Description

Mura区域的亮度补偿方法及Mura像素点亮度的设计方法 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种Mura区域的亮度补偿方法及Mura像素点亮度的设计方法。
背景技术
平板显示装置具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有的平板显示装置主要包括液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)及有机发光二极管显示装置(Organic Light Emitting Display,OLED)。
随着科技的发展及人们物质生活的需求,现今平面显示器的尺寸做得越来越大,显示分辨率也越来越高,对生产工艺的要求也越来越严苛。目前在平面显示面板生产过程中由于生产工艺等原因经常会产生Mura缺陷,所谓Mura是指因显示面板亮度不均匀造成各种痕迹的现象。通过在暗室中将显示面板切换到黑色画面以及其它低灰阶画面,然后从各种不同的角度去看显示画面中是否存在痕迹即可判断该显示面板是否存在Mura,这种痕迹可能是横向条纹或四十五度角条纹,可能是切得很直的方块,可能是某个角落出现一块,也可能是没有规则可言的痕迹,通常我们将这种出现各种痕迹的显示区域称为Mura区域。
针对显示面板Mura区域,常用的处理方法是:获取屏幕亮度信息,检测Mura,将Mura区域的亮度补偿为理想亮度。现有的的计算Mura区域理想亮度的方式包括:根据Gamma值推算、和滤波获取。
请参阅图1,根据Gamma值推算的方法是通过将Mura区域的Gamma值设定调整至与正常区的Gamma值设定一致,如此可提高面板均匀性,降低Mura被观察到的可能性。然而由于实际操作过程中显示面板本身都存在一定程度的可接受的亮度不均,Gamma值推算出的理想亮度一般适用于显示面板的中心点,但Mura区域的位置是随机的,因而位于Mura区域周边的正常区域可能不等于中心点的亮度,以这种方式校正Mura,如图1所示,Mura区域的亮度可能与周边亮度变化趋势不符,会引入新的不均。
滤波获取的方法是对亮度矩阵进行滤波、平滑后得到新的亮度矩阵,并将新的亮度矩阵与原亮度矩阵的各个像素对应逐点相除,得到各个像素的亮度调整系数。尽管滤波可以平滑Mura区域的边界,但其对正常区域也会造成影响,在调整Mura区域亮度的同时,也要调整正常区域的亮度,而 且平滑程度的控制、滤波参数的设置操作难度较大,对于亮度差异大或者面积大的Mura区域,平滑效果有限。
因此,需要一种更好的Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,以使补偿后Mura区域的亮度平滑过渡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,能够补偿Mura区域中的各个Mura像素点的亮度,且补偿后Mura区域的亮度平滑过渡,提升显示面板的生产良率,改善显示面板的显示质量。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,能够获得Mura像素点的理想亮度,以对Mura像素点的亮度进行补偿,且补偿后Mura像素点的亮度平滑过渡,提升显示面板的生产良率,改善显示面板的显示质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明首先提供了一种Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供一显示面板,所述显示面板包括数个呈阵列排布的像素点,所述显示面板内具有Mura区域及正常区域;
步骤2、获取该显示面板的亮度矩阵,并标记出Mura区域,寻找并选定Mura区域中的第一个Mura像素点;
步骤3、寻找位于选定的Mura像素点右方、和下方的与该Mura像素点的欧式距离最近的右方正常像素点和下方正常像素点,分别记录右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度及右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离;
步骤4、寻找邻近选定的Mura像素点左方、和上方的左方正常像素点和上方正常像素点,分别记录左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度;
步骤5、依据右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度、右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离、及左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度,以距离作为权重,对位于选定的Mura像素点右方、下方、左方和上方的正常像素点的亮度做加权运算,获得选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度,并用获得的理想亮度替换该选定的Mura像素点的原始亮度;
步骤6、寻找并选定Mura区域中的下一个Mura像素点,重复步骤3至步骤5,直至处理完Mura区域内的所有Mura像素点,完成对该显示面板的Mura区域的亮度补偿。
所述Mura区域的亮度补偿方法按照从左至右,从上至下的顺序依次寻 找并选定Mura区域中的Mura像素点。

本发明还提供一种Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供一包括Mura像素点和正常像素点的显示面板,寻找并选定该显示面板中的一Mura像素点;
步骤2、寻找位于该选定的Mura像素点右方、和下方的欧式距离最近的右方正常像素点和下方正常像素点,分别记录右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度及右方、和下方正常像素点与该选定的Mura像素点之间的距离;
步骤3、寻找邻近该选定的Mura像素点左方、和上方的左方正常像素点和上方正常像素点,分别记录左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度;
步骤4、依据右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度、右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离、及左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度,以距离作为权重,对位于选定的Mura像素点右方、下方、左方和上方的正常像素点的亮度做加权运算,获得该选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种Mura区域的亮度补偿方法及Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,通过寻找距离选定的Mura像素点右方、和下方最近的正常像素点,并分别记录右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度及右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离,结合邻近选定的Mura像素点左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度,以距离作为权重,对位于选定的Mura像素点右方、下方、左方和上方的正常像素点的亮度做加权运算,获得该选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度,并用获得的理想亮度替换该选定的Mura像素点的原始亮度,即可完成对Mura区域的亮度补偿。补偿后 Mura区域的亮度平滑过渡,能够提升显示面板的生产良率,改善显示面板的显示质量。

步骤2、获取该显示面板的亮度矩阵,并标记出Mura区域,寻找并选定Mura区域中的第一个Mura像素点。
具体地,在标记出的Mura区域中,按照从左至右、从上至下的顺序寻找并选定第一个Mura像素点。

计算出Mura像素点的理想亮度后,便可用计算出的理想亮度来替换Mura像素点的原始亮度,达到亮度补偿的目的。
综上所述,本发明的Mura区域的亮度补偿方法及Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,通过寻找距离选定的Mura像素点右方、和下方最近的正常像素点,并分别记录右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度及右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离,结合邻近选定的Mura像素点左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度,以距离作为权重,对位于选定的Mura像素点右方、下方、左方和上方的正常像素点的亮度做加权运算,获得该选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度,并用获得的理想亮度替换该选定的Mura像素点的原始亮度,即可完成对Mura区域的补偿。补偿后Mura区域的亮度平滑过渡,能够提升显示面板的生产良率,改善显示面板的显示质量。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,包括如下步骤:
    步骤1、提供一显示面板,所述显示面板包括数个呈阵列排布的像素点,所述显示面板内具有Mura区域及正常区域;
    步骤2、获取该显示面板的亮度矩阵,并标记出Mura区域,寻找并选定Mura区域中的第一个Mura像素点;
    步骤3、寻找位于选定的Mura像素点右方、和下方的与该Mura像素点的欧式距离最近的右方正常像素点和下方正常像素点,分别记录右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度及右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离;
    步骤4、寻找邻近选定的Mura像素点左方、和上方的左方正常像素点和上方正常像素点,分别记录左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度;
    步骤5、依据右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度、右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离、及左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度,以距离作为权重,对位于选定的Mura像素点右方、下方、左方和上方的正常像素点的亮度做加权运算,获得选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度,并用获得的理想亮度替换该选定的Mura像素点的原始亮度;
    步骤6、寻找并选定Mura区域中的下一个Mura像素点,重复步骤3至步骤5,直至处理完Mura区域内的所有Mura像素点,完成对该显示面板的Mura区域的亮度补偿。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,其中,按照从左至右,从上至下的顺序依次寻找并选定Mura区域中的Mura像素点。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,其中,所述步骤5中的加权运算公式为:

    其中,Li为选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度,L1为所述右方正常像素点的亮度,L2为所述下方正常像素点的亮度,L3为所述左方正常像素点的亮度,L4为所述上方正常像素点的亮度,D1为所述右方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离,D2为所述下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素 点之间的距离;F1为所述右方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在右方正常像素点,则F1=1,若不存在右方正常像素点,则F1=0;F2为所述下方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在下方正常像素点,则F2=1,若不存在下方正常像素点,则F2=0;F3为所述左方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在左方正常像素点,则F3=1,若不存在左方正常像素点,则F3=0;F4为所述上方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在上方正常像素点,则F4=1,若不存在上方正常像素点,则F4=0。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,其中,若所述Mura区域内的其中一个选定的Mura像素点为第一行第一列像素点,则将与该第一行第一列像素点欧氏距离最近的正常像素点亮度作为其理想亮度,并用该理想亮度替换第一行第一列像素点的原始亮度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,其中,所述Mura区域位于显示面板的中的任意位置。
  6. 一种Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,包括如下步骤:
    步骤1、提供一包括Mura像素点和正常像素点的显示面板,寻找并选定该显示面板中的一Mura像素点;
    步骤2、寻找位于该选定的Mura像素点右方、和下方的欧式距离最近的右方正常像素点和下方正常像素点,分别记录右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度及右方、和下方正常像素点与该选定的Mura像素点之间的距离;
    步骤3、寻找邻近该选定的Mura像素点左方、和上方的左方正常像素点和上方正常像素点,分别记录左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度;
    步骤4、依据右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度、右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离、及左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度,以距离作为权重,对位于选定的Mura像素点右方、下方、左方和上方的正常像素点的亮度做加权运算,获得该选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,其中,所述步骤4中的加权运算公式为:

    其中,Li为选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度,L1为所述右方正常像素点的亮度,L2为所述下方正常像素点的亮度,L3为所述左方正常像素点的亮度,L4为所述上方正常像素点的亮度,D1为所述右方正常像素点与选定 的Mura像素点之间的距离,D2为所述下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离;F1为所述右方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在右方正常像素点,则F1=1,若不存在右方正常像素点,则F1=0;F2为所述下方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在下方正常像素点,则F2=1,若不存在下方正常像素点,则F2=0;F3为所述左方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在左方正常像素点,则F3=1,若不存在左方正常像素点,则F3=0;F4为所述上方正常像素点的存在系数,若存在上方正常像素点,则F4=1,若不存在上方正常像素点,则F4=0。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,其中,若所述选定的Mura像素点为第一行第一列像素点,则将与该第一行第一列像素点欧氏距离最近的正常像素点亮度作为该选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的Mura像素点亮度的设计方法,其中,所述步骤1中通过该显示面板的亮度矩阵寻找并选定Mura像素点。
  10. 一种Mura区域的亮度补偿方法,包括如下步骤:
    步骤1、提供一显示面板,所述显示面板包括数个呈阵列排布的像素点,所述显示面板内具有Mura区域及正常区域;
    步骤2、获取该显示面板的亮度矩阵,并标记出Mura区域,寻找并选定Mura区域中的第一个Mura像素点;
    步骤3、寻找位于选定的Mura像素点右方、和下方的与该Mura像素点的欧式距离最近的右方正常像素点和下方正常像素点,分别记录右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度及右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离;
    步骤4、寻找邻近选定的Mura像素点左方、和上方的左方正常像素点和上方正常像素点,分别记录左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度;
    步骤5、依据右方、和下方正常像素点的亮度、右方、和下方正常像素点与选定的Mura像素点之间的距离、及左方、和上方正常像素点的亮度,以距离作为权重,对位于选定的Mura像素点右方、下方、左方和上方的正常像素点的亮度做加权运算,获得选定的Mura像素点的理想亮度,并用获得的理想亮度替换该选定的Mura像素点的原始亮度;
    步骤6、寻找并选定Mura区域中的下一个Mura像素点,重复步骤3至步骤5,直至处理完Mura区域内的所有Mura像素点,完成对该显示面板的Mura区域的亮度补偿;
    其中,按照从左至右,从上至下的顺序依次寻找并选定Mura区域中的Mura像素点;
    其中,所述步骤5中的加权运算公式为:

    其中,若所述Mura区域内的其中一个选定的Mura像素点为第一行第一列像素点,则将与该第一行第一列像素点欧氏距离最近的正常像素点亮度作为其理想亮度,并用该理想亮度替换第一行第一列像素点的原始亮度;
    其中,所述Mura区域位于显示面板的中的任意位置。
