite to the locking direction of the locking portion 65 with respect to the outer circumferential side band portion 44.
Here, as an example, the band portion 4 is bent so that the convex portion 41 and the concave portion 42 face the inner peripheral side. Therefore, the locking portion 64 is provided on the inner circumferential portion 632 in order to lock with the convex portion 41. The locking portion 64 is formed as a projection that protrudes from the inner circumferential portion 632 to the outer circumferential side. Further, the locking portion 64 can swing in the radial direction. For example, in FIG. 10, the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 is fixed to the side surface portions 634 and 635, respectively, and a gap is formed between the pair of inner circumferential portions 632. That is, the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 have a cantilever structure including a fixed end on the side surface portions 634 and 635 and a free end. Thus, the inner circumferential portion 632 is bent radially at its free end. The locking portion 64 is provided on the inner circumferential portion 632 at the free end side, and moves in the radial direction as the inner circumferential portion 632 bends.
Referring to FIG. 11, the locking portion 64 includes side surfaces 64a and 64b. The side surfaces 64 a and 64 b are side surfaces of both ends in the circumferential direction of the locking portion 64. The side surface 64a is located upstream of the side surface 64b in the winding direction D1. That is, the side surface 64a is located on the proximal end 4b side with respect to the side surface 64b. As shown in FIG. 11, the slope of the side surface 64 b with respect to the inner circumferential portion 632 is gentler than the slope of the side surface 64 a with respect to the inner circumferential portion 632. For example, the side surface 64 a is substantially orthogonal to the inner circumferential portion 632.
When the band loop portion 6 is moved in the winding direction D1 with respect to the inner circumferential side band portion 43, the side surface 64b abuts on the convex portion 41. Since the inclination of the side surface 64 b is gentle, the force that the locking portion 64 receives from the convex portion 41 by this movement tends to be directed to the inner circumferential side, and the locking portion 64 can be pushed to the inner circumferential side. Thereby, the locking portion 64 moves to the inner peripheral side, and the locking between the locking portion 64 and the convex portion 41 is released. Thus, the band loop portion 6 can move in the winding direction D1 with respect to the inner circumferential side band portion 43.
Therefore, also in the second embodiment, the swelling of the outer peripheral side band portion 44 shown in FIG. 8 can be eliminated by moving the band loop portion 6 in the winding direction D1. Thus, even if the band loop portion 6 is moved in the winding direction D1, the moving direction is the direction in which the band loop portion 6 and the outer peripheral side band portion 44 are locked. Therefore, such movement does not change the position at which the band loop portion 6 and the outer peripheral side band portion 44 are locked.
On the other hand, when the band loop portion 6 is moved relative to the inner circumferential side band portion 43 in the direction opposite to the winding direction D 1, the side surface 64 a abuts on the convex portion 41. Since the slope of the side surface 64 a is steep, the force received from the convex portion 41 is unlikely to be directed to the inner circumferential side, and the locking portion 64 is locked to the convex portion 41. Thereby, the movement of the band loop portion 6 in the opposite direction to the winding direction D1 is inhibited.
Therefore, it can suppress that the state shown in FIG. 3 changes to the state shown in FIG. 8 or FIG. That is, it is possible to suppress that the outer circumferential side band portion 44 bulges outward, or that the tip 4a is separated from the electric wire 90.
The locking portion 64 may be provided on both of the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 as illustrated in FIG. 10. Alternatively, the locking portion 64 may be provided on only one of the pair of inner circumferential portions 632. Further, as illustrated in FIG. 11, a plurality of (for example, two) locking portions 64 may be provided side by side in the longitudinal direction. Each locking portion 64 is fitted into each recess 42 of the inner circumferential band portion 43. That is, the pitch of the locking portion 64 is substantially equal to the pitch of the concave portion 42 (pitch of the convex portion 41).
<Opening of Through Hole 61>
In the illustration of FIG. 10, the pair of inner circumferential portions 632 are separated from each other. The through hole 61 is formed by the pair of inner peripheral portions 632, the connecting portion (the side portions 634 and 635 and the partition portion 633), and the locking portion 64, and the inner peripheral portion between the pair of inner peripheral portions 632 is formed. It is open to the side. Further, the band loop portion 6 may be elastically deformable so as to widen the distance between the pair of inner circumferential portions 632. According to this, as in the first embodiment, the band loop portion 6 can be attached to the band portion 4 at a desired position while widening the distance between the pair of inner circumferential portions 632.
In the second embodiment, when the band loop portion 6 is attached to the band portion 4, the movement of the band loop portion 6 to the proximal end 4 b side is inhibited by the locking between the locking portion 64 and the convex portion 41. Ru. That is, the band loop portion 6 can not be moved to the proximal end 4 b side unless the locking is released. Therefore, it is desirable that the band loop portion 6 be attached to the band portion 4 at a position close to the proximal end 4 b. That is, by attaching the band loop portion 6 at a position close to the base end 4b in advance, the movable range (the range from the band loop portion 6 to the tip 4a) can be set wide without releasing the locking. According to this, the adjustment of the position of the band loop portion 6 can be easily performed in a wide range.
On the other hand, the through hole 61 may be closed on the inner peripheral side. 12 and 13 schematically show an example of the configuration of the band loop unit 6. As shown in FIG. In FIG. 12, the band loop part 6 seen along the circumferential direction is shown. FIG. 13 schematically shows the XIII-XIII cross section of FIG. The band 4 is also shown in FIG.
Compared with FIG. 10 in the example of FIG. 12, the inner peripheral part 632 is connected with the side part 634, 635 in the both ends, and the through-hole 61 is closed also to the inner peripheral side. Further, in the example of FIG. 13, the locking portion 64 has the same configuration as the locking portion 65. However, the locking directions are opposite to each other.
Such a band loop portion 6 can be attached to the band portion 4 as follows, for example. For example, while releasing the locking by the locking portion 64, the band 4 is passed from the tip 4a to the through hole 61. And the band loop part 6 is moved to the base end 4b side with respect to the band part 4 to a desired position, maintaining cancellation | release of latching. Thereby, the band loop part 6 can be attached to the band part 4.
As described above, although the through hole 61 may be closed to the inner peripheral side, it is preferable that the through hole 61 is opened to the inner peripheral side in view of attaching the band loop portion 6 to the band portion 4 . This is because, as described above, the band loop portion 6 can be attached to the band portion 4 from between the pair of inner peripheral portions 632 without releasing the locking.
Each structure demonstrated by said each embodiment and each modification can be combined suitably, as long as there is no contradiction mutually.
