Abstract
La présente invention concerne le domaine technique de la coloration de plastique, et en particulier le domaine technique de la coloration de fibre textile à grande vitesse. L'invention décrit une formule de mélange maître de couleur. La formule de mélange maître de couleur est composée des constituants suivants, en parties en poids pour la teneur de chaque constituant : 20 à 50 parties d'un polytéréphtalate, 5 à 30 parties d'un toner, 5 à 25 parties d'un agent dispersant, 1 à 8 parties d'un stabilisant thermique, 1 à 8 parties d'un agent antibactérien, 1 à 8 parties d'un antioxydant et 1 à 5 parties d'un additif. Par rapport à un mélange maître de couleur existant, le mélange maître de couleur décrit par la présente invention peut être facilement mélangé à un produit plastique en PET, et permet d'obtenir un effet de coloration uniforme. Le mélange maître de couleur non seulement améliore la dispersibilité, le pouvoir colorant et le pouvoir couvrant, mais présente également des performances de résistance aux intempéries, de résistance aux acides, de résistance à la chaleur et de résistance au froid, et maintient la stabilité chimique d'un pigment.
