我国海岸线长,人口众多,特别是一些发达的海边城市,居住压力尤其突出。所以,发展海上的人居***,对缓解城市的住房压力以及满足人们对海上居住环境的需求具有重大的意义。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种海上人居***及其建造方法,旨在解决目前陆地上的土地资源紧缺,导致人们居住的环境越来越差的问题。

本实施例的海上人居***的建造步骤如下:
A、在工厂内完成模块311的制作以及装修;
B、设计各模块311的拼装方案;
C、将模块311运输至施工现场;
D、在海岸或海底建造固定台4,在海面上铺设甲板1,并用定位板2将甲板1安装在固定台4上;
E、在甲板1上,根据拼装方案,将首层楼层单元31的模块311与模块311通过两者的凸台3112以及凹槽3111相互嵌套,拼装在一起,并将位于该楼层单元31的模块311的底部与甲板1进行可拆卸的连接,即完成首层楼层单元31的建造;
F、将第二层楼层单元31的模块311先与首层楼层单元31的模块311拼装,再将该第二楼层单元31的模块311与第二楼层单元31的其他模块311拼装;直到完成第二层楼单元31所有模块311的拼装;
G、重复步骤F,完成第三楼层单元31的拼装;
H、在卧室模块311c的外侧面上嵌置模块化植物墙,完成海上人居***的建造。

  1. 一种海上人居***,其特征在于,包括浮于海面上的甲板、定位板、安装于所述甲板上的住宅以及固定于海岸或海底上的固定台,所述定位板的一端可上下活动地安装于所述甲板上,其另一端可上下活动地安装于所述固定台上;所述住宅包括至少两个模块,所述模块的至少一侧面设置有凸台和/或凹槽,相应地,与其左右或上下相邻的模块设置有凹槽和/或凸台,所述模块的凸台可嵌入与其相邻的模块的凹槽内,位于所述住宅最下方的模块的底部与所述甲板可拆卸连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述模块的凸台与其相邻的模块的凹槽可拆卸连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述模块上的凸台顶部和/或凹槽底部开设有通道,相应地,与其相邻的模块的凹槽底部和/或凸台顶部亦开设有通道,相邻的两个模块通过两者的通道相连通。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述模块上的凸台顶部和/或凹槽底部开设有通孔,所述通孔上嵌置有窗户或门。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述模块上设置有凸台以及凹槽,所述模块上除凸台以及凹槽外的区域均为密封的墙体。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述住宅包括三个模块,所述的三个模块分别为餐厨模块、客厅模块以及卧室模块,所述三个模块通过各自的凸台和/或凹槽与其相邻的模块相互嵌套。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述模块的端部与其相邻的模块的端部对齐或不对齐。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述模块的侧面上还设置有模块化植物墙。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***,其特征在于,所述住宅包括至少两个纵向设置的楼层单元,每一楼层单元包括至少两个水平设置的模块,所述模块的左和/或右侧面、底面和/或顶面均设置有凸台和/或凹槽,相应地,与所述模块左右以及上下相邻的模块的左和/或右侧面、底面和/或顶面均设置有凹槽和/或凸台。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的海上人居***的建造方法,包括以下的步骤:
    A、在工厂内完成模块的制作以及装修;
    B、设计各模块的拼装方案;
    C、将模块运输至施工现场;
    D、在海岸或海底建造固定台,在海面上铺设甲板,并用定位板将甲板安装在固定台上;
    E、在甲板上,根据拼装方案,将模块与模块通过两者的凸台以及凹槽相互嵌套,拼装在一起,并将位于住宅最下方的模块的底部与甲板进行可拆卸的连接,即完成所述海上人居***的建造。
