Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sensor suitable for detecting the temperature of a coil that forms a neutral wire provided in a stator of a rotating electrical machine.
- the coil In the rotating electrical machine, when a current flows through a coil provided in the stator, the coil generates heat and the temperature of the stator rises. If the stator reaches a predetermined heat-resistant temperature or higher, the stator components may be damaged by heat. For this reason, when the detection temperature of the temperature sensor provided in the coil becomes a predetermined temperature or higher, the current supplied to the coil is cut off or the supplied current is suppressed to prevent the stator temperature from rising.
- Patent Document 1 proposes a rotating electrical machine that can more easily replace a temperature sensor when a temperature detection element fails.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a temperature sensor that can be attached to and detached from a neutral wire without having special skills.
- the temperature sensor of the present invention is a temperature sensor that is attached to a rectangular electric wire constituting a stator of a rotating electrical machine and detects the temperature of the electric wire, and extends from the front end side toward the rear end side,
- the sensor body is held by the sensor holder so that the temperature sensing element is arranged on the side, and the lead wire electrically connected to the temperature sensing element is drawn out toward the rear end side, and the holder is fixed to the holder by elastic force And a clip for pressing the electric wire toward the sensor body.
- the clip is fixed to the distal end side of the sensor holder, and the electric wire can be pressed by an elastic force toward a region including a position where the temperature sensitive element of the sensor body is provided. If it does so, since the front end side of the sensor main body provided with a temperature sensing element can be stuck to an electric wire, the temperature detection of an electric wire can be performed with high precision. Further, by adjusting the elastic force of the clip, it is possible to reliably apply a pressing force necessary for temperature detection.
- the clip is obtained by bending a metal plate into a U-shape, and is fixed to the sensor holder integrally and protrudes in a cantilever shape outside the width direction of the holder.
- An arm, a spring portion connected to the fixed arm, and a holding arm connected to the spring portion and facing the fixed arm at a predetermined interval, and the electric wire is directed to the sensor body via an insulating bracket provided on the holding arm.
- the elastic force by a clip is indirectly given to an electric wire via an insulation bracket, the influence of ambient temperature can be made small with respect to the temperature change of an electric wire. That is, the insulation bracket can block the ambient heat from being transmitted to the electric wire through the metal clip having a high thermal conductivity while insulating between the electric wire and the clip.
- the back side of the sensor body is covered with the insulating bracket, it is possible to block ambient heat from being transmitted to the sensor body. Thereby, temperature detection can be performed with high accuracy.
- the spring portion has a curvature at the connection end portion with the fixed arm different from the curvature at the connection end portion with the holding arm.
- the rigidity of the spring having the curvature portion increases as the curvature increases, so that the restoring force after applying the elastic displacement, that is, in this case, the force for pressing the sensor body against the electric wire can be increased.
- the opening of the spring portion when the sensor main body is attached to the electric wire spreads around the portion having the small curvature. Therefore, by adjusting the curvatures at the two locations, it is possible to optimize deformation when attaching the center main body to the electric wire, improve the workability of attachment, and optimize the force for pressing the sensor main body against the electric wire after attachment.
- the insulating bracket includes a holding groove for holding the electric wire on the side facing the sensor holder, and the holding groove includes a front side upright portion provided on the front side where the electric wire is inserted, and a front side
- the front side upright part is provided shorter than the back side upright part, and is provided between the back side upright part provided opposite to the upright part. Since the back side standing part is taller than the front side standing part, the wire hits the back side standing part when passing through the guide surface of the front side standing part, so that there is no special consideration.
- the insertion groove is positioned in the insertion direction.
- the front side upright portion may constitute a guide surface having an inclination in which the upper surface facing the frontage becomes closer to the holding groove and the distance from the opposing sensor holder becomes narrower.
- the frontage is widest on the side where the electric wire is inserted and becomes narrower as the holding groove is approached. Therefore, attachment to an electric wire is easier.
- the lead wire of the sensor body is folded back toward the front end side at the rear end side of the sensor holder, includes a lead wire fastener that holds the folded portion of the lead wire and is fixed to the sensor holder. be able to.
- the sensor body is held in the sensor holder via the electric wire by the elastic force of the clip, and the sensor body is held in the sensor holder by restricting the movement of the folded portion of the lead wire by the lead wire fastener on the rear end side. To do. Therefore, since the sensor main body is stably held by the sensor holder, even if the electric wire and the temperature sensor are subjected to vibration, it is possible to prevent the sensor main body from being displaced and the accuracy of the detected temperature from being lowered.
- the temperature sensor of the present invention since the sensor main body is brought into close contact with the flat-shaped electric wire by the elastic force generated in the clip, it can be easily attached to the electric wire even if it does not have a special skill such as welding. And can be removed.

- the clip 30 of this embodiment has the following effects by reducing the curvature of one connection end 32A of the spring portion 32 and increasing the curvature of the other connection end 32B.
- the rigidity of a spring having a curvature portion is determined by the magnitude of the curvature, and increases as the curvature increases. Therefore, deformation of the spring portion 32 when the sensor body 10 is attached to the coil 100 is centered on the connection end portion 32A having a small curvature. According to the deformation, the opening between the sensor holder 20 and the insulating bracket 40 opens.
- the curvature of the connection end 32A can be increased, and the curvature of the connection end 32B can be decreased to improve the workability during installation. it can.

Is held by the sensor holder 20 by being regulated by the lead wire fastener 50. Therefore, since the sensor body 10 is stably held in the receiving groove 26 of the sensor holder 20, even if the coil 100 and the temperature sensor 1 are subjected to vibration, the sensor body 10 is displaced and the accuracy of the detected temperature is increased. It can suppress lowering.
- the configuration described in the present embodiment can be selected or changed to another configuration as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.
- the clip 30 is not limited to a metal material as long as it can generate an elastic force, and can be made of a resin. By doing so, it is possible to omit providing the insulating bracket 40, and the clip 30 can be formed integrally with the sensor holder 20 by injection molding, so that the number of members can be reduced.
- the temperature sensor 1 has the clip 30 provided on the distal end side corresponding to the temperature sensing element 11 of the sensor body 10, but the coil 100 can be brought into close contact with the portion of the sensor body 10 where the temperature sensing element 11 is provided. If so, the position where the clip 30 is provided is arbitrary. For example, if the clip 30 is provided in the center in the longitudinal direction L of the sensor holder 20, that is, near the center of gravity of the temperature sensor 1, the temperature sensor 1 can be balanced when the temperature sensor 1 is attached to the coil 100. It becomes easy.
- the temperature sensor 1 only one clip 30 is provided on the front end side of the sensor holder 20, but a similar clip 30 is provided on the rear end side of the sensor holder 20, and the coil 100 is connected to the sensor body by the two clips 30. 10 can also be pressed. Then, the temperature sensor 1 can be attached to the coil 100 more stably.
- the temperature sensor 1 presupposes attaching to the coil 100 which makes the neutral wire provided in the stator of a rotary electric machine
- the object of temperature detection is not restricted to a neutral wire.
- the temperature sensor 1 holds the lead wires 13A and 13B in a folded state by the lead wire fastener 50, the lead wire can be drawn out in any form, for example, without folding the lead wires 13A and 13B. It is also possible to pull it out straight.
- the temperature sensor 1 supports the sensor body 10 on the rear end side via the lead wires 13A and 13B by the lead wire fastener 50, but the support on the rear end side of the sensor body 10 is optional, and is implemented. It is not limited to form.

なお、被覆層14A,14Bは、PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)PFA(テトラフルオロエチレン・パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体)からなるフッ素樹脂を用いることができる。
