Abstract
一种可自动促进锅体内液态食品水平搅动的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘。该电磁加热线盘包括线盘架和电磁感应线圈,该线盘架上设有绕线部(3),该电磁感应线圈绕装在该绕线部上,该绕线部的底面或者顶面设有磁条(4);其中部分或者全部的磁条为弧形。在使用时,该电磁加热线盘产生旋风型的磁力线,使锅内液态食品形成较多、旋风型的流动,有利于对食品的均匀加热和味道的调和。该电磁加热线盘结构简单、制造方便,打破了传统电磁加热线盘的单一方向加热方式,可以改善烹饪效果。
Description
本发明属于家用电器技术领域,特别涉及到一种IH电磁加热线盘。
传统的IH电磁线盘中的电磁线圈都是均匀分布的,这样能够为锅体均匀加热。但是,在加热过程中,锅体内各个位置的液态食品的温度趋于相同,因此很难发生水平方向的流动,不利于食品味道的调和。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种可自动促进锅体内液态食品水平搅动的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘。
本发明的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘包括线盘架和电磁感应线圈,所述线盘架上设有绕线部,所述电磁感应线圈绕装在所述绕线部上,所述绕线部的底面或者顶面设有磁条;其特征在于部分或者全部的磁条为弧形。
由于锅体是依靠感应对应位置电磁线圈的磁场来发热的,因此锅体的发热部位的形状与电磁线圈的形状相同,而磁条可以增强该位置的电磁强度,且部分或者全部的磁条为弧形,因此锅体会出现与磁条位置相对应的弧形的温度较高的区域,即整个锅体对锅体内液态食品的加热不再是均匀的,这样就造成锅体内各个位置的液态食品的温度出现差异,也就使得温度不同的液态食品的对流速度不同,导致锅体内液态食品出现较多、复杂的水平方向的流动,有利于食品味道的调和。
进一步地,所述线盘架包括底板和位于底板周边的曲面板,所述底板的底部和曲面板的底部均呈辐射状分布有所述绕线部,且底板和曲面板相邻的磁条的弯曲方向相反。由于上线盘架的底板的底部和曲面板的底部均设置有绕线部,因此电磁线圈可以分布于底板和曲面板处,而不是象传统的IH电磁线盘那样只分布于底板处,在使用时,电磁线圈可以接近圆底锅的底部和侧部,因此加热比较均匀、高效,有利于提高烹饪效果和节省电能。另外,底板和曲面板相邻的磁条的弯曲方向相反,增加了锅体内液态食品流动的复杂度。
进一步地,相邻两个绕线部之间设有间隙,不仅便于散热,而且可以增大相邻两个绕线部所对应锅***置的温度差,有利于锅体内液态食品的水平流动。
本发明的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘结构简单、制造方便,打破了传统电磁加热线
盘的均匀加热方式,可以改善烹饪效果,具有很好的实用性。
图1是本发明的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘的仰视图(为使结构更清晰,在磁条的位置没有画出相应的绕线部)。
图2是本发明的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘的侧视图。

下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
如图所示,本实施例的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘包括线盘架和电磁感应线圈(图中未画出电磁感应线圈),所述线盘架包括底板1和位于底板1周边的曲面板2,底板1的底部和曲面板2的底部均呈辐射状分布有绕线部3;电磁感应线圈绕装在所述绕线部3上,所述绕线部3的底面设有弧形的磁条4,且底板1和曲面板2相邻的磁条4的弯曲方向相反。
相邻两个绕线部3之间设有间隙,不仅便于散热,而且可以增大相邻两个绕线部3所对应锅***置的温度差,有利于锅体内液态食品的水平流动。
由于锅体是依靠感应对应位置电磁线圈的磁场来发热的,因此锅体的发热部位的形状与电磁线圈的形状相同,而磁条4可以增强该位置的电磁强度,且部分或者全部的磁条4为弧形,因此锅体会出现与磁条4位置相对应的弧形的温度较高的区域,即整个锅体对锅体内液态食品的加热不再是均匀的,这样就造成锅体内各个位置的液态食品的温度出现差异,也就使得温度不同的液态食品的对流速度不同,导致锅体内液态食品出现较多、复杂的水平方向的流动,有利于食品味道的调和。
Claims (3)
- 一种旋风型IH电磁加热线盘,包括线盘架和电磁感应线圈,所述线盘架上设有绕线部,所述电磁感应线圈绕装在所述绕线部上,所述绕线部的底面或者顶面设有磁条;其特征在于部分或者全部的磁条为弧形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘,其特征在于所述线盘架包括底板和位于底板周边的曲面板,所述底板的底部和曲面板的底部均呈辐射状分布有所述绕线部,且底板和曲面板上相邻的磁条的弯曲方向相反。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的旋风型IH电磁加热线盘,其特征在于相邻两个绕线部之间设有间隙。
