Claims (8)
- 固定体の開口部に開閉可能に取付けられる開閉体の電動式ロック装置であって、
前記開閉体又は前記固定体の開口部のどちらか一方に設けられた一対のロック部と、
前記開閉体又は前記固定体のどちらか他方に配置され、前記ロック部に係脱する一対のロッドと、
前記一対のロッドを前記ロック部に係合する方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
前記一対のロッドをスライドさせて、前記一対のロック部から離脱させるアクチュエータとを備え、
前記アクチュエータは、開口部を有するケースと、該ケース内に配置されたモータと、該モータにより回転するウォームと、前記ケースに回転可能に支持され、前記ウォームに連動して回転するウォームホイールとを有しており、
前記ウォームホイールは、前記ケースの開口部からケース外方に突出する回転部を有しており、この回転部に、前記一対のロッドの基端部がそれぞれ連動可能に組付けられ、前記ウォームホイールの回転時に、前記一対のロッドが同期して互いに逆方向にスライドするように構成されていることを特徴とする開閉体の電動式ロック装置。 - 前記ウォームホイールの回転部に、前記一対のロッドの基端部がそれぞれ枢支されている請求項1記載の開閉体の電動式ロック装置。
- 前記ウォームホイールの回転部に、同心状にピニオンギヤが形成され、前記一対のロッドの基端部に、前記ピニオンギヤに噛み合うラックが形成されており、前記ウォームホイールの回転部に前記一対のロッドの基端部がそれぞれ連動可能に組付けられている請求項1記載の開閉体の電動式ロック装置。
- 前記ケースの開口部の裏側周縁と、前記ウォームホイールの、前記開口部の裏側周縁に対向する部分との間には、シールリングが介装されている請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の開閉体の電動式ロック装置。
- 前記ウォームを介して前記ウォームホイールを回転させて、前記一対のロッドを前記一対のロック部から離脱する方向にスライドさせるときに、前記ウォームから前記ウォームホイールの歯に付与される押圧力によって、前記ウォームホイールが前記シールリングに押し付けられるように構成されている請求項4記載の開閉体の電動式ロック装置。
- 前記ウォームホイールが回転して、前記一対のロッドを前記一対のロック部から離脱する方向にスライドさせたときに、前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して、各ロッドを各ロック部に係合しない状態に保持すると共に、前記固定体の開口部に対して前記開閉体を閉じたときに、各ロッドの保持を解除して、前記ロック部に係合させる方向にスライドさせる保持手段を有している請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の開閉体の電動式ロック装置。
