Abstract
Description
本実施形態1に係る媒体収納庫1(図1及び図2参照)は、キャッシュディスペンサ(CD)や現金自動預け払い機(ATM)等の現金取扱装置に搭載され、紙幣等の媒体を繰り出し可能に収納する装置である。ここでは、現金取扱装置が現金自動預け払い機(ATM)であり、媒体が紙幣である場合を想定して説明する。
以下、図1を参照して、本実施形態1に係る媒体収納庫1を搭載する現金取扱装置101の構成につき説明する。図1は、現金取扱装置101の内部構成を示す模式図である。
鑑別部104は、媒体の金種や真贋等を鑑別する構成要素である。
一時保留部105は、媒体を一時的に保留する部位である。
リジェクト庫106は、再使用不能な媒体を収納する収納庫である。
振分搬送部107は、媒体を任意の媒体収納庫1に振り分けながら搬送する機構である。
媒体収納庫1は、再使用可能な媒体を収納する収納庫である。媒体収納庫1は、現金取扱装置101に対して取り付け及び取り外しが自在なユニットとして構成されている。
以下、図2~図4を参照して、媒体収納庫1の構成につき説明する。図2は、媒体収納庫1の構成を示す斜視断面図である。図3は、媒体収納庫1の構成を示す側面視断面図である。図4は、媒体収納庫1の構成を示す上面視断面図である。
受渡口2aは、現金取扱装置101の搬送路(具体的には、図1に示す振分搬送部107)との間で紙幣を受け渡す開口部である。
扉3は、筺体2の内部を選択的に閉鎖状態又は開放状態にする部材である。
搬送路5は、収納空間4と受渡口2aとの間を結ぶ通路である。
フレーム8は、媒体収納庫1の内部構造体である。
バッテリ10は、制御基板11や図示せぬアクチュエータ等の任意の構成要素に電力を供給する電力供給源である。バッテリ10は、一次電池や二次電池等であり、例えば、円筒電池や積層電池等が用いられる。
制御基板11は、媒体収納庫1が具備する各種の機能を制御する制御部である。
繰り出しローラ6は、収納空間4に集積された紙幣を搬送路5に繰り出すローラである。
搬送ローラ7は、収納空間4と受渡口2aとの間で紙幣を搬送するローラである。
繰り出しローラ6及び搬送ローラ7は、図示せぬアクチュエータによって駆動される。
本実施形態1では、後方の紙幣ガイド9Reは、フレーム8に対して取り付け及び取り外し可能に形成されている。そして、バッテリ10は、フレーム8の後方部分8Reと後方の紙幣ガイド9Reとの間に配置されている。
実施形態1に係る媒体収納庫1は、バッテリ10と制御基板11とが比較的離間して配置された構成になっている。
これに対し、本実施形態2では、バッテリ10と制御基板11とが実施形態1に係る媒体収納庫1よりも近接して配置された構成になっている媒体収納庫1Aを提供する。
図6に示す例では、媒体収納庫1Aは、1枚の後方の紙幣ガイド9Reを有する構成になっている。なお、媒体収納庫1Aの紙幣ガイド9Reは、図5Aに示す媒体収納庫1の紙幣ガイド9Reと同じ構成になっている。しかしながら、媒体収納庫1Aは、例えば、図7に示すように、複数枚の後方の紙幣ガイド(図7に示す例では、2枚の後方の紙幣ガイド9a,9b)を有する構成に変形することができる。図7は、変形例に係る後方の紙幣ガイド9a,9bの構成を示す図である。
しかも、媒体収納庫1Aによれば、実施形態1に係る媒体収納庫1よりも、さらに、部品点数を低減することができる。
実施形態1に係る媒体収納庫1は、バッテリ10と制御基板11とが後方の紙幣ガイド9Reと筺体2との間に配置された構成になっている。
これに対し、本実施形態3では、扉3の内壁面部分をフレームの一部位と見なし、バッテリ10と制御基板11とが前方の紙幣ガイド9Fと扉3との間に配置された構成になっ
ている媒体収納庫1Bを提供する。

Claims (11)
- 媒体を収納する収納空間を内部に有する媒体収納庫であって、媒体収納庫は、
内部構造体であるフレームと、
前記収納空間を形成する紙幣ガイドと、
バッテリとを有し、
前記紙幣ガイドは、前記フレームに対して取り付け及び取り外し可能に形成されており、
前記バッテリは、前記フレームと前記紙幣ガイドとの間に配置されている、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項1に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記紙幣ガイドは、前記フレームに取り付けられることによって、前記バッテリの一側面の全部又は一部を覆うカバーとして機能する、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の媒体収納庫において、
媒体収納庫はさらに、前記媒体収納庫が具備する各種の機能を制御する制御部を有し、
前記バッテリは、前記制御部に電力を供給する、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項3に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記紙幣ガイドは、前記フレームに取り付けられることによって、前記制御部の一側面の全部又は一部を覆うカバーとして機能する、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項3又は請求項4に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記紙幣ガイドは、前記フレームに取り付けられることによって、前記制御部と前記バッテリとを接続するコネクタの一側面を覆うカバーとして機能する、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記制御部は、コネクタ実装面が前記収納空間の方を向くように、配置されている、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記紙幣ガイドの表面は、前記収納空間を形成するガイド面として形成されており、また、前記紙幣ガイドの裏面は、前記バッテリの一側面の全部又は一部を覆うカバー面とし
て形成されている、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記紙幣ガイドは、前記収納空間の前後左右の方向に配置されており、
前記バッテリは、前後左右のいずれか1乃至複数の方向に配置された前記紙幣ガイドと
前記フレームとの間に配置されている、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記バッテリは、二次電池であり、
媒体収納庫はさらに、前記媒体を搬送する媒体搬送手段と、前記二次電池を充電する非接触電力供給手段の受電装置とを有し、
前記非接触電力供給手段の電力供給量は、前記媒体搬送手段の最大消費電力量よりも少ない、媒体収納庫。 - 請求項3乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の媒体収納庫において、
前記紙幣ガイドは複数の部分からなり、前記紙幣ガイドの1つの部分が前記バッテリの一側面の全部又は一部を覆うカバーとして機能し、前記紙幣ガイドの他の1つの部分が前記制御部の一側面の全部又は一部を覆うカバーとして機能する、媒体収納庫。 - 現金を取り扱う現金取扱装置であって、
