显示模组及其制造方法

技术领域
本发明涉及显示器领域,尤其涉及一种显示模组及其制造方法。
背景技术
传统背光模组或显示模组的结构非常复杂。如图1所示,背光模组包括:前框、显示面板、光学部材、塑胶中框、金属背板、PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板)盖子等。其中,光学部材可以包括LGP(Light Guide Plate,导光片)和反射片。上述的每个部件需要人工一件一件的组装到一起,比如前框和背板都需要螺丝锁到一起。
因此,传统背光模组或显示模组的缺点是模组的组件特别多,供应链及管控费劲;模组物料太多,制造加工成本昂贵;物料太多,基本靠人工组装,费时,人工和材料成本高。
发明内容
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是,如何减少显示模组的组装物料,提供一种方便组装的显示模组及其制造方法。
解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示模组的制造方法,包括:
在后盖的容纳腔体内铺设反射片,所述后盖包括由底板和侧板组成的所述容纳腔体;
在所述反射片的上方设置背光光源,并将所述背光光源固定于所述侧板的内表面;
在所述反射片的上方且位于所述背光光源的侧方的位置铺设导光板,并将所述导光板与所述侧板连接;
在所述导光板的上方铺设光学膜片,并将所述光学膜片与所述侧板连接;以及
在所述光学膜片的上方设置显示面板,并将所述显示面板与所述侧板固定连接。
对于上述方法,在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述反射片上方设置背光光源,包括:
将所述背光光源设置于所述侧板与所述底板之间的凹腔部内,所述侧板的内表面设有朝向所述容纳腔体的内部突出的突起部,所述突起部与所述底板之间形成有所述凹腔部。
对于上述方法,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述侧板的位置相对的两个内表面设有所述突起部。
对于上述方法,在一种可能的实现方式中,将所述导光板与所述侧板连接,包括:
将所述导光板的至少一侧卡接在所述凹腔部内。
对于上述方法,在一种可能的实现方式中,将所述光学膜片与所述侧板连接,包括:
将所述光学膜片套接在所述突起部上的膜片挂耳上,并使得所述光学膜片的下表面与所述导光板的上表面接触。
对于上述方法,在一种可能的实现方式中,将所述显示面板与所述侧板 固定连接,包括:
将所述显示面板粘贴在所述侧板的内表面和所述突起部的上表面。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种显示模组,包括:
后盖,其包括由底板和侧板组成的容纳腔体;
反射片,其位于所述后盖的上表面;
背光光源,其位于所述反射片的上方并与所述侧板连接;
导光板,其位于所述反射片和所述背光光源的上方并与所述侧板连接;
光学膜片,其位于所述导光板的上方并与所述侧板连接;
显示面板,其位于所述光学膜片的上方与所述侧板固定连接;
其中,所述反射片、所述背光光源、所述导光板和所述光学膜片位于所述容纳腔体内。
对于上述显示模组,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述侧板的内表面设有朝向所述容纳腔体的内部突出的突起部,所述突起部与所述底板之间形成有凹腔部,所述背光光源与所述导光板设置于所述凹腔部内。
对于上述显示模组,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述侧板的位置相对的两个内表面设有所述突起部。
对于上述显示模组,在一种可能的实现方式中,在靠近所述凹腔部的所述底板上设置有用来容纳所述背光光源的电连接端子的凹槽。
对于上述显示模组,在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述突起部上设置多个膜片挂耳,所述光学膜片套接在所述膜片挂耳上,所述光学膜片的下表面与所述导光板的上表面接触。
对于上述显示模组,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述显示面板粘贴在所述侧板的内表面和所述突起部的上表面。
有益效果
通过本发明,可以将传统电视等的显示模组的背板、塑胶中框、前框替 换为后盖,无需前框和中框,直接通过后盖就能够将显示模组各层的组装为一体,可以大幅度减少模组或显示模组的关键物料,有利于减轻显示模组的重量,缩减供应链,而且可以节省较多的材料成本;多个关键物料合为一体的后盖,使得成本更低;该简化设计的后盖结构,可以节省较多的组装工人力,节省工时,而且还可以消除物料之间的匹配性不良,使组装精度更高、整个生产的良品率得到大大提高。

实施例1
图2示出根据本发明一实施例的显示模组的制造方法的流程图。如图2所示,并参见图3a至图9,该显示模组的制造方法主要可以包括以下步骤:
步骤201、在后盖1的容纳腔体11内铺设反射片71。如图3a至图7所示,所述后盖1包括由底板2和侧板3组成的所述容纳腔体11。
具体地,底板2的上表面可以贴附反射片71,反射片71的大小可以根据出光区域的大小来设定。优选地,后盖1由可塑性材料形成。在本实施例中,后盖1可以由铸铝或铸镁形成,其具有强度大、重量轻的有益效果。然而,本发明的后盖1的材料不限于此,本发明的后盖1的材料可以包括但不限于铝 合金、铸铝、铸镁等金属材料,也包括但不限于可塑性树脂等高分子材料。在本实施例中,后盖1的各个组成部分可以采用一体成型工艺一体制成。其中,一体成型工艺根据材料的不同,可以选择包括但不限于冲压、模压、一体铸造、注塑、热压等加工工艺。
当然,本发明的后盖1也可以根据设计的不同采用分体制造,各个部件例如底板2、侧板3、突起部4等可以根据需要采用包括但不限于粘结、焊接、铆接、榫接等方式连接。
步骤202、在所述反射片71的上方设置背光光源6,并将所述背光光源固定于所述侧板3的内表面。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图5,可以将所述背光光源6设置于所述侧板3与所述底板2之间的凹腔部5内,所述侧板3的内表面设有朝向所述容纳腔体11的内部突出的突起部4,所述突起部4与所述底板2之间形成有所述凹腔部5。优选地,可以在侧板2的位置相对的两个内表面设置突起部4,这样在安装导光板7时,可以利用导光板7的可弯曲性能,将导光板7插设到突起部4之下的凹腔部5内,以固定导光板7。当然,也可以在侧板的三个或四个内表面设置所述突起部,这种情况下,最好将侧板的一个面设置为可拆卸结构,以方便组装。
在本发明实施例中,背光光源6优选采用LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)制成的灯条。本领域技术人员可以理解,所述背光光源6包括但不限于扁平荧光灯、灯泡、LED制成的灯条、冷阴极荧光管制成的线状光源、条状的EL(electroluminescent,电致发光器件)、OELD(Organic Electroluminescent Diodes,有机电致发光器件)等。任何能够作为背光模组的背光光源的照明设备,都可以适用在本发明中。本发明的背光光源6还可以由上述光源的多种组合构成。
步骤203、在所述反射片71的上方且位于所述背光光源6的侧方的位置铺 设导光板7,并将所述导光板7与所述侧板3连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图5,可以将所述导光板7的至少一侧卡接在所述凹腔部5内。
在本实施例中,在后盖1的示例为矩形结构,矩形后盖有四个侧板3和一个底板2,在其中一个侧板3与底板2形成的凹腔部5内可以容纳背光光源6,如图5所示,背光光源6和导光板7可以在同一侧。此外,以容纳背光光源6的一侧为入光侧,也可以在与入光侧相对侧的侧板与底板形成的凹腔部5内,固定导光板7。该凹腔部5对导光板7具有按压和藏压的作用,可以将导光板7的至少一侧卡接在所述凹腔部5内,以防止导光板7翘起。
虽然在本实施例中,背光光源6设置在后盖1的四个侧板之一与底板形成的凹腔部5内,但是本领域技术人员可以理解,背光光源6也可以设置在后盖1的四个侧板之中的两个、三个或全部侧板与底板形成的凹腔部5内。根据应用的需要,背光光源6可以占满后盖1的一个侧板与底板形成的凹腔部5,也可以占满后盖1的多个侧板与底板形成的凹腔部5,也可以只占后盖1的一个或多个侧板与底板形成的凹腔部5的一部分。
步骤204、在所述导光板7的上方铺设光学膜片13,并将所述光学膜片13与所述侧板3连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图6,可以将所述光学膜片13套接在所述突起部上的膜片挂耳10上,并使得所述光学膜片13的下表面与所述导光板7的上表面接触。
如图6所示,在突起部4上可以设置多个膜片挂耳10,用来定位和固定光学膜片13,以使得位于所述导光板上方的光学膜片13能够套接在所述膜片挂耳10上。例如,可以在突起部4上开槽,并在槽中设置凸起的膜片挂耳10。槽的深度可以根据光学膜片13的厚度来决定,优选为在将光学膜片13套接在膜片挂耳10上时,能够使得光学膜片13刚好贴附在导光板7的上表面。图6 中的膜片挂耳10结构仅是一种示例,也可以不在突起部4上开槽,而是在突起部4的第二台阶侧面42上设置突出的膜片挂耳10,或者采用别的结构来实现光学膜片13与突起部4的连接。
步骤205、在所述光学膜片13的上方设置显示面板12,并将所述显示面板12与所述侧板3固定连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图3a至图5,可以将所述显示面板12粘贴在所述侧板3的内表面和所述突起部4的上表面。具体而言,可以在侧板3的内表面和突起部4的上表面涂覆粘合剂,将显示面板覆盖在光学膜片13的上方,通过粘合剂将显示面板12粘贴在侧板2的内表面与突起部的上表面上,使得显示面板12与背光模组的侧板3固定连接。
更优选的,为了更好地支撑显示面板12以及防止灰尘进入,如图3a和图3b所示,侧板2的未设置所述突起部4的内表面可以形成有台阶结构,台阶结构的上表面与所述突起部的上表面处于同一平面,这样,侧板2的内表面、台阶结构的上表面与突起部的上表面可以起到对显示面板12进行定位和限位的作用。在组装时,可以在侧板2的内表面、台阶结构的上表面与突起部的上表面涂覆粘合剂,将显示面板覆盖在光学膜片13的上方,并且,通过粘合剂将显示面板粘贴在侧板2的内表面、台阶结构的上表面与突起部的上表面上,使得显示面板与背光模组的侧板3固定连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,侧板2的上表面可以为曲面,这样从显示面板的边缘到侧板2可以实现平滑过度。
在一种可能的实现方式中,侧板2的上表面也可以为平面。这样,如图4至图6所示,侧板3上相当于具有三级台阶结构,其中,第一台阶正面31位于侧板3的上表面,第一台阶侧面32位于侧板3上部的内表面,第二台阶正面41与突起部4的上表面共面(突起部4的上表面可以看作是第二台阶正面41的一部分),第二台阶侧面42则从第二台阶正面41垂直向下的延伸到底面或者突 起部的下表面,底面则相当于第三台阶正面。这种情况下,可以将显示面板粘贴在第一台阶侧面32以及第二台阶正面41上。
本实施例的显示模组的制造方法,可以将传统电视等的显示模组的背板、塑胶中框、前框替换为后盖,无需前框和中框,直接通过后盖就能够将显示模组各层的组装为一体,可以大幅度减少模组或显示模组的关键物料,有利于减轻显示模组的重量,缩减供应链,而且可以节省较多的材料成本;多个关键物料合为一体的后盖,使得成本更低;该简化设计的后盖结构,可以节省较多的组装工人力,节省工时,而且还可以消除物料之间的匹配性不良,使组装精度更高、整个生产的良品率得到大大提高。
实施例2
图3a和图3b示出根据本发明一实施例的显示模组的放大结构示意图。如图3a和图3b所示,该显示模组主要可以包括:后盖1,其包括由底板2和侧板3组成的容纳腔体11;反射片71,其位于所述后盖1的上表面;背光光源6,其位于所述反射片71的上方并与所述侧板3连接;导光板7,其位于所述反射片71和所述背光光源6的上方并与所述侧板3连接;光学膜片13,其位于所述导光板7的上方并与所述侧板3连接;显示面板12,其位于所述光学膜片13的上方与所述侧板3固定连接;其中,所述反射片、所述背光光源6、所述导光板7和所述光学膜片13位于所述容纳腔体内。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图3a至图5,所述侧板3的内表面设有朝向所述容纳腔体11的内部突出的突起部4,所述突起部4与所述底板2之间形成有凹腔部5,所述背光光源6与所述导光板7设置于所述凹腔部5内。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图8,在靠近所述凹腔部5的所述底板2上设置有用来容纳所述背光光源6的电连接端子的凹槽8。如图8所示,在靠近入光侧的凹腔部5的底板2上,可以设置有用来容纳背光光源6的电连接端子9的凹槽8,凹槽8的数量可以为一个或者多个,可以将所有端子均放置在 一个凹槽内,也可以为多个端子分别设置凹槽。该电连接端子9可以连接外部电源(图中未示出),为背光光源6供电。此外,背光光源6的电源走线(图中未示出)通常很薄,在本实施例中,大约为0.1mm,该电源走线可以贴附在后盖1的内表面上。这样整个背光模组或显示模组的电源布线更美观、更安全。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图6,在所述突起部4上设置多个膜片挂耳10,所述光学膜片13套接在所述膜片挂耳10上,所述光学膜片13的下表面与所述导光板7的上表面接触。膜片挂耳10具体设置方式,可以参见图6以及上一实施例的相关描述。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图3a至图5,所述显示面板12粘贴在所述侧板3的内表面和所述突起部4的上表面。具体可以参见上述实施例的相关描述以及图3a和图3b。
本实施例的显示模组可以将传统电视等的显示模组的背板、塑胶中框、前框替换为后盖,无需前框和中框,直接通过后盖就能够将显示模组各层的组装为一体,可以大幅度减少模组或显示模组的关键物料,有利于减轻显示模组的重量,缩减供应链,而且可以节省较多的材料成本;多个关键物料合为一体的后盖,使得成本更低;该简化设计的后盖结构,可以节省较多的组装工人力,节省工时,而且还可以消除物料之间的匹配性不良,使组装精度更高、整个生产的良品率得到大大提高。此外,通过在底板上设置凹槽,可以使得显示模组的结构更为紧凑,有利于组装得到更轻更薄的显示模组。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种显示模组的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在后盖的容纳腔体内铺设反射片,所述后盖包括由底板和侧板组成的所述容纳腔体;
    在所述反射片的上方设置背光光源,并将所述背光光源固定于所述侧板的内表面;
    在所述反射片的上方且位于所述背光光源的侧方的位置铺设导光板,并将所述导光板与所述侧板连接;
    在所述导光板的上方铺设光学膜片,并将所述光学膜片与所述侧板连接;以及
    在所述光学膜片的上方设置显示面板,并将所述显示面板与所述侧板固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述反射片上方设置背光光源,包括:
    将所述背光光源设置于所述侧板与所述底板之间的凹腔部内,所述侧板的内表面设有朝向所述容纳腔体的内部突出的突起部,所述突起部与所述底板之间形成有所述凹腔部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述侧板的位置相对的两个内表面设有所述突起部。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述导光板与所述侧板连接,包括:
    将所述导光板的至少一侧卡接在所述凹腔部内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述光学膜片与所述侧板连接,包括:
    将所述光学膜片套接在所述突起部上的膜片挂耳上,并使得所述光学膜片的下表面与所述导光板的上表面接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述显示面板与所述侧板固定连接,包括:
    将所述显示面板粘贴在所述侧板的内表面和所述突起部的上表面。
  7. 一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括:
    后盖,其包括由底板和侧板组成的容纳腔体;
    反射片,其位于所述后盖的上表面;
    背光光源,其位于所述反射片的上方并与所述侧板连接;
    导光板,其位于所述反射片和所述背光光源的上方并与所述侧板连接;
    光学膜片,其位于所述导光板的上方并与所述侧板连接;
    显示面板,其位于所述光学膜片的上方与所述侧板固定连接;
    其中,所述反射片、所述背光光源、所述导光板和所述光学膜片位于所述容纳腔体内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述侧板的内表面设有朝向所述容纳腔体的内部突出的突起部,所述突起部与所述底板之间形成有凹腔部,所述背光光源与所述导光板设置于所述凹腔部内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述侧板的位置相对的两个内表面设有所述突起部。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的显示模组,其特征在于,在靠近所述凹腔部的所述底板上设置有用来容纳所述背光光源的电连接端子的凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的显示模组,其特征在于,在所述突起部上设置多个膜片挂耳,所述光学膜片套接在所述膜片挂耳上,所述光学膜片的下表面与所述导光板的上表面接触。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示面板粘贴在所述侧板的内表面和所述突起部的上表面。
