图1中并未示出,电动床垫1还配有控制器,控制器对电动床垫1内的电驱动装置进行控制,从而调节电动床垫的角度。控制器可以是有线控制器,也可以是无线控制器。
另外,为了方便拆洗和清洁,电动床垫1的外部还采用了“可脱洗外罩”。
下面参照图2-图4详细说明电动床垫1的结构。
图2是电动床垫1的局部剖视图。
如图2所示,电动床垫1包括床垫框架10和包裹在床垫框架10周围的床垫外包层11。
在图2中,床垫框架10主要由起骨架作用的钢架框20和起表面支撑作用的铁皮21组成。在其他实施方式中,床垫框架也可以由铁架和钢丝网组成。
床垫外包层11可以由海绵22和黄麻板23组成。在图2中,床垫框架10的侧面可以选用高回弹海绵,底面可以选用普通海绵,而在顶面上,为了考虑用户的舒适性,采用高回弹海绵和黄麻板的双层结构。在其他实施方式中,可以根据用户的不同需求,可以用椰棕代替黄麻。
图3是电动床垫1的床垫框架10的未调节状态的立体图。
如图3所示,床垫框架10包括靠背部101、座位部102、大腿部103和小腿部104,其中,座位部102与靠背部101之间、座位部102与大腿部103之间均为角度可调的转动连接,大腿部103与小腿部104之间为转动连接。
另外,床垫框架10还可以包括起平衡支撑作用的底座部105。
在图3的平放状态下,电动床垫1从外观上与普通的床垫没有任何差异。
图4是电动床垫1的床垫框架10的调节后状态的立体图。
如图4所示,电动床垫1的靠背部101相对于座位部102向上转 动,大腿部103相对于座位部102也向上转动,小腿部104在重力作用下相对于大腿部103向下转动。
在图4的调节状态下,电动床垫1的外观如图1所示。
如上所述,电动床垫1的角度调节功能使通过使靠背部101和大腿部103相对于座位部102发生转动而实现的。
下面参照图5和图6详细说明电动床垫1的角度调节原理。
图5是床垫框架10的座位部102的工作原理的立体图。
图6是床垫框架10的座位部102的工作原理的侧面图。
座位部102设置有第一电驱动装置和第二电驱动装置。
如图5所示,第一电驱动装置包括第一电机106和与之相连的第一电机推杆107。第一电机106固定在座位部102的第一电机定位座110上,第一电机推杆107固定连接至靠背部101。
此处,第一电机推杆107通过第一电机推杆定位座112固定连接至转轴113,转轴113两端的旋转固定片114与靠背部101(图中未示出)固定连接。
如图5所示,第二电驱动装置包括第二电机108和与之相连的第二电机推杆109。第二电机108固定在座位部102的第二电机定位座111上,第二电机推杆109固定连接至大腿部103。
此处,第二电机推杆109通过第二电机推杆定位座115固定连接至转轴116,转轴116两端的旋转固定片117与靠背部101(图中未示出)固定连接。
图5的(A)示出了第一电机106和第二电机107对靠背部101和小腿部13进行了角度调节后的状态;图5的(B)示出了第一电机106和第二电机107未对靠背部101和小腿部13进行角度调节的状态。
再来参照图6的侧面图,同样,图6的(A)示出了第一电机106和第二电机107对靠背部101和小腿部13进行了角度调节后的状态;图6的(B)示出了第一电机106和第二电机107未对靠背部101和小腿部13进行角度调节的状态。
从图6的(A)中可以看出,靠背部101(旋转固定片114)与座位部102之间的角度范围是104度至180度,大腿部103(旋转固定 片117)与座位部102之间的角度范围是138度至180度。
应该理解,上述角度范围仅仅是示例性的,通过选择第一电机106和第二电机107的行程长度,可以对调节角度范围进行改变。
下面参照图7至图11说明床垫框架10的各个组成部分之间的连接关系。
图7是床垫框架10的靠背部101的立体图。如图7所示,靠背部101固定连接至旋转固定片114。第一电机推杆定位座112与第一电机推杆107相连。第一电机推杆定位座112和旋转固定片117固定连接至转轴113并随之一起转动。旋转固定片112与靠背部101固定连接,当转轴113转动时,带动靠背部101一起转动。
图8是床垫框架10的座位部102的立体图。图8中并未示出两个电机106和108,而仅仅示出了第一电机定位座110和第二电机定位座111。图8中还示出了与大腿部103固定连接的旋转固定片117。因为座位部102与靠背部101和大腿部103之间的连接已经在图5中详细给出,所以这里省略相应的说明。另外,座位部102上设置有螺孔121′和122′,用于通过螺栓将座位部102固定到底座部105。
图9是床垫框架10的大腿部103的立体图。第二电机推杆109连接至图9中的第二电机推杆定位座115。第二电机推杆定位座115和旋转固定片117固定连接至转轴116并随之一起转动。旋转固定片118与大腿部103固定连接,当转轴116转动时,带动大腿部103一起转动。另外,如图9所示,大腿部103一侧还设置有用于和小腿部14连接的一对安装座119。
图10是床垫框架10的小腿部104的立体图。小腿部104的一侧设置有一对U字架120,大腿部103的安装座119与小腿部104的U字架装配在一起,使得大腿部103和小腿部104可以进行相对转动。
图11是床垫框架10的底座部105的立体图。如图11所示,底座部105是矩形的框架,其对应的长侧分别设置有一对安装件121和122,用于通过例如螺栓等安装到座位部102的螺孔121′和122′,参见图8。底座部15的作用是平衡并支撑整个床垫框架10。
本实用新型的电动窗垫可以根据用户的意愿在一定范围内连续调 节角度,容易找到一个舒适的角度,对于用户的背部、臀部、大腿和小腿都能进行支撑。并且在用户使用了一段时间之后,随时调节角度避免身体长时间处于某个角度而疲劳。
以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本实用新型的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本实用新型并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进。这些变型和改进也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种电动床垫(1),包括床垫框架(10)和包裹在床垫框架(10)周围的床垫外包层(11),其中,
    该床垫框架(10)包括靠背部(101)、座位部(102)、大腿部(103)和小腿部(104),其中,座位部(102)与靠背部(101)之间、座位部(102)与大腿部(103)之间、大腿部(103)与小腿部(104)之间为转动连接,并且座位部(102)与靠背部(101)之间的角度和座位部(102)与大腿部(103)之间的角度可被调节至规定角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动床垫(1),其中,
    所述座位部(102)配备有第一电驱动装置和第二电驱动装置,第一电驱动装置驱动所述靠背部(102)相对于所述座位部(102)进行转动,第二电驱动装置驱动所述大腿部(103)相对于所述座位部(102)进行转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动床垫(1),其中,
    所述第一电驱动装置驱动所述靠背部(101)相对于所述座位部(102)向上转动;
    所述第二电驱动装置驱动所述大腿部(103)相对于所述座位部(102)向上转动,在此状态下,所述小腿部(104)在重力作用下相对于所述大腿部(103)向下转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动床垫,其中,
    所述第一电驱动装置包括第一电机(106)和与之相连的第一电机推杆(107),第一电机(106)固定在所述座位部(102)的第一电机定位座(110)上,第一电机推杆(107)固定连接至第一电机推杆定位座(112),第一电机推杆定位座(112)固定在与所述靠背部(101)一起转动的第一转轴(113)上;
    所述第二电驱动装置包括第二电机(108)和与之相连的第二电机
