随着技术的发展,虚拟SIM卡技术越来越成熟,将会逐渐取代目前的物理SIM卡。虚拟SIM卡技术的优点主要包括:
(1)终端设备不需要设计SIM卡槽,节约成本,以及避免卡槽和SIM卡损坏给用户带来的不必要损失。
(2)可以方便用户使用一个终端切换不同的虚拟SIM卡,更换不同的号码。
(3)由于很多用户都是银行卡和SIM***绑定,虚拟SIM卡可以避免不法分子克隆SIM卡,给用户造成经济损失。
可见,虚拟SIM卡有诸多优点,虚拟SIM卡将是未来发展的一个主流方向。然而,目前对虚拟SIM卡的管理还很不成熟,当绑定虚拟SIM卡的终端被盗取或丢失等情况下,不能对虚拟SIM卡账户数据进行及时管理,存在安全隐患等问题。
发明内容
本文以便提供一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法、装置和***,用以提高虚拟SIM卡的管理效率。
一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,包括:
获取与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置的管控参数;所述管控参数包含授权目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
根据所述管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作。
可选地,本发明实施例所述方法中,所述获取与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置的管控参数前,还包括:
对与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端进行鉴权;
在鉴权通过的情况下,实施获取所述管控参数的操作。
可选地,本发明实施例所述方法中,所述根据管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作,包括:
接收所述目标终端发送的对所述虚拟SIM卡的操作请求;

实施例一
本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,该方法应用在虚拟SIM卡远程服务器侧,如图1所示,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S101,获取与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置的管控参数;所述管控参数包含授权目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
步骤S102,根据所述管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作。
本发明实施例所述方法,经过与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端的授权,实现了利用授权的目标终端对绑定的SIM卡进行管控操作,使得对虚拟SIM卡的管理不再局限于绑定终端,可以实现虚拟SIM卡的并发管理,扩展了管理的广度,提高了管理的效率。并且,针对绑定虚拟SIM卡的终端被盗取或丢失等情况,利用本发明实施例所述方法,能够通过授权的目标终端及时的解除终 端和虚拟SIM卡的绑定,并获取该虚拟SIM卡的相关数据,避免了用户信息被他人获取,极大的提高了用户信息的安全性,提高了用户的使用体验。
当然,解除终端与虚拟SIM卡的绑定关系、获取虚拟SIM卡的相关数据(如通讯录等)等只是指定操作的一种示例说明,并非穷举。
基于上述原理阐述,下面给出几个可选实施方式,以使本发明实施例方案的实施更方便,准确。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,如下特征可以互相任意组合。
本发明实施例中,为了确保获取的管控参数为合法用户设置的管控参数,可选地,在获取与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置的管控参数前,对与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端进行鉴权,只有在鉴权通过的情况下,方可实施获取管控参数的操作。
可选地,本发明实施例中,虚拟SIM卡远程服务器在获取到管控参数后,将其保存到虚拟SIM卡的控制命令数据库中,以备后续调用。
可选地,本发明实施例中,根据管控参数,响应目标终端对虚拟SIM卡的指定操作的实施过程为:
接收所述目标终端发送的对所述虚拟SIM卡的操作请求;
从虚拟SIM卡的控制命令数据库中调取对应的管控参数,利用该管控参数,对所述操作请求进行校验;
在校验通过的情况下,响应所述操作请求中的指定操作。
其中,利用管控参数,对所述操作请求进行校验,包括:

实施例二
本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,该方法应用在与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端侧,如图2所示,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S201,设置管控参数;所述管控参数包含授权目标终端对虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
步骤S202,将所述管控参数发送至虚拟SIM卡远程服务器,以使所述虚拟SIM卡远程服务器根据所述管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作。
可见,与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端通过本实施例所述方法能够授权其他终端对绑定的虚拟SIM卡进行操作管理,使得对虚拟SIM卡的管理不再局限于绑定终端,可以实现并发管理,扩展了管理的广度,提高了管理的效率。并且,还能实现对一些特殊情况(如绑定终端丢失、被盗等)的处理,提高用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例中,设置的管控参数的结构形式可选但不限于为:
目标终端的设备识别码+目标终端的鉴权码+指定操作的操作码+操作码对应的操作方法。
其中,目标终端的鉴权码为绑定终端侧设置的鉴权码,目标终端在发起操作请求时携带该鉴权码,以使虚拟SIM卡远程服务器通过鉴权码对目标终端是否为授权终端进行校验。本发明实施例增加目标终端的鉴权码只是增加安全性的一种处理方式。若通过其他方式可以对目标终端是否为授权的目标终端进行校验,管控参数中也可以不包含鉴权码信息。
指定操作的操作码可以由虚拟SIM卡远程服务器规定好,也可以指定操作的操作码由虚拟SIM卡绑定终端用户自定义,并要求目标终端在发起操作请求时也携带该操作码,来增加安全性。
操作码对应的操作方法可由虚拟SIM卡远程服务器规定好,当然,本发明实施例也不排除虚拟SIM卡远程服务器可以支持用户自定义操作方法的情况。
本发明实施例中,管控参数在上述结构形式下,还可以进行其他字段的 扩展,以携带用户想要携带的信息。
本发明实施例中,在发送管控参数前,先将预先注册过的用户标识和口令发送给虚拟SIM卡远程服务器进行鉴权,当鉴权通过后,才向虚拟SIM卡远程服务器发送管控参数,以提高安全性。
本发明实施例中,为了防止管控参数被截取篡改,在发送前对待发送的管控参数进行加密处理。
实施例三
本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,应用在被与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端授权的目标终端侧,如图3所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S301,设置对已与其他终端绑定的虚拟SIM卡的操作参数;所述操作参数包含目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
步骤S302,向虚拟SIM卡远程服务器发起包含有所述操作参数的操作请求,以使所述虚拟SIM卡远程服务器根据所述操作请求进行操作响应。
可见,目标终端通过本发明实施例所述方法能够对已与其他终端绑定的虚拟SIM卡进行操作管理,使得对虚拟SIM卡的管理不再局限于绑定终端,可以实现并发管理,扩展了管理的广度,提高了管理的效率。并且,还能实现对一些特殊情况(如绑定终端丢失、被盗等)的处理,提高用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例中,设置的操作参数用于虚拟SIM卡远程服务器对操作请求进行校验,其结构形式可选但不限于为:
目标终端的设备识别码+目标终端的鉴权码+指定操作的操作码。
该结构形式是与管控参数的结构形式相对应的,若管控参数结构形式有缩减或扩展,为了保证校验顺利进行,操作参数的结构形式也应该对应缩减或扩展。
通过实施例二、三可知,与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端发送的管控参数和目标终端发送的操作请求中的操作参数组成大部分均相同,为了增加虚拟SIM卡远程服务器对两个终端发送消息的识别效率,建议与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终 端和目标终端在向虚拟SIM卡远程服务器发送消息时,携带操作类型字段,以告知虚拟SIM卡远程服务器在收到该消息后作何操作。例如:与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置操作类型为“0”,表示请求虚拟SIM卡远程服务器保存管控参数;目标终端设置操作类型为“1”,表示请求虚拟SIM卡远程服务器进行操作控制。
本发明实施例中,为了防止操作参数被截取篡改,在发送前对待发送的操作参数进行加密处理。

本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器,如图4所示,包括:

其中,目标终端的鉴权码为绑定终端侧设置的鉴权码,目标终端在发起操作请求时也携带该鉴权码,以使虚拟SIM卡远程服务器通过鉴权码对目标终端是否为授权终端进行校验。本发明实施例增加目标终端的鉴权码只是增加安全性的一种处理方式。若通过其他方式可以对目标终端是否为授权的目标终端进行校验,管控参数中也可以不包含鉴权码信息。
指定操作的操作码可以由虚拟SIM卡远程服务器规定好,指定操作的操作码也可以由虚拟SIM卡绑定终端用户自定义,并要求目标终端在发起操作请求时也携带该操作码,来增加安全性。
操作码对应的操作方法可选由虚拟SIM卡远程服务器规定好,当然,本发明实施例也不排除虚拟SIM卡远程服务器可以支持用户自定义操作方法的情况。
本发明实施例中,管控参数在上述结构形式下,还可以进行其他字段的扩展,以携带用户想要携带的信息。
本发明实施例中,第一参数输出模块520,在发送管控参数前,先将预先注册过的用户标识和口令发送给虚拟SIM卡远程服务器进行鉴权,当鉴权通过后,才向虚拟SIM卡远程服务器发送管控参数,以提高安全性。

本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的管理***,所述***包括:实施例四所述的虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器,实施例五所述的终端以及实施例六所述的管控终端;其中,所述管控终端为所述终端授权的目标终端。
由于在实施例四、五、六中已经对虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器、终端和管控终端的结构、功能及效果进行了阐述,所以本实施例在此不作赘述。

本发明实施例提供一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,其给出一个或几个应用示例,对本发明实施例的实施过程进行详细说明,以更好的支持实施例一至七所述的方案。
如图7所示,为本实施例所述方法应用的***结构示意图,图中:
110为第一终端,其已经注册绑定了虚拟SIM卡。
120为虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器,主要是管理虚拟SIM卡的相关数据,提供服务。
130为第二终端(即目标终端),在本发明实施例中主要作用是控制管理第一终端的虚拟SIM卡。
第一终端110的功能包括:
(1)向虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器120发起鉴权请求,请求中包括但不限于预先注册的用户名和密码。
(2)设置管控参数;其中,设置的管控参数包括:参数类型、第二终端设备识别号,鉴权时需要第二终端输入的鉴权码,允许第二终端控制第一终端虚拟SIM卡相关操作的操作标识码,以及操作标识码对应的操作方法。
(3)加密设置好的管控参数,并发送给虚拟SIM卡远程服务器。
第二终端130的功能包括:
(1)向虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器120发起鉴权请求,请求中包括但不限于预先注册的用户名和密码。
(2)设置控制参数;其中,设置的控制参数包括:参数类型、第二终端设备识别号,由第一终端设置的需要第二终端输入的鉴权码,以及操作标识码。
(3)加密设置好的控制参数,作为操作请求消息发送给虚拟SIM卡远 程服务器。
虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器120的功能包括:
(1)将终端发送的数据解密,并进行解析。
(2)根据终端发送的参数类型进行数据处理。
(3)给终端返回处理结果。
如图8所示为第一终端的设置流程图,该流程包括:
S801:第一终端将已经在虚拟SIM卡远程服务器注册过的用户名和密码发送到虚拟SIM卡远程服务器进行鉴权。
S802:虚拟SIM卡远程服务器返回鉴权结果到第一终端。第一终端对结果进行判断,如果鉴权失败,则流程结束。如果鉴权成功,则继续下一步。
S803:第一终端设置管控参数,管控参数示例如表1所示:

表2示例表示利用第二终端设备将第一终端设备与其注册的虚拟SIM卡解除绑定。这种方法主要用在第一终端损坏、被盗等情况下,用户可以快速解除终端与虚拟SIM卡之间的绑定,避免造成损失。用户也可以使用第二终端发送将该虚拟SIM卡与第二终端绑定的操作标识码等不同的操作方法。
S902:第二终端将设置好的参数进行加密,并发送到虚拟SIM卡远程服务器进行相关操作。

S1003:对用户名和密码等进行鉴权,然后给终端设备返回结果。流程结束。
S1004:判断数据中携带的参数类型是否是已定义好的类型,比如前述示例中的0或1。如果不是相关类型,则返回结果,结束流程。
S1005:如果是第一终端设备发送的参数类型0,则将数据提取出来,存 入相应的操作管理数据库。如果是第二终端设备发送的参数类型1,则首先提取终端设备识别码,在操作管理数据库中查询相应的数据,并根据鉴权码来判断第二终端是否有权限进行相关操作,若有权限,则虚拟SIM卡远程服务器根据操作码执行相应的操作,若无权限,则返回结果。
S1006:虚拟SIM卡远程服务器将操作结果返回给发出请求的终端设备,然后流程结束。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如***、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
本发明实施例所述方案,经过与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端的授权,实现了利用授权的目标终端对绑定的SIM卡进行管控操作,使得对虚拟SIM卡的管理不再局限于绑定终端,可以实现虚拟SIM卡的并发管理,扩展了管理的广度,提高了管理的效率。并且,针对绑定虚拟SIM卡的终端被盗取或丢失等情况,利用本发明实施例所述方法,能够通过授权的目标终端及时的解除终端和虚拟SIM卡的绑定,并获取该虚拟SIM卡的相关数据,避免了用户信息被他人获取,极大的提高了用户信息的安全性,提高了用户的使用体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,包括:
    获取与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置的管控参数;所述管控参数包含授权目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
    根据所述管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置的管控参数前,还包括:
    对与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端进行鉴权;
    在鉴权通过的情况下,实施获取所述管控参数的操作。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述根据管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作,包括:
    接收所述目标终端发送的对所述虚拟SIM卡的操作请求;
    利用所述管控参数,对所述操作请求进行校验;
    在校验通过的情况下,响应所述操作请求中的指定操作。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述利用所述管控参数,对所述操作请求进行校验,包括:
    根据所述管控参数,检测发送所述操作请求的目标终端是否为授权的目标终端,以及检测所述操作请求中的指定操作是否为授权的指定操作,当二者的检测结果均为是时,判定校验通过;当二者的检测结果中有一个为否,或均为否时,则判定校验不通过。
  5. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,应用在与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端侧,包括:
    设置管控参数;所述管控参数包含授权目标终端对虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
    将所述管控参数发送至虚拟SIM卡远程服务器,以使所述虚拟SIM卡远程服务器根据所述管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操 作。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,
    所述管控参数包括:目标终端的识别码、目标终端的鉴权码、以及允许目标终端进行指定操作的操作相关信息。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所述与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端在将所述管控参数发送至虚拟SIM卡远程服务器前,还包括:对所述管控参数进行加密处理。
  8. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,应用在被与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端授权的目标终端侧,包括:
    设置对绑定的所述虚拟SIM卡的操作参数;所述操作参数包含目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
    向虚拟SIM卡远程服务器发起包含有所述操作参数的操作请求,以使所述虚拟SIM卡远程服务器根据所述操作请求进行操作响应。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述操作参数包括:目标终端识别码、目标终端的鉴权码以及请求的指定操作的操作相关信息。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的方法,其中,所述向虚拟SIM卡远程服务器发起包含有所述操作参数的操作请求前,还包括:对所述操作参数进行加密处理。
  11. 一种虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器,包括:
    管控参数获取模块,设置为:获取与虚拟SIM卡绑定的终端设置的管控参数;所述管控参数包含授权目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
    SIM卡管理模块,设置为:根据所述管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作。
  12. 一种终端,所述终端与虚拟SIM卡进行了绑定,包括:
    第一参数设置模块,设置为:设置管控参数;所述管控参数包含授权目标终端对虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
    第一参数输出模块,设置为:将所述管控参数发送至虚拟SIM卡远程服务器,以使所述虚拟SIM卡远程服务器根据所述管控参数,响应所述目标终端对所述虚拟SIM卡的指定操作。
  13. 一种管控终端,包括:
    第二参数设置模块,设置为:设置对已与其他终端绑定的虚拟SIM卡的操作参数;所述操作参数包含管控终端对所述虚拟SIM卡进行指定操作的信息;
    第二参数输出模块,设置为:向虚拟SIM卡远程服务器发起包含有所述操作参数的操作请求,以使所述虚拟SIM卡远程服务器根据所述操作请求进行操作响应。
  14. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理***,包括:权利要求11所述的虚拟SIM卡远程管理服务器,权利要求12所述的终端以及权利要求13所述的管控终端;其中,所述管控终端为所述终端授权的目标终端。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-10任一项的方法。
