磨豆咖啡机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及咖啡机技术领域,尤其是磨豆咖啡机。
背景技术
中国专利文献号CN200960049Y于2007年10月17日公开了一种咖啡机,在咖啡机壳体内设有磨豆装置和冲泡装置,在冲泡容器上方设有冲泡器、滤网,冲泡器设在上盖中,可拆卸,在磨豆装置中设有料仓,料仓通过可拆卸方式安装于咖啡机壳体的安装腔中。该申请的目的是提供一种清洗方便的咖啡机,解决目前咖啡机冲泡容器固定不可拆卸的缺点。但是,该咖啡机的磨豆与冲泡分开,制作咖啡时,需要把打好的咖啡粉放进冲泡容器内,操作不方便,因此,有必要进一步改进。
另一方面,如在咖啡制作过程中人为打开上盖,则容易出现热水溅伤皮肤的意外,因此,咖啡冲泡装置的热水安全设计尤为重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、清洁方便、安全程度高的磨豆咖啡机,使咖啡机使用更加安全方便、省时省力。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种磨豆咖啡机,包括机身,铰接在机身上的上盖,机身的壳体设有用于容置咖啡壶的敞口腔,壳体内设热水加热器,机身内设有磨豆杯、咖啡杯,磨豆杯和咖啡杯连通,咖啡杯位于敞口腔的上方,在咖啡杯与敞口腔之间设置顶推式开关,磨豆杯内设有打豆刀,打豆刀由电机驱动,在机身的壳体顶部设置水咀,水咀与热水加热器的水管连接,水咀外周设置环形的弹簧盖,上盖的底面上设置水咀孔,当上盖合上时,水咀穿过水咀孔使得热水加热器的热水经水咀的出水口 进入上盖内的喷淋腔内,喷淋腔位于磨豆杯的正上方。
弹簧盖包括环形套筒部、设置在套筒部内的水咀弹簧,套筒部在壳体顶部上下活动,套筒部的内径与水咀的外径相适配。
磨豆杯与咖啡杯整体成型为一体式的磨豆咖啡杯,磨豆咖啡杯包括磨豆腔、咖啡腔、握持腔,磨豆腔、咖啡腔开口于握持腔的底面上,握持腔设有便于手动将磨豆咖啡杯从机身内移取或放入的竖壁部,握持腔的底面上还设有开关座,开关座内设置开关触动板和开关弹簧,上盖的底部设置与相适配的开关压块。
机身内设置安全开关,安全开关设置在热水加热器和电机的主回路上,安全开关的触杆位于开关压块的正下方,上盖合上后,开关压块克服开关弹簧的弹力、通过开关触动板将安全开关合上。
磨豆腔内设置筒状的滤杯,滤杯包括框架、滤网、把手,框架在圆筒的周壁形成镂空,滤网设置在框架的镂空内。
滤杯的顶部开口上设置杯盖,杯盖的中部设镂空部,镂空部位于上盖的喷淋腔的出水区域正下方。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:
(1)本实用新型通过在壳体内设置安全水咀,机身的热水加热器出来的热水可安全地进入上盖内、实现对磨豆腔内的咖啡粉的喷淋冲泡,当上盖意外被打开时,水咀的弹簧盖把水咀口关闭,防止热水溅出,确保咖啡机使用安全性。同时,产品结构简单合理、成本低廉,占用空间小。
(2)磨豆腔与咖啡腔相连通,磨豆腔内冲泡后的咖啡直接进入咖啡腔内,因此,冲泡过程无需将研磨后的咖啡粉移位,整个制作过程全自动化一气呵成,咖啡制作十分方便。用户只需按下开关,即可享用美味的咖啡,让咖啡机可以兼顾使用咖啡豆或咖啡粉来冲泡咖啡,满足不同用户的需求,从而扩大产品的适用范围。
(3)磨豆腔与咖啡腔可从机身上拆卸,方便清除咖啡残渣和清洁。
(4)咖啡机的上盖在咖啡制作过程中被打开时,壳体上的安全开关使将切断打豆的电机和热水加热器的电源,停止打豆和加热热水的操作,防止意外发生。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1-6所示,一种磨豆咖啡机,包括机身1,铰接在机身上的上盖2,机身的壳体设有用于容置咖啡壶3的敞口腔,壳体内设热水加热器4,机身内设有磨豆杯、咖啡杯,两者相连通,咖啡杯位于敞口腔的上方,在咖啡杯与敞口腔之间设置顶推式开关7,磨豆杯内设有打豆刀8,打豆刀由电机9驱动,在机身的壳体顶部设置水咀11,水咀与热水加热器的水管10连接,水咀外周设置环形的弹簧盖,上盖的底面上设置水咀孔15,当上盖合上时,水咀穿过水咀孔使得热水加热器的热水经水咀的出水口进入上盖内的喷淋腔16内,喷淋腔位于磨豆杯的正上方。
弹簧盖包括环形套筒部13、设置在套筒部内的水咀弹簧12,套筒部在壳体顶部上下活动,套筒部的内径与水咀的外径相适配。

本磨豆咖啡机的其工作原理是:电机带动打豆刀转动,刀片将磨豆腔内的咖啡豆研磨打碎,上盖的热水腔内的热水通过安全出咀进入磨豆腔内,对咖啡粉进行充分的冲泡,制得的美味咖啡从连通口进入咖啡腔,继而流进咖啡壶内。
