IC卡的整个工作流程如下:读卡器实时发射电磁波,当IC卡进入到电磁波的有效范围内时,天线就会接收到电磁波,电磁波的实质就是电场与磁场的交变,而变化的磁场则会在天线、MPU和Flash-ROM组成的闭合回路里产生电流。该电流为MPU提供能源并同时加载一定形式的数据信息。MPU先与读卡机同步,从Flash-ROM中取得IC卡的身份资料,与读卡机进行验证。验证完成后,对Flash-ROM内的数据进行操作,操作成功后向读卡器发送数据,由读卡器向使用者显示相关信息。

发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的用于移动终端的近场支付方案,可以在确保近场支付的便捷性的前提下,有效提高了近场支付的安全性。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述控制单元还用于:若在所述预定时间内完成支付,则在完成支付的同时关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
在该技术方案中,通过在完成支付的同时关闭移动终端的近场支付功能,使得能够避免继续开启近场支付功能而导致非法用户盗用移动终端的近场支付。

所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
所述处理器,用于在启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能后,判断在预定时间内是否通过所述近场支付功能完成支付;

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
图1示出了根据本发明的实施例的用于移动终端的近场支付方法的示意流程图。
如图1所示,根据本发明的实施例的用于移动终端的近场支付方法,包括:步骤102,在启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能后,判断在预定时间内是否通过所述近场支付功能完成支付;步骤104,若在所述预定时间内未完成支付,则关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。

其中,判断单元202,用于在启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能后,判断在预定时间内是否通过所述近场支付功能完成支付;控制单元204,用于在所述判断单元202判定在所述预定时间内未完成支付时,关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。

本发明还提出了一种移动终端(图中未示出),包括:如图2中所示的用于移动终端的近场支付装置200。
以下以移动终端为手机为例,并结合图3和图4详细说明本发明的技术方案。
本发明提供了一种基于短时认证的非接触式IC安全支付方法,主要是提出了通过手机对传统的非接触式IC卡电路进行辅助控制,以达到提高移动支付安全性的目的,其基本原理如下:
将非接触式IC卡电路内置到手机中(主板、后盖或其他部位);同时在其传统电路中增加一个电子开关,该开关的开启和关系由手机端的应用程序进行控制。当用户需要支付时,启动支付程序,进行身份验证,验证通过后,电子开关开启固定时间(如1分钟);如果用户在固定时间之内完成了支付,则控制电子开关在支付完成的同时自动关闭;如果用户在固定时间内未支付,则电子开关会自动关闭。
具体地,如图3所示,本发明提出的近场支付的电路主要是在传统非接触式IC卡电路中增加电子开关,并由手机端应用程序及相应的控制电路进行控制,以为机场支付提供短时的有效时间,达到安全支付控制的目的。
具体处理流程如图4所示。
如图4所示,根据本发明的实施例的移动支付方法,包括:
步骤402,用户需要进行移动支付。如用户打开了需要进行移动支付的应用程序。
步骤404,手机端启动身份认证界面。
步骤406,用户输入认证信息。如通过物理按键、界面上的虚拟按键等输入密码验证信息,或录入指纹等。
步骤408,判断用户是否认证通过,若是,则执行步骤410;否则,结束。其中,判断用户是否认证通过主要通过将采集的信息与保存的信息进行比对进行确定,例如通过指纹识别的方式判别身份,那么手机端的指纹识别器采集用户的指纹信息,并与手机端的存储库内的指纹信息进行比对即为认证过程。又例如通过手机端的应用程序启动密码验证界面,用户需要手动输入有效密码,也为认证过程。
步骤410,控制电子开关闭合,非接触式IC卡电路生效。
步骤412,判断电子开关闭合时间是否超时,若是,则执行步骤416;否则,执行步骤414。
步骤414,判断是否完成支付,若是,则执行步骤416;否则,返回步骤412。
步骤416,控制电子开关断开,非接触式IC卡电路失效。
本发明的上述技术方案在手机端内置了非接触式IC卡,并且通过手机端进行相应的安全控制,既保证了传统IC卡支付过程的快速和便捷性,又提升了支付过程的安全性。
图5示出了根据本发明的实施例的移动终端的结构示意图。如图5所示,所述终端可以包括:至少一个收发装置503,至少一个处理器501,例如CPU,存储器504和至少一个通信总线502。
其中,上述通信总线502用于连接上述收发装置503、处理器501和存储器504。
上述存储器504可以是高速RAM存储器,也可为非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。上述存储器504还用于存储一组程序代码,上述收发装置503和处理器501用于调用存储器504中存储的程序代码,执行如下操作:
所述处理器501,用于在启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能后,判断在预定时间内是否通过所述近场支付功能完成支付;
所述处理器501,还用于若在所述预定时间内未完成支付,则关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器501判断是否启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能的步骤具体包括:
在所述收发装置503用于在接收到用户发出的开启所述移动终端的近场支付功能的指令时,对所述用户的身份进行验证,并在对所述用户的身份验证通过之后,确定需要启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器501还执行如下步骤:
若在所述预定时间内完成支付,则在完成支付的同时关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述移动终端上设置有近场支付电路,所述近场支付电路与电子开关串联连接,则所述处理器501还用于执行如下步骤:
通过控制所述电子开关的开启或关闭,以开启或关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明提出了一种新的用于移动终端的近场支付方案,可以在确保近场支付的便捷性的前提下,有效提高了近场支付的安全性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于移动终端的近场支付方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能后,判断在预定时间内是否通过所述近场支付功能完成支付;
    若在所述预定时间内未完成支付,则关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于移动终端的近场支付方法,其特征在于,判断是否启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能的步骤具体包括:
    在接收到用户发出的开启所述移动终端的近场支付功能的指令时,对所述用户的身份进行验证;以及
    在对所述用户的身份验证通过之后,确定需要启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于移动终端的近场支付方法,其特征在于,通过对所述用户录入的鉴权信息和/或采集到的所述用户的标识信息进行验证,以对所述用户的身份进行验证。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于移动终端的近场支付方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若在所述预定时间内完成支付,则在完成支付的同时关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于移动终端的近场支付方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端上设置有近场支付电路,所述近场支付电路与电子开关串联连接,则通过控制所述电子开关的开启或关闭,以开启或关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  6. 一种用于移动终端的近场支付装置,其特征在于,包括:
    判断单元,用于在启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能后,判断在预定时间内是否通过所述近场支付功能完成支付;
    控制单元,用于在所述判断单元判定在所述预定时间内未完成支付时,关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于移动终端的近场支付装置,其特征在于, 还包括:
    身份验证单元,用于在接收到用户发出的开启所述移动终端的近场支付功能的指令时,对所述用户的身份进行验证,并在对所述用户的身份验证通过之后,确定需要启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的用于移动终端的近场支付装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元还用于:
    若在所述预定时间内完成支付,则在完成支付的同时关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的用于移动终端的近场支付装置,其特征在于,所述移动终端上设置有近场支付电路,所述近场支付电路与电子开关串联连接,则所述控制单元具体用于:
    通过控制所述电子开关的开启或关闭,以开启或关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括通信总线、收发装置、存储器以及处理器,其中:
    所述通信总线,用于实现所述收发装置、所述存储器以及所述处理器之间的连接通信;
    所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    所述处理器,用于在启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能后,判断在预定时间内是否通过所述近场支付功能完成支付;
    所述处理器,还用于若在所述预定时间内未完成支付,则关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器判断是否启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能的步骤具体包括:
    在所述收发装置用于在接收到用户发出的开启所述移动终端的近场支付功能的指令时,对所述用户的身份进行验证,并在对所述用户的身份验证通过之后,确定需要启动所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行 如下步骤:
    若在所述预定时间内完成支付,则在完成支付的同时关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端上设置有近场支付电路,所述近场支付电路与电子开关串联连接,则所述处理器还用于执行如下步骤:
    通过控制所述电子开关的开启或关闭,以开启或关闭所述移动终端的近场支付功能。
