本实施例中,所述步骤S01和所述步骤S04中识别车牌号码的具体实现为:获取入场/出场车辆图像信息,对所述入场/出场车辆图像信息进行图像运算处理,得到入场/出场车辆车牌号码。这里需要指出的是,在实际中,为了取得较好的识别效果和较高的识别准确率,可以通过对入场车辆的车头和车尾同时获取图像并识别。
这里需要指出的是,所述步骤S02中,根据所述入场车辆的车牌号码获取入场车辆的品牌和型号包括:根据所述入场车辆的车牌号码判断入场车辆是否首次入场,如果是,则识别入场车辆的品牌和型号并存储。对于首次入场车辆,由于没有任何车辆信息,需要首先对车牌号码、品牌和型号进行识别,这样便于后续根据不同消费层次的消费者实现差异化广告信息和资讯信息的推送。另外,在对首次入场车辆进行识别后,对于识别的车牌号码、品牌和型号进行存储,这样后续再次入场时无需重复识别,提高了***的运行效率。
其中,识别入场车辆的品牌和型号的具体实现为:
步骤S021a:对所述入场车辆图像信息进行特征提取处理,得到入场车辆外观特征信息;
步骤S022a:将所述入场车辆外观特征信息与预先存储的车型信息库进行比对,得到入场车辆的品牌和型号并存储。
所述车型信息库中预先存储了各种品牌和型号的车辆的外观特征信息, 在实际中,我们只需将入场车辆外观特征信息与所述车型信息库中各种品牌和型号的车辆的观特征信息比对,即可识别出入场车辆的品牌和型号。
本实施例中,如果所述入场车辆为首次入场,所述步骤S03的具体实现为:
步骤S031a:根据入场车辆的品牌和型号检索以车辆品牌及型号进行分类的粗分消费群特征数据库,得到入场车辆对应的车主所属粗分消费群特征信息;
步骤S032a:根据所述车主所属粗分消费群特征信息分别在资讯推送数据库和广告推送数据库中检索资讯推送目标群特征信息和广告推送目标群特征信息,分别得到与所述车主所属粗分消费群特征信息最接近的资讯信息和广告信息并推送给入场车辆的车主。
由于首次入场的车辆没有任何消费信息,所以这里我们无法根据首次入场车辆车主的消费信息获取对应的细分消费群特征信息。但是我们可以根据该品牌型号的车辆所对应的粗分消费群特征信息,进行相应的广告信息和资讯信息的推送。
本实施例中,如果所述入场车辆不是首次入场,所述步骤S03的具体实现为:
步骤S031b:根据所述入场车辆的车牌号码检索以入场车辆的车主个性消费特征进行分类的细分消费群特征数据库,得到入场车辆对应的车主所属细分消费群特征信息;
步骤S032b:根据所述车主所属细分消费群特征信息分别在资讯推送数据库和广告推送数据库中检索资讯推送目标群特征信息和广告推送目标群特征信息,得到与所述车主所属细分消费群特征信息最接近的资讯信息和广告信息并推送给入场车辆的车主。
本实施例中,所述步骤S04的具体实现为:
步骤S041a:识别出场车辆的车牌号码,读取所述出场车辆的入场时间和出场时间并自动计算原需停车费用;
步骤S042a:获取出场车辆的车主消费信息,并根据车主消费信息中的消费金额计算对应的优惠停车费用,同时生成实需停车费用;
步骤S43a:收取所述实需停车费用,车辆出场。
其中,所述步骤S042a中获取出场车辆的车主消费明细的具体实现为:通过手机App读取出场车辆的车主消费小票,识别消费小票上的图像和/或文字信息,获取出场车辆的车主消费明细。这里,我们通过手机App读取小票图像信息和/或文字信息,并对所述小票图像信息进行图像处理,并提取文字信息,从而获取出场车辆的车主消费明细。当然,也可以通过扫描设备直接读取消费小票的条形码或者二维码,来读取***中该条形码或者二维码对应的出场车辆的车主消费明细。通过对出场车辆的车主消费信息进行收集,一方面,可以根据其消费信息进行合理的停车优惠,另一方面,收集的消费信息可以为后续步骤中对该出场车辆的车主所属细分消费群特征信息进行完善和更新提供数据源。
本发明中所获取的与消费者隐私相关的数据,采用匿名、加密等手段存储,以保证消费者的隐私***露。
本实施例中,所述步骤S05的具体实现为:根据所述出场车辆的车主消费明细提取出场车辆的车主消费特征信息,并根据所述出场车辆的车主消费特征信息检索所述细分消费群特征数据库,获取所述出场车辆对应的车主所属细分消费群特征信息并更新保存,结束处理流程。
优选地,在执行所述步骤S05之前,还对所述出场车辆的车主消费明细进行分析,得到车主消费特征分布聚合度N,将车主消费特征分布聚合度N与聚合度预设阈值N0比较,当车主消费特征分布聚合度N小于聚合度预设阈值N0时,执行步骤S05,否则不对所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息 进行更新,结束处理流程;其中,所述聚合度N∈(0,1)。比如,经过对出场车辆的车主消费信息的多次收集之后,发现车主的消费消费信息分布比较集中,消费特征比较稳定,当车主消费信息分布聚合度N大于等于聚合度预设阈值N0时,此时无需在对车主所属细分消费群特征信息进行更新,即可直接结束本次处理流程。本实施例中,所述聚合度预设阈值N0取0.9,当然,也可以根据实际情况调整。
优选地,在实际操作过程中,在执行所述步骤S05之后,还将所述出场车辆的车主消费明细与推送给所述出场车辆车主的广告信息比对,判断所述出场车辆入场时推送的广告信息是否产生了对应的产品购买,并将其更新至所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息中并存储,作为下次广告推送的依据。
需要注意的是,如果首次入场车辆没有消费或者获取消费信息失败,则该车辆再次入场时,仍然认为该车辆为首次入场;如果非首次入场车辆没有消费或者获取消费信息失败,则不对此次进场的消费信息进行后续步骤S05处理而直接结束处理流程。

本实施例中,所述车牌号码识别模块包括图像处理单元和至少一个前端图像获取单元,所述图像获取单元用于获取入场/出场车辆图像信息,所述图像处理单元用于对入场/出场车辆图像信息进行图像运算处理,得到入场/出场车辆车牌号码并发送至所述主控制模块。这里需要指出的是,单个前端图像获取单元获取图像时,识别车牌号码、品牌和型号的成功率会受到强光照射,障碍物,天气等因素影响。采用不同方向拍照,可以提高识别车牌的成功率。在实际中,为了取得较好的识别效果和较高的识别准确率,我们通过多个前端图像获取单元分别对入场车辆的车头、车身、车尾和车顶等部位同时获取图像并识别。这里,所述前端图像获取单元采用高清红外摄像机,便于在夜间或者光线不足的情况下更加清晰的获取入场/出场车辆的车牌号码、品牌和型号等信息。
如图3所示,本实施例中,所述主控制模块包括MCU、车辆品牌和型号识别单元、消费群特征信息获取单元、计费单元和存储单元。
所述MCU用于将所述入场车辆的车牌号码与车辆信息数据库比对,判断入场车辆是否首次入场,如果是,则向所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元发送识别命令,否则直接读取所述车辆信息数据库中所述入场车辆的车牌号码并发送至所述消费群特征信息获取单元;所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元用于接收所述识别命令,根据所述入场车辆图像信息获取入场车辆的品牌和型号并发送至所述消费群特征信息获取单元,同时存储至所述车辆信息数据库中;所 述消费群特征信息获取单元用于根据所述入场车辆的车牌号码、品牌和型号获取所述入场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息并发送至所述推送模块,还用于根据所述出场车辆的车主消费明细重新获取所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息并发送至所述车辆信息数据库更新保存;所述计费单元用于根据所述出场车辆的入场时间、出场时间和车主消费信息计算对应的原需停车费用和优惠停车费用,并自动生成实需停车费用;所述存储单元用于存储所述车辆信息数据库。
其中,所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元包括特征提取子单元和比对子单元,所述特征提取子单元用于对所述入场车辆图像信息进行特征提取处理,得到入场车辆外观特征信息,所述比对子单元用于将所述入场车辆外观特征信息与预先存储在所述存储单元中的车型信息库进行比对,得到入场车辆的品牌和型号并分别发送至所述消费群特征信息获取单元和所述车辆信息数据库。
所述消费群特征信息获取单元包括粗分消费群特征信息获取子单元和细分消费群特征信息获取子单元。
其中,所述粗分消费群特征信息获取子单元用于接收所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元发送的所述入场车辆的品牌和型号,并根据所述入场车辆的品牌和型号检索以车辆品牌及型号进行分类的粗分消费群特征数据库,得到入场车辆对应的车主所属粗分消费群特征信息并发送至所述推送模块。针对首次入场的车辆,由于首次入场的车辆没有任何消费信息,所以这里我们无法根据首次入场车辆车主的消费信息获取对应的细分消费群特征信息。但是,我们可以根据该品牌型号的车辆所对应的粗分消费群特征信息,进行相应的广告信息和资讯信息的推送。粗分消费群特征以车主拥有汽车的品牌及型号来划分,例如。大多数情况下,高档汽车车主的消费特征是更关注高端品牌,中档汽车车主的消费特征是更关注大众化品牌。因为,我们将高档/中档汽 车车主划入到"关注高端品牌"/"关注大众化品牌"为主要特征的两个粗分消费群。
所述细分消费群特征信息获取子单元用于接收所述MCU发送的所述入场车辆的车牌号码,并根据所述入场车辆的车牌号码检索细分消费群特征数据库,得到入场车辆对应的车主所属细分消费群特征信息并发送至所述推送模块。对于非首次入场的车辆,由于其在之前入场时经过车牌号码、品牌和型号的识别,并且结合其之前的消费信息,***已经对该出场车辆的车主消费信息进行了细分消费群特征信息挖掘处理,所以这里可以直接根据之前识别的车牌号码直接读取之前存储的对应细分消费群特征数据库,并进行后续广告信息和资讯信息的推送。
本实施例中,所述消费群特征信息获取单元还包括消费群特征信息更新子单元,所述消费群特征信息更新子单元用于根据所述出场车辆的车主消费明细获取所述出场车辆对应的车主所属细分消费群特征信息并发送至所述车辆信息数据库中更新保存。
消费群特征信息更新子单元通过对车主的消费明细进行分析,获取车主所属的细分消费群。例如,可以通过以下几个特征作为区分的条件,将车主划入更细的消费群,例如:
是否钟情于某几个品牌购买?
是否购买促销商品占多数?
是否生活必需品占多数?
可以划分如下几种细分消费群:
细分消费群1的特征:拥有高档汽车的车主,购买高端品牌居多,钟情于某几个品牌购买,购买促销商品占多数,生活必需品占少数。
细分消费群2的特征:拥有高档汽车的车主,购买大众化品牌居多,钟情于某几个品牌购买,促销商品占少数,生活必需品占少数。
细分消费群3的特征:拥有中档汽车的车主,购买大众化品牌居多,非钟情于某几个品牌购买,促销商品占多数,生活必需品占多数。
通过将车主划入不同的细分消费群,可以实现个性化及准确的资讯信息和广告信息推送。
优选地,所述主控制模块还包括聚合度获取单元,所述聚合度获取子单元用于对所述出场车辆的车主消费明细进行分析,得到出场车辆的车主消费特征分布聚合度N并发送至所述MCU,所述MCU将出场车辆的车主消费特征分布聚合度N与聚合度预设阈值N0比较,当出场车辆的车主消费特征分布聚合度N大于等于聚合度预设阈值N0时,则向所述消费群特征信息更新子单元发送停止命令,不对所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息进行更新,结束处理流程。比如,经过对出场车辆的车主消费信息的多次收集之后,发现出场车辆的车主消费特征分布比较集中,消费特征比较稳定,当出场车辆的车主消费特征分布聚合度N大于等于聚合度预设阈值N0时,此时无需在对出场车辆的车主所属细分消费群特征信息进行更新,即可直接结束本次处理流程。本实施例中,所述聚合度预设阈值N0取0.9,当然,也可以根据实际情况调整。
优选地,所述主控制模块还包括广告效果验证单元所述广告效果验证单元用于将所述出场车辆的车主消费明细与推送给所述出场车辆车主的广告信息比对,判断所述出场车辆入场时推送的广告信息是否产生了对应的产品购买,并更新至所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息保存,作为下次广告推送的依据。
本实施例中,消费群特征信息更新子单元还可以用于更新粗分消费群特征信息。粗分消费群特征在***安装时设定初始特征。当拥有同一品牌型号的车主的消费数据达到某一阈值C时,可以执行本过程。根据所有拥有同一品牌型号的车主的消费特征,从中提取主要的消费特征,作为新的粗分消费 群特征,保存至车辆信息数据库中。
需要指出的是,本实施例中,所述显示终端可以是停车场现场的显示屏,可以是智能手机等具备交互功能的移动设备。通过本***可以直接向现场的显示屏直接推送广告信息和资讯信息,使得消费者在入场时即可看到相应的广告信息和资讯信息,起到较好的推广效果。当然也可以通过App向车主的手机等设备推送,此时,消费者通过注册App账户,***便可通过对应的App账户直接向消费者推送广告信息和资讯信息。
本实施例中,所述的资讯信息,可以是停车场附近加油站位置,附近道路拥堵状况,附近4S店位置,附近车险理陪网点,附近道路能见度等信息。

    步骤S04:车辆准备出场,识别出场车辆的车牌号码,获取出场车辆的车主消费明细和出场时间,并计算对应的优惠停车费用,车辆缴费出场;
    步骤S05:根据所述出场车辆的车主消费明细重新获取所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息并更新保存,结束处理流程。

    所述消费明细获取模块用于读取出场车辆的车主消费小票,识别消费小票上的图像和/或文字信息,获取出场车辆的车主消费明细并发送至所述主控制模块;
    所述收银模块用于自动收取所述实需停车费。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述一种集收费和广告推送于一体的智能停车控制***,其特征在于:所述车牌号码识别模块包括图像处理单元和至少一个前端图像获取单元,所述图像获取单元用于获取入场/出场车辆图像信息,所述图像处理单元用于对入场/出场车辆图像信息进行图像运算处理,得到入场/出场车辆车牌号码并发送至所述主控制模块。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述一种集收费和广告推送于一体的智能停车控制***,其特征在于:所述主控制模块包括MCU、车辆品牌和型号识别单元、消费群特征信息获取单元、计费单元和存储单元;
    所述MCU用于将所述入场车辆的车牌号码与车辆信息数据库比对,判断入场车辆是否首次入场,如果是,则向所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元发送识别命令,否则直接读取所述车辆信息数据库中所述入场车辆的车牌号码并发送至所述消费群特征信息获取单元;
    所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元用于接收所述识别命令,根据所述入场车辆图像信息获取入场车辆的品牌和型号并发送至所述消费群特征信息获取单元,同时存储至所述车辆信息数据库中;
    所述消费群特征信息获取单元用于根据所述入场车辆的车牌号码、品牌和型号获取所述入场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息并发送至所述推送模块,还用于根据所述出场车辆的车主消费明细重新获取所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息并发送至所述车辆信息数据库更新保存;
    所述计费单元用于根据所述出场车辆的入场时间、出场时间和车主消费信息计算对应的原需停车费用和优惠停车费用,并自动生成实需停车费用;
    所述存储单元用于存储所述车辆信息数据库。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述一种集收费和广告推送于一体的智能停车控制***,其特征在于:所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元包括特征提取子单元和比对子单元,所述特征提取子单元用于对所述入场车辆图像信息进行特征提取处理,得到入场车辆外观特征信息,所述比对子单元用于将所述入场车辆外观特征信息与预先存储在所述存储单元中的车型信息库进行比对,得到入场车辆的品牌和型号并分别发送至所述消费群特征信息获取单元和所述车辆信息数据库。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述一种集收费和广告推送于一体的智能停车控 制***,其特征在于:所述消费群特征信息获取单元包括粗分消费群特征信息获取子单元和细分消费群特征信息获取子单元;
    所述粗分消费群特征信息获取子单元用于接收所述车辆品牌和型号识别单元发送的所述入场车辆的品牌和型号,并根据所述入场车辆的品牌和型号检索以车辆品牌及型号进行分类的粗分消费群特征数据库,得到入场车辆对应的车主所属粗分消费群特征信息并发送至所述推送模块;
    所述细分消费群特征信息获取子单元用于接收所述MCU发送的所述入场车辆的车牌号码,并根据所述入场车辆的车牌号码检索细分消费群特征数据库,得到入场车辆对应的车主所属细分消费群特征信息并发送至所述推送模块。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述一种集收费和广告推送于一体的智能停车控制***,其特征在于:所述消费群特征信息获取单元还包括消费群特征信息更新子单元,所述消费群特征信息更新子单元用于根据所述出场车辆的车主消费明细获取所述出场车辆的车主所属细分消费群特征信息并发送至所述车辆信息数据库中更新保存。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述一种集收费和广告推送于一体的智能停车控制***,其特征在于:所述主控制模块还包括聚合度获取单元,所述聚合度获取子单元用于对所述出场车辆的车主消费明细进行分析,得到出场车辆的车主消费特征分布聚合度N并发送至所述MCU,所述MCU将出场车辆的车主消费特征分布聚合度N与聚合度预设阈值N0比较,当出场车辆的车主消费特征分布聚合度N大于等于聚合度预设阈值N0时,则向所述消费群特征信息更新子单元发送停止命令,不对所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息进行更新,结束处理流程。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述一种集收费和广告推送于一体的智能停车控制***,其特征在于:所述主控制模块还包括广告效果验证单元,所述广告 效果验证单元用于将所述出场车辆的车主消费明细与推送给所述出场车辆车主的广告信息比对,判断所述出场车辆入场时推送的广告信息是否产生了对应的产品购买,并更新至所述出场车辆的车主所属消费群特征信息保存,作为下次广告推送的依据。
