Abstract

一种应用主题的加载方法及装置,用以缩短应用主题从下载到在智能终端上使用的时间。所述方法包括:检测用户关于所述智能终端的操作指令(S201);根据所述操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块(S202);如果确定存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,将所述应用模块加载到所述智能终端上(S203)。可以避免智能终端在花费大量的时间将应用主题进行解压缩和拷贝、合并等操作之后才能够将应用主题应用到智能终端上,大大降低用户使用应用主题的等待时间。

应用主题的加载方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201510127975.5、申请日为2015年3月23日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用主题的加载方法及装置。
背景技术
随着用户对智能手机个性化需求的日益增长,通过主题应用程序(主题app)的方式为用户提供格式各样的应用主题成为相关技术人员的开发重点。在用户从主题应用程序下载应用主题并将应用主题加载到智能手机上的过程中,相关技术需要执行如下步骤:从主题应用程序下载应用主题,对应用主题的压缩包进行解压缩,得到应用主题对应的各个资源模块对应的压缩包,将各个资源模块对应的压缩包拷贝到智能手机上相应的资源目录,最后修改智能手机上的主题配置等步骤。
在上述整个过程中,智能手机需要花费大量的时间将应用主题进行解压缩和拷贝进行合并等操作之后,才能够将应用主题应用到智能终端上,从而使用户需要花费大量的等待时间。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种应用主题的加载方法及装置,用以缩短应用主题从下载到在智能终端上使用的时间。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种应用主题的加载方法,应用在智能终端上,包括:
检测用户关于所述智能终端的操作指令;
根据所述操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块;
如果确定存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,将所述应用模块加载到所述智能终端上。
在一实施例中,所述方法还可包括:
如果确定不存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在所述智能终端上的 主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令;
根据所述第一下载指令从所述应用程序中以所述第一优先级下载所述应用模块。
在一实施例中,所述方法还可包括:
检测安装在所述智能终端上的主题应用程序中是否存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令;
在检测到存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令时,通过所述智能终端的第二线程下载所述应用主题。
在一实施例中,所述通过所述智能终端的第二线程下载所述应用主题,可包括:
确定下载所述应用主题中的各个应用模块的下载优先级;
根据所述下载优先级所确定的下载次序下载所述应用主题中的应用模块。
在一实施例中,所述方法还可包括:
在所述应用主题中的任意一个应用模块下载完成后,显示主题加载成功的提示。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种应用主题的加载装置,应用在智能终端上,包括:
第一检测模块,被配置为检测用户关于所述智能终端的操作指令;
第一确定模块,被配置为根据所述第一检测模块检测到的所述操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块;
加载模块,被配置为如果所述第一确定模块确定存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,将所述应用模块加载到所述智能终端上。
在一实施例中,所述装置还可包括:
发送模块,被配置为如果所述第一确定模块确定不存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在所述智能终端上的主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令;
第一下载模块,被配置为根据所述发送模块发送的所述第一下载指令从所述应用程序中以所述第一优先级下载所述应用模块。
在一实施例中,所述装置还可包括:
第二检测模块,被配置为检测安装在所述智能终端上的主题应用程序中是否存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令;
第二下载模块,被配置为在所述第二检测模块检测到存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令时,下载所述应用主题。
在一实施例中,所述第二下载模块可包括:
确定子模块,被配置为确定下载所述第二检测模块检测到的所述第二下载指令对应的所述应用主题中的各个应用模块的下载优先级;
下载子模块,被配置为根据所述确定子模块确定的所述下载预设优先级所确定的下载次序下载所述应用主题中的应用模块。
在一实施例中,所述装置还可包括:
提示模块,被配置为在通过所述第二下载模块将所述应用主题中的任意一个应用模块下载完成后,显示主题加载成功的提示。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种应用主题的加载装置,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
检测用户关于所述智能终端的操作指令;
根据所述操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块;
如果确定存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,将所述应用模块加载到所述智能终端上。

通过图1A至图1G所示可以获知,本公开实施例中所述的应用主题,也可以称为智能终端上的各个应用模块能够向用户展示的模板,可以包括智能终端的桌面、各个应用程序对应的图标、状态栏、锁屏等应用模块。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,通过从主题应用程序(主题app)中下载不同的应用主题(例如,上述应用主题“sunny”、应用主题“麦拉风-月光的记忆”),从而可以使智能终端能够展示不同风格的外观,上述图1A至图1F所示的场景图仅作为示例性说明,并不能形成对本公开的限制。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的应用主题的加载方法的流程图,该应用主题的加载方法可以应用在智能终端(例如:智能手机、平板电脑)上,本实施例结合上述图1A至图1G进行示例性说明,如图2所示,该应用主题的加载方法包括以下步骤S201至S203:
在步骤S201中,检测用户关于智能终端的操作指令。
在一实施例中,用户关于智能终端的操作指令例如可以为,用户在关闭智能终端再重新打开智能终端的操作指令,用户对处于锁屏状态下的智能终端进行解锁的操作指令,用户在智能终端的触屏上打开短信app时的操作指令,用户在智能终端的触屏上打开通讯录app的操作指令,等等,也即,用户关于智能终端的操作指令可以为由用户对智能终端的任意操作所触发产生的指令。
在步骤S202中,根据操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块。
例如,如果用户已经在主题应用程序(主题app)下载了名称为“sunny”的应用主题,或者,用户正在从主题应用程序下载应用主题“sunny”,其中有一部分应用主题“sunny”的应用模块已经下载完毕,有另外一部分应用主题“sunny”的应用模块尚未下载完毕,当确定用户关于智能终端的操作指令为对锁屏状态进行解锁时,则可以先确定是否已经下载了应用主题“sunny”的解锁模块。
在步骤S203中,如果确定存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,将应用模块加载到智能终端上。
例如,如果确定已经下载了应用主题“sunny”的解锁模块,则应用主题“sunny”的解锁模块加载到智能终端上,在检测到用户关于智能终端具体的操作指令时,就加载与该操作指令相应的应用模块,由此可以根据用户与智能终端的交互加载应用模块。
本实施例中,根据操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,如果确定存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,将应用模块加载到智能终端上,实现了根据用户关于智能终端具体的操作指令加载相应的应用模块,避免了智能终端在花费大量的时间将应用主题进行解压缩和拷贝、合并等操作之后才能够将 应用主题应用到智能终端上,大大降低了用户使用应用主题的等待时间。
在一实施例中,方法还可包括:
如果确定不存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令;
根据第一下载指令从应用程序中以第一优先级下载应用模块。
在一实施例中,方法还可包括:
检测安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序中是否存在关于应用主题的第二下载指令;
在检测到存在关于应用主题的第二下载指令时,通过智能终端的第二线程下载应用主题。
在一实施例中,通过智能终端的第二线程下载应用主题,可包括:
确定下载应用主题中的各个应用模块的下载优先级;
根据下载优先级所确定的下载次序下载应用主题中的应用模块。
在一实施例中,方法还可包括:
在应用主题中的任意一个应用模块下载完成后,显示主题加载成功的提示。
在本实施例中,在智能设备正常工作或者指示灯仍然显示为常亮的情形下,可以通过远程控制的方式将指示灯关闭,避免了指示灯对用户带来的刺眼感觉,确保了用户的正常休息以及用户在室内的用电安全,提高了用户家居生活的便利性。
具体如何应用主题进行加载的,请参考后续实施例。
至此,本公开实施例提供的上述方法,可以实现根据用户关于智能终端具体的操作指令加载相应的应用模块,避免智能终端在花费大量的时间将应用主题进行解压缩和拷贝、合并等操作之后才能够将应用主题应用到智能终端上,大大降低用户使用应用主题的等待时间。
下面以具体实施例来说明本公开实施例提供的技术方案。
图3是根据一示例性实施例一示出的应用主题的加载方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以如何从主题应用程序(app stroe)中下载应用主题的应用模块为例并结合上述图1A至图1E进行示例性说明,如图3所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤S301中,检测用户关于智能终端的操作指令。
步骤S301的描述可以参见上述步骤S201的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S302中,根据操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,如果存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,执行步骤S303,如果不存 在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,执行步骤S304。
步骤S302的描述可以参见上述步骤S202的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S303中,如果确定存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,通过智能终端的第一线程将应用模块加载到智能终端上,流程结束。
步骤S303的描述可以参见上述步骤S203的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S304中,如果确定不存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令。
在一实施例中,第一下载指令的第一优先级可以为最高优先级,也可以根据应用模块的重要程度设置的优先级,当第一优先级为最高优先级时,可以尽快将与操作指令相对应的应用模块下载到智能终端上,由此大大降低用户使用与该操作指令相关的主题资源的等待时间。
在步骤S305中,通过智能终端的第二线程从应用程序中以第一优先级下载应用模块。
在步骤S306中,开启智能终端的第一线程将该应用模块加载到智能终端上。
例如,检测到用户关于智能终端的操作指令为解锁操作,此时从已下载的应用主题“sunny”中确定是否存在解锁操作相对应的解锁模块,如果确定存在与该解锁操作相对应的解锁模块,则通过智能终端的第一线程将该解锁模块加载到智能终端上;如果确定不存在与该解锁操作相对应的解锁模块,则通过智能终端的第二线程将该解锁模块从主题app中下载下来,并通过第一线程将该解锁模块加载到智能终端上,由此,通过第一线程加载解锁模块,或者,通过第二线程下载解锁模块,实现了加载应用模块与下载应用模块的并行化。
本实施例中,通过智能终端的第一线程从主题应用程序将应用主题的应用模块下载到智能终端,通过智能终端的第二线程将已经下载的应用模块加载到智能终端上,从而实现了下载与加载的并行化,大大降低了用户使用与该操作指令相关的主题资源的等待时间。
图4是根据一示例性实施例二示出的应用主题的加载方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以如何调整应用主题中各个应用模块的下载优先级为例并结合上述图1A至图1E进行示例性说明,如图4所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤S401中,检测安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序中是否存在关于应用主题的第二下载指令。
在步骤S402中,在检测到存在关于应用主题的第二下载指令时,确定下载应用主题中的各个应用模块的下载优先级。
在步骤S403中,根据下载优先级所确定的下载次序开启第二线程下载应用主题中的应用模块。
在步骤S404中,在应用主题的下载过程中,如果检测到用户关于智能终端的操作指令,根据操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,如果确定存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,执行步骤S405,如果确定不存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,执行步骤S406。
在步骤S405中,如果确定存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,开启第一线程将应用模块加载到智能终端上,流程结束。
在步骤S406中,如果确定不存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令。
在步骤S407中,根据第一下载指令从应用程序中以第一优先级下载应用模块,流程结束。
在步骤S408中,开启智能终端的第一线程将该应用模块加载到智能终端上。
例如,在主题应用程序(主题app)中检测到下载应用主题“sunny”的下载指令,确定下载应用主题“sunny”中的各个应用模块(例如,桌面模块、锁屏模块、设置模块等等)的下载优先级,下载优先级例如为:优先下载桌面模块,其次再下载锁屏模块,再其次下载设置模块等等,如果在应用主题“sunny”按照上述下载优先级下载各个应用模块的过程中,检测到用户关于打开短信app的操作指令,根据打开短信app的操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与打开短信app的操作指令相对应的短信模块,如果确定存在与打开短信app的操作指令相对应的短信模块,开启第一线程将应用主题“sunny”的短信模块加载到智能终端上,如果确定不存在与打开短信app的操作指令相对应的短信模块,则向安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序(主题app)发送第一优先级的第一下载指令,根据第一下载指令从主题应用程序中以第一优先级下载应用模块,其中,第一优先级可以高于步骤S402中中的下载优先级,由此可以优先下载应用主题“sunny”的短信模块,由此,可以避免依照设定的下载优先级将应用主题“sunny”的短信模块下载到智能终端上导致用户需要等待较长时间。
本实施例中,通过将下载和加载分别采用各自对应的线程来实现下载应用模块以及加载应用模块,其中下载应用模块时依据设定的下载优先级进行下载,在加载过程时根据用户的操作指令来确定是否以第一优先级从主题应用程序中下载相应的应用模块,实现了下载与加载的并行化,大大降低了用户使用与该操作指令相关的主题资源的等待时间。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种应用主题的加载装置的框图,应用在智能 终端上,如图5所示,应用主题的加载装置包括:
第一检测模块51,被配置为检测用户关于智能终端的操作指令;
第一确定模块52,被配置为根据第一检测模块51检测到的操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块;
加载模块53,被配置为如果第一确定模块52确定存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,将应用模块加载到智能终端上。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种应用主题的加载装置的框图,在上述图5所示实施例的基础上,装置还可包括:
发送模块54,被配置为如果第一确定模块52确定不存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令;
第一下载模块55,被配置为根据发送模块54发送的第一下载指令从应用程序中以第一优先级下载应用模块。
在一实施例中,装置还可包括:
第二检测模块56,被配置为检测安装在智能终端上的主题应用程序中是否存在关于应用主题的第二下载指令;
第二下载模块57,被配置为在第二检测模块56检测到存在关于应用主题的第二下载指令时,下载应用主题,从而使第一确定模块52能够从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与操作指令相对应的应用模块。
在一实施例中,第二下载模块57可包括:
确定子模块571,被配置为确定下载第二检测模块56检测到的第二下载指令对应的应用主题中的各个应用模块的下载优先级;
下载子模块572,被配置为根据确定子模块571确定的下载优先级所确定的下载次序下载应用主题中的应用模块。
在一实施例中,装置还可包括:
提示模块58,被配置为在通过第二下载模块57将应用主题中的任意一个应用模块下载完成后,显示主题加载成功的提示。

图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种适用于应用主题的加载装置的框图。例如,装置700可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等智能终端。
参照图7,装置700可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件702,存储器704, 电源组件706,多媒体组件708,音频组件710,输入/输出(I/O)的接口712,传感器组件714,以及通信组件716。
处理组件702通常控制装置700的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件702可以包括一个或多个处理器720来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件702可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件702和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件702可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件708和处理组件702之间的交互。
存储器704被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备700的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置700上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器704可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件706为装置700的各种组件提供电力。电力组件706可以包括电源管理***,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置700生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件708包括在所述装置700和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件708包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备700处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜***或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件710被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件710包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置700处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器704或经由通信组件716发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件710还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器704,上述指令可由装置700的处理器720执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种应用主题的加载方法,应用在智能终端上,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测用户关于所述智能终端的操作指令;
    根据所述操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块;
    如果确定存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,将所述应用模块加载到所述智能终端上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果确定不存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在所述智能终端上的主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令;
    根据所述第一下载指令从所述应用程序中以所述第一优先级下载所述应用模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    检测安装在所述智能终端上的主题应用程序中是否存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令;
    在检测到存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令时,下载所述应用主题。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述下载所述应用主题,包括:
    确定下载所述应用主题中的各个应用模块的下载优先级;
    根据所述下载优先级所确定的下载次序下载所述应用主题中的应用模块。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述应用主题中的任意一个应用模块下载完成后,显示主题加载成功的提示。
  6. 一种应用主题的加载装置,应用在智能终端上其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一检测模块,被配置为检测用户关于所述智能终端的操作指令;
    第一确定模块,被配置为根据所述第一检测模块检测到的所述操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块;
    加载模块,被配置为如果所述第一确定模块确定存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,将所述应用模块加载到所述智能终端上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    发送模块,被配置为如果所述第一确定模块确定不存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,向安装在所述智能终端上的主题应用程序发送第一优先级的第一下载指令;
    第一下载模块,被配置为根据所述发送模块发送的所述第一下载指令从所述应用程序中以所述第一优先级下载所述应用模块。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二检测模块,被配置为检测安装在所述智能终端上的主题应用程序中是否存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令;
    第二下载模块,被配置为在所述第二检测模块检测到存在关于所述应用主题的第二下载指令时,下载所述应用主题。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二下载模块包括:
    确定子模块,被配置为确定下载所述第二检测模块检测到的所述第二下载指令对应的所述应用主题中的各个应用模块的下载优先级;
    下载子模块,被配置为根据所述确定子模块确定的所述下载优先级所确定的下载次序下载所述应用主题中的应用模块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    提示模块,被配置为在通过所述第二下载模块将所述应用主题中的任意一个应用模块下载完成后,显示主题加载成功的提示。
  11. 一种确定移动终端地理位置的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    检测用户关于所述智能终端的操作指令;
    根据所述操作指令从已下载的应用主题中确定是否存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块;
    如果确定存在与所述操作指令相对应的应用模块,将所述应用模块加载到所述智能终端上。
