Abstract

본 발명은 머리카락의 염색이나 속눈썹의 화장 등 신체 모발의 미용시 염모제 또는 화장료를 도포하는 데에 사용되는 미용 브러시에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 염모제 또는 화장료를 머금는 스펀지와, 이 스펀지가 장착되는 장착홈을 길이방향을 따라 길게 구비한 본체와, 상기 장착홈의 좌우 측에서 상기 본체의 길이방향을 따라 배열된 다수의 빗살들과, 이 빗살들 중 일부 빗살의 사이에서 상기 스펀지를 눌러서 고정하도록 절곡 형성된 고정살을 포함하여 이루어진 미용 브러시에 있어서, 상기 빗살들은 상기 본체의 길이방향 양단 측보다 중앙 측에 위치한 것이 더 긴 아치형으로 형성되고, 상기 고정살은 상기 빗살보다 짧은 길이에서 절곡되면서 상기 스펀지의 노출된 표면보다 깊숙이 들어가도록 절곡된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

미용 브러시
본 발명은 미용 브러시에 관한 것으로서, 특히 머리카락의 염색이나 속눈썹의 화장 등 신체 모발의 미용시 염모제 또는 화장료를 도포하는 데에 사용되는 미용 브러시에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 언급하는 '미용 브러시'라 함은, 일반적으로 머리카락을 원하는 색상으로 염색하는 데에 사용하는 모발 염색용 브러시와, 속눈썹이 짙고 길어 보이도록 하기 위하여 칠하는 마스카라용 브러시를 아울러 이르는 것이다.
모발 염색용 브러시는 선행기술문헌의 특허문헌 1[대한민국 특허공개번호 제10-2010-0104907호(2010.09.29 공개)]에 공개된 것과 같이, 몸체의 외주부에 모발을 빗어내리는 빗살이 형성된 구조를 기본으로 하는데, 모발에 염모제를 도포한 상태에서 빗질을 함으로써 모발을 염색하게 된다. 이러한 모발 염색용 브러시는 특허문헌 1에 공지된 기술 이외에도 다양한 형태로 개발되어 있다.
그리고, 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라 브러시는 특허문헌 2[대한민국 실용신안등록번호 제20-0382758호(2005.04.22 공고)]에 공개된 것을 들 수 있는데, 이러한 마스카라용 브러시는 대부분 나사선 모양으로 배열된 빗살을 구비하여 속눈썹을 말아올리는 형태로 빗으면서 볼륨과 컬링을 부여하게 된다.
한편, 선행기술문헌의 비특허문헌 1[http://www.bigen.jp/mascara/index.html]에는 모발의 염색 또는 화장을 위해 사용하는 헤어 마스카라 제품이 공개되어 있다. 이것은 첨부도면 도 1에 보이는 바와 같이 염모제 또는 화장료를 흡수하는 스펀지(1)가 본체(2)에 삽입되는 구조를 가지면서, 본체(2)의 둘레에는 다수의 빗살(2a)들이 동일한 길이로 형성되고, 일부 빗살(2a,2b)들 사이에는 고정살(2b)이 스펀지(1)를 눌러서 고정하도록 절곡된 구조로 이루어져 있다. 그런데, 이러한 비특허문헌 1의 헤어 마스카라 제품은 빗살(2a)들의 길이가 모두 동일하게 이루어져 있기 때문에, 예를 들어 사용자가 머리를 빗으면서 염모제(또는 화장료)를 도포할 때 염모제(또는 화장료)가 머리카락의 뿌리부분 가까이 까지 깊숙이 고르게 도포되기 어려워, 모근 부분의 염색(또는 화장)이 제대로 이루어지지 못하는 문제가 있다. 또한, 스펀지(1)를 고정하도록 절곡된 고정살(2b)들이 빗살(2a)들과 동일한 길이에서 절곡되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 스펀지(1)의 표면 위로 절곡되어 있기 때문에, 사용시 고정살(2b)이 사용자의 두피와 마찰을 일으켜 사용자에게 불편감을 주는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 전술한 비특허문헌 1에 공지된 것과 같은 종래 미용 브러시의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 개발된 것으로서, 염모제 또는 화장료를 도포할 때 염모제 또는 화장료가 모근 가까이 까지 깊숙이 고르게 도포되도록 하며, 빗질 동작에 의한 염모제 또는 화장료의 도포시 두피 또는 피부와의 마찰에 의한 불편감을 주지 않게 되는 미용 브러시를 제공하는 데에 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 염모제 또는 화장료를 머금는 스펀지와, 이 스펀지가 장착되는 장착홈을 길이방향을 따라 길게 구비한 본체와, 상기 장착홈의 좌우 측에서 상기 본체의 길이방향을 따라 배열된 다수의 빗살들과, 이 빗살들 중 일부 빗살의 사이에서 상기 스펀지를 눌러서 고정하도록 절곡 형성된 고정살을 포함하여 이루어진 미용 브러시에 있어서, 상기 빗살들은 본체의 길이방향 양단 측보다 중앙 측에 위치한 것이 더 긴 아치형으로 형성되고, 상기 고정살은 빗살보다 짧은 길이에서 절곡되면서 스펀지의 노출된 표면보다 깊숙이 들어가도록 절곡된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 스펀지에는 고정살의 절곡된 부위가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성될 수도 있다.
위와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 미용 브러시는, 사용자의 신체 모발에 대한 염색 또는 화장과 같은 미용을 위해 빗질 동작시 모발과 접촉하는 빗살들이 본체의 길이방향 양단 측보다 중앙 측에 위치한 것이 더 긴 아치형으로 이루어져 있기 때문에, 중앙 측에 길게 형성된 빗살이 신체 모발의 뿌리 부근까지 접촉할 수 있게 되므로, 염모제 또는 화장료를 모발에 전체적으로 균일하게 도포할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 미용 브러시는, 본체에 장착된 스펀지를 고정하는 고정살들이 빗살보다 짧은 길이에서 절곡이 되면서 스펀지의 노출된 표면보다 깊숙이 들어가도록 절곡이 되어 있으므로, 빗질 동작에 의한 염모제 또는 화장료의 도포시 두피 또는 피부와의 마찰에 의한 불편감을 배제할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명한다. 그러나, 이하의 실시예는 이 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 본 발명이 충분히 이해되도록 제공되는 것으로서 여러 가지 다른 형태로 변형될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 범위가 다음에 기술되는 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 미용 브러시의 실시예를 염모제(또는 화장료) 용기와 함께 나타낸 분해 사시도 및 부분 확대도이고, 도 3은 도 2의 미용 브러시에 대한 측면도이다. 그리고, 도 4는 도 3에서 스펀지를 제외한 본체의 측면도이고, 도 5는 도 2의 미용 브러시에서 본체에 대한 사시도이며, 도 6은 도 5에서 본체에 스펀지가 결합된 상태의 사시도 및 부분 확대도이다.
상기 도면들에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예로 예시된 미용 브러시(10)는 사용자가 손으로 잡고 사용하기에 용이하도록 손잡이(20)와 결합이 되며, 염모제(또는 화장료)가 담기는 용기(20) 내에 미용 브러시(10)가 삽입이 되면서 손잡이(20)가 용기(20)의 상단에 나선 결합이 된다.
미용 브러시(10)는 본체(11)와 스펀지(12)를 포함하고 있는데, 본체(11)는 손잡이(20)와 결합되도록 길게 연장이 되면서 스펀지(12)가 장착되는 장착홈(11a)이 길이방향을 따라 길게 형성된 구조로 이루어져 있다.
스펀지(12)는 해면상의 다공성 물질로 이루어져 염모제 또는 화장료를 머금을 수 있게 된다. 스펀지(12)의 재질은 발포 우레탄폼이나 에테르폼 등을 예로 들 수 있으나, 특정 소재에 국한되지는 않는다.
본체(11)에 형성된 장착홈(11a)의 좌우 측에는 본체(11)의 길이방향을 따라 배열된 다수의 빗살(11b)들이 구비되어 있다. 특히 빗살(11b)들은, 도 4에서 명확하게 볼 수 있듯이, 본체(11)의 길이방향 양단 측보다 중앙 측에 위치한 것이 더 긴 아치형으로 형성된 특징을 갖는다. 이처럼 빗살(11b)들이 아치형으로 이루어지게 되면, 본체(11)의 빗살(11b)들을 이용하여 사용자의 머리카락과 같은 신체 모발을 빗을 때 스펀지(12)에 머금어진 염모제 또는 화장료가 빗살(11b)을 타고 흘러서 신체 모발의 뿌리 부근까지 깊숙이 고르게 도포될 수 있게 된다. 즉, 중앙 측에 길게 형성된 빗살(11b)이 신체 모발의 뿌리 부근에 접촉할 수 있게 되므로, 신체 모발의 염색이나 화장시 염모제 또는 화장료가 모발에 전체적으로 균일하게 도포될 수 있게 되는 것이다.
다음으로, 본체(11)에는 빗살(11b)들 중 일부 빗살(11b)들 사이에서 스펀지(12)를 눌러서 고정하도록 절곡 형성된 고정살(11c)들이 구비되어 있다. 특히 고정살(11c)은 빗살(11b) 보다 짧은 길이에서 절곡이 되는데, 스펀지(12)의 노출된 표면보다 깊숙이 들어가도록 절곡이 된다. 이는 빗살(11b)을 이용한 빗질 동작에 의해 염모제 또는 화장료를 신체 모발에 도포할 때 고정살(11c)의 절곡된 부분이 사용자의 두피 또는 피부와 마찰을 일으키지 않도록 함으로써 불편감을 주지 않게 하기 위한 것이다.
한편, 고정살(11c)에 의해 스펀지(12)가 좀더 용이하게 고정되면서 고정살(11c)이 스펀지(12)의 외측으로 돌출되지 않도록 하기 위해, 도 6의 부분 확대도에 보이는 것처럼 스펀지(12)에는 고정살(11c)의 절곡된 부위가 삽입되는 삽입홈(12a)이 형성될 수 있다. 이 삽입홈(12a)은 고정살(11c)의 절곡된 부위와 일치하는 형상을 가지면서 고정살(11c)의 절곡된 부위가 완전히 삽입될 수 있는 크기의 함입된 구조로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 미용 브러시(10)는 사용자의 신체 모발을 빗는 동작을 할 때 모발과 접촉하는 빗살(11b)들이 본체(11)의 길이방향 양단 측보다 중앙 측에 위치한 것이 더 긴 아치형으로 이루어져 있기 때문에, 중앙 측에 길게 형성된 빗살(11b)이 신체 모발의 뿌리 부근에 접촉할 수 있게 되므로, 신체 모발의 염색이나 화장시 염모제 또는 화장료가 모발에 전체적으로 균일하게 도포될 수 있게 된다. 또한, 본체(11)에 장착된 스펀지(12)를 고정하는 고정살(11c)들이 빗살(11b) 보다 짧은 길이에서 절곡이 되면서 스펀지(12)의 노출된 표면보다 깊숙이 들어가도록 절곡이 되어 있으므로, 빗질 동작에 의한 염모제 또는 화장료의 도포시 두피 또는 피부와의 마찰에 의한 불편감을 주지 않게 된다.
이상에서는 본 발명을 바람직한 실시예에 의거하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 이 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 여러 가지 변형이 가능하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 염모제 또는 화장료를 머금는 스펀지와, 이 스펀지가 장착되는 장착홈을 길이방향을 따라 길게 구비한 본체와, 상기 장착홈의 좌우 측에서 상기 본체의 길이방향을 따라 배열된 다수의 빗살들과, 이 빗살들 중 일부 빗살의 사이에서 상기 스펀지를 눌러서 고정하도록 절곡 형성된 고정살을 포함하여 이루어진 미용 브러시에 있어서,
    상기 빗살들은 상기 본체의 길이방향 양단 측보다 중앙 측에 위치한 것이 더 긴 아치형으로 형성되고,
    상기 고정살은 상기 빗살보다 짧은 길이에서 절곡되면서 상기 스펀지의 노출된 표면보다 깊숙이 들어가도록 절곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 미용 브러시.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스펀지에는 상기 고정살의 절곡된 부위가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 미용 브러시.
