The second housing section is located upper vertically over the first housing section.
In one embodiment, the first region is a region outside the casing of the air purification apparatus, and the second region is a region inside the casing of the air  purification apparatus; wherein, the direction of the polluted air from the first region drawing to the second region and become partial-cleaned-air will not be changed.
In another embodiment, the first region is a region outside the casing of the air purification apparatus, the second region is a region inside the casing of the air purification apparatus (which is behind/downstream of the primary filter) , the second region is located outside the isolating casing of the fan; wherein, the direction of the polluted air from the first region drawing to the second region and become partial-cleaned-air will not be changed.
In another embodiment, the first region is a region outside the casing of the air purification apparatus, the second region is a region behind (downstream of) the fan air intake, however upstream of the fan blades; wherein, the direction of the polluted air from the first region drawing to the second region and become partial-cleaned-air will not be changed.
On changing the airflow direction of the partial-cleaned-air to a perpendicular air flow, the rotational movement of the particulates within the partial-cleaned-air in the original direction will be changed suddenly. Further a sudden collision will be induced to happen in between the particulate pollutants within the partial-cleaned-air. This generates a certain frictional electrostatic charges onto some of the particulates pollutants. Eventually, the particulates with electrostatic charges will cluster with the particulates without electrostatic charges to grow into a bigger sizes particulates pollutants, which will enhances the chance of being arrested by the main filter in the later stage.
