先ず、工程aについて説明する。
工程aは、下記の反応式に示すように、一般式(II)で表されるアニリン誘導体と、一般式(III)で表されるカルボン酸誘導体と、を塩基の存在下、反応させることにより、一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を得る工程である。
これらの中でも、上記の反応に使用される塩基としては、トリエチルアミン、トリ-n-ブチルアミン、4-ジメチルアミノピリジン等の有機塩類を、特に好適に使用することができる。
不活性溶媒としては、本反応の進行を著しく阻害しないものであれば、特に制限されない。不活性溶媒としては、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン等の芳香族炭化水素類;ジクロロメタン、クロロホルム、四塩化炭素等のハロゲン化炭化水素類;ジエチルエーテル、ジオキサン、テトラヒドロフラン、1,2-ジメトキシエタン等の鎖状又は環状エーテル類;酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル等のエステル類;メタノール、エタノール等のアルコール類;アセトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、シクロヘキサノン等のケトン類;N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、1,3-ジメチル-2-イミダゾリジノン、N-メチル-2-ピロリドン等のアミド類;アセトニトリル等のニトリル類;ジメチルスルホキシドなどが挙げられる。これらの溶媒は、単独で又は2種以上を混合して使用することができる。
これらの中でも、不活性溶媒としては、ベンゼン、トルエン、及びキシレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を、特に好適に使用することができる。
工程aに使用される塩基、不活性溶媒の種類とその使用量、反応温度、反応時間等の上記で説明した反応条件は、互いに任意に組合せることができ、それぞれのまた全ての組み合わせは、その態様のそれぞれのまたは全ての組み合わせが個々にそして明白に記載されているものとして、本明細書に開示されているものとする。
工程bは、下記の反応式に示すように、一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を加水分解することにより、一般式(I)で表される芳香族アミド誘導体を得る工程である。工程bでは、一般式(I)で表される芳香族アミド誘導体と共に、一般式(V)で表されるカルボン酸化合物を得ることができる。
加水分解において使用される酸としては、塩化水素、臭化水素、ヨウ化水素、硫酸、硝酸等が挙げられ、好ましくは塩化水素、硫酸である。
加水分解において使用される塩基としては、水酸化リチウム、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム等の水酸化アルカリ金属類;炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム等の炭酸塩基類;ナトリウムメトキシド、ナトリウムエトキシド等のアルカリ金属アルコラート類;トリエチルアミン、4-ジメチルアミノピリジン、ピリジン等の有機塩基類などが挙げられる。これらの中でも、塩基としては、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、及び4-ジメチルアミノピリジン、からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を、特に好適に使用することができる。

これらの中でも、不活性溶媒としては、テトラヒドロフラン、メタノール、1,3-ジメチル-2-イミダゾリジノン、トルエン、及びキシレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を、特に好適に使用することができる。
工程bに使用される酸、塩基、不活性溶媒の種類とその使用量、反応温度、反応時間等の上記で説明した反応条件は、互いに任意に組合せることができ、それぞれのまた全ての組み合わせは、その態様のそれぞれのまたは全ての組み合わせが個々にそして明白に記載されているものとして、本明細書に開示されているものとする。
工程cは、下記の反応式に示すように、一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を加水分解する際に、一般式(I)で表される芳香族アミド誘導体と共に得られた一般式(V)で表されるカルボン酸化合物を、ハロゲン化又はエステル化することにより、一般式(IIIa)で表されるカルボン酸誘導体再生化合物を得る工程である。
ハロゲン化剤の使用量としては、例えば、一般式(V)で表されるカルボン酸化合物の使用量に対して、0.2倍モル当量~10倍モル当量の範囲であり、好ましくは0.5倍モル当量~2倍モル当量の範囲である。ハロゲン化剤は、上記の範囲内で適宜選択して使用すればよい。
酸触媒の使用量としては、例えば、一般式(V)で表されるカルボン酸化合物の使用量に対して、0.01倍モル当量~10倍モル当量の範囲であり、好ましくは0.2倍モル当量~2倍モル当量の範囲である。酸触媒は、上記の範囲内で適宜選択して使用すればよい。

工程dは、工程cで得られた一般式(IIIa)で表されるカルボン酸誘導体再生化合物と、一般式(II)で表されるアニリン誘導体と、を塩基の存在下、反応させることにより、一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を得る工程である。
工程dでは、一般式(IIIa)で表されるカルボン酸誘導体再生化合物を、一般式(III)で表されるカルボン酸誘導体に代えて、或いは、一般式(III)で表されるカルボン酸誘導体と共に使用して、工程aと同様に、塩基の存在下、一般式(II)で表されるアニリン誘導体と反応させて、一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を得る。
工程eは、工程dで得られた一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を加水分解することにより、工程bと同様に、一般式(I)で表される芳香族アミド誘導体を得る工程である。
一般式(V)で表されるカルボン酸化合物は、工程bの場合と同様に、加水分解に酸を用いた場合には、反応終了後、ろ過により単離し、加水分解に塩基を用いた場合には、水相を酸析し、ろ過により単離すればよい。単離したカルボン酸化合物は、場合により、再結晶、カラムクロマトグラフィー等の操作を行い、精製してもよい。
工程aから工程eのそれぞれの工程は、上記で説明した反応条件の範囲で互いに任意に組合せることができ、それぞれのまた全ての組み合わせは、その態様のそれぞれのまたは全ての組み合わせが個々にそして明白に記載されているものとして、本明細書に開示されているものとする。
なお、以下に示す例示化合物において、「Me」はメチル基を、「Et」はエチル基を、「Pr」はプロピル基を、「H」は水素原子を、「F」はフッ素原子を、「Cl」は塩素原子を、「Br」は臭素原子を、「I」はヨウ素原子を、「CF3」はトリフルオロメチル基を、それぞれ示す。
なお、以下に示す例示化合物において、「Me」はメチル基を、「Et」はエチル基を、「Pr」はプロピル基を、「H」は水素原子を、「F」はフッ素原子を、「Cl」は塩素原子を、「Br」は臭素原子を、「I」はヨウ素原子を、「CF3」はトリフルオロメチル基を、それぞれ示す。
実施例において、1H-NMRの化学シフト値は、テトラメチルシランから低磁場にppmで示され、「s」は一重項を意味し、「d」は二重項を意味し、「t」は三重項を意味し、「m」は多重項を意味し、かつ、「brs」は幅の広い一重項を意味する。
なお、特に断りのない限り、「部」及び「%」は質量基準である。
N-[2-フルオロ-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-123)の合成
2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリン1.00g、トリエチルアミン0.89g、N、N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン0.03g、及び2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライド1.57gを、1,3-ジメチル-2-イミダゾリジノン4.00gに加えて、室温で1時間撹拌した。得られた反応液を酢酸エチルで抽出して、飽和食塩水で洗浄した後、有機相を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥させた。硫酸マグネシウムを濾別した後、溶液を濃縮して、シリカゲルクロマトグラフィーで精製することにより、目的とするイミド体化合物(化合物番号:1-123)2.20g(単離収率:97%)を白色固体として得た。

反応溶媒を4.00gの1,3-ジメチル-2-イミダゾリジノンの代わりに、3.00gのトルエンに変更し、反応条件を、室温で1時間攪拌する代わりに、90℃で4時間攪拌する、に変更した以外は、参考例1と同様に操作することにより、目的とするイミド体化合物(化合物番号:1-123)2.16g(単離収率:95%)を白色固体として得た。
N-[2-フルオロ-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-2-ヨード-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-124)の合成
4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-2-ヨード-6-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリン3.79g、トリエチルアミン2.80g、N、N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン0.06g、及び2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライド5.3gを、トルエン7.6gに加えて、90℃で2時間撹拌した。得られた反応液を室温に冷却後、水を加えて析出した結晶を濾過し、トルエン及び水で順次洗浄することにより、目的とするイミド体化合物(化合物番号:1-124)5.87g(単離収率:73%)を淡黄色固体として得た。

2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリンを4-(ノナフルオロ-sec-ブチル)-2,6-ジブロモアニリンに変更し、2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライドを2-フルオロ-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイルクロライドに変更した以外は、参考例1と同様の合成法にて目的とするイミド体化合物(化合物番号:1-168)を合成した。
得られたイミド体化合物の1H-NMRの化学シフト値を以下に示す。

2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-123)の合成
参考例1にて得られたN-[2-フルオロ-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-123)5.0g、及びN,N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン0.07gを、トルエン28.3gに加え、80℃にて10分撹拌した。得られた反応液に、炭酸ナトリウム6%水溶液10gを加え、80℃にて5時間撹拌した。得られた反応液をHPLCで分析したところ、目的とする芳香族アミド誘導体(化合物番号:2-123)が収率98.8%で得られたことが確認された。
2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-123)の合成
実施例1において、「得られた反応液に、炭酸ナトリウム6%水溶液10gを加え、80℃にて5時間撹拌した」操作を、「得られた反応液に、水酸化ナトリウム2%水溶液10gを加え、80℃にて5時間撹拌した」操作に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様の操作を行った。
得られた反応液をHPLCで分析したところ、目的とする芳香族アミド誘導体(化合物番号:2-123)が収率99.7%で得られたことが確認された。
2-フルオロ-3-(4-フルオロ-N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ヨード-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-128)の合成
参考例5にて得られたN-[2-フルオロ-3-[4-フルオロベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[4-フルオロベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-2-ヨード-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-128)45g、N,N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン0.28g、及び炭酸カリウム10%水溶液74gを、トルエン90.0gに加え、80℃にて8時間撹拌した。得られた反応液を50℃まで冷却した後、分液を行った。得られた有機相に1%塩酸16.3g及び塩化ナトリウム3.2gを加え、50℃にて分液を行った。得られた有機相について、減圧下、溶媒を一部留去(トルエン37g)した後、氷浴条件下、晶析を行った。得られた固体をトルエン11gで洗浄し、50℃にて減圧乾燥することにより、目的とする芳香族アミド誘導体(化合物番号:2-128)を単離収率94%で得た。
2-フルオロ-3-(4-フルオロ-N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ヨード-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-128)の合成
2-フルオロ-3-(4-フルオロ-N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイックアシッド35.0g及びジメチルホルムアミド0.44gをトルエン105gに加え、80℃まで昇温し、次いで、塩化チオニル17.32gを30分かけて滴下した後、1時間撹拌した。得られた反応液を50℃まで冷却した後、減圧下、溶媒を一部留去し、2-フルオロ-3-(4-フルオロ-N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライドのトルエン溶液53.98gを調製した。
2-ヨード-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリン23.7g、及びN,N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン0.32gを、トルエン47.4gに加えた後、20℃にて、上記で調製した2-フルオロ-3-(4-フルオロ-N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライドのトルエン溶液を更に加え、撹拌した。得られた反応液を80℃まで昇温し、次いで、トリエチルアミン16.0gを30分かけて滴下した後、95℃にて3時間撹拌した。得られた反応液を40℃まで冷却し、次いで、水79.86gを加えた後、30℃にて30分撹拌した。得られた反応液を0℃まで冷却した後、1時間撹拌した。析出した固体を濾過し、トルエン20.0g及び水39.9gで順次洗浄し、50℃にて減圧乾燥することにより、N-[2-フルオロ-3-[4-フルオロベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[4-フルオロベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-2-ヨード-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-128)48.4gを得た。
上記参考例12にて得られたN-[2-フルオロ-3-[4-フルオロベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[4-フルオロベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-2-ヨード-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-128)45g、N,N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン0.28g、及び炭酸カリウム10%水溶液74gを、トルエン90.0gに加え、80℃にて8時間撹拌した。得られた反応液を50℃まで冷却した後、分液を行った。得られた有機相に1%塩酸16.3g及び塩化ナトリウム3.2gを加え、50℃にて分液を行った。得られた有機相について、減圧下、溶媒を一部留去(トルエン37g)した後、氷浴条件下、晶析を行った。得られた固体をトルエン11gで洗浄し、50℃にて減圧乾燥することにより、目的とする芳香族アミド誘導体(化合物番号:2-128)30.2gをトータル収率86%で得た。
2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-123)の合成
2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリン40.0g、N,N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン1.17g、及びトリエチルアミン29.0gを、トルエン40.0gに加えた後、95℃まで昇温した。得られた反応液に、2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイル クロライドの33.5%トルエン溶液を30分かけて滴下した後、95℃にて4時間撹拌した。得られた反応液に、10%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液を100g加えた後、85℃にて3時間撹拌した。得られた反応液について、85℃にて熱時分液を行った後、得られた有機相に10%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液40gを加え、80℃にて1時間撹拌した。得られた反応液について、再度、80℃にて熱時分液した後、得られた有機相に水40gを加え、80℃にて分液した。得られた有機相を室温まで冷却した後、氷浴下で4時間撹拌した。析出した固体を濾過した後、60℃にて減圧乾燥することにより、目的とする芳香族アミド誘導体(化合物番号:2-123)58.12gをHPLC収率93%で得た。
N-(2,4-ビス(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)-2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-246)の合成
参考例9にて得られたN-[2-フルオロ-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[2,4-ビス(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-246)を用い、実施例2に記載の手法を用いて、目的とする芳香族アミド誘導体(化合物番号:2-246)を得た。
得られた芳香族アミド誘導体の1H-NMRの化学シフト値を以下に示す。
N-(4-ブロモ-2-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)-2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-240)の合成
参考例10にて得られたN-[2-フルオロ-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]ベンゾイル]-3-[ベンゾイル(メチル)アミノ]-N-[4-ブロモ-2-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-フルオロベンズアミド(化合物番号:1-240)を用い、実施例2に記載の手法を用いて、目的とする芳香族アミド誘導体(化合物番号:2-240)を得た。
得られた芳香族アミド誘導体の1H-NMRの化学シフト値を以下に示す。
2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-123)の合成
2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイックアシッド529.5g及びジメチルホルムアミド27.5gをトルエン772gに加え、40℃まで昇温した。次いで、減圧条件下にて塩化チオニル237.0gおよびトルエン237.0gの混合溶液を2時間かけて加えた後、トルエン50gを更に加え、4時間撹拌した。解圧後、25℃まで冷却、2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライドのトルエン溶液1678.5gを調製した。
2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリン327.0g、及びN,N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン9.5g、トリエチルアミン233.5gを、トルエン163.5gに加えた後、95℃にて、上記で調製した2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライドのトルエン溶液1641.5gを加えた後、トルエン163.5gを更に加え、5時間撹拌しイミド化を実施した。その後、反応溶液を85℃まで冷却し、10%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液817.5gを加え、4時間撹拌し加水分解を実施した。その後、85℃で熱時分液を実施し、有機相Aおよび水相Aを得た。得られた有機相Aに10%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液328.0gを更に加え、80℃にて1時間撹拌した後、分液を実施、有機相Bおよび水相Bを得た。得られた有機相Bに水330gを加え、80℃にて30分撹拌した後、分液を実施、有機相Cを得た。
得られた有機相Cの反応液を12時間かけて0℃まで冷却し、析出した固体を濾過した後、トルエン327.5gで洗浄し、50℃にて減圧乾燥することにより、2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-123)389.0gを純度99.3wt%、収率75.9%、で得た。
上記により得られた水相Aおよび水相Bの混合液 (2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイックアシッド ナトリウム塩水溶液16.8%)1707.5gを10%塩酸766.5gに70℃で1時間かけ加えた後、1時間撹拌した。その後、30℃まで冷却し、1時間撹拌した。析出した固体(2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイックアシッド)を濾過し、得られた固体を水860gで洗浄、60℃にて減圧乾燥することにより、回収2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイックアシッドを293.5g、純度95.6wt%、収率98.0%で得た。
上記により得られた回収2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイックアシッド200g及びジメチルホルムアミド10.2gをトルエン300gに加え、40℃まで昇温した。次いで、減圧条件下にて塩化チオニル101.9gおよびトルエン100gの混合溶液を加え、その後3時間撹拌した。解圧後、20℃まで冷却し、回収2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライドのトルエン溶液608.2gを調製した。
2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロパン-2-イル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリン40.0g、N,N-ジメチル-4-アミノピリジン1.15g、及びトリエチルアミン28.6gを、トルエン20.0gに加えた後、85℃にて、上記で調製した回収2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)ベンゾイルクロライドのトルエン溶液196.1gを加えた後、更にトルエン20.0gを加え、4時間撹拌しイミド化を実施した。
次いで、10%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液99.8gを加えた後、3時間撹拌し加水分解を実施した。その後、80℃にて熱時分液を行い、有機相A’および水相A’を得た。得られた有機相A’に10%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液39.9gを更に加え、1時間撹拌し加水分解を実施した。その後、分液を実施、有機相B’および水相B’を得た。得られた有機相B’に水40gを加え、80℃にて30分撹拌した後、分液を実施、有機相C’を得た。得られた有機相C’を0℃まで12時間かけて冷却し、析出した固体をろ過し、トルエン40.0gで洗浄し、60℃にて減圧乾燥することにより、2-フルオロ-3-(N-メチルベンズアミド)-N-(2-ブロモ-4-(ヘプタフルオロイソプロピル)-6-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル)ベンズアミド(化合物番号:2-123)55.8gを純度99.0wt%、収率89.7%、で得た。

ハロゲン原子、C1-C4アルキル基、C1-C4ハロアルキル基、C1-C4アルコキシ基、C1-C4ハロアルコキシ基、C1-C4アルキルチオ基、C1-C4ハロアルキルチオ基、C1-C4アルキルアミノ基、ジC1-C4アルキルアミノ基、シアノ基、及びニトロ基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~4個の置換基で置換されている複素環基を表す、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の芳香族アミド誘導体の製造方法。 - 一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるR2は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、C1-C4アルコキシ基、C1-C4アルキルアミノ基、ジC1-C4アルキルアミノ基、シアノ基、又はニトロ基を表し、
一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるR4は、水素原子、C1-C4アルキル基、又はC1-C4ハロアルキル基を表す、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の芳香族アミド誘導体の製造方法。 - 一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるR2は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、又はC1-C4アルコキシ基を表し、
一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるR3は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、又はシアノ基を表し、
一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるQは、ジC1-C4アルキルアミノカルボニル基;
フェニル基;
複素環基;
ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、及びC1-C4ハロアルキル基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~5個の置換基で置換されているフェニル基;又は
ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、及びC1-C4ハロアルキル基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~4個の置換基で置換されている複素環基を表す、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の芳香族アミド誘導体の製造方法。 - 一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるR2は、水素原子又はハロゲン原子を表し、
一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるR4は、水素原子又はC1-C4アルキル基を表し、
一般式(I)、(III)及び(IV)におけるQは、フェニル基;
ピリジル基;
ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、及びニトロ基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~5個の置換基で置換されているフェニル基;又は
ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、及びC1-C4ハロアルキル基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~4個の置換基で置換されているピリジル基を表す、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の芳香族アミド誘導体の製造方法。 - 更に、以下の工程c、工程d、及び工程eを含む、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の芳香族アミド誘導体の製造方法。
工程c)工程bにおいて、一般式(I)で表される芳香族アミド誘導体と共に得られる一般式(V):
(式中、R2は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、C1-C4アルコキシ基、C1-C4アルキルアミノ基、ジC1-C4アルキルアミノ基、シアノ基、又はニトロ基を表し、
R3は、水素原子又はハロゲン原子を表し、
R4は、水素原子、C1-C4アルキル基、又はC1-C4ハロアルキル基を表し、
Qは、ジC1-C4アルキルアミノカルボニル基;
フェニル基;
複素環基;
ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、及びC1-C4ハロアルキル基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~5個の置換基で置換されているフェニル基;又は
ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、及びC1-C4ハロアルキル基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~4個の置換基で置換されている複素環基を表し、
前記複素環基が、ピリジル基、N-オキシドピリジル基、ピリミジル基、ピリダジル基、ピラジル基、フリル基、チエニル基、オキサゾリル基、イソキサゾリル基、オキサジアゾリル基、チアゾリル基、イソチアゾリル基、イミダゾリル基、トリアゾリル基、ピロリル基、ピラゾリル基、又はテトラゾリル基である。)で表されるカルボン酸化合物を得た後、前記カルボン酸化合物をハロゲン化又はエステル化することにより、一般式(IIIa):
(式中、R2、R3、R4、X3、及びQは、一般式(III)におけるR2、R3、R4、X3、及びQと同様である。)で表されるカルボン酸誘導体再生化合物を得る。
工程d)工程cで得られたカルボン酸誘導体再生化合物と、一般式(II)で表されるアニリン誘導体と、を塩基の存在下、反応させることにより、一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を得る。
工程e)工程dで得られた一般式(IV)で表されるイミド体化合物を加水分解することにより、一般式(I)で表される芳香族アミド誘導体を得る。 - 一般式(V)におけるR2は、水素原子又はハロゲン原子を表し、
R4は、水素原子又はC1-C4アルキル基を表し、
Qは、ジC1-C4アルキルアミノカルボニル基;
フェニル基;
ピリジル基;
ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、及びニトロ基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~5個の置換基で置換されているフェニル基;又は
ハロゲン原子及びC1-C4ハロアルキル基からなる群より選ばれる同一若しくは異なった1~4個の置換基で置換されているピリジル基を表す、請求項7に記載の芳香族アミド誘導体の製造方法。
