一种空调室内机 技术领域
本发明属于空气调节技术领域,仅涉及一种空调室内机。
背景技术
现有空调室内机在工作时,室内空气在贯流叶轮的作用下被吸入室内机,与热交换器热交换后成为热交换空气,由室内机出风风道吹出。现有的空调室内机出风风道均为一封闭的风道,热交换空气在被吹出前与出风风道外侧的室内空气是隔绝的,因此,出风风道吹出的全部是热交换风。特别是在制冷模式下,空调室内机进出风口温差达到14度左右,相对室内原有空气温度,形成较大的温差,当空气调节达到设定温度后,空调处于围绕设定温度间断开启关闭来调控室温的工作状态,室内机的出风温度更低,人体经受这种室内机出风的直吹,就会感觉到很冷,经常受到这种温差过大的室内机出风的直吹,就会得通常所说的“空调病”,这个问题在老弱病残,儿童的使用者身上,在人们睡眠使用时,尤其突出。为了解决这一问题,必须设置混合送风装置,改善室内机出风与室内空气的温差。但室内机中的贯流叶轮的出风是通过在出风风道壁上多次折射形成出风的特性,决定了贯流叶轮的出风风道要求设计得尽可能窄小,且为向着贯流叶轮轴心线弧形弯曲。从室内机节约成本和美观上来讲也需要小型化设计,因此室内机的出风风道内是无法容纳通常的送风装置的,否则,强行设置送风装置,出风风道的出风会被堵塞,送风装置也会改变贯流叶轮的出风折射方向,严重影响出风风压和出风量。长期以来,空气调节技术领域的技术人员一直认为采用贯流叶轮进行热交换的室内机出风风道内是不可以设置送风装置的。如中国专利号CN201420218504,名为“一种空调器”的专利说明书第一页中就明确说明“现有具有安装部的空调一般都采用贯流风扇,贯流风扇,风道及与出风口的位置关系决定了难以在其内设置额外的送风装置”。中国专利号CN201420218683名为“一种具有送风装置的空调室内机”专利说明书第一页也明确说明“现有具有安装部的空调一般都采用贯流风扇,且贯流风扇以其轴线与出口平行而设置,因此,要获得满足要求的送风性能,这种空调的体积均较大,且不能在内设置额外的送风装置。”,此处的安装部的空调,是指安装在墙壁上的壁挂式空调室内机和吊在室内顶上的吊顶式空调室内机,此处的贯流风扇即为贯流叶轮。因此,空调领域的技术人员,把送风装置的设计总是放在紧靠室内机的出风口外侧,并为此设置了上下导风,左右导风,分流导风等名目繁多的导风装置,关于室内机出风口外侧的导风装置的专利技术文献也数以千计,目的就一个,改善区域温差,减小冷风直吹的影响。中国专利号2014207299611,名为“一种分体壁挂式空调器”的专利(简称D专利)提出的在贯流叶轮的送风风道的后蜗壳上,即送风风道壁上设置送风装置,导入室内未经热交换的空气并与送风风道中的热交换空气形成混合风后送至室内的技术方案。空调室内机贯流叶轮的送风风道即为室内机出风风道。该技术方案主要点是在送风风道壁上开口并在开口处安装设置引风组件,在所属室内机罩壳的相应位置形成附加进风口,引风组件如D专利说明书0008,0009自然段说明的那样:引风组件为多个引风格栅,“引风格栅包括位于所述后蜗壳型线上的第一部和背离所述送风风道方向弯曲的第二部”,很显然,D专利的引风组件也是设置在出风风道壁的外侧的。D专利的发明目的有二点:1,在送风风道形成与室内温差较小的混合风并送至室内,温差较小的混合风吹到 人体身上,感觉凉而不冷,较为柔和舒适,提高了用户的舒适性体验;2,增大了室内机出风口的送风量,有助于加快室内空气的流动速度和均匀性,降低了室内空气达到设定温度所需的时间和能耗。但D专利的技术方案有三个缺点:1,空调室内机出风风道壁外侧与室内机机壳所形成的空间是唯一可以用来设置保温管包裹的空调连接管和空调排水管以及与室外机连接电源线的地方,这些管子和线几乎挤占满出风风道壁外侧的空间而紧贴着室内机出风风道壁外侧,现有空调室内机无论从美观还是从节约成本上来讲,都趋于超薄小型化设计,超薄小型化设计后这个空间除满足上述管道和线路布置外,室内机出风风道壁外侧已经没有多余的空间容纳引风组件了,因此,即便是强行设置引风组件,引风组件的引风口也会被经过保温管包裹的空调连接管,空调排水管和电源线顶住遮挡而引风不畅,引风量不足,甚至会出现引风组件中的引风格栅被顶住封闭引风口而无法引风的情况,达到D专利的第一条发明目的技术效果也就会较差,D专利说明书第三页第0026自然段强调开口71必须限定在后蜗壳7的特定段合适位置和对开口两端距离的限定,就已经隐含说明D专利的技术方案存在这个问题。2,正如D专利说明书第二页最后一行到第三页第一行所说,附加进风口距离出风口较远,才能避免室内机出风口的出风经附加进风口回流的问题,目前空调室内机的厚度,即垂直于墙壁方向上的长度已普遍由早年的300mm厚,薄形化设计到现在的135mm-200mm,在室内机罩壳上设置附加进风口设计得距离出风口再远,也不可能超过室内机的厚度,一出一进两个风口,仅仅相距135mm-200mm,特别是进出风口的进出风角度要小于90°,回流问题肯定无法避免且较严重。空调的这个回流区域位于室内机下沿,通常远离人们在室内的活动区域,回流使得室内机出风口吹向通常需要空气调节的活动区域的风量减少,出风量对目的区域的减少,使得D专利不但不能减少反而增加了室内空气达到设定温度所需的时间和能耗,也就难以达到D专利的第2条发明目的技术效果了。3,现在空调市场竞争日趋激烈,空调利润已经日趋微薄,D专利技术方案要通过增加引风组件和附加进风口来达到发明目的,这些都会增加成本,势必因生产成本的增加而降低产品竞争力。
发明内容
1,本发明的目的就是提供一种空调室内机,在达到解决现有空调室内机出风不够柔和,送风风量少的问题即完全达到D专利发明目的同时,解决了D专利存在的引风组件引风效果差和附加进风口带来较严重的回流问题。
2,本发明可以在现有空调室内机的基础上不增加生产成本就可实施,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
本发明的发明目的是通过以下方式来实现的:一种空调室内机,包括贯流叶轮出风风道,贯流叶轮出风风道壁,其特征是:贯流叶轮出风风道壁上开设有风口,风口的上边端与下边端错开形成引风口,在垂直于室内机贯流叶轮轴心线,室内机出风口位于左侧的投影平面中,上边端到下边端的连线与上边端为切点的出风风道壁切线的顺时针夹角大于40°到小于210°。
本发明的发明目的还可以通过这样的方式来实现的:一种空调室内机,包括贯流叶轮出风风道,贯流叶轮出风风道壁,其特征是:贯流叶轮出风风道壁上开设有风口,风口的上边端与下边端错开形成引风口,在垂直于室内机贯流叶轮轴心线,室内机出风口位于左侧的投影平面中,上边端到下边端的连线与上边端为切点的出风风道壁切线的顺时针夹角大于90°到小于180°。
如上所述的空调室内机,室内机安装板上方的室内机机壳上开设风口。
如上所述的空调室内机,引风口通过安装板上的洞口与室内空气相通。
如上所述的空调室内机,引风口上设置可开启关闭的风门。
如上所述的空调室内机,引风口上下边端之间的垂直距离小于8mm。
本发明的空调室内机是专指采用贯流叶轮进出风的室内机,所以本发明中的贯流叶轮出风风道即为室内机出风风道,贯流叶轮出风风道的四壁即为贯流叶轮出风风道壁,通常贯流叶轮出风风道由出风风道部分的蜗舌和蜗壳组成,本发明引风口设置在贯流叶轮出风风道壁的蜗壳上,即通常所称的贯流叶轮的出风风道壁后蜗壳上,因此,本发明的贯流叶轮出风风道壁上开设有风口即为贯流叶轮出风风道壁的蜗壳上开设有风口。通常贯流叶轮为长圆筒形,贯流叶轮的出风风道截面为长方形,室内机的出风口的截面为长方形,贯流叶轮的轴心线与上述长方形的长中心线平行,所以贯流叶轮出风风道壁上开设的风口也相对应为长中心线与之平行的长方形。组成长方形风口的两长边端以贯流叶轮到室内机出风口的出风流动方向为先后顺序,首先位于出风风道壁上的长方形风口的长边为上边端,对应的另一条长边则为下边端。
本发明垂直于室内机贯流叶轮轴心线,室内机出风口位于左侧下方的投影平面即为空调室内机右视图,也就是本发明附图1,反之,则为空调室内机左视图。
室内机贯流叶轮折射出风的特性决定了出风风道不同于一般的风机出风风道,一般的风机出风风道技术并不适用于贯流叶轮出风风道的设计,贯流叶轮的出风风道的型线必须为对着贯流叶轮轴心线方向弧形弯曲,因此,如仅是在原来的出风风道壁上简单开一个长方形风口,长方形风口的两长边仍位于弧形弯曲的出风风道壁上,贯流叶轮流出的空气将会直接对着风口在风口形成正压而流出,不可能达到引进室内空气的目的。所以,要将“风口的上边端与下边端错开形成引风口”,此处的错开,是上边端与下边端所在的出风风道壁型线,不在同一条弧形线上。与此同时,引风口上边端与下边端在出风风道壁上的相对位置结构关系必须满足特定的“在垂直于室内机贯流叶轮轴心线,室内机出风口位于左侧的投影平面中,上边端到下边端的连线与上边端为切点的出风风道壁切线的顺时针夹角大于40°到小于210°”这一技术特征。上边端为切点的出风风道壁切线是指以上边端为切点,以上边端所在的出风风道壁曲线在上边端为切点的切线,顺时针夹角是指上边端到下边端的连线顺时针方向与该切线的夹角。如果在空调室内机左视图中,顺时针夹角则为逆时针夹角,两者性质相同。当引风口的上边端到引风口的下边端在出风风道壁上满足这样的位置结构关系时,引风口才能形成负压区域,引风口外的室内空气就会被引进来与贯流叶轮出风风道内的热交换风混合后形成柔和的凉热交换风流出室内机出风口实现本发明的发明目的。否则,由于出风风道是向着贯流叶轮轴心线方向弧形弯曲的,贯流叶轮折射流出的热交换空气就不能保证在引风口形成完全的负压区域,有可能形成引风与出风同时出现的情况,甚至形成热交换空气通过引风口流出而不能引入室内空气的情况,发明目的不但无法实现,还会使贯流叶轮出风风道内的热交换风被分流流出,导致室内机出风风量不足。如果在垂直于室内机贯流叶轮轴心线,室内机出风口位于左侧的投影平面中,将上边端到下边端的连线与上边端为切点的出风风道壁切线的顺时针夹角设定在大于90°到小于180°范围内时,本发明引风口形成的负压区域的负压效果最佳,也就能最好地实现本发明的发明目的。
本发明还可在引风口上设置可开启关闭的风门并通过空调遥控器控制关启,使得空调室内机出风口的出风在全热交换出风和热交换出风与室内空气形成的混合出风之间任意转换,即可满足原有低温制冷的使用要求和制热时需要对局 部区域快速升温的需要,又可满足提供柔和的凉热交换风的需要,给使用者提供了灵活选用的体验模式。由于引风口位于出风风道壁的内侧,设置的风门也一定在出风风道壁的内侧上,依然不会挤占出风风道壁外侧的空间。
本发明风口的上边端与下边端错开形成引风口时,风口的上边端与下边端有多种相对位置结构可以达到本发明目的,其中以上边端向出风风道内弯曲,下边端仍位于原贯流叶轮出风风道壁上的错开设置为最佳,这样形成的引风口就全部位于原贯流叶轮出风风道壁内,丝毫不挤占原出风风道壁外的空间,又基本上位于原出风风道壁型线上,对出风风道的出风几乎没有影响。本发明的原贯流叶轮出风风道壁是假设没有开口时的贯流叶轮的出风风道壁。由于引风口不存在挤占出风风道壁外的空间和被遮挡的问题,引风流畅,引风量充足,也就消除了D专利的引风组件的风口被顶住遮挡而引风效果差的缺点。当贯流叶轮流出的热交换风经向内弯曲的引风口上边端流向室内机出风口时,引风口向内弯曲的上边端和仍位于原贯流叶轮出风风道壁上的下边端组成的引风口形成负压区域,出风风道壁外的室内空气就会源源不断地被引进来与贯流风机出风风道内的热交换风混合后形成柔和的凉热交换风流出室内机出风口。此时的出风量应为贯流叶轮的热交换出风加引风口引进来的室内空气,总出风量加大,但热交换能量不变,仍为贯流叶轮流出来的热交换出风所携带的能量,室内机出风口输出热交换能量不变。如为制冷模式下的话,就是说,制冷量不变,出风量增加,出风温度就得到适当提高,使得室内机出风口的出风由人体感觉冷风变为凉风,出风变得柔和舒适,从而消除了“空调病”的问题。因为温度得到适当提高的出风所携带的制冷量并没有减少,出风量获得了增加,室内空气循环加速,达到设定温度所需的时间减少,省电节能,从而达到本发明发明目的。
空调室内机机壳后背面装有安装板,通常安装板上设置有一组长方形洞口,通常为2到3个,长方形洞口与室内机上方的室内空气是相通的,与贯流叶轮蜗壳上的出风风道壁的外侧也是相通的,长方形洞口挂在金属挂墙板上的挂钩上,而挂墙板预先挂在墙上,室内机就是这样被悬挂在墙壁上。在挂墙板挂钩挂上安装板长方形洞口后,长方形洞口仍留有足够的洞口与室内相通,本发明是在贯流叶轮蜗壳的出风风道壁上设置引风口的,所以,引风口也就与室内相通了,此外,在通常情况下,在安装板与空调室内机进风部位的贯流叶轮蜗壳之间,安装板与挂墙板之间垂直方向上的空调室内机机壳上也会存在缝隙和洞口,现有空调也有室内机进风部位的贯流叶轮蜗壳上开有洞口的设计,这些缝隙和洞口以及安装板上的洞口都是现有空调室内机具有的,与贯流叶轮蜗壳上的出风风道壁的外侧也是相通的,并不需要专门的设置,利用这些空调室内机现有的技术技征,引风口形成的负压就可以通过这些缝隙和洞口作为进风口将室内空气源源不断地吸引进来与经过热交换的空气混合后流出室内机出风口。本发明的空调室内机,均包含这些空调室内机现有的技术技征。用于与挂墙板挂钩悬挂的洞口为公知技术,原来仅具有悬挂室内机的功能,在本发明引风口的设置后,才具有了将室内空气引进室内机出风风道的功能。本发明还可在室内机机壳后背面的安装板上方的室内机机壳上增开风口的方式扩大本发明引风口引风量。上述两种将引风口与室内相通的引风方式所用于引进室内空气的缝隙和洞口以及风口,均位于室内机顶部靠墙***置,该缝隙和洞口以及风口与室内机出风口有室内机进风口相隔,且进风方向与室内机出风方向角度大于90°,因而根本不可能产生室内机出风口出风回流到这些缝隙和洞口以及风口中的可能,从而消除了D专利因开设附加进风 口带来回流时不但不能减少反而会增加室内空气达到设定温度所需时间和耗能的缺点。
贯流叶轮的蜗壳为一次性注塑成型零件,在贯流叶轮蜗壳上的出风风道壁上开设引风口,仅是一个上边端向出风风道内弯曲,下边端仍位于原贯流叶轮出风风道壁上的长方形引风口,该长方形引风口可在贯流叶轮的蜗壳一次注塑成型时生成,所以并不增加生产成本。同理,在室内机安装板上方的室内机机壳上开设风口,也可在室内机机壳一次成形时形成,同样不增加生产成本。
长方形引风口的两长边端的中心线应与贯流叶轮轴心线平行,以利引进来的室内空气与贯流叶轮出风风道内的热交换风充分均匀混合。长方形引风口上下边端之间可设置多条连接支撑条,成口琴状,以提高长方形引风口的强度和减少空气高速流动时有可能带来的振动。贯流叶轮流出的热交换空气是在出风风道壁上通过折射流出出风风道的,当下边端仍位于原贯流叶轮出风风道壁上,长方形引风口上下边端之间的垂直距离控制在8mm之内,对折射角度的改变较小,能够确保折射后的出风流畅地流向室内机出风口,从而确保了不降低出风风压的情况下,达到引风口获得充足引风的目的。长方形引风口上下边端之间的垂直距离是指以下边端为起点,以下边端所在的出风风道壁的法线到与上边端出风风道壁或上边端出风风道壁弧线延长线相交的直线距离。当长方形引风口上下边端之间的垂直距离控制在3mm之内时,贯流叶轮流出的热交换空气在出风风道壁上折射后的出风方向几乎与原出风折射方向平行,引风口引风量更大,对贯流叶轮出风没有影响。正因为本发明的引风口丝毫不占用出风风道壁外的空间,不会与出风风道壁外侧的管子,线路发生挤占的冲突和被顶住遮挡,本发明可在贯流叶轮蜗壳的出风风道壁全段上的任一位置设置引风口,也可在出风风道壁全段上设置3到8个甚至更多个引风口来提高引风量和引风进入出风风道中的均匀性,不存在D专利中必须对开口71限定在后蜗壳的特定的合适位置,否则就难以避免出现不均匀的出风和引风量不足的问题。
贯流叶轮进行热交换的室内机的出风风道较狭窄,很难容纳得下包括D专利中引风组件在内的通常的向内送风装置,即便免强设置了通常的送风装置,出风风道也会被挤占堵塞,改变贯流叶轮折射出风的方向,严重影响出风,因此,现有空气调节技术领域的技术人员,对空调室内机出风风道的普遍认识正如在本发明说明书背景技术中介绍的那样,是不能在内设置额外的送风装置的。本发明克服了这种技术偏见,在出风风道内设置了特定结构的引风口,不但能够为出风风道额外送风,增加了出风量,而且不会对出风风道的出风产生不良影响。
在贯流叶轮出风风道壁上向内开设长方形风口,并对组成长方形风口的上下两条长边端的形状,相对位置关系作了特定的设计,使得长方形风口自身就成了具有了引风功能的引风口,也就无需再另设置引风组件了。没有了引风组件,也就不存在出风风道被挤占堵塞,严重影响出风的问题了,从而达到即实现解决了出风不够柔和,送风风量少的发明目的,还达到生产成本没有增加的情况下实施本发明的目的。而D专利的权利要求书中提出的技术解决方案,是在贯流风扇的送风风道的后蜗壳上形成开口,“在所述开口上形成具有引风口的引风组件”,由引风组件提供引风口,不但结构复杂,需要安装设置空间,也带来生产成本的增加。
本发明为专门针对采用贯流叶轮进出风的空调室内机而提出的的技术方案,是在室内机贯流叶轮出风风道壁上实施的技术方案。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下优点和积极效果:
1,本发明具有在空调室内机出风风道内形成与室内温差较小的混合风并送至室内和增大室内机出风量的优点,完全达到D专利的发明目的并全面优于D专利发明目的技术效果。
2,本发明解决了D专利存在的“引风组件引风效果难以理想和附加进风口带来较严重的回流问题”
3,本发明可以在现有空调室内机的基础上,不增加成本地实施本发明,大大提高空调的市场竞争力。
4,本发明克服了空调室内机的贯流叶轮出风风道内不能设置送风装置的技术偏见。

附图1中的1为室内机机壳,贯流叶轮出风风道16即为室内机出风风道,贯流叶轮出风风道壁15即为室内机出风风道壁。室内机机壳1内中布置安装了热交换器5,贯流叶轮8,贯流叶轮蜗壳9以及贯流叶轮出风风道16,室内机工作时,贯流叶轮8转动,通过室内机进风口2吸入室内空气,吸入的室内空气经热交换器5热交换形成热交换空气后,穿过贯流叶轮8在贯流叶轮出风风道16中,流经引风口上边端12时,在引风口13的上边端12和引风口下边端14之间形成负压区域,室外空气通过室内机进风口2与贯流叶轮蜗壳洞口6,被吸入引风口13与贯流叶轮出风风道16中的热交换空气混合形成柔和的热交换空气,由室内机出风口17流向室内。上边端投影点A到下边端投影点B的连线即为上边端到下边端的连线,与引风口13的上边端12和引风口下边端14之间的连线性质相同。如果没有贯流叶轮蜗壳洞口6,引风口13就通过安装板上用来与挂墙板悬挂的一组长方形洞口和空调室内机机壳上现有的缝隙和洞口与室内空气相通来吸入室内空气。两种引风口吸入室内空气的方法可以视引风量的需要采用其中的一种方式或同时采用。当在引风口13上设置风门时,关闭风门,室内机出风口17流出的热交换风与原有的空调室内机出风口流出的热交换风一模一样。两种出风模式,供使用者任意取用。附图1中的贯流叶轮蜗壳通往室内机机壳上部的部分与室内机安装板因作图的原因重合画在一起,实际上是存在缝隙分开的,贯流叶轮蜗壳洞口6是表示在贯流叶轮蜗壳上设有风口,并不涉及相邻的室内机安装板。附图1附图2中箭头方向为空气流动方向。上下边端连接支撑条18可设置多个,以提高引风口13的强度和抗振性。原出风风道壁轨迹11,为原出风风道壁投影线,即本发明中的型线。为了区别起见,因引风口13的设置而改变了的原出风风道壁轨迹,图中采用虚线表示,上边端投影点A即为上边端为切点的出风风 道壁切线的切点,上边端投影点A到下边端投影点B的连线即为上边端到下边端的连线。
附图2是本发明出风风道壁开设引风口的立体结构示意图,直观地显示了本发明的引风口在出风风道壁上的结构和引风情况。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种空调室内机,包括贯流叶轮出风风道,贯流叶轮出风风道壁,其特征是:贯流叶轮出风风道壁上开设有风口,风口的上边端与下边端错开形成引风口,在垂直于室内机贯流叶轮轴心线,室内机出风口位于左侧的投影平面中,上边端到下边端的连线与上边端为切点的出风风道壁切线的顺时针夹角大于40°到小于210°。
  2. 一种空调室内机,包括贯流叶轮出风风道,贯流叶轮出风风道壁,其特征是:贯流叶轮出风风道壁上开设有风口,风口的上边端与下边端错开形成引风口,在垂直于室内机贯流叶轮轴心线,室内机出风口位于左侧的投影平面中,上边端到下边端的连线与上边端为切点的出风风道壁切线的顺时针夹角大于90°到小于180°。
  3. 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征是:室内机安装板上方的室内机机壳上开设风口。
  4. 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征是:引风口通过安装板上的洞口与室内空气相通。
  5. 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征是:引风口上设置可开启关闭的风门。
  6. 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征是:引风口上下边端之间的垂直距离小于8mm。
