复合机能车 技术领域
本发明关于一种复合机能车,特别是一种具有斜背车状态以及旅行车状态的复合机能车。
背景技术
一般来说,具有较好空气动力(aerodynamic)特性的车子(如:跑车),具有省油、高速等特点,但内部的可利用空间较为狭窄,使得车内可供放置物品的空间也十分有限。另一方面,旅行车的内部空间相对宽敞,但空气动力(aerodynamic)特性比较不好,故较耗油,因此有必要提供一种具有较佳空气动力特性且车子内部空间也可相对宽敞的车子,让使用者根据需求调整车子的状态,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有斜背车状态以及旅行车状态的复合机能车。
为达成上述的目的,本发明的复合机能车具有斜背车状态以及旅行车状态。复合机能车包括车体、掀背式主体以及第一驱动装置。车体包括车顶、C柱以及车尾。掀背式主体可移动地与车顶及车尾连接。第一驱动装置设置于车体内并与掀背式主体连接,以驱动掀背式主体相对C柱移动,使复合机能车得于斜背车状态或旅行车状态间转换。
藉由本发明的设计,当复合机能车呈现斜背车状态时,可降低复合机能车行驶风阻,达到省油的目的,当复合机能车呈现旅行车状态时,可扩大复合机能车内部的可利用空间。本发明改良的掀背主体所含的非结构性移动片,相对于现有技术,除保有良好间隙(shut line),还能完全隐藏连动铰炼,因此具有较佳的外观完整性。

如图1与图2所示,掀背式主体20包括主体21以及移动组件22,在本实施例中,主体21为车辆后挡风玻璃设置处,主体21包括接合端211、第一 端212以及自由端213,其中接合端211藉由第一铰练71与车顶11枢接,第一端212连接移动组件22,移动组件22连接第一驱动装置30。藉由第一驱动装置30的驱动使移动组件22得相对C柱12上下移动并带动主体21相对车顶11移动,使复合机能车1得于斜背车状态S1(图1)或旅行车状态S2(图4)间转换。
如图1与图2所示,在本实施例中,移动组件22包括第一移动片221、第二移动片222、连动装置223以及尾门窗224,且第一移动片221以及第二移动片222皆呈三角形,而尾门窗224呈梯形并可移动地收藏于车尾14,但本发明不以此实施例为限。如图2、图5与图6所示,本实施例的连动装置223含连动片2231与连动杆2232。连动片2231与第一移动片221接触于滑动面2230,以便定位第一移动片221。在本实施例中,连动装置223以铰炼与球型接头方式连结主体21以及第二移动片222。第一移动片221以橡胶条90连结主体21与第二移动片222。在此改良的隐藏式铰炼结构中,连动装置223为完成移动组件22移动的主要的作动件,本实施例的第一移动片221的功能为防水与遮盖连动装置223。
如图1与图5所示,第一移动片221包括第一连接端2211以及第二连接端2212,第一连接端2211连接主体21的第一端212。当复合机能车1处于斜背车状态S1时,第一移动片221与主体21皆面向上方,而第二连接端2212接触C柱12,第二移动片222收容于车体10,同时,尾门窗224亦收容于车尾14。如图2与图6所示,本实施例的第二移动片222包括第三连接端2221以及第四连接端2222,其中如图6所示,当复合机能车1处于旅行车状态S2时,第一移动片221与第二移动片222同时朝向车体10侧面,而第一驱动装置30驱动第二移动片222相对C柱12上移,使第四连接端2222连接C柱12。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,主体21的两端各设有一组移动组件22,且复合机能车1设置多个橡胶条90让第一移动片221、第二移动片222以及尾门窗224移动至定位后嵌入固定,以确保掀背式主体20升降后,复合机能车1整体的密闭性。如图5与图6所示,在本实施例中,第一移动片221的第一连接端2211与第二连接端2212皆以防水胶条连接,因此第一移动片221仅具密合车体与遮盖连动装置223(如:连动铰炼)等功能,而承受应力的能力则由连动装置223承担。此外,在本实施例中,如图2所示,第一驱动装置30连 接于第二移动片222,以驱动第二移动片222相对C柱12上移或下移,本实施例的第一驱动装置30为三轨道的车窗升降机(window regulator)。在本实施例中,连动片2231藉由多个第二铰炼72与第二移动片222枢接,第二铰炼72设置于连动片2231两侧,如图7所示,该些第二铰炼72中心延伸线的交会点,正好与接合端211的第一铰炼71中心延伸线重合,此设计能让第一移动片221的第一连接端2211与第二连接端2212皆维持一定间隙(shut line),以确保良好防水性能。
如图1与图5所示,当复合机能车1处于斜背车状态S1时,第一移动片221与C柱12连接,藉由第一移动片221的设计填补主体21与C柱12之间的空隙。如图3所示,当复合机能车1由斜背车状态S1转为旅行车状态S2时,第一驱动装置30驱动第二移动片222上移,同时主体21也一并被带动而上移,直到第二移动片222外露于车体10且尾门窗224与自由端213连接而形成如图4所示的旅行车状态S2。
以下请一并参考图8至图15关于本发明的复合机能车的第二实施例。
如图8与图9所示,在第二实施例中,复合机能车1a的第二移动片222与主体21为相对不动的一体(one-piece),且复合机能车1a更包括一第二驱动装置50。如图10所示,第二驱动装置50设置于第一移动片221与第二移动片222的间用以驱动第一移动片221。在本实施例中,第二驱动装置50为类似于齿轮式车窗升降机(window regulator),藉此设计使第一移动片221可选择地与C柱12(图10)或第二移动片222的第三连接端2221(图12)连接,而本实施例的第一驱动装置30a为致动器(actuator),且连接于第二移动片222,以驱动第二移动片222相对C柱12上移或下移。
如图10与图13所示,当复合机能车1a处于斜背车状态S1时,第二连接端2212与C柱12连接,此时,第一移动片221的第二连接端2212处于相对远离第三连接端2221的位置。如图11与图14所示,当复合机能车1a由斜背车状态S1转为旅行车状态S2时,藉由第二驱动装置50带动,第二连接端2212逐渐靠近第三连接端2221直至与第三连接端2221接触,同时,驱动装置30a亦驱动第二移动片222上移,直到第二移动片222外露于车体10,且第四连接端2222与C柱12连接而形成如图12与图15所示的旅行车状态S2。
以下请一并参考图16至图18关于本发明的复合机能车的第三实施例。
如图16所示,当复合机能车1b处于斜背车状态S1时,第一移动片221接触C柱12且第二移动片222收容于车体10。如图17所示,当复合机能车1b由斜背车状态S1转为旅行车状态S2时,第一移动片221受第二驱动装置50a带动,而横向往C柱12内侧移动,进而与主体21分离。此时,第二移动片222受驱动装置30b的驱动上移,直到第四连接端2222与C柱12连接。此时,第一移动片221完全收容于C柱12,形成如图18所示的旅行车状态S2。在此须注意的是,如图18所示,复合机能车1b与复合机能车1的不同在于,第二移动片222与主体21为相对不动的一体(one-piece),且第一移动片221可完全脱离主体21。在本实施例中,第一移动片221的第二驱动装置50a类似于三轨道的车窗升降机(window regulator)。在此需注意的是,第一驱动装置30与第二驱动装置50的实施态样不以揭露的实施例为限,手动或无线驱动也属于本发明的适用范围。
需注意的是,上述仅为实施例,而非限制于实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种复合机能车,具有一斜背车状态以及一旅行车状态,其特征在于,该复合机能车包括:
    一车体,包括一车顶、一C柱以及一车尾;
    一掀背式主体,可移动地与该车顶及该车尾连接;以及
    一第一驱动装置,设置于该车体内并与该掀背式主体连接,以驱动该掀背式主体相对该C柱移动,使该复合机能车得于该斜背车状态或该旅行车状态间转换。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该掀背式主体包括一主体以及一移动组件,该主体包括一接合端、一自由端以及一第一端,其中该接合端连接该车顶,该第一端连接该移动组件,该移动组件连接该第一驱动装置,使该复合机能车得于该斜背车状态或该旅行车状态间转换。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该移动组件包括一第一移动片、一第二移动片以及一尾门窗,该第一移动片呈三角形,该尾门窗呈梯形且可相对该车尾上移与该自由端连结,或可相对该车尾下移而收藏于该车尾,该自由端可与该车尾连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该移动组件包括一连动装置,而该连动装置包括一连动片以及一连动杆,该连动片与该第一移动片通过一滑动面连结,以定位该第一移动片,而通过该连动装置可同时驱动与定位该主体、该第一移动片以及该第二移动片。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该接合端藉由一第一铰练与该车顶枢接,该连动片藉由多个第二铰炼与该第二移动片枢接,其中该些第二铰炼的一中心延伸线的交会点与该第一铰炼的该中心延伸线重合。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该第二移动片与该主体为相对不动的一体,该第一移动片包括一第一连接端以及一第二连接端,该第一连接端连接该第一端,该复合机能车更包括一第二驱动装置以驱动该第一移动片,使该第二连接端可选择地与该第二移动片或该C柱连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该第二移动片包括一第三连接端与一第四连接端,当该复合机能车处于该斜背车状态时,该第一移 动片受该第二驱动装置驱动,而使该第二连接端脱离该第三连接端,进而与该C柱相连,同时自由端亦与车尾相连,形成密封状态。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,当该复合机能车处于该旅行车状态时,该第二连接端与该第三连接端相连;该第四连接端与该C柱相连。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该第二移动片与该主体为相对不动的一体,该复合机能车更包括一第二驱动装置以驱动该第一移动片,当该复合机能车处于该旅行车状态时,该第一移动片受该第二驱动装置推动脱离该主体,并隐藏于该C柱之内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的复合机能车,其特征在于,该第一移动片包括一第一连接端以及一第二连接端,当该复合机能车处于该斜背车状态时,该第一移动片由该C柱移出,直至该第一连接端与该第一端相连,且该第二连接端与该C柱相连,而自由端亦与车尾相连,形成密封状态。
