本发明有关于一种淋膜机及其淋膜方法,尤其有关于一种纸箱加工领域中对保温纸板淋蜡膜的淋膜机及其淋膜方法。
背景技术
目前,海鲜等海产品通常通过纸箱进行运输输送,海鲜外表面不可避免地会存在一定的液体,这就要求存放海产品的纸箱具有一定的防水功能,以保障海产品的长途运输。
现有纸箱是在纸箱的各个纸板上涂覆一层蜡液,通过蜡液达到隔离海产品外表面的液体与纸板的作用。然而,现有的淋蜡装置仅能完成在纸板表面涂抹蜡液的要求,纸板边缘通常不能有效涂抹蜡液,导致存放海产品的纸箱存在渗水而破裂的缺陷。
因此,有必要提供一种新的淋膜机,来克服上述缺陷。
发明内容

具体是,纸板输送机构1包括输送主体4和多个压辊5,输送主体4具有前端输送轮41和末端输送轮42,前端输送轮41与末端输送轮42之间连接有输送带43,输送带43上放置有待淋膜的纸板10,该纸板10可为0.3mm~9mm的单层纸板或多层纸板的复合纸板,在此不作限制;多个压辊5设置在输送主体4的上方,纸板10夹设在输送带43与多个压辊5之间。

启动该纸板输送机构1的前端输送轮41与后端输送轮42,在二者的转动作用下, 纸板10通过输送带43自纸板输送机构1的输送前端11移动至输送末端12,由于输送前端11的高度低于输送末端12的高度,也即,输送带43呈一定的倾角设置,使得纸板10在输送过程中呈倾斜向上的方向输送,一方面,可使位于输送末端12的淋蜡头2内的蜡液幕淋至纸板10的前端边缘,同时通过纸板10在纸板输送机构1上的匀速移动,淋蜡头2内的蜡液也可幕淋至纸板10的整个上表面上,从而达到使蜡液均匀覆盖在纸板10上表面及纸板10前端边缘的目的,另一方面,通过多个压辊5抵压在输送带43上,可防止纸板10在输送过程中自输送带43上滑落。
两个淋蜡辊3设置在淋蜡头2的两侧,两个淋蜡辊3之间的宽度与纸板10的宽度相当,以使淋蜡辊3可与纸板10的两侧边缘相接触。在本发明中,如图2所示,淋蜡辊3包括辊体31和毛毡辊筒32,辊体31具有中空内腔,中空内腔通过连接管33与淋蜡头2相连,辊体31上设有多个通孔311,多个通孔311与中空内腔相连通;毛毡辊筒32套设连接在辊体31上。
具体是,淋蜡辊3具有固定支架34,辊体31通过连接在其两端的轴承可转动地连接在固定支架34上,辊体31大体呈圆柱筒形,其上端通过连接管33与淋蜡头2相连,从而使淋蜡头2内的蜡液自连接管33流入辊体31的中空内腔中;辊体31的周壁上设有多个通孔311,该些通孔311与中空内腔相连通,流入辊体31中空内腔内的蜡液可自该些通孔311流至辊体31的外壁面。
毛毡辊筒32大体呈圆柱筒形,其内径稍大于辊体31的外径,毛毡辊筒32套在辊体31的外表面,毛毡辊筒32与辊体31一同转动,该毛毡辊筒32在辊体31转动的过程中可与辊体31的外壁及纸板10的侧边缘相接触,从而毛毡辊筒32可将辊体31外壁面上的蜡液粘淋至纸板10的侧边缘,达到对纸板10侧边缘进行淋蜡的目的。
进一步的,该淋膜机还包括蜡槽8,蜡槽8位于淋蜡头2与两个淋蜡辊3的下方,以便收集自淋蜡头2及淋蜡辊3内流出的多余蜡液,该蜡槽8位于蜡池7的上方,蜡槽8内的蜡液通过其底部的出口流至蜡池7内。
在本发明的实施例中,该纸板输送机构1的输送前端11设有放纸架13,该放纸架13具有倾斜放纸台面131,该倾斜放纸台面131用于放置待淋蜡的纸板10,以使纸板10进入纸板输送机构1前形成与输送带43相同倾斜角度的角度,方便纸板10运输。
进一步的,该纸板输送机构1的输送末端12设有传送机构9,该传送机构9包括前端传送轮91、中部传送轮92和后端传送轮93,前端传送轮91的高度、后端传送轮93的高度分别低于中部传送轮的高度92,该前端传送轮91与中部传送轮92之间连接有第 一传送带94,该中部传送轮92与后端传送轮93之间连接有第二传送带95。在该实施例中,后端传送轮93的高度低于与前端传送轮91的高度。
启动传送机构9的前端传送轮91、中部传送轮92和后端传送轮93,在三者的转动作用下,第一传送带94承接自纸板输送机构1输送的幕淋有蜡液的纸板10,并将该纸板10传送至第二传送带95,该第二传送带95将纸板10传送至设置在后端传送轮93处的收纸架96内,从而完成的收放作业。
本发明的淋膜机,通过淋蜡头2可在纸板10的上表面及纸板10的前端边缘进行均匀淋蜡,同时通过两个淋蜡辊3在纸板10的两侧边缘进行涂蜡作业,有效保证了纸板10的整体隔水效果,该淋膜机可对纸板10进行整体淋蜡作业,其结构简单,自动化程度高。
实施方式二
如图1和图2所示,本发明还提供一种淋膜机的淋膜方法,其中,实施方式二中的淋膜机的结构、工作原理和有益效果与实施方式一相同,在此不再赘述。所述淋膜机的淋膜方法包括如下步骤:
a)在纸板输送机构1上放置纸板10,淋蜡头2与所述纸板10的前端边缘上下相对;
b)打开所述淋蜡头2并启动所述纸板输送机构1,所述淋蜡头2对所述纸板10的前端边缘及所述纸板10的上表面淋蜡膜;
c)在所述纸板10自所述纸板输送机构1的输送前端11移动至所述纸板输送机构1的输送末端12的状态下,位于所述淋蜡头2两侧的淋蜡辊3对所述纸板10的两侧边缘涂蜡膜。
具体是,由于纸板输送机构1呈一定倾角倾斜设置,因此放置在其上的纸板10也成一定角度倾斜设置。
当启动该纸板输送机构1的前端输送轮41与后端输送轮42后,在二者的转动作用下,纸板10通过输送带43自纸板输送机构1的输送前端11移动至输送末端12,由于纸板10在输送过程中呈倾斜向上的方向输送,一方面,可使位于输送末端12的淋蜡头2内的蜡液幕淋至纸板10的前端边缘,同时通过纸板10在纸板输送机构1上的匀速移动,淋蜡头2内的蜡液也可幕淋至纸板10的整个上表面上,从而达到使蜡液均匀覆盖在纸板10的上表面及纸板10的前端边缘的目的,另一方面,通过位于纸板输送机构1上方的多个压辊5抵压在输送带43上,可防止纸板10在输送过程中自输送带43上滑 落。
在本发明中,该纸板10为保温纸板,该保温纸板包括相互粘贴的纸板本体及保温棉片,自淋蜡头2幕淋的蜡膜涂覆至纸板本体的外表面及所述保温纸板的前端边缘,该保温纸板的两侧边缘通过设置在淋蜡头2两侧的淋蜡辊3涂覆。在本发明中,纸板本体的厚度为0.3mm~9mm;保温棉片的厚度为1mm~6mm。
本发明的淋膜方法,不仅可在纸板10的上表面及纸板10的前端边缘进行淋蜡,同时可对纸板10的两侧边缘也进行涂蜡,有效保证了纸板10的整体隔水效果,该淋膜方法可对纸板10进行整体淋蜡作业,其结构简单,自动化程度高。
以上所述仅为本发明的几个实施例,本领域的技术人员依据申请文件公开的内容可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动或变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种淋膜机,其特征在于,所述淋膜机包括:
    纸板输送机构,其具有输送前端和输送末端,所述输送前端的高度低于所述输送末端的高度;
    淋蜡头,其设置在所述输送末端的上方,所述淋蜡头的两侧分别设有淋蜡辊。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述淋蜡辊包括:
    辊体,其具有中空内腔,所述中空内腔通过连接管与所述淋蜡头相连,所述辊体上设有多个通孔,多个所述通孔与所述中空内腔相连通;
    毛毡辊筒,其套设连接在所述辊体上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述纸板输送机构包括:
    输送主体,其具有前端输送轮和末端输送轮,所述前端输送轮与所述末端输送轮之间连接有输送带,待淋膜的纸板放置在所述输送带上;
    多个压辊,其设置在所述输送主体的上方,所述纸板夹设在所述输送带与多个所述压辊之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述淋膜机还包括蜡槽,所述蜡槽位于所述淋蜡头与两个所述淋蜡辊的下方。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述纸板输送机构的输送前端设有放纸架,所述放纸架具有倾斜放纸台面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述纸板输送机构的输送末端设有传送机构,所述传送机构包括前端传送轮、中部传送轮和后端传送轮,所述前端传送轮的高度、所述后端传送轮的高度分别低于所述中部传送轮的高度,所述前端传送轮与所述中部传送轮之间连接有第一传送带,所述中部传送轮与所述后端传送轮之间连接有第二传送带。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述后端传送轮的高度低于与所述前端传送轮的高度。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述后端传送轮处设置有收纸架。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的淋膜机,其特征在于,所述淋膜机还包括放置有蜡液的蜡池,所述蜡池通过泵与所述淋蜡头相连,所述蜡池位于所述蜡槽的下方。
  10. 一种如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的淋膜机的淋膜方法,其特征在于,所述淋膜方法包括如下步骤:
    a)在纸板输送机构上放置纸板,淋蜡头与所述纸板的前端边缘上下相对;
    b)打开所述淋蜡头并启动所述纸板输送机构,所述淋蜡头对所述纸板的前端边缘及所述纸板的上表面淋蜡膜;
    c)在所述纸板自所述纸板输送机构的输送前端移动至所述纸板输送机构的输送末端的状态下,位于所述淋蜡头两侧的淋蜡辊对所述纸板的两侧涂蜡膜。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的淋膜方法,其特征在于,所述纸板为保温纸板,所述保温纸板包括相互粘贴的纸板本体及保温棉片,所述蜡膜涂覆至所述纸板本体的外表面、所述保温纸板的侧边缘及所述保温纸板的前端边缘。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的淋膜方法,其特征在于,所述纸板本体的厚度为0.3mm~9mm。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的淋膜方法,其特征在于,所述保温棉片的厚度为1mm~6mm。
