Definitions
- the present invention is a (meth) acrylamide urethane oligomer having excellent compatibility with organic solvents, general-purpose acrylic monomers and oligomers, high curability with respect to active energy rays, and a cure shrinkage of 5% or less.
- the present invention relates to an active energy ray-curable resin composition having excellent adhesion, moisture resistance and surface curability, and low curing shrinkage and high transparency, and a molded product thereof.
- urethane acrylates are usually synthesized by reacting a polyol and a polyisocyanate to obtain a polyurethane having hydroxyl groups or isocyanate groups at both ends, and then further reacting with a hydroxyl group-containing acrylate or isocyanate group-containing acrylate.
- Patent Documents 1 to 3 Further, a synthesis method in which a hydroxyl group-containing acrylate and a polyisocyanate are reacted and then attached to the end of a polyol has been proposed (Patent Document 4).
- urethane acrylate Since urethane acrylate has a radical polymerizable acrylate group, it is widely used as a component of the active energy ray-curable resin composition like monofunctional acrylate, polyfunctional acrylate, epoxy acrylate, etc. With the increase, the curability of the entire composition decreases, and when the resin composition is applied onto a substrate and cured by irradiation with active energy rays such as ultraviolet rays, the surface of the coating remains sticky and tack-free. There was a fault that was difficult to become.
- Patent Document 1 has proposed a photocurable resin composition in which 20 to 80% monofunctional acrylate and 2% sensitizer are blended with urethane acrylate having a polybutadiene skeleton.
- Patent Documents 5 to 8 adducts and oligomers of urethane acrylamide have been proposed to improve the active energy ray curability of urethane acrylate resins, particularly the hardness and surface tackiness of cured products.
- Patent Documents 5 to 8 By changing the polymerizable group from an acrylate group to an acrylamide group, the UV curability has been improved, the stickiness of the cured film surface and the hardness of the cured product have been improved, but the solubility in general-purpose organic solvents and acrylic monomers has increased. No mention was made of transparency, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and resistance to shrinkage of the cured film obtained.

- Viscosity The viscosity of the obtained ink composition was measured using a cone plate viscometer (device name: RE550 viscometer manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) according to JIS K5600-2-3.
- the viscosity of the ink composition at 20 ° C. is preferably 3 to 20 mPa ⁇ s, more preferably 5 to 18 mPa ⁇ s. If it is less than 3 mPa ⁇ s, bleeding after printing is observed, and the discharge followability is deteriorated due to printing misalignment, and if it is 20 mPa ⁇ s or more, discharge stability is reduced due to clogging of the discharge nozzle, it is not preferable.
- the obtained ink composition was applied to a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film having a thickness of 100 ⁇ m with a bar coater (RDS 12), and then irradiated with ultraviolet rays (apparatus: inverter-type conveyor device ECS made by Eye Graphics). -4011GX, metahalide lamp: cured by Eye Graphics M04-L41) to produce a printed matter.

The results are shown in Table 8.
- (meth) acrylamide urethane oligomers containing more than 5% by weight of low molecular weight components such as urethane adducts are poor in curability and surface drying properties, and have a low polarity and high polarity. It was found that the water resistance is poor even in the printed matter after the discharge curing due to the components. Moreover, urethane-modified (meth) acrylate and urethane-modified (meth) acrylamide whose molecular weight and acrylic equivalent are out of a certain range are inferior in ejection stability. This is because the spinnability becomes a problem as the viscosity increases.
- the (meth) acrylamide urethane oligomer obtained in the present invention has an excellent ink composition having excellent curability and surface drying properties, and having both ejection stability, sharpness and water resistance.
- Evaluation Example G-1 15 parts by weight of urethane-modified (meth) acrylamide synthesized in Synthesis Example 1, 50 parts by weight of “HEAA”, 32 parts by weight of Uniol D400, 3 parts by weight of Irgacure 184 as a photopolymerization initiator are added and mixed uniformly, and active energy ray curing is performed. 3D modeling resin composition was prepared.

- the active energy ray-curable resin composition obtained in (1) was bonded to a thickness of 10 ⁇ m. Irradiate ultraviolet rays from the upper surface of the obtained laminated film (apparatus: Inverter type conveyor device ECS-4011GX made by Eye Graphics, metal halide lamp: M04-L41 made by Eye Graphics, ultraviolet illuminance: 700 mW / cm2, integrated light quantity: 1000 mJ / cm2 And a polarizing plate having an acrylic film on both sides of the polarizing film was prepared.
- a 75 ⁇ m-thick heavy release PET film (polyester film E7001 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) is adhered to a horizontally placed glass plate, and a spacer having a thickness of 1 mm and an inside of 20 mm ⁇ 40 mm is installed.
- the number of passes for irradiating with ultraviolet rays was the number of passes obtained in the above item 0121. Then, the cured product prepared by removing the peeled PET film on both sides was used as a test piece, and left in a constant temperature and humidity chamber set at 25 ° C. and 50% RH for 168 hours. Evaluation was performed.
- X Bleed-out is slightly observed before standing, and bleed-out product is intensely observed after standing.

The results are shown in Table 9.
- the active energy ray-curable resin compositions obtained in Examples G-1 to G-8 are excellent in coating film operability, formability and smoothness, and even in the presence of oxygen. It exhibits high curability that can be cured by irradiation with ultraviolet rays of 1000 mJ / cm 2 or less, and at the same time, bleeding out of the non-reactive diluent is suppressed. In addition, it shows good adhesion and adhesion to PET and PMMA base materials, and it can be seen that it is suitably used as an adhesive. On the other hand, in Comparative Example G-9, the adhesion to the PET or PMMA substrate due to the high curing shrinkage was insufficient.
- Comparative Example G-10 the curing was not sufficiently performed, and the film was not sufficiently cured, so that a bleedout of the non-reactive diluent was often observed, and the adhesion and adhesive strength were also low.
- Comparative Example G-11 curing was insufficient due to the high molecular weight and acrylic equivalent of the oligomer in the composition, and bleeding out of the non-reactive diluent occurred.
- Comparative Example G-12 good curability and suppression of bleed out were observed, but the film after UV irradiation became rigid, and from the viewpoint of low coating operability and formability and high curing shrinkage, Adhesion to the plastic substrate was low, and good adhesion was not demonstrated.

The results are shown in Table 10.
- (meth) acrylamide urethane oligomers and acrylate urethane oligomers containing more than 5% by weight of low molecular weight components are relatively excellent in curability, but a decrease in adhesion due to high cure shrinkage was observed.
- stickiness of the decorative film after curing is suppressed, and since the curing shrinkage is also low, there is no lifting from the nail and high adhesion, but also high removability with acetone. A nail decoration could be formed.
- Evaluation Example I-1 25 parts by weight of urethane-modified (meth) acrylamide H-1 synthesized in Synthesis Example 1, 35 parts by weight of light acrylate PE-4, 15 parts by weight of “ACMO”, and 25 parts by weight of DPHA are mixed, and Darocur is used as a photopolymerization initiator. 1173 3 parts by weight and 3 parts by weight of 8019add as a surface modifier were added and mixed uniformly to prepare a vehicle exterior protective agent composition.
