Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Betriebsverfahren für eine Beschichtungsanlage, insbesondere für eine Lackieranlage, zur Beschichtung von Bauteilen (2), insbesondere Kraftfahrzeugkarosseriebauteilen (2), mit den folgenden Schritten: • - Fördern der zu beschichtenden Bauteile (2) mittels einer Fördereinrichtung (3) in einer Förderrichtung durch eine Beschichtungskabine (1), • - Beschichten der Bauteile (2) in der Beschichtungskabine (1) mit einem Beschichtungsmittel mittels eines Applikationsgeräts (17-19), das einen Sprühstrahl des Beschichtungsmittels appliziert, wobei sich ein Teil des applizierten Beschichtungsmittels auf den zu beschichtenden Bauteilen (2) ablagert, während ein anderer Teil des applizierten Beschichtungsmittels als überschüssiger Beschichtungsmittelnebel (21) im Kabineninnenraum der Beschichtungskabine (1) schwebt, und • - Entfernen des überschüssigen Beschichtungsmittelnebels (21) aus dem Kabineninnenraum zusätzlich zu oder anstelle von der durch eine Filterdecke erzeugten abwärts gerichteten Luftströmung. Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung eine entsprechend ausgebildete Beschichtungsanlage.
