Description

插头防护帽、光纤连接头组件、光纤插头及网络设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种插头防护帽、光纤连接头组件、光纤插头及网络设备。
背景技术
随着光通信在世界范围内快速发展,光通信的触角不断从骨干网向非骨干网及接入网中延伸。在光纤通信链路中,为了实现不同模块、设备和***之间的灵活连接的需要,必须利用连接器件在光纤和光纤之间进行可拆卸连接,这样才能使光路能按所需的通道进行传输,以实现和完成预定或期望的目的和需求。因此,光纤连接器作为光通信中不可缺少的连接部件,得到了广泛的应用。
现有技术中,常见的一种用于连接光纤的入户侧的光纤连接器与室外光纤的连接方式是现场熔接。但是这种连接方式防护等级低,不利于光纤室外布放。为了适合室外布放,现有技术常采用的连接方式是预制光纤连接器,将插芯组件、弹簧和弹簧尾座等部件预先组装成一个外形尺寸小于连接器壳体的光纤组件,以便能够通过细长的管道,并且在通过细长的管道之后,该光纤组件能够在现场快速地组装到连接器壳体中。但是,该种连接方式中,不仅光纤组件穿管抗扭强度不够容易损坏,而且该光纤组件在穿管的过程中防护性不好,只有在插芯头部的一个防尘帽,没有其它防护,不适宜用于泥沙、浸水等户外极端管道环境中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种插头防护帽,具有抗扭防护性,用于保护光纤连接头,避免光纤连接头在布线穿管入户过程中避免受到污染及损坏。
本发明还提供一种光纤插头及网络设备。
第一方面,本发明提供一种插头防护帽,所述防护帽包括主体、连接套及牵引头,所述主体内设有收容腔,所述主体一端的端面上开设有与所述收容腔贯通的***口;所述收容腔的内周面靠近所述***口位置设有锁紧部,所述连接套一端可拆卸的套于所述主体上远离所述***口的一端,所述连接套的另一端与所述牵引头的一端可转动的连接。
在第一种可能实现的方式中,所述连接套相对两端均设有开口,其中一个开口的内周缘设有第一内螺纹;所述主体远离***口的一端为连接段,所述主体上远离所述***口的一端的外周面设有与所述第一内螺纹连接的第一外螺纹。
结合第一种可能实现的方式,在第二种可能实现的方式中,所述牵引头的一端外周缘设有第一凸缘,所述连接套远离第一内螺纹的另一个开口内周缘设有第二凸缘,所述第一凸缘与所述第二凸缘卡持,且所述第一凸缘能够相对所述第二凸缘转动。
结合第二种可能实现的方式,在第三种可能实现的方式中,所述牵引头为一柱状体,所述牵引头上远离所述第一凸缘的一端为尖头部,设有所述第一凸缘的端部的内部设有凹槽。
结合第一方面或者第一方面的第一至第三种可能实现的方式,在第四种可能实现的方式中,所述锁紧部为内螺纹、卡钩、卡槽或者弹性凸起中的一种。
结合第一方面或者第一方面的第一至第三种可能实现的方式,在第五种可能实现的方式中,所述主体为一端开口一端封闭且呈阶梯设计的中空柱体,设有所述***口的一端的外周长尺寸大于所述所述主体上远离所述***口的一端的外周长尺寸。

第二方面,本发明提供一种光纤连接头组件,所述光纤连接头组件包括连接头以及第一方面及第一方面的任一种可能实现方式中所述的插头防护帽,所述连接头包括插芯、插芯座、限位套、弹簧、尾套及密封圈;
所述限位套包括容纳腔、第一插接口、与第一插接口相对的第二插接口及至少一个限位弹片,所述第一插接口与第二插接口均与所述容纳腔贯通,所述至少一个限位弹片设于所述第二插接口边缘上并向着平行于所述限位套轴心方向延伸,所述密封圈套于所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端上;
所述限位套一端插接于所述插芯座内,所述弹簧与所述尾套套于所述插芯上,所述插芯穿过所述插芯座与容纳腔伸出所述第二插接口;所述弹 簧及部分尾套位于所述容纳腔内,所述弹簧连接所述尾套与所述容纳腔;所述至少一个限位弹片与所述尾套卡持;
所述插头防护帽套于所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端上并通过所述锁紧部与所述限位套锁紧,所述收容腔***述插芯伸出第二插接口的部分,所述密封圈用于密封所述限位套与插头防护帽。
在第二方面的第一种可能实现的方式中,所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端的外周面相对应所述锁紧部设有配合部,所述配合部为外螺纹、卡槽、卡钩或者凹槽中的一种。

第三方面,本发明提供一种光纤插头,所述光纤插头包括连接头及连接头壳体,所述连接头壳体一端设置有开口部,所述连接头包括插芯、插芯座、限位套、弹簧、尾套及密封圈,
所述限位套包括容纳腔、第一插接口、与所述第一插接口相对的第二插接口及至少一个限位弹片,所述第一插接口与第二插接口与所述容纳腔贯通,所述至少一个限位弹设于所述第二插接口边缘上并向着平行于所述限位套轴心的方向延伸,所述密封圈套于所述限位套设有第二插接口的一 端上;
所述限位套设有第一插接口的一端插接于所述插芯座内,所述弹簧与所述尾套套于所述插芯上,所述插芯穿过所述插芯座与容纳腔伸出所述第二插接口;所述弹簧及部分尾套位于所述容纳腔内,所述弹簧连接所述尾套与所述容纳腔;所述至少一个限位弹片与所述尾套卡持;
所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端通过所述开口部***所述连接头壳体内。
在第三方面的第一种可能实现的方式中,所述连接头壳体内形成腔体,所述连接头壳体一端为所述开口部,另一端为通孔,所述开口部与所述通孔均与所述腔体贯通,所述腔体内周面设有凹槽,所述凹槽用于收容套于所述限位套的所述密封圈。
结合第三方面或者第三方面的第一种可能实现的方式,在第二种可能实现的方式中,所述连接头壳体在设有通孔一端设置有防护头。
结合第三方面或者第三方面的第一、二种可能实现的方式,在第三种可能实现的方式中,所述容纳腔内周面设有抵持凸缘,所述尾套一端的外周面凸设有凸台,所述弹簧两个端部分别抵持所述凸台与所述抵持凸缘上。

本发明的插头防护帽在牵引光纤时,罩于光纤端部的连接头上,在牵引过程中通过插头防护帽实现快速牵引及对连接头的防护,避免外界污染所述连接头,为连接头提供很高的IP防护等级,并且所述插头防护帽的牵引头可旋转的设置,可降低抗扭强度,适宜于光纤的室外直接布放及光纤插头的穿管入户,在布放完光纤后现场很方便地旋下插头防护帽,操作简单快捷。

本发明提供一种光纤连接头组件以及光纤插头。所述光纤连接头组件包括连接头及插头防护帽。所述插头防护帽用于在光纤从室外入室内时牵引连接头穿管,并实现对所述连接头的插芯的保护。所述光纤插头用于网络***中光纤与网络设备的连接,所述光纤插头包括所述连接头及连接头壳体,所述连接头壳体罩于所述连接头上与连接头形成标准的光纤插头。
图1示出了一种光纤连接头的插头防护帽结构,如图1所示,本发明的插头防护帽10包括主体11、连接套13及牵引头15。所述主体11内设有收容腔111。所述主体11一端的端面上开设有与所述收容腔111贯通的***口112。所述收容腔111靠近所述***口112的内周面设有锁紧部113。所述连接套13一端可拆卸的套于主体11上远离所述***口112的一端,所述连接套13的另一端与所述牵引头15的一端可转动的连接。
进一步的,所述主体11为一端开口一端封闭且呈阶梯设计的中空柱体,设有所述***口的一端的外周长尺寸大于所述所述主体11上远离所述***口的一端的外周长尺寸。具体的,插头防护帽10由塑料材质制成。所述主体11为阶梯式圆柱体,其包括本体段114及由本体段114延伸的连接段12。所述收纳腔113截面为阶梯状,其靠近***口112部分直径大于位于连接段12部分的直径。所述***口112设于所述本体段远离所述连接段12的端面上。所述本体段114外周长尺寸大于所述连接段12的外周长尺寸,便于在所述连接套13套于所述连接段12后与所述连接套13的外周面以及所述本体段114的外周面形成完整圆滑的圆柱外周面。优选的,所述完整圆滑的圆柱外周面的圆周直径为小于等于8毫米,可以穿过大多标准尺寸的管道,更方便所述插头防护帽10的穿管作业。
请一并参阅图2,进一步的,所述连接套13两端均设有开口131,其中一个开口131的内周缘设有第一内螺纹132;所述主体11远离***口112的另一端外周面设有与所述第一内螺纹132连接的第一外螺纹121。具体的,所述第一外螺纹121设于所述连接段12外周面上。所述连接套13为一中空圆筒,其远离所述第一内螺纹132的一端外周缘设有斜面133,所述斜面133便于所述插头防护帽10的穿管作业时顺利***管内。
进一步的,所述牵引头15的一端外周缘设有第一凸缘151,所述连 接套13远离第一内螺纹132的另一个开口131内周缘设有第二凸缘135,所述第一凸缘151与所述第二凸缘135卡持并相对所述第二凸缘135转动。更进一步的,所述牵引头15为一柱状体,所述牵引头15上远离所述第一凸缘151的一端为尖头部153,设有所述第一凸缘151的端部的内部设有凹槽155。所述牵引头15的尖头部153上设有穿孔156。
具体的,所述牵引头15大致为橡胶圆柱体,所述第一凸缘151围绕牵引头15一端边缘设置,并且所述凹槽155设于该端的端面上,可以为所述牵引头15设有第一凸缘151的端部发生变形提供空间,以备所述第一凸缘151先从连接套13的开口131进入连接套13。所述尖头部153为弧形面,方便所述插头防护帽10的穿管作业时顺利***管内。所述穿孔156为贯穿牵引头15的通孔,用于拴住牵引绳或者牵引杆,以便所述插头防护帽10的穿管作业时拉动插头防护帽10移动。
所述第二凸缘135围绕所述连接套13的开口131内周缘设置。优选的,所述牵引头15可以从所述连接套13的设有第一内螺纹132一端装入所述连接套13内,所述第一凸缘151与所述第二凸缘135相互卡持并且相互转动,进而使所述牵引头15可以相对所述连接套13及主体11转动,在所述插头防护帽10进行穿管的过程中,所述插头防护帽10收到牵引力等外界阻力会产生一定的扭力,而作为最前端的所述牵引头15可单独旋转,进而化解扭力而避免外界扭力使连接套13与主体11松脱。
进一步的,所述锁紧部113为设于内螺纹、卡钩、卡槽或者弹性凸起中的一种。优选的,所述锁紧部为内螺纹。所述锁紧部用于将所述插头防护帽锁紧于所述连接头上。
请参阅图3与图4,本发明的光纤连接头组件包括连接头20以及所述的插头防护帽10。所述连接头20包括插芯21、插芯座22、限位套23、弹簧25、尾套26及密封圈28。所述限位套23包括容纳腔231、第一插接口232、与第一插接口232相对的第二插接口233及至少一个限位弹片24。所述第一插接口232与第二插接口233均与所述容纳腔231贯通,所述至少一个限位弹片24设于所述第二插接口233边缘上并向着平行于所述限位套23轴心的方向延伸,所述密封圈28套于所述限位套23设有第二插接口233的一端上。
所述限位套23设有第一插接口232的一端插接于所述插芯座22内,所述弹簧25与所述尾套26套于所述插芯21上,所述插芯21穿过所述插芯座22与容纳腔231,并伸出所述第二插接口233;所述弹簧25及部分尾套26位于所述容纳腔231内,所述弹簧25连接所述尾套26与所述容纳腔231;所述至少一个限位弹片24与所述尾套26卡持。
所述插头防护帽10套于所述限位套23设有第二插接口233的一端上并通过所述锁紧部113与所述限位套23锁紧,所述收容腔111***述插芯21伸出第二插接口233的部分,所述密封圈28密封所述限位套23与插头防护帽10。所述密封圈28用于实现连接头20与所述的插头防护帽10之间的密封,防止外界对连接头20的污染。
本发明在牵引光纤时在光纤端部设置连接头20,并在牵引过程中通过插头防护帽10实现快速牵引及对连接头20的防护,避免外界污染所述连接头20,为连接头20提供很高的IP防护等级,并且所述插头防护帽10具有较高的抗扭强度,适于光纤的室外直接布放及光纤插头的穿管入户,在布放完光纤后现场很方便地旋下插头防护帽10,操作简单快捷。
请一并参阅图5,进一步的,所述限位套23设有第二插接口233的一端的外周面相对应所述锁紧部113设有配合部234,所述配合部234为外螺纹、卡槽、卡钩或者凹槽中的一种。优选的,所述配合部234为外螺纹,与所述形为内螺纹的锁紧部113螺纹连接。
具体的,所述限位套23为阶梯状的中空圆柱体,所述容纳腔231的轮廓与限位套23外表面轮廓相同。所述限位套23外周面上设有第一台阶2301,第一台阶2301将限位套23分成第一段2302及第二段2303。优选的,所述第二段2303的直径大于所述第一段2302的直径。所述第一段2302外周面上设有第二台阶2304。所述第一段2301的端面设有所述第一插接口232。所述第二段2303的端面上设有所述第二插接口233。所述第一段2302***所述插芯座22内,所述第二段2303外周面设有由外螺纹形成的所述配合部234。所述第二段2303***所述插头防护帽10的收容腔111内。
进一步的,所述插芯座22包括外密封套221及内压环222,所述内压环222紧贴所述外密封套221内周面设置,并且所述内压环222轴向长 度小于所述外密封套221轴向长度。所述外密封套221及内压环222为筒状且同轴设置。所述内压环222与所述外密封套221同时套于所述限位套23的第一段2302上,所述外密封套221的端部与所述第一台阶2301抵持,所述内压环222的端部与所述第二台阶2303抵持。
进一步的,所述容纳腔231内周面设有抵持凸缘2311,所述尾套26一端的外周面凸设有凸台261,所述弹簧25两个端部分别抵持所述凸台261与所述抵持凸缘2311上。更进一步的,所述限位弹片24为两个,所述限位弹片24自由端设有卡勾241,所述尾套26的凸台261上相应所述卡勾241设有卡持凸起或者卡槽。优选的,所述尾套26与所述卡勾241相对应的设有卡槽,卡槽与所述卡勾241卡持。具体的,所述弹簧25为螺旋弹簧。两个限位弹片24相对设置于所述第二段2303上第二插接口233的边缘。所述尾套26为截面呈T形的圆筒,每一限位弹片24较宽的端部设有所述卡勾241。所述限位弹片24可限定插芯21在垂直于轴向的方向的运动,在弹簧25弹开时限位弹片24限定了尾套沿插芯21运动,避免影响插芯的装配。
本实施例中,所述密封圈28为截面呈圆形的橡胶圈。优选的,为了使密封圈28更稳固的装于限位套23上,所述第二段2303外周缘与所述外螺纹相邻的位置设有第一凹槽,所述密封圈卡持于所述第一凹槽内并凸出第一凹槽。
进一步的,所述插芯21包括连接体211及位于连接体211一端的头部212,所述尾套26套于所述插芯21上且设于所述凸台261的一端位于头部212与连接体212连接处。
请参阅图6与图8,本发明的光纤插头30包括所述连接头20及连接头壳体40,所述连接头壳体40的一端设置开口部41。所述限位套23设有第二插接口233的一端通过所述开口部41***所述连接头壳体40内。本实施例中,限位套23的第二段2303***所述连接头壳体40内。本实施例中,优选的,在腔体内设置内螺纹,内螺纹与所述连接头20的配合部螺纹连接,更稳固连接所述连接头20及连接头壳体40。本发明的光纤插头30适宜于光纤的室外直接布放及光纤的穿管入户,在布放完光纤后现场很方便将连接头壳体40装于连接头20上,进行与网络设备里连接。
请参阅图7,进一步的,连接头壳体40内形成腔体42,所述连接头壳体40一端为所述开口部41,另一端为通孔43,所述开口部41与所述通孔43均与所述腔体42贯通,所述腔体42内周面设有凹槽401,所述凹槽401用于收容套于所述限位套23的所述密封圈28。本实施例中,所述凹槽401与所述第一凹槽对合将所述密封圈28夹持。所述密封圈28有效实现连接头20与所述的连接头壳体40之间的密封,防止外界对连接头20的污染。
本实施例中,所述连接头壳体40装于连接头30上与所述连接头30形成标准的光纤插头。所述插芯21伸出所述通孔43。本实施例中,所述光纤插头为SC型光纤插头。
进一步的,所述连接头壳体40在设有通孔43一端设置有防护头44。所述防护头44为橡胶材质制成的帽状,其可***所述连接头壳体40的通孔43内。
本发明实施例提供的网络设备包括具有光纤插接口的适配器及所述的光纤插头30,所述光纤插头30的插芯21与所述适配器的光纤插接口插接。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种插头防护帽,其特征在于,所述防护帽包括主体、连接套及牵引头,所述主体内设有收容腔,所述主体一端的端面上开设有与所述收容腔贯通的***口,所述收容腔的内周面靠近所述***口位置设有锁紧部,所述连接套的一端可拆卸的套于所述主体上远离所述***口的一端,所述连接套的另一端与所述牵引头的一端可转动的连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的插头防护帽,其特征在于,所述连接套两端均设有开口,其中一个开口的内周缘设有第一内螺纹;所述主体远离所述***口的一端外周面设有与所述第一内螺纹连接的第一外螺纹。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的插头防护帽,其特征在于,所述牵引头的一端外周缘设有第一凸缘,所述连接套远离第一内螺纹的另一个开口内周缘设有第二凸缘,所述第一凸缘与所述第二凸缘卡持,且所述第一凸缘能够相对所述第二凸缘转动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的插头防护帽,其特征在于,所述牵引头为一柱状体,所述牵引头上远离所述第一凸缘的一端为尖头部,设有所述第一凸缘的端部的内部设有凹槽。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的插头防护帽,其特征在于,所述锁紧部为内螺纹、卡钩、卡槽或者弹性凸起中的一种。
  6. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的插头防护帽,其特征在于,所述主体为一端开口一端封闭且呈阶梯设计的中空柱体,设有所述***口的一端的外周长尺寸大于设有第一外螺纹一端的外周长尺寸。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的插头防护帽,其特征在于,所述牵引头上还设有穿孔。
  8. 一种光纤连接头组件,其特征在于,所述光纤连接头组件包括连接头以及权利要求1-7任一项所述的插头防护帽,所述连接头包括插芯、插芯座、限位套、弹簧、尾套及密封圈;
    所述限位套包括容纳腔、第一插接口、与所述第一插接口相对的第二插接口及至少一个限位弹片,所述第一插接口与第二插接口均与所述容纳腔贯通,所述至少一个限位弹片设于所述第二插接口边缘上并向着平行于所述限位套轴心方向延伸,所述密封圈套于所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端上;
    所述限位套一端插接于所述插芯座内,所述弹簧与所述尾套套于所述插芯 上,所述插芯穿过所述插芯座与容纳腔,并伸出所述第二插接口;所述弹簧及部分尾套位于所述容纳腔内,所述弹簧连接所述尾套与所述容纳腔;所述至少一个限位弹片与所述尾套卡持;
    所述插头防护帽套于所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端上并通过所述锁紧部与所述限位套锁紧,所述收容腔***述插芯伸出第二插接口的部分,所述密封圈用于密封所述限位套与插头防护帽。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的光纤连接头组件,其特征在于,所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端的外周面相对应所述锁紧部设有配合部,所述配合部为外螺纹、卡槽、卡钩或者凹槽中的一种。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的光纤连接头组件,其特征在于,所述容纳腔内周面设有抵持凸缘,所述尾套一端的外周面设有凸台,所述弹簧两个端部分别抵持所述凸台与所述抵持凸缘上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的光纤连接头组件,其特征在于,所述插芯包括连接体及位于连接体一端的头部,所述尾套套于所述插芯上,且所述尾套设有所述凸台的一端位于所述头部与所述连接体的连接处。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的光纤连接头组件,其特征在于,所述限位弹片为两个,所述限位弹片自由端设有卡勾,所述尾套的凸台上设有与所述卡勾适配的卡持凸起或者卡槽。
  13. 如权利要求8至12任一项所述的光纤连接头组件,其特征在于,所述插芯座包括外密封套及内压环,所述内压环紧贴所述外密封套内周面设置,并且所述内压环轴向长度小于所述外密封套轴向长度。
  14. 一种光纤插头,其特征在于,所述光纤插头包括连接头及连接头壳体,所述连接头壳体一端设置有开口部,所述连接头包括插芯、插芯座、限位套、弹簧、尾套及密封圈,
    所述限位套包括容纳腔、第一插接口、与所述第一插接口相对的第二插接口及至少一个限位弹片,所述第一插接口与第二插接口与所述容纳腔贯通,所述至少一个限位弹片设于所述第二插接口边缘上并向着平行于所述限位套轴心的方向延伸,所述密封圈套于所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端上;
    所述限位套设有第一插接口的一端插接于所述插芯座内,所述弹簧与所述尾套套于所述插芯上,所述插芯穿过所述插芯座与容纳腔伸出的所述第二插接口;所述弹簧及部分尾套位于所述容纳腔内,所述弹簧连接所述尾套与所述容 纳腔;所述至少一个限位弹片与所述尾套卡持;
    所述限位套设有第二插接口的一端通过所述开口部***所述连接头壳体内。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的光纤插头,其特征在于,所述连接头壳体内部形成腔体,所述连接头壳体一端为所述开口部,另一端为通孔,所述开口部与所述通孔均与所述腔体贯通,所述腔体内周面设有凹槽,所述凹槽用于收容套于所述限位套的所述密封圈。
  16. 如权利要求14或15所述的光纤插头,其特征在于,所述连接头壳体在设有通孔一端设置有防护头。
  17. 如权利要求14~16任一项所述的光纤插头,其特征在于,所述容纳腔内周面设有抵持凸缘,所述尾套一端的外周面凸设有凸台,所述弹簧两个端部分别抵持所述凸台与所述抵持凸缘上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的光纤插头,其特征在于,所述插芯包括连接体及位于连接体一端的头部,所述尾套套于所述插芯上,且所述尾套设有所述凸台的一端位于所述头部与所述连接体的连接处。
  19. 如权利要求17或18所述的光纤插头,其特征在于,所述限位弹片为两个,所述限位弹片自由端设有卡勾,所述尾套的凸台上设有有与所述卡勾适配的卡持凸起或者卡槽。
  20. 如权利要求14-19任一项所述的光纤插头,其特征在于,所述插芯座包括外密封套及内压环,所述内压环紧贴所述外密封套内周面设置,并且所述内压环轴向长度小于所述外密封套轴向长度。
  21. 如权利要求14-19任一项所述的光纤插头,其特征在于,所述限位套的收容腔内周面设有配合部,所述配合部为外螺纹、卡槽、卡钩或者凹槽中的一种,所述配合部可以与所述连接头壳体的腔体配合。
  22. 一种网络设备,包括具有光纤插接口的适配器及权利要求14-21任一项所述的光纤插头,所述光纤插头的插芯与所述适配器的光纤插接口插接。
