压线翻盖式连接器接头及通讯传输装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于通讯***连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种压线翻盖式连接器接头及具有该接头的通讯传输装置。
背景技术
随着电子行业的飞速发展,连接器的使用越来越广泛,目前在通讯传输装置中的普遍使用连接器接头,线材与端子之间的装配,都是采用即插即拔的结构,但是这样虽然保证了连接器的传输,长期使用中,易产生松脱,接触不良等现象,使通讯时的信号流失,而影响通讯的质量。然而,现有的结构在克服上述缺陷时,结构设计相对较为复杂,这样,无疑增加了产品的成本。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种压线翻盖式连接器接头及通讯传输装置,其便于线材与端子的固定,装配快捷方便。
技术解决方案
本实用新型提供的一种压线翻盖式连接器接头,包括胶芯、由多个端子单元组合构成且可与外接线材配合连接的端子组件,所述胶芯内设有一可容所述端子组件嵌入的插接通道,本实用新型还包括一可翻转的后盖,于所述后盖的前端,且于所述插接通道的插接方向,横向贯穿有一压柱,各所述端子单元在嵌入所述插接通道时,其前端具有一可压迫所述压柱并将其卡紧的卡口。
进一步地,所述后盖上还设有可使该后盖翻转后与所述端子组件上各端子单元配合的定位槽。
具体地,各所述端子单元前端具有一可与所述外接线材对接的开口,所述卡口设于所述开口的上部且呈台阶形。
具体地,所述开口的下部具有一可与所述外接线材顶触的钩形凸起。
具体地,所述开口的底部具有可使所述端子组件定位固定于所述胶芯上的凹槽。
具体地,各所述端子单元后端向外延伸有一连接脚。

有益效果
本实用新型提供的压线翻盖式连接器接头的结构,避免了焊线和贴线的缺点,其端子组件与胶芯组装卡紧,线材从胶芯前端的对接口插进去与各端子单元接触, 再通过后盖翻转扣合下压便可固定线材与端子组件的接触。上述结构主要是后盖上翻下压就可以固定线材,即快捷、方便又稳定可靠,进一步将左、右锁定片装在胶芯的两侧用于定位,使端子与线材之间的连接更为牢固,完全避免了通讯信息流失以及影响通讯质量的问题。
采用本实用新型压线翻盖式连接器接头的通讯传输装置,长期使用中,不会易产生松脱,接触不良等现象,可较好的保证通讯时的信号的流畅和通讯质量。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。

如图1-图9所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种压线翻盖式连接器接头,包括胶芯1、由多个端子单元组合构成且可与外接线材配合连接的端子组件4,所述胶芯1中间位置,纵向设有一可使所述端子组件4嵌入的插接通道14,所述插接通道14的结构与端子组件4的结构形状适配,即便于端子组件4的嵌入,又应保证端子组件4置于其插接通道14内不致易于松动;所述胶芯1前端设有一对接口12,可容线材***(未图示)后与置于插接通道14内的端子组件4对接。本实用新型还包括一可翻转的后盖2,于所述后盖2的前端,且于所述插接通道14的插接方向,横向贯穿有一压柱21,当端子组件4上的各所述端子单元在嵌入插接通道14内时,各端子单元的前端具有一可压迫所述压柱21并将其卡紧的卡口441。同时,所述后盖2上还设有定位槽22,可使所述后盖2翻转后通过与端子组件4上各端子单元配合,将端子组件4固定在胶芯1上。当需要将线材与端子组件4之间脱离连接时,则可以通过将后盖2向上翻转,使卡口411与压柱21之间脱离配合位,便可以轻易的将线材从本实用新型对接口12中拨出。
上述设计的压线翻盖式连接器接头的结构,其端子组件4与胶芯1通过插接通道14配合组装卡紧,线材从胶芯1前端的对接口12插进去与端子组件4各端子单元接触, 再通过后盖2翻转扣合下压便可固定线材与端子组件4的连接。这样,通过后盖2的上翻下压就可以固定线材,即快捷、方便又稳定可靠,便于产品的装配,装配效率高,且上述结构不需要焊接或采用连接件的形式,降低了产品的成本,而且减少了产品的不良率,完全避免了因焊点脱落、连接件松动等缺陷导致的通讯信息流失以及影响通讯质量的问题。
请再参见图1-图3,图8、图9,本实用新型具体的实施例结构中,所述的后盖2上还设有可使该后盖2翻转后与端子组件4上各端子单元配合的定位槽22。这样,可使后盖2与端子组件4之间形成良好的配合,且可保证线材与端子组件4连接的可靠。
请再参见图1、图3和图5,本实用新型具体的实施例结构中,端子组件4中各所述端子单元呈Y形结构,其前端具有一可与外接线材对接的开口44,所述卡口411设于开口41的上部,且呈台阶形,便于与压柱21之间的卡入。可以理解地,所述卡口411的形状可与压柱21的外部形状适配,也可采用弧形,便于卡口411与压柱21之间的导入。
再参见图5,进一步地,所述开口44的下部,还具有一可与所述外接线材顶触的钩形凸起442。当后盖2翻转下压时,卡口441卡入压柱21上,同时, 后盖2的翻转下压可使得钩形凸起442微微向上抬起,使端子组件4与线材的顶触更紧。两者之间的连接更为稳固。
为保证端子组件4在胶芯1上插接方向的导向和定位,各端子单元上开口41的底部具有与所述胶芯1对应位置定位固定的凹槽413。这样也有利于端子组件4在胶芯1上的装配。
本实用新型具体的实施例结构中,各所述端子单元的后端,还向外延伸有一连接脚42,便于端子组件4与其他关联元件之间的连接。
请再参见图1、图2、图4和图7,所述胶芯1两侧分别开设有通槽13,两所述通槽13内设有可将所述后盖2两端固定的左锁定片3和右锁定片5。本实用新型将左锁定片3和右锁定片5装在胶芯1的两侧用于后盖2两端的定位,这样可保证端子组件4在胶芯1装配位置上的稳定,后盖2与胶芯1之间的不需要通过焊接或采用连接件固定,也使端子组件4与线材之间的连接更为牢固可靠,从而避免现有技术中焊线或贴线方式所造成的缺陷,材料成本和加工成本相应也降低。
具体结构设计中,将所述左锁定片3和右锁定片5嵌入通槽13中,以保证左锁定片3和右锁定片5在通槽13中不移动,从而将后盖2两端卡死固定结构与前端分别具有避让所述压柱21的开口31、51,便于左锁定片3和右锁定片5的嵌入。
请再参见图4,进一步地,所述左锁定片3和右锁定片5侧端分别于所述胶芯1的底部向外横向延伸有固定脚32、52,这样可便于本实用新型与其他元件之间的安装和固定,在此不再赘述。
本实用新型上述压线翻盖式接头,实际使用中,绝缘性较好,可通过绝缘阻抗:100MΩMin;高压:500V DC 导通阻抗5Ω;产品导通阻抗:40mΩMax。还具有耐高温和低温的特点,耐高温时间长达96H仍无变异,耐久性良好,使用寿命长等优点,更加强了其使用的可靠度。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种通讯传输装置,具有上述压线翻盖式接头,可使其与线材的连接快速、稳固、可靠。所述的通讯传输装置可为电视机、家庭影院、播放器、投影仪、移动智能终端等,长期使用中,不会易产生松脱,接触不良等现象,可较好的保证通讯时的信号的流畅和通讯质量。

  1. 一种压线翻盖式连接器接头,包括胶芯、由多个端子单元组合构成且可与外接线材配合连接的端子组件,所述胶芯内设有一可容所述端子组件嵌入的插接通道,其特征在于,还包括一可翻转的后盖,于所述后盖的前端,且于所述插接通道的插接方向,横向贯穿有一压柱,各所述端子单元在嵌入所述插接通道时,其前端具有一可压迫所述压柱并将其卡紧的卡口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的压线翻盖式连接器接头,其特征在于,所述后盖上还设有可使该后盖翻转后与所述端子组件上各端子单元配合的定位槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的压线翻盖式连接器接头,其特征在于,各所述端子单元前端具有一可与所述外接线材对接的开口,所述卡口设于所述开口的上部且呈台阶形。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的压线翻盖式连接器接头,其特征在于,所述开口的下部具有一可与所述外接线材顶触的钩形凸起。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的压线翻盖式连接器接头,其特征在于,所述开口的底部具有可使所述端子组件定位固定于所述胶芯上的凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的压线翻盖式连接器接头,其特征在于,各所述端子单元后端向外延伸有一连接脚。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的压线翻盖式连接器接头,其特征在于,所述胶芯两侧分别开设有通槽,两所述通槽内设有可将所述后盖两端固定的左、右锁定片。
