Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicular lamp.
- a substrate on which a light emitting element that functions as a light source is mounted is disposed inside a lamp outer casing constituted by a cover and a lamp housing, and light emitted from the light emitting element is reflected by a reflector such as a reflector.
- a reflector such as a reflector.
- Some of these vehicular lamps are configured such that when the light emitting element is turned off, the color of a predetermined member is reflected on the reflecting portion of the reflector so that different colors can be seen when turned on and off. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
- the extension that shields a part of the structure disposed inside the lamp outer casing is colored black, and the extension color is reflected on the reflecting portion when the lamp is turned off. It is configured as follows.
- a substrate on which a light emitting element that functions as a light source is mounted is disposed inside a lamp outer casing constituted by a cover and a lamp housing, and heat generated when the light emitting element is turned on is radiated from the heat sink.
- a heat radiating member such as the above (for example, see Patent Document 2).
- a heat sink is used as a heat radiating member, a conductive film is formed on the surface of the substrate on which the light emitting element is mounted, and an insulating film having heat conductivity on the conductive film.
- the heat generated when the heat sink is brought into contact with the insulating film is released from the heat sink. Therefore, the conductive film and the insulating film function as a heat transfer unit that transfers heat from the substrate serving as a heat generation source to the heat dissipation member.
- the vehicular lamp having the reflection portion that reflects the light as described above when the light emitted from the light emitting element is reflected at an unnecessary portion when it is turned on, the passenger of the oncoming vehicle or the preceding vehicle There is a risk of generating dazzling light.
- the heat transfer portion is provided between the heat dissipation member and the substrate as described above, it is necessary to ensure high positional accuracy between the heat dissipation member and the substrate in consideration of the thickness of the heat transfer portion. . That is, in the vehicular lamp described in Patent Document 2, the thickness of the conductive film functioning as a heat transfer portion and the thickness of the insulating film is taken into consideration, ensuring high positional accuracy with respect to the substrate of the heat sink, which is a heat radiating member, and insulating. It is necessary to ensure good contact of the heat sink with the film.
- the substrate and the heat radiating member are fastened by bolts and nuts with the heat transfer portion interposed therebetween, and the heat radiating member is in contact with the heat transfer portion.
- the contact state with respect to a heat transfer part is dependent on the fastening condition of a volt
- the close contact state of the heat radiating member with the heat transfer portion changes depending on the tightening degree of the bolt to the nut by the operator. For example, when the tightening degree is weak, the close contact of the heat radiating member with the heat transfer portion is good. There is a possibility that the state is not secured and sufficient heat dissipation performance cannot be obtained.
- the first object of the present invention is to suppress the generation of illusion light at the time of turning on and off.
- the second object of the present invention is to ensure high positional accuracy of the heat sink with respect to the substrate and improve the heat dissipation performance.
- a third object of the present invention is to improve heat dissipation related to heat generated when the light emitting element is turned on and to ensure sufficient concealment for a part of the internal structure without causing a cost increase. is there.
