需要说明的是,数据通道可以是2G、3G、4G或其他网络制式的数据通道,还可以是WIFI等无线传输通道。
通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息之前,本发明实施例方法还包括步骤100。
步骤100、主叫终端发送显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示到被叫终端,以使被叫终端根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息。
这样,使得被叫终端可以通过接收并显示主叫联系人信息,进而根据主叫联系人信息确定是否接听主叫终端的呼叫。
需要说明的是,被叫终端接收到显示提示时也可以不进行确认接收和显示主叫联系人信息的操作;此时,是否接听呼叫主要依据用户自身对主叫终端的呼叫的判断进行。
本发明实施例方法通过发送主叫联系人的全部或部分信息到被叫终端,以使被叫终端有足够的信息确定是否接收主叫终端的呼叫,提高了陌生来电的接通效率,避免了用户因为主叫联系人信息缺失或错误造成拒绝接听。
图2为本发明另一实施例实现呼叫处理的方法的流程图,如图2所示,包括:
步骤201、被叫终端通过数据通道接收主叫终端发送的预先存储的主叫联系人信息并显示,以用于确定是否接听主叫终端的呼叫;
其中,主叫联系人信息为预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部身份信息的信息。
步骤201中的接收主叫终端发送的预先存储的主叫联系人信息之前,本发明实施例方法还包括:
步骤200、被叫终端接收主叫终端发送的显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示,根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息时,进入步骤201。
本发明实施例方法还包括:被叫终端将接收的主叫联系人信息存储至本地联系人表项中。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述任一实现呼叫处理的方法。
图3为本发明实施例实现呼叫处理的主叫终端的结构示意图,如图3所示,至少包括发送单元,设置为呼叫时,通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端;
其中,主叫联系人信息为预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部身份信息的信息。
本发明实施例主叫终端还包括显示提示单元,设置为发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息之前,发送显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示到被叫终端,以使被叫终端根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息时接收并显示主叫联系人信息。
发送单元具体设置为,接收被叫终端对显示提示的确认反馈,通过数据通道发送预先存储在主叫终端本身的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端。
图4为本发明实施例实现呼叫处理的云端服务器的结构示意图,如图4所示,包括存储单元及触发发送单元;其中,
存储单元,设置为预先存储主叫终端预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部身份信息的信息;
触发发送单元,设置为接收被叫终端对显示提示的确认反馈,通过数据通道发送预先存储在主叫终端本身的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端。
图5为本发明实施例实现呼叫处理的被叫终端的结构示意图,如图5所示,至少包括接收显示单元,设置为接收并显示主叫终端发送的预先存储的主叫联系人信息,以用于确定是否接听主叫终端的呼叫。
本发明实施例提供的被叫终端还包括接收提示单元,设置为接收主叫终端发送显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示,根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息时,通知接收显示单元接收并显示主叫联系人信息。
本发明实施例提供的被叫终端还包括本地存储单元,设置为将接收的主叫联系人信息存储至本地联系人表项中。
需要说明的是,作为一个终端,通常情况下是既可以为作为主叫的终端,也可以是作为被叫的终端。因此,本发明还提供一种终端,包括图3所述的任一项主叫终端,和图5所述的任一项被叫终端。
以下通过具体实施例对本发明方法进行清楚详细的说明,实施例仅用于陈述本发明,并不用于限制本发明方法的保护范围。
图6是本发明第一实施例的方法流程图,如图6所示,包括:
步骤600、主叫终端在自身预先编辑的主叫联系人信息并上传到云端服务器;主叫联系人信息包括但不限于姓名、工作号码、家庭号码、邮箱、地址等一项或多项身份信息。主叫联系人信息可以根据主叫终端用户进行设定和调整。
步骤601、主叫终端发起呼叫时,发送显示提示到被叫终端;
需要说明的是,显示提示也可以在主叫终端发起呼叫时,由云端服务器进行发送。
步骤602、被叫终端接收到显示提示后,确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息;这里,被叫终端也可以选择不进行接收显示主叫联系人信息;或者,被叫终端可以在通话结束或拒接后确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息。
需要说明的是,如果主叫联系人信息存储在主叫终端,则显示提示确认的反馈会发送到主叫终端;如果主叫联系人信息存储在云端服务器,则显示接收的确认将发送到云端服务器。
步骤603、被叫终端接收并显示来自云端服务器的主叫联系人信息。
步骤604、被叫终端根据接收显示的主叫联系人信息接听或拒接呼叫。
步骤605、结束通话后,被叫终端将接收的主叫联系人信息存储在本地联系人表项中;这里,确认存储主要通过外部指令确认,存储过程主要通过现有的联系人表项整理的方法,例如、利用主要联系人信息中的关键字提取各个联系人表项的信息,存储到本地联系人表项中的项目中。
需要说明的是,如果主叫终端和被叫终端的可以利用近场通信技术联系,则主叫终端用户和被叫终端用户可以通过发起呼叫的方法,通过交互发送主叫联系人信息。传输主叫联系人信息的数据通道可以根据使用环境扩展到近场通信(NFC)、蓝牙等无线传输技术。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读 存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提出的实现呼叫处理的方法、主叫终端、被叫终端及云端服务器,包括:主叫终端呼叫时,通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端,以使被叫终端根据主叫联系人信息后确定是否接听主叫终端的呼叫;其中,主叫联系人信息为预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部身份信息的信息。本发明实施例提供的技术方案通过发送主叫联系人的全部或部分信息到被叫终端,以使被叫终端有足够的信息确定是否接收主叫终端的呼叫,提高了陌生来电的接通效率,避免了用户因为主叫联系人信息缺失或错误造成拒绝接听。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种实现呼叫处理的方法,主叫终端呼叫时,包括:
    通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端,以使被叫终端根据主叫联系人信息后确定是否接听主叫终端的呼叫;
    其中,主叫联系人信息为预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部身份信息的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息之前,该方法还包括:
    所述主叫终端发送显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示到所述被叫终端,以使被叫终端根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息时,继续执行所述通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述预先存储的主叫联系人信息为预先存储在所述主叫终端的主叫联系人信息;
    或者,所述预先存储的主叫联系人信息为云端服务器的预先编辑的主叫联系人信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端包括:
    当所述主叫联系人信息预先存储在云端服务器时,
    所述云端服务器接收所述被叫终端对所述显示提示的确认反馈,通过数据通道发送主叫联系人信息到被叫终端;
    当所述主叫联系人信息预先存储在主叫终端时,
    所述主叫终端接收对所述显示提示的确认反馈,通过数据通道发送主叫联系人信息到被叫终端。
  5. 一种实现呼叫处理的方法,包括:
    被叫终端通过数据通道接收主叫终端发送的预先存储的主叫联系人信息并显示,以用于确定是否接听主叫终端的呼叫;
    其中,所述主叫联系人信息为预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部 身份信息的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述接收主叫终端发送的预先存储的主叫联系人信息之前,该方法还包括:
    所述被叫终端接收主叫终端发送的显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示,根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息时,执行所述接收主叫终端发送的预先存储的主叫联系人信息的步骤。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述被叫终端将所述接收的主叫联系人信息存储至本地联系人表项中。
  8. 一种实现呼叫处理的主叫终端,包括发送单元,设置为呼叫时,通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端;
    其中,所述主叫联系人信息为预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部身份信息的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的主叫终端,所述主叫终端还包括:显示提示单元,设置为在所述通过数据通道发送预先存储的主叫联系人信息之前,发送显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示到所述被叫终端,以使所述被叫终端根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息时接收并显示主叫联系人信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的主叫终端,其中,所述发送单元具体设置为,接收所述被叫终端对所述显示提示的确认反馈,通过所述数据通道发送预先存储在主叫终端本身的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端。
  11. 一种实现呼叫处理的云端服务器,包括存储单元及触发发送单元;其中,
    存储单元,设置为预先存储主叫终端预先编辑的包含有主叫联系人部分或全部身份信息的信息;
    触发发送单元,设置为接收被叫终端对所述显示提示的确认反馈,通过数据通道发送预先存储在主叫终端本身的主叫联系人信息到被叫终端。
  12. 一种实现呼叫处理的被叫终端,包括接收显示单元,设置为接收并显示主叫终端发送的预先存储的主叫联系人信息,以用于确定是否接听主叫终端的呼叫。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的被叫终端,所述被叫终端还包括:接收提示单元,设置为接收所述主叫终端发送显示主叫联系人信息的显示提示,根据显示提示确认接收并显示主叫联系人信息时,通知所述接收显示单元接收并显示主叫联系人信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的被叫终端,所述被叫终端还包括本地存储单元,设置为将所述接收的主叫联系人信息存储至本地联系人表项中。
  15. 一种终端,包括权8~权10所述的任一项主叫终端,和权12~权14所述的任一项被叫终端。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权1~权4,和/或权5~权7任一项的实现呼叫处理的方法。
