Abstract

提供了智能家居***中智能设备的分组方法和分组装置,实现根据用户的使用习惯自动对智能设备进行分组。该方法包括:根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定智能设备对应的目标预设组别(S101);根据目标预设组别对智能设备进行分组操作(S102)。通过该分组方法,根据智能设备的历史操作信息确定智能设备对应的目标预设组别,这样,自动确定智能设备的目标预设组别,并根据预设组别对智能设备进行分组,不需要用户再人为确定组别并手动分组,减少了用户的操作,提升了用户的使用体验。

本申请基于申请号为201510206050.X、申请日为2015年4月27日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及智能设备技术领域,尤其涉及智能家居***中智能设备的分组方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,随着高科技技术在人们生活中得到普遍应用,智能家居逐渐走入人们的视野中,越来越多的智能硬件和家电产品开始被用户购买使用。这类产品往往都可以通过手机应用程序远程来查看设备状态、执行控制命令。当设备的数量增多后,如果不对设备进行合理的分组,当用户拿出手机,打开应用程序后,面对众多的设备列表,往往要花费很长的时间来寻找关心的设备。
通常,开发者都会允许用户按照房间或者设备类型对自己的智能设备进行归类。如在应用程序界面中,用户首先看到的是不同的房间名称。点击某一房间后,应用程序将展示当前房间下有哪些智能设备。这种方案目前比较通用,需要用户手动对自己的设备按照房间进行分组。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供智能家居***中智能设备的分组方法和分组装置,用以实现根据用户的使用习惯自动对智能设备进行分组。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种智能家居***中智能设备的分组方法,可用于服务器,包括:
根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别;
根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作。
在一个实施例中,所述根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作,包括:
判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别是否一致,在智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别不一致时,将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;
在所述智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别。
在一个实施例中,所述根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作,包括:
判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别是否一致;在所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别不一致时,输出重分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;在接收到输入的将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的移动操作;
在所述智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,输出分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别;在接收到输入的将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的添加操作。
在一个实施例中,在所述根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别之前,所述方法还包括:
接收并记录预设时间内输入的对所述智能设备的至少一个操作信息;
将所述至少一个操作信息作为所述历史操作信息。
在一个实施例中,所述根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别,包括:
对所述历史操作信息进行分析,并根据分析结果确定用户对所述智能设备的操作习惯信息;
根据所述操作习惯信息中的时间信息预测所述智能设备所处的位置;
根据所述智能设备所处的位置确定所述智能设备对应的所述目标预设组别。
在一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
根据接收到的设置命令,设置预设组别。

确定模块,用于根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别;
分组模块,用于根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作。
在一个实施例中,所述分组模块包括:
判断子模块,用于判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
移动子模块,用于在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别是否一致,在智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别不一致时,将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;
添加子模块,用于在所述智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别。

第一判断子模块,用于判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
第二判断子模块,用于在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别是否一致;
第一提示子模块,用于在所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别不一致时,输出重分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;
第一执行子模块,用于在接收到输入的将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的移动操作;

上述技术方案,实现了根据用户日常对智能设备的操作习惯,对未分组的智能设备进行自动分组,或者对已分组的智能设备进行重新分组,这样,不需要用户对智能设备一一进行手动分组,减少了用户的操作,提升了用户的使用体验。

智能家居***是利用先进的计算机技术、网络通讯技术、综合布线技术、依照人体工程学原理,融合个性需求,将与家居生活有关的各个子***如安防、灯光控制、窗帘控制、煤气阀控制、信息家电、场景联动、地板采暖等有机地结合在一起,通过网络化综合智能 控制和管理,实现“以人为本”的全新家居生活体验。智能家居***往往都可以通过终端的应用程序远程来查看智能设备的状态、执行控制命令。当智能设备的数量增多后,如果不对设备进行合理的分组,当用户拿出手机,打开应用程序后,面对众多的智能设备列表,往往要花费很长的时间来寻找关心的智能设备。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种智能家居***中智能设备的分组方法的流程图。如图1所示,上述智能设备的分组方法可用于智能家居***的服务器,包括以下步骤:
在步骤S101中,根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定智能设备对应的目标预设组别。
在步骤S102中,根据目标预设组别对智能设备进行分组操作。
在上述实施例中,根据智能设备的历史操作信息确定智能设备对应的目标预设组别,这样,自动确定智能设备的目标预设组别,并根据目标预设组别对智能设备进行分组,不需要用户再人为确定组别并手动分组,减少了用户的操作,提升了用户的使用体验。
其中,上述预设组别可以是***预先设定的,也可以是用户根据自身的需要设定的。如果是用户设定的,如图2所示,在步骤S101之前,上述方法还可包括:步骤S201,根据接收到的设置命令,设置预设组别。从而可满足用户的不同需求。比如,用户可以根据实际需要按照房间位置设置卧室、客厅,厨房、卫生间、办公室等组别。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,步骤S101包括下述步骤S301-S303:
在步骤S301中,对历史操作信息进行分析,并根据分析结果确定用户对智能设备的操作习惯信息。在该实施例中,根据用户的历史操作信息可以确定用户的操作习惯信息,例如,从用户日常对智能设备的历史操作信息,可以确定用户日常习惯在什么时间段操作智能设备,即确定用户的操作习惯信息。
在步骤S302中,根据操作习惯信息中的时间信息预测智能设备所处的位置。在该实施例中,操作习惯信息中可以包括时间信息,即智能设备一般在什么时间***作,进而预测出智能设备可能的位置。例如,当发现用户经常在晚上10点左右关闭某灯具,且该灯具是最后一个被关闭的,那么就可以预测该灯具可能属于家中卧室,如果发现用户在工作日的工作时间内经常操作本地窗帘,那么就可以预测该窗帘可能属于办公室,如果发现抽油烟机经常在晚上7点左右被开启,那么可以预测该抽油烟机可能属于厨房。
在步骤S303中,根据智能设备所处的位置确定智能设备对应的目标预设组别。其中,智能设备所处的位置和目标预设组别是对应的,例如,若智能设备所处的位置为厨房,则预设组别为厨房组别,若位置为客厅,则预设组别为客厅组别,若位置为办公室,则预设组别为办公室组别。
在一实施例中,上述步骤S102可实施为以下任一种方式或者两种方式结合实施:
方式一
如图4所示,在一个实施例中,步骤S102包括下述步骤S401-S404:
步骤S401,判断智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备,当属于已分组智能设备时,继续执行步骤S402;当属于未分组智能设备时,继续执行步骤S404。
步骤S402,在智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别是否一致,当不一致时,继续执行步骤S403;当一致时,结束流程。
步骤S403,在智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别不一致时,将智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至目标预设组别。对于已分组智能设备,可以根据确定的目标预设组别,自动对已分组的智能设备进行重新分组。这样,相当于根据用户的历史操作信息不断的更新智能设备的分组,使得智能设备的分组更符合用户的需求,方便用户在设备列表的众多设备中快速找到并操作智能设备。
步骤S404,在智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,将智能设备添加至目标预设组别。对于未分组智能设备,可以根据其确定的目标预设组别进行自动分组,这样,不需要用户对智能设备一一进行手动分组,减少了用户的操作,提升了用户的使用体验。
方式二
如图5所示,在一个实施例中,步骤S102包括下述步骤S501-S506:
在步骤S501中,判断智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备,当属于已分组智能设备时,继续执行步骤S502;当属于未分组智能设备时,继续执行步骤S505。
在步骤S502中,在智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别是否一致,当不一致时,继续执行步骤S503;当一致时,结束流程。
在步骤S503中,在智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别不一致时,输出重分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至目标预设组别。
对于已分组智能设备,可以根据确定的目标预设组别,提示用户对已分组的智能设备进行重新分组,并在用户选择重分组时,对智能设备进行重新分组。这样,根据用户的选择确定是否对智能设备进行重新分组操作,使得智能设备的分组更符合用户的需求,方便用户在设备列表的众多设备中快速找到并操作智能设备。
在步骤S504中,在接收到输入的将智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的移动操作。
在步骤S505中,在智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,输出分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将智能设备添加至目标预设组别。
其中,可以将分组提示信息发送给与智能家居***绑定的终端设备,由该终端设备将该分组提示信息显示给用户,也可以是将该分组提示信息显示在智能家居***的用户界面上供用户查看。
在步骤S506中,在接收到输入的将智能设备添加至目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的添加操作。
这样,可以根据确定的目标预设组别,提示用户对未分组的智能设备进行分组,并在用户选择分组时,根据目标预设组别自动对智能设备进行分组。这样,根据用户的选择确 定是否对智能设备进行分组操作,使得智能设备的分组更符合用户的需求,不但减少了用户的操作,而且方便用户在设备列表的众多设备中快速找到并操作智能设备。
如图6所示,在一个实施例中,在步骤S102之前,方法还可包括下述步骤S601-S602:
在步骤S601中,接收并记录预设时间内输入的对智能设备的至少一个操作信息。
在步骤S602中,将至少一个操作信息作为历史操作信息。
在上述实施例中,将预设时间内用户对智能设备进行操作的至少一个操作信息作为历史操作信息,例如,将5天内用户对智能设备的操作信息作为历史记录,这样,就会根据这5天内的操作信息确定出目标预设组别。其中,上述预设时间可以是***预先设定的,也可以是用户根据自身的需要设定的。
图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种智能家居***中智能设备分组装置的框图。如图7所示,根据本公开实施例的智能家居***中智能设备的分组装置,用于服务器,包括:

参照图13,装置1200可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1202,存储器1204,电源组件1206,多媒体组件1208,音频组件1210,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1212,传感器组件1214,以及通信组件1216。

多媒体组件1208包括在所述装置1200和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面 板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1208包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备1200处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜***或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1210被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1210包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1200处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1204或经由通信组件1216发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1210还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1212为处理组件1202和***接口模块之间提供接口,上述***接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1214包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1200提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1214可以检测到设备1200的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1200的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1214还可以检测装置1200或装置1200一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1200接触的存在或不存在,装置1200方位或加速/减速和装置1200的温度变化。传感器组件1214可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1214还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1214还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1216被配置为便于装置1200和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1200可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件1216经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理***的广播信号或广播相关通知消息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件1216还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1200可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1204,上述指令可由装置1200的处理器820执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、 磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种智能家居***中智能设备的分组方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别;
    根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作,包括:
    判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
    在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别是否一致,在智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别不一致时,将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;
    在所述智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作,包括:
    判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
    在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别是否一致;在所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别不一致时,输出重分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;在接收到输入的将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的移动操作;
    在所述智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,输出分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别;在接收到输入的将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的添加操作。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收并记录预设时间内输入的对所述智能设备的至少一个操作信息;
    将所述至少一个操作信息作为所述历史操作信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别,包括:
    对所述历史操作信息进行分析,并根据分析结果确定用户对所述智能设备的操作习惯信息;
    根据所述操作习惯信息中的时间信息预测所述智能设备所处的位置;
    根据所述智能设备所处的位置确定所述智能设备对应的所述目标预设组别。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据接收到的设置命令,设置预设组别。
  7. 一种智能家居***中智能设备的分组装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定模块,用于根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别;
    分组模块,用于根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分组模块包括:
    判断子模块,用于判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
    移动子模块,用于在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别是否一致,在智能设备当前所在的组别与目标预设组别不一致时,将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;
    添加子模块,用于在所述智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分组模块包括:
    第一判断子模块,用于判断所述智能设备是否属于已分组智能设备;
    第二判断子模块,用于在所述智能设备属于已分组智能设备时,判断所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别是否一致;
    第一提示子模块,用于在所述智能设备当前所在的组别与所述目标预设组别不一致时,输出重分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别;
    第一执行子模块,用于在接收到输入的将所述智能设备从当前所在的组别移动至所述目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的移动操作;
    第二提示子模块,用于在所述智能设备属于未分组智能设备时,输出分组提示信息,以提示用户是否将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别;
    第二执行子模块,用于在接收到输入的将所述智能设备添加至所述目标预设组别的指令时,执行该指令对应的添加操作。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    记录模块,用于接收并记录预设时间内输入的对所述智能设备的至少一个操作信息;
    处理模块,用于将所述至少一个操作信息作为所述历史操作信息。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    分析子模块,用于对所述历史操作信息进行分析,并根据分析结果确定用户对所述智能设备的操作习惯信息;
    预测子模块,用于根据所述操作习惯信息中的时间信息预测所述智能设备所处的位置;
    组别确定子模块,用于根据所述智能设备所处的位置确定所述智能设备对应的所述目标预设组别。
  12. 如权利要求7至11中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    设置模块,用于根据接收到的设置命令,设置预设组别。
  13. 一种智能家居***中智能设备的分组装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    根据记录的对智能设备的历史操作信息确定所述智能设备对应的目标预设组别;
    根据所述目标预设组别对所述智能设备进行分组操作。
