[0039] 本实施例以上下箱体吊装为例来说明本锁紧装置的锁紧原来。 锁紧装置的第一 锁体可安装在下箱体的上端, 第二锁体安装在上箱体的下端。 即固定座 5固定在 下箱体上, 锁母片 6安装在上箱体上, 并且锁母片 6与锁杆对应设置, 锁母片 6水 平设置。 吊装吋, 先将把手 1向上旋转到竖直位置, 把手 1带动转轮 2转动, 转轮 2的卡接部 21顶着连接件 3向上运动, 最终使得锁杆 4向上伸到极限位置; 再将搬 运下箱体, 使得锁杆 4的自由端***锁孔 61的大孔中, 到锁杆 4的凹槽与小孔平 行吋, 移动下箱体, 将锁杆 4卡入锁孔 4的小孔中, 此吋下箱体已悬挂在上箱体 的下端, 最后将把手 1向下旋转至水平位置, 也是把手 1的锁定极限位置, 同样 , 转轮 2的卡接部 21把件连件 3向下顶, 使得锁杆 4向下移动, 相对的, 下箱体向 上移动, 最终将下箱体吊装在上箱体的下端。 此吊装过程, 只需一个人操作人 员即可完成, 下箱体能够悬挂在上箱体上, 不需要其他人拖着下箱体再进行上 锁。 并且, 限位槽孔和避让槽孔的设置, 把手 1只能在水平位置和向上的竖直位 置之间的 90°范围内转动, 即锁紧装置在锁定吋把手 1处于水平位置并向下转动被 限制, 使得锁定吋把手 1能够用于攀爬。 因此本实施例提供的锁紧装置能够由单 人完成上锁, 锁紧效率高, 并且可用于搬运和攀爬。
