Description

一种用于分布式网关的寻呼方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及网络通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于分布式网关的寻呼方法及装置。
背景技术
随着分布式网络技术地不断发展,业内开始将移动通信网络中的网关设计为分布式网关(Distributed GateWay,DGW)。
分布式网关的主要特点是将原先移动核心网网关的信令控制和数据转发功能解耦分离,采用控制面网关(Gateway Control Plane,GW-C)承载信令控制功能,采用用户面网关(Gateway User Plane,GW-U)承载数据转发功能。
但是,在分布式网关的***架构中,用户面网关接收到下行数据报文后,由于与移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)之间没有接口,所以无法触发移动管理实体对终端(User Equipment,UE)发起寻呼流程。
综上,在分布式网关的***架构中,当用户面网关接收到下行数据报文后,如何向相应的终端发起寻呼流程,是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种用于分布式网关的寻呼方法及装置,通过用户面网关与控制面网关之间的信息交互,解决了向终端发起寻呼的问题。其具体方案如下:

从上述的技术方案可以看出,本申请的一种用于分布式网关的寻呼方法及装置,在用户面网关获取到下行数据之后;用户面网关可以向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息;在获取到所述控制面网关发送的下行数据通道信息之后;通过所述下行数据通道转发所述下行数据;解决了分布式网关向终端发起寻呼的问题。
本申请的另一种用于分布式网关的寻呼方法及装置,在控制面网关获取用户面网关发送的下行数据上报信息之后;控制面网关可以向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告;获取下行数据通道信息之后,将所述下行数据通道信息转发至所述用户面网关;解决了分布式网关向终端发起寻呼的问题。

步骤101:用户面网关获取下行数据;
所述下行数据,可以是网络中的服务器向终端发送的数据。所述下行数据从所述服务器发送至所述终端的过程中,需要经过多个网络设备的转发和处理。所述用户面网关即为所述多个网络设备其中之一。
步骤102:向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息;所述下行数据上报信息用于触发所述控制面网关向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告;所述下行数据通告用于触发所述移动管理实体向所述终端发起寻呼;
当所述用户面网关与终端之间不存在可用的数据通道时,或者所述用户面网关被设置为接收到下行数据则向控制面网关发送上报信息时,所述用户面网关可以向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息。
所述控制面网关接收到所述下行数据上报信息后,可以向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告。所述移动管理实体接收到所述控制面网关发起的下行数据通告后,可以对终端发起寻呼流程,通过演进型基站(Evolved Node B,eNodeB)等设备逐级寻呼到所述终端。
寻呼到所述终端后,所述终端可以发起服务请求(Service Request)流程。通过所述服务请求流程,可以在所述终端与所述用户面网关之间建立上行数据通道和下行数据通道。
所述下行数据通道建立过程中,所述控制面网关可以将所述下行数据通道的相关信息发送给所述用户面网关。

实际应用中,包含所述下行数据的下行数据上报信息可以通过数据通道发送至控制面网关,也可以通过信令通道发送至控制面网关。如果通过数据通道发送所述下行数据上报信息,控制面网关接收到所述下行数据上报消息,可以本地决策触发寻呼。如果所述数据通道是专门用于转发所述寻呼下行数据的寻呼通道,控制面网关可以根据通道特征确定下行数据用于触发寻呼。如果所述寻呼通道是基于GPRS隧道协议用户平面(GPRS Tunneling Protocol User Plane,GTPU)的,那么通道特征就是GTPU隧道端点标识(Tunnel Endpoint Identifier,TEID)。如果通过信令通道发送所述下行数据上报消息,用户面网关在发送的下行数据上报信息中,可以携带数据报文指示信息。控制面网关可以根据所述指示信息知道发送的是用户数据报文。控制面网关接收到所述下行数据上报信息,可以本地决策触发寻呼。进一步,用户面网关可以在所述下行 数据上报信息中携带一个寻呼标识,使得控制面网关可以根据所述寻呼标识知道所述下行数据上报信息是用于触发寻呼的。

本实施例中,所述下行数据上报信息中包含有所述下行数据。所述控制面网关接收到所述下行数据上报信息后,可以将所述下行数据上报信息中包含的所述下行数据进行缓存。
当建立完成所述下行数据通道后,所述控制面网关可以将缓存的所述下行数据发送至所述用户面网关。所述用户面网关获取到所述控制面网关发送的所述下行数据后,再将所述下行数据经由所述下行数据通道发送至所述终端。
本实施例中,将下行数据缓存至控制面网关中,可以降低用户面网关的缓存负荷,并且确保下行数据不会丢失。
需要说明的是,在本发明另外的实施例中,所述下行数据上报消息中,也可以不包含所述下行数据。所述下行数据可以缓存在所述用户面网关。将所述下行数据缓存在用户面网关,可以降低控制面网关的缓存负荷。
当所述下行数据上报消息中,不包含所述下行数据时,所述下行数据上报消息中可以包含下行数据事件标识。所述下行数据事件标识表示所述用户面网关接收到所述下行数据。所述下行数据事件标识可以通过信令通道传送至控制面网关。实际应用中,所述下行数据事件标识具体可以是寻呼指示(paging indication)信息或者特定的消息名称类型(例如,寻呼报告(Paging Report))。

每个用户承载在用户面网关可以具有对应的承载。该承载用于完成对该终端的数据转发等行为。所述承载的属性信息中,可以记录该承载转发下行数据时的接口信息。如果所述接口信息被设置为可用,则表示承载接收到下行数据后可以通过相应的接口转发下行数据。如果所述接口信息被设置为不可用,则表示承载的下行转发资源无效。此时需要向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息。
或者,在S1释放(Release)流程中,网关控制面可以对承载的动作进行预先设置,将承载的动作设置为接收到下行数据后,向控制面网关发送下行数据上报消息;则承载接收到下行数据后,会直接向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息。
本实施例中,用户面网关可以采用面向对象的实现方法,将转发面抽象为多个对象,以对象的方式为终端提供服务。例如,用户面网关中对于下行数据进行转发和处理的承载可以实现为承载(Bearer)对象。每个Bearer对象可以具有相应的属性或编排的动作。
采用面向对象的实现方法,将用户面网关中的数据转发单元抽象为承载对象,以对象的方式提供服务。这样实现方式较为灵活,可以体现用户面网关的可编程性。
步骤303:向控制面网关发送包含下行数据事件标识和承载标识的下行数据上报信息;其中,所述下行数据事件标识表示所述承载接收到所述下行数据,所述承载标识用于标识所述承载。所述下行数据上报信息用于触发所述控制面网关向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告;所述下行数据通告用于触发所述移动管理实体向所述终端发起寻呼;
所述控制网关接收到所述承载标识后,可以根据所述承载标识确定所述承载的寻呼优先级。
需要说明的是,如果采用对象化的方式实现所述承载,则所述承载标识可以是承载对象标识。
步骤304:获取所述控制面网关发送的下行数据通道信息;所述下行数据通道信息表示被寻呼到的终端与所述用户面网关之间的下行数据通道的信息。

所述控制面网关可以根据策略判断是否发送所述下行数据通告。例如,所述策略可以是:对于同一个用户设备或终端,最多同时触发两个寻呼。寻呼根据优先级调度,如果当前正在进行的寻呼的优先级较高,又有下行数据想要触发第二个寻呼时,如果第二个寻呼的优先级较低,则不触发所述第二个寻呼。
步骤404:移动管理实体向控制面网关反馈下行数据通告确认信息。
移动管理实体可以根据自身设置的策略判断是否向用户设备(User Equipment,UE)或终端发起寻呼。如果确定发起寻呼,则向控制面网关反馈所述下行通告确认信息。
步骤405:移动管理实体向演进型基站发送寻呼消息。
所述移动管理实体发送的寻呼消息,用于指示演进型基站对用户设备发起寻呼。
步骤406:演进型基站向用户设备发送寻呼消息。
步骤407:用户设备接收到寻呼消息后,通过演进型基站,移动管理实体,控制面网关等设备逐级向用户面网关发起服务请求(Service Request)。
发起服务请求的流程中,可以建立或恢复用户设备与用户面网关之间的下行数据通道。并且所述控制面网关在该流程中,可以将下行数据通道信息发送至用户面网关,从而使用户面网关可以获知用于转发下行数据的下行通道。
需要说明的是,如果用户面网关向控制面网关发送的下行数据上报信息包含所述用户面网关接收到的下行数据,则还可以包括可选步骤408。
步骤408:控制面网关向用户面网关发送缓存的下行数据。
所述用户面网关在接收到所述下行数据后,可以将所述下行数据通过所述下行数据通道转发至用户设备。以此确保步骤401中接收到的下行数据不会丢失。
本申请还提供了另一种用于分布式网关的寻呼方法。所述另一种用于分布式网关的寻呼方法的执行主体可以是控制面网关。

上述步骤中,所述寻呼优先级的获取方式可以有多种。例如,所述寻呼优先级可以与承载的承载标识相对应,对应关系可以预先存储在所述控制面网关中。具体的,所述承载标识可以具有对应的上下文。所述上下文中可以包含所述承载的优先级信息。所述控制面网关在获取到所述承载标识后,就可以根据所述承载标识确定所述优先级信息,根据所述优先级信息确定所述寻呼的优先级。或者,所述控制面网关接收到的寻呼触发消息中,可以直接包含所述寻呼的优先级信息,进而所述控制面网关可以直接根据寻呼触发消息确定寻呼的优先级。
上述步骤可以确保如果当前正在进行的寻呼的优先级较高,又有下行数据想要触发第二个寻呼时,如果第二个寻呼的优先级较低,则不触发所述第二个寻呼。
实际应用中,所述获取用户面网关发送的下行数据上报信息之后,还可以包括以下步骤:
确定所述终端具有两个正在进行的寻呼;
确定所述用户面网关中对于所述终端的允许发送下行数据上报信息的承载;
向所述用户面网关发送第二下行数据禁止上报消息;所述下行数据禁止上报消息用于通知允许发送下行数据上报信息的承载接收到下行数据后无需发送下行数据上报信息。
上述步骤可以确保对于同一个用户设备或终端,最多同时触发两个寻呼。
本申请还提供了一种用于分布式网关的寻呼装置。所述寻呼装置可以是用户面网关。
图6为本申请的用于分布式网关的寻呼装置实施例的结构图。如图6所示,该装置可以包括:
获取单元601,用于获取下行数据;
所述下行数据,可以是网络中的服务器向终端发送的数据。所述下行数据从所述服务器发送至所述终端的过程中,需要经过多个网络设备的转发和处理。所述用户面网关即为所述多个网络设备其中之一。
发送单元602,用于向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息;所述下行数据上报信息用于触发所述控制面网关向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告;所述下行数据通告用于触发所述移动管理实体向终端发起寻呼;
当所述用户面网关与终端之间不存在可用的数据通道时,或者所述用户面网关被设置为接收到下行数据则向控制面网关发送上报信息时,所述用户面网关可以向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息。
所述控制面网关接收到所述下行数据上报信息后,可以向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告。所述移动管理实体接收到所述控制面网关发起的下行数据通告后,可以对终端发起寻呼流程,通过演进型基站(Evolved Node B,eNodeB)等设备逐级寻呼到所述终端。
寻呼到所述终端后,所述终端可以发起服务请求(Service Request)流程。通过所述服务请求流程,可以在所述终端与所述用户面网关之间建立上行数据通道和下行数据通道。
所述下行数据通道建立过程中,所述控制面网关可以将所述下行数据通道的相关信息发送给所述用户面网关。
所述获取单元601,还用于获取所述控制面网关发送的下行数据通道信息;所述下行数据通道信息表示基站与所述用户面网关之间的下行数据通道的信息;所述基站为被寻呼到的所述终端归属的基站;
所述发送单元602,还用于通过所述下行数据通道转发所述下行数据。
所述用户面网关接收到所述下行数据通道信息后,就可以确定将所述下行数据以及后续接收到的下行数据通过所述下行数据通道发送至所述终端。
综上所述,本实施例中,在用户面网关获取到下行数据之后;用户面网关可以向控制面网关发送下行数据上报信息;在获取到所述控制面网关发送的下行数据通道信息之后;通过所述下行数据通道转发所述下行数据;解决了分布式网关向终端发起寻呼的问题。

    通过所述下行数据通道转发所述下行数据。

  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于:
    获取用户面网关发送的包含所述下行数据的下行数据上报信息;其中,所述下行数据用于触发所述控制面网关向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告;
    所述装置还包括:
    缓存单元,用于向移动管理实体发送下行数据通告之前,缓存所述下行数据。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元还用于:
    将所述下行数据通道信息转发至所述用户面网关之后,将缓存的所述下行数据发送至所述用户面网关。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于:
    获取用户面网关发送的包含下行数据事件标识的下行数据上报信息;
    其中,所述下行数据事件标识表示所述用户面网关接收到所述下行数据。
  21. 根据权利要求17-20任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定单元,用于在获取用户面网关发送的下行数据上报信息之后,确定所述寻呼的优先级;
    确定所述用户面网关中对于所述终端的低优先级承载;所述低优先级承载为优先级低于所述寻呼的优先级的承载;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述用户面网关发送第一下行数据禁止上报消息;所述下行数据禁止上报消息用于通知所述低优先级承载接收到下行数据后无需发送下行数据上报信息。
  22. 根据权利要求17-20任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定单元,用于在获取用户面网关发送的下行数据上报信息之后,确定所述终端具有两个正在进行的寻呼;
    确定所述用户面网关中对于所述终端的允许发送下行数据上报信息的承载;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述用户面网关发送第二下行数据禁止上报消息;所述下行数据禁止上报消息用于通知允许发送下行数据上报信息的承载接收到下行数据后无需发送下行数据上报信息。
