首先,需要说明的是,在本文中,箱体的壁分为内侧即内侧壁和外侧即外侧壁,所说的内侧(内侧壁)是指箱盖和箱体盖合后,所形成的内部空间直接接触的壁表面。相对应的箱体的壁的另一表面就是外侧(外侧壁),这与通常的理解是一致的。
同理,在本文中,箱盖也同样分为内侧即内侧壁和外侧即外侧壁,所说的内侧(内侧壁)是指箱盖和所述箱体盖合后,所形成的内部空间直接接触的箱盖的表面。相对应的箱盖的另一表面就是外侧(外侧壁),这与通常的理解是一致的。
本文中所说的“箱体的壁的内部”表示:所述“箱体的壁的内侧”与所述“箱体的壁的外侧”之间的部分;所述箱盖的内部表示:所述“箱盖的内侧”与所述“箱盖的外侧”之间的部分。制造所述箱盖和箱体所使用的材料一般可以为铝合金、HDPE、PP、聚氯乙烯或ABS树脂等。
如图1所示,该运输箱至少可以包括:箱体1、箱盖2、至少一个气囊3 及充放气接口5,气囊3可以固定在箱体1的壁的内侧和/或箱盖2内侧,充放气接口5可以设置在该箱体1的壁的外侧和/或该箱盖2的外侧,气囊3与该充放气接口5相连。通过该充放气接口5向气囊3中充气,在运输过程中可以起到保护货物的作用。
需要说明的是,图1只是本申请提供的运输箱的结构示意图,虽然图1中出现了气囊3及充放气接口5的数量及位置,但并不表示本申请的技术方案中就存在相应数量、位置的气囊3及充放气接口5,图1只能表示本申请的技术方案中存在气囊3和充放气接口5,图中显示的气囊3和充放气接口5的具体数量、位置不能成为对本申请技术方案的限定。
其中,箱盖2与箱体1可以采用分离式结构,也可以采用连接式结构,具体的,箱盖2和箱体1可以为活动连接,如图1、2所示,可以采用铰链7连接,当然也可以选用其他连接方式来连接箱盖2和箱体1,能够达到使箱体1和箱盖2连接,可以闭合和开启,方便装载和取出货物的作用即可。
在实际应用过程中,该运输箱中可以固定一个气囊3,也可以固定多个气囊3,在只有一个气囊3的情况下,该气囊3可以固定在箱盖2内侧或者箱体1的壁的内侧,例如箱体1底面的内侧,该气囊3可以与充放气接口5直接相连。该充放气接口5可以设置在箱体1的壁的外侧和/或所述箱盖2的外侧。其中,充放气接口5的个数和位置可以根据实际情况选择,在此不做具体限定,优选设置两个充放气接口5,以保证在其中一个充放气接口5发生故障时,运输箱仍可正常使用。
在该运输箱包括两个及以上的气囊3的情况下,每个气囊3可以分别与充放气接口5直接连接,气囊3的个数与充放气接口5的个数相同,当然其中每个气囊3也可以与两个充放气接口5相连,以保证在其中一个充放气接口5不能使用时,仍然可以使用另一个充放气接口5对气囊3进行充放气。
在本申请的一种优选实施方式中,如图1所示,运输箱还可以包括导管4,在此情况下:
当只有一个气囊3时,该气囊3可以通过导管4连接至充放气接口5,该充放气接口5可以设置在箱体1的壁的外侧和/或箱盖2的外侧。其中,充放 气接口5的个数和位置可以根据实际情况选择,在此不做具体限定,优选设置两个充放气接口5,以保证在其中一个充放气接口5发生故障时,运输箱仍可正常使用。
当有两个以上气囊3时,气囊3还可以通过导管4以串联的连接方式连通,且其中的至少一个气囊3可以通过导管4与至少一个充放气接口5相连,例如,可以是一个气囊3通过导管4与一个充放气接口5相连,或者可以是一个气囊3通过导管4与两个充放气接口5相连,还可以是两个气囊3分别通过导管4与两个充放气接口5相连等方式,以实现对气囊3进行充放气。
全部或部分气囊3还可以通过导管4和/或导管连接部件6以并联的连接方式分别与至少一个充放气接口5相连,在实际应用时,导管4可以通过导管连接部件6连接,其中,导管连接部件6可以为三通、四通以及多通等连接管件,具体采用哪种导管连接部件6,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况确定,在此不做具体限定。
例如,在运输箱中包括四个气囊3的情况下,其中两个气囊通过导管4连通、另外两个气囊也通过导管4连通,然后通过一个三通连接至充放气接口5;也可以采用其中三个气囊3通过导管4和四通并联连接,该四通再通过导管4与至少一个充放气接口5相连,另外一个气囊3通过导管4与该至少一个充放气接口5相连的方式,这都是合理的。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,气囊3可以通过卡扣、胶粘等方式固定在箱体1的壁的内侧和/或箱盖2的内侧。上述充放气接口5可以采用现有技术中的各种可以实现充放气作用的接口,例如,快插接口等。需要说明的是,该充放气接口5可以是能够充气也可以放气的一体式的充放气接口,也可以是包括一个充气接口和一个放气接口的分离式的充放气接口,举例而言,在运输箱包括一个气囊3的情况下,该气囊3可以通过导管4与一个充气接口和一个放气接口相连,实际应用时,可以通过充气接口向该气囊3内充气,通过放气接口排出该气囊3内的气体。
上述气囊3可以采用橡胶气囊、塑料气囊等,在此不做具体限定。采用橡胶等有弹性的气囊3,在放气时气囊3会因弹性形变产生的力自动向外排气,提高放气的速度;采用无弹性的气囊3时,在放气时可以使用排气泵等设备 辅助排气,以使气囊3贴合在箱体1的壁上,方便运输箱内货物的取出和继续装载其他需要运输的货物。气囊3的形状可以根据实际情况选择,能够达到保护货物的目的即可。
进一步需要说明的是,上述导管4及导管连接部件6可以埋藏在所述箱体1的壁和/或所述箱盖2的内部,这样可以保护导管4和导管连接部件6不受损害,不妨碍正常的装载或者取出货物,同时,达到使运输箱外观更加美观和方便运输的作用。当然,上述导管4及导管连接部件6也可以设置在箱体1的壁的内侧或者外侧,和/或箱盖2的内侧或者外侧,这都是合理的。
在本申请中,为了保证运输过程中货物不会从该运输箱中掉落,可以在该运输箱上设置锁扣8,箱盖2和箱体1盖合后可以将两者锁紧,保证在运输过程中该运输箱不会因晃动等情况意外开启。锁扣8的数量可以根据运输箱的大小、所装载的货物重量等因素确定,如图1或2所示,在只有一个锁扣8的情况下,该锁扣8优选设置在图1或2中所示的位置。在有多个锁扣8的情况下,所述多个锁扣8优选设置在箱盖2与箱体1盖合时相接触的,除活动链接一侧的另外三侧的中央,每个锁扣8之间的距离相同,这样该锁扣8能平均分担受力,保证该运输箱的安全。
如果运输箱的箱体1和箱盖2是分离的,可以在箱体1和箱盖2盖合后相接触的四周都设置锁扣8,以保证货物的安全。对于上述锁扣8的选择,本领域技术人员可以根据实际使用情况采用现有的锁扣,例如可以采用现有箱包上使用的锁扣,也可以采用专利CN204531790U等所公开的锁扣,在此不做具体限定。
由于在装载货物时,一般需要先将货物放置在该运输箱内,盖上箱盖2后对气囊3进行充气,所以该运输箱的箱体1上可以设置排气孔,该排气孔贯穿箱体1的壁,在对气囊3进行充气时,箱体1内的空气可以通过排气孔排出箱体1外,进一步的,为了防止发生意外情况时运输箱进水等造成货物损坏或污染,可以将排气孔设置成单向排气口,即空气只能从箱体1内排出,水等其他物质无法从外界进入箱体1内部。该排气孔的数量可以根据实际需要确定,在此不做限定。
为了避免充放气接口5不能正常放气时,运输箱无法正常工作的情况的 发生,可以在该运输箱上设置手动排气阀门9,实际应用时,该手动排气阀门9可以与导管4、气囊3或者导管连接部件6相连,开启该手动排气阀门9时可以将气囊3中的气体放出。
由于气囊3一般具有一定的最高压力承受极限,超过该极限时,可能对货物造成挤压,气囊3甚至可能发生***,导致货物或者运输箱损坏。为了避免类似事故的发生,可以在该运输箱中设置限压阀门来控制气囊3的充气量,该限压阀门可以与导管4、气囊3或者导管连接部件6相连接,也可以与上述手动排气阀门采用一体式结构,实际应用时,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况选择,这样可以在起到保护货物作用的同时避免发生危险。
需要说明的是,所说的手动排气阀门、限压阀门均可以采用现有技术中相关的技术方案来实现,本申请在此不进行限定。
下面结合具体的应用实例,对本申请所提供的一种运输箱进行更加详细的介绍:
如图1和图2所示,该运输箱可以包括:箱体1、箱盖2、气囊3、导管4及充放气接口5、导管连接部件6等。
从图1及图2中可以看出,该运输箱中固定有六个气囊3,该六个气囊3分别固定在箱体1的壁的内侧和箱盖2内侧,各气囊3之间通过导管4连接,其中六个气囊3通过导管4和导管连接部件6以串联的方式连通,导管连接部件6通过导管4与充放气接口5相连,该充放气接口5设置在箱体1的壁的外侧,另外,在箱体1底面的壁的外侧设置另一个充放气接口5(图中未示出),六个气囊3以上述方式连接至该充放气接口5,两个充放气接口5可以同时使用,提高充气和放气的速度。另外,由于两个充放气接口5位置不同,实际应用时,可以根据实际情况选择便于充放气操作的位置的充放气接口5来使用,同时,在其中一个充放气接口5发生故障时,可以保证运输箱仍能够正常使用。箱体1和箱盖2通过铰链7连接,在箱体1和箱盖2上设置锁扣8,保证箱盖2与箱体1盖合后可以锁紧。需要说明的是,图1和图2中所示的运输箱的箱盖2上固定的气囊3为一个气囊,只是形状与另外五个气囊不同。
可见,本申请实施例提供的运输箱,由于在箱体的壁的内侧或/和箱盖的内侧上固定了至少一个气囊;并可以通过设置在箱体的壁的外侧和/或箱盖的外侧的充放气接口对气囊进行充放气,因此,在运输货物时,可以通过对气囊充气将货物固定,避免运输箱受到碰撞或摩擦而受损,由于运输箱及其内部的气囊等部件可以重复利用,减少了不可再生资源的使用,因此,大大减少了资源的浪费。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本申请的保护范围。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均包含在本申请的保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种运输箱,其特征在于,包括:箱体、箱盖、至少一个气囊及充放气接口;
    所述至少一个气囊固定在箱体的壁的内侧和/或箱盖内侧;
    所述充放气接口设置在所述箱体的壁的外侧和/或所述箱盖的外侧;
    所述气囊与所述充放气接口相连。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的运输箱,其特征在于,在所述运输箱包括一个气囊的情况下,所述气囊与所述充放气接口直接相连。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的运输箱,其特征在于,在所述运输箱包括两个及以上的气囊的情况下,所述运输箱还包括导管,各气囊之间通过导管连接,且至少一个气囊与充放气接口相连。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述气囊通过导管与充放气接口相连。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的运输箱,其特征在于,在所述运输箱包括至少两个以上的气囊的情况下,所述运输箱还包括导管,各气囊分别通过导管与充放气接口相连。
  6. 如权利要求3-5中任一所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述导管埋藏在所述箱体的壁和/或所述箱盖的内部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述箱盖和箱体活动连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述箱盖和箱体通过铰链连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述运输箱包括六个气囊,所述六个气囊设置在箱盖和箱体五个面的内侧。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述充放气接口设置在箱体侧面的壁的外侧、箱体底面的壁的外侧或者箱盖的壁的外侧。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述运输箱还包括:在 箱盖与箱体盖合后用于将两者锁紧的至少一个锁扣。
  12. 如权利要求3-5中任一所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述运输箱还包括:手动排气阀门,所述手动排气阀门与导管或者气囊相连接。
  13. 如权利要求3-5中任一所述的运输箱,其特征在于,所述运输箱还包括:限压阀门,所述限压阀门与导管或者气囊相连接。
