技术领域
本公开涉及卡片存储领域,特别涉及一种卡片存储器。
背景技术
对于不可拆卸电池的终端,终端提供了用于存储诸如SIM(Subscriber Identity Module客户识别模块)卡之类的卡片的卡片存储器,以便用户在不拆卸电池的情况下更换卡片。
相关技术提供的一种卡片存储器包括:用于存储卡片的卡托、从该卡托的第一侧面向外延伸形成与第一侧面垂直的本体,该本体的长度大于第一侧面的长度;卡托中与第一侧面相对的第二侧面与第一杠杆的第一端口相互抵触,第一杠杆的第二端口向外延伸形成一个转轴,转轴向外延伸形成第二杠杆,第一杠杆与第二杠杆在卡托侧形成锐角,第二杠杆的端口向外延伸形成与卡托的第三侧边平行的第三杠杆,第三杠杆在本体上的射影位置处形成的圆柱形孔贯穿该本体。
当用户使用顶针穿过圆柱形孔,推动第三杠杆向里运动时,通过第二杠杆和转轴推动第一杠杆向外运动,从而向外推出卡托。
发明内容
为解决使用顶针来更换不可拆卸电池的终端的卡片,导致更换操作繁琐的问题,本公开提供了一种卡片存储器。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种卡片存储器,包括:卡托、锁卡器和连接器,所述锁卡器包括卡扣和控制按钮,所述连接器包括卡座弹片;
当所述锁卡器在所述控制按钮的控制下控制所述卡扣和所述卡托之间处于远离状态时,所述卡座弹片由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,所述卡托从贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第一开孔中向外弹出;
当所述卡托从贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第一开孔中向里运动后,所述卡座弹片由正常状态压缩到压缩状态,所述卡扣和所述卡托之间处于闭锁状态。
可选的,所述连接器包括第一本体,所述第一本体内形成贯穿所述第一本体的开放三角形开槽,所述开放三角形开槽内形成有三角形的卡座弹片,所述卡座弹片的第一斜边的部分向内弯折,形成第二斜边,所述第一斜边和所述第二斜边形成锐角;所述卡座弹片的第三斜边的部分向内弯折,形成第四斜边,所述第三斜边和所述第四斜边形成锐角;
所述第一本体的上表面、下表面、左表面和右表面分别向所述卡座弹片的压缩方向的 反方向延伸预定长度,所述预定长度小于或等于所述卡托的长度。
可选的,所述卡片存储器还包括第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈位于所述控制按钮的第二本体和第三本体相接处,并与所述锁卡器的外壳相互抵触,所述第三本体是所述第二本体延伸后得到的垂直于所述第二本体的本体,所述第二本体与贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第二开孔匹配。
可选的,所述锁卡器还包括与所述控制按钮相互抵触的第一弹簧、第一卡扣和第二卡扣;
当所述控制按钮从贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第二开孔向里运动时,所述第一卡扣向背离所述卡托的第一方向运动,所述第二卡扣向背离所述卡托的第二方向运动,所述第一弹簧由正常状态压缩到压缩状态;
当所述第一弹簧由压缩状态恢复到正常状态时,所述第一卡扣向靠近所述卡托的第三方向运动,所述第二卡扣向靠近所述卡托的第四方向运动。
可选的,所述第一卡扣包括第二弹簧和通过第一端口与所述第二弹簧相互抵触的第一锁杆;
所述第一锁杆包括第四本体,所述第四本体内形成贯穿所述第四本体的第一开槽,所述第一开槽中靠近所述第一端口的侧面与所述控制按钮的第一侧面相互抵触,所述第四本体中与所述第一端口相对的第二端口与所述卡托的第二开槽相互抵触。
可选的,所述第二卡扣包括第三弹簧和通过第三端口与所述第三弹簧相互抵触的第二锁杆;
所述第二锁杆包括第五本体,所述第五本体内形成贯穿所述第五本体的第三开槽,所述第三开槽中靠近所述第三端口的侧面与所述卡托的第四开槽相互抵触,所述第五本体中与所述第三端口相对的第四端口与所述控制按钮的第二侧面相互抵触。
可选的,所述卡托包括第六本体,所述第六本体包括至少一个贯穿所述第六本体的卡位开孔,从所述第六本体的第三侧面向外延伸形成垂直于所述第六本体的第七本体,所述第七本体与所述第一开孔匹配;
在垂直于所述第三侧面的第四侧面形成贯穿所述第六本体的所述第二开槽,在垂直于所述第三侧面的第五侧面形成贯穿所述第六本体的所述第四开槽。
可选的,所述卡片存储器还包括第二密封圈,所述第二密封圈位于所述第六本体和所述第七本体的相接处。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
通过当锁卡器在控制按钮的控制下控制卡扣和卡托之间处于远离状态时,卡座弹片由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,卡托从贯穿锁卡器的外壳的第一开孔中向外弹出,使得用户可以通过控制按钮来控制卡托的弹出,而不需要使用顶针,解决了使用顶针来更换不可拆卸电池的终端的卡片,导致更换操作繁琐的问题,达到了提高卡片的更换效率的效果。

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种卡片存储器的框图,该卡片存储器应用于终端中,如图1所示,该卡片存储器包括卡托110、锁卡器120和连接器130,锁卡器120包括卡扣和控制按钮,连接器130包括卡座弹片;
当锁卡器120在控制按钮的控制下控制卡扣和卡托110之间处于远离状态时,卡座弹片由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,卡托110从贯穿锁卡器120的外壳的第一开孔中向外弹出;
当卡托110从贯穿锁卡器120的外壳的第一开孔中向里运动后,卡座弹片由正常状态压缩到压缩状态,卡扣和卡托110之间处于闭锁状态。
综上所述,本公开提供的卡片存储器,通过当锁卡器在控制按钮的控制下控制卡扣和卡托之间处于远离状态时,卡座弹片由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,卡托从贯穿锁卡器的外壳的第一开孔中向外弹出,使得用户可以通过控制按钮来控制卡托的弹出,而不需要使用顶针,解决了使用顶针来更换不可拆卸电池的终端的卡片,导致更换操作繁琐的问题,达 到了提高卡片的更换效率的效果。
图2是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种卡片存储器的框图,该卡片存储器应用于终端中,如图2所示,该卡片存储器包括卡托210、锁卡器220和连接器230,锁卡器220包括卡扣221和控制按钮222,连接器230包括卡座弹片231;
卡托210是终端中用于存储卡片的部件。锁卡器220与连接器230配合,控制卡托210弹出或闭合。卡托210弹出后,用户可以对卡托210中存储的卡片进行替换;卡托210闭合后,终端可以正常使用卡片。
当锁卡器220在控制按钮222的控制下控制卡扣221和卡托210之间处于远离状态时,卡座弹片231由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,卡托210从贯穿锁卡器220的外壳的第一开孔223中向外弹出。
请参考图3所示的一种卡托弹出的示意图,当用户按下控制按钮222时,控制按钮222触发锁卡器220中的卡扣221远离卡托210,卡托210与卡扣221之间不再处于闭锁状态。由于此时卡托210与卡座弹片231处于相互抵触状态且卡座弹片231处于压缩状态,卡座弹片231从压缩状态恢复到正常状态,此时将相互抵触的卡托210从第一开孔223推出,即,卡托210从第一开孔223中弹出。
当卡托210从贯穿锁卡器220的外壳的第一开孔223中向里运动后,卡座弹片231由正常状态压缩到压缩状态,卡扣221和卡托210之间处于闭锁状态。
请参考图4所示的一种卡托闭合的示意图,当用户将卡托210塞到第一开孔223中并向里推动时,卡托210与卡座弹片231相互抵触,使得卡座弹片231由正常状态压缩到压缩状态,此时,卡托210和卡扣221处于闭锁状态。
下面分别对连接器230、锁卡器220和卡托210的结构进行描述:
第一,连接器230。
连接器230用于在卡托210和卡扣221之间处于远离状态时,弹出卡托210。其中,连接器230可以包括卡座弹片,通过卡座弹片弹出卡托210;也可以包括弹簧,通过弹簧弹出卡托210;还可以包括其它具有弹性的部件,通过该其它具有弹性的部件弹出卡托210,本实施例不作限定。
其中,当连接器230包括卡座弹片或弹簧时,可以将卡座弹片或弹簧安装在开槽中,也可以不将卡座弹片或弹簧安装在开槽中,本实施例不作限定。
本实施例以连接器230包括卡座弹片231且将卡座弹片231安装在开槽中为例进行说明,则请参考图5所示的一种连接器的结构示意图,连接器230包括第一本体,第一本体内形成贯穿第一本体的开放三角形开槽232,开放三角形开槽232内形成有三角形的卡座弹片231,卡座弹片231的第一斜边233的部分向内弯折,形成第二斜边234,第一斜边233和第二斜边234形成锐角;卡座弹片231的第三斜边235的部分向内弯折,形成第四斜边236,第三斜边235和第四斜边236形成锐角;
第一本体的上表面、下表面、左表面和右表面分别向卡座弹片231的压缩方向的反方向延伸预定长度,预定长度小于或等于卡托210的长度。
其中,开放三角形开槽232是指两条斜边没有相交的三角形开槽,该开放三角形开槽232用于安装卡座弹片231。
卡座弹片231包括第一斜边233和第二斜边234,第二斜边234是由第一斜边233向内弯折得到的,且第二斜边234和第一斜边233形成锐角,使得在第一斜边233被卡托210推动向里运动时,第二斜边234与三角形的底边相互抵触,从而导致卡座弹片231处于压缩状态。同理,卡座弹片231包括的第三斜边235和第四斜边236形成锐角,使得在第四斜边236被卡托210推动向里运动时,第三斜边235与三角形的底边相互抵触,从而导致卡座弹片231处于压缩状态。
本实施例中,还可以将第一本体的上表面、下表面、左表面和右表面分别向卡座弹片231的压缩方向的反方向延伸预定长度,以形成保护套,将卡片和终端中的部分部件隔离。其中,延伸的预定长度小于卡托210的长度,以保证卡托210在闭合时能够使得卡座弹片231处于压缩状态。
第二,锁卡器220。
本实施例中,锁卡器220还包括与控制按钮222相互抵触的第一弹簧224、第一卡扣221a和第二卡扣221b;
当控制按钮222从贯穿锁卡器220的外壳的第二开孔225向里运动时,第一卡扣221a向背离卡托210的第一方向运动,第二卡扣221b向背离卡托210的第二方向运动,第一弹簧224由正常状态压缩到压缩状态;
请参考图6所示的卡片存储器的结构示意图,当第一弹簧224由压缩状态恢复到正常状态时,第一卡扣221a向靠近卡托210的第三方向运动,第二卡扣221b向靠近卡托210的第四方向运动。
其中,第一弹簧224和控制按钮222相互抵触,当用户按下控制按钮222时,控制按钮222推动第一弹簧224向里运动,第一弹簧224由正常状态压缩到压缩状态;当用户松手后,第一弹簧224由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,推动控制按钮222向外运动。
卡扣221包括第一卡扣221a和第二卡扣221b。其中,当控制按钮222向里运动时,第一卡扣221a向背离卡托210的第一方向运动,第二卡扣221b向背离卡托210的第二方向运动,此时第一卡扣221a与卡托210之间不再处于闭锁状态,第二卡扣221b与卡托210之间不再处于闭锁状态。当第一弹簧224由压缩状态恢复到正常状态时,第一卡扣221a向靠近卡托210的第三方向运动,第二卡扣221b向靠近卡托210的第四方向运动,此时第一卡扣221a与卡托210之间处于闭锁状态,第二卡扣221b与卡托210之间处于闭锁状态。
1)请参考图7所示的一种卡扣的结构示意图,第一卡扣221a包括第二弹簧221a1和通过第一端口221a2与第二弹簧221a1相互抵触的第一锁杆221a3;
第一锁杆221a3包括第四本体,第四本体内形成贯穿第四本体的第一开槽221a4,第一开槽221a4中靠近第一端口221a2的侧面与控制按钮222的第一侧面相互抵触,第四本体中与第一端口221a2相对的第二端口221a5与卡托210的第二开槽211相互抵触。
第一锁杆221a3可以通过第一端口221a2与第二弹簧221a1相互抵触,也可以通过第一端口221a2与第二弹簧221a1相互连接,本实施例不作限定。
本实施例中,控制按钮222可以是梯形按钮,且位于终端外侧的边长长于位于终端内侧的边长。
其中,第一锁杆221a3包括第一开槽221a4,第一开槽221a4中靠近第一端口221a2的侧面与控制按钮222的第一侧面相互抵触,使得当用户按下控制按钮222时,控制按钮222通过相互抵触的第一侧面推动第一锁杆221a3向第一方向运动,导致第二端口221a5与第二开槽211不再相互抵触,第一锁杆221a3与卡扣210不再处于闭锁状态。此时,第一锁杆221a3将第二弹簧221a1由正常状态压缩到压缩状态。请参考图8所示的卡扣的第一种部分结构示意图。
当用户松手后,第二弹簧221a1由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,推动第一锁杆221a3向第三方向运动,第二端口221a5与第二开槽211相互抵触,使得第一锁杆221a3与卡扣210处于闭锁状态。
2)请参考图7,第二卡扣221b包括第三弹簧221b1和通过第三端口221b2与第三弹簧221b1相互抵触的第二锁杆221b3;
第二锁杆221b3包括第五本体,第五本体内形成贯穿第五本体的第三开槽221b4,第三开槽221b4中靠近第三端口221b2的侧面与卡托210的第四开槽212相互抵触,第五本体中与第三端口221b2相对的第四端口221b5与控制按钮222的第二侧面相互抵触。
第二锁杆221b3可以通过第三端口221b2与第三弹簧221b1相互抵触,也可以通过第三端口221b2与第三弹簧221b1相互连接,本实施例不作限定。
其中,第四端口221b5与控制按钮222的第二侧面相互抵触,使得当用户按下控制按钮222时,控制按钮222通过相互抵触的第二侧面推动第二锁杆221b3向第二方向运动,由于第三开槽221b4中靠近第三端口221b2的侧面与卡托210的第四开槽212相互抵触,此时导致第三端口221b2与第四开槽212不再相互抵触,第二锁杆221b3与卡扣210不再处于闭锁状态。此时,第二锁杆221b3的第三端口221b2将第三弹簧221b1由正常状态压缩到压缩状态。请参考图9所示的卡扣的第二种部分结构示意图。
当用户松手后,第三弹簧221b1由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,推动第二锁杆221b3向第四方向运动,第三开槽221b4中靠近第三端口221b2的侧面与第四开槽212相互抵触,使得第二锁杆221b3与卡扣210处于闭锁状态。
可选的,卡片存储器还包括第一密封圈240,第一密封圈240位于控制按钮222的第二本体222a和第三本体222b相接处,并与锁卡器220的外壳相互抵触,第三本体222b是第二本体222a延伸后得到的垂直于第二本体222a的本体,第二本体222a与贯穿锁卡 器220的外壳的第二开孔225匹配。
请参考图10所示的第一密封圈的第一种示意图,其中,第一密封圈240用于密封第二开孔225和控制按钮222。虽然控制按钮222中的第二本体222a与第二开孔225匹配,但是水、灰尘等杂质还是可以通过第二本体222a与第二开孔225之间的缝隙进入终端,因此,为了提高终端的防水性和防尘性,可以在第二开孔225和控制按钮222之间安装第一密封圈240。
请参考图11所示的第一密封圈的第二种示意图,其中,第一密封圈240安装在第二本体222a和第三本体222b相接处,并与锁卡器220的外壳相互抵触,阻挡了过第二开孔225进入终端的水、灰尘等杂质。
第三,卡托210。
本实施例中,卡托210包括第六本体213,第六本体213包括至少一个贯穿第六本体213的卡位开孔214,从第六本体213的第三侧面向外延伸形成垂直于第六本体213的第七本体215,第七本体215与第一开孔223匹配;
在垂直于第三侧面216的第四侧面217形成贯穿第六本体213的第二开槽211,在垂直于第三侧面216的第五侧面218形成贯穿第六本体213的第四开槽212。
本实施例中,可以根据终端中使用的不同的卡片的形状设置卡托210中的卡位开孔214。比如,可以为存储卡设置卡位开孔214,或,为SIM卡设置卡位开孔214等。其中,由于SIM卡的形状也可能不同,因此,还可以根据SIM卡的形状设置不同的卡位开孔214。
需要说明的是,卡托210可以包括至少一个卡位开孔214。比如,一个用于存储存储卡的卡位开孔214和一个用于存储SIM卡的卡位开孔214,或,两个用于存储SIM卡的卡位开孔214等,本实施例不作限定。
其中,第二开槽211与卡位开孔214不相交,第三开槽212与卡位开孔214不相交。
可选的,卡片存储器还包括第二密封圈250,第二密封圈250位于第六本体213和第七本体215的相接处。
请参考图12所示的第二密封圈的第一种示意图,其中,第二密封圈250用于密封第一开孔223和卡托210。虽然卡托210中的第七本体215与第一开孔223匹配,但是水、灰尘等物质还是可以通过第七本体215与第一开孔223之间的缝隙进入终端,因此,为了提高终端的防水性和防尘性,可以在第七本体215与第一开孔223之间安装第二密封圈250。
请参考图13所示的第二密封圈的第二种示意图,其中,第二密封圈250安装在第六本体213和第七本体215的相接处,阻挡了通过第一开孔223进入终端的水和灰尘。
综上所述,本公开提供的卡片存储器,通过当锁卡器在控制按钮的控制下控制卡扣和卡托之间处于远离状态时,卡座弹片由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,卡托从贯穿锁卡器的外壳的第一开孔中向外弹出,使得用户可以通过控制按钮来控制卡托的弹出,而不需要使用顶针,解决了使用顶针来更换不可拆卸电池的终端的卡片,导致更换操作繁琐的问题,达 到了提高卡片的更换效率的效果。
另外,通过在第二本体和第三本体的相接处安装第一密封圈,在第六本体和第七本体的相接处安装第二密封圈,可以防止水、灰尘等杂质进入终端,提高了终端的防水性和防尘性。

  1. 一种卡片存储器,其特征在于,包括:卡托、锁卡器和连接器,所述锁卡器包括卡扣和控制按钮,所述连接器包括卡座弹片;
    当所述锁卡器在所述控制按钮的控制下控制所述卡扣和所述卡托之间处于远离状态时,所述卡座弹片由压缩状态恢复到正常状态,所述卡托从贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第一开孔中向外弹出;
    当所述卡托从贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第一开孔中向里运动后,所述卡座弹片由正常状态压缩到压缩状态,所述卡扣和所述卡托之间处于闭锁状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡片存储器,其特征在于,所述连接器包括第一本体,所述第一本体内形成贯穿所述第一本体的开放三角形开槽,所述开放三角形开槽内形成有三角形的卡座弹片,所述卡座弹片的第一斜边的部分向内弯折,形成第二斜边,所述第一斜边和所述第二斜边形成锐角;所述卡座弹片的第三斜边的部分向内弯折,形成第四斜边,所述第三斜边和所述第四斜边形成锐角;
    所述第一本体的上表面、下表面、左表面和右表面分别向所述卡座弹片的压缩方向的反方向延伸预定长度,所述预定长度小于或等于所述卡托的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卡片存储器,其特征在于,所述卡片存储器还包括第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈位于所述控制按钮的第二本体和第三本体相接处,并与所述锁卡器的外壳相互抵触,所述第三本体是所述第二本体延伸后得到的垂直于所述第二本体的本体,所述第二本体与贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第二开孔匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的卡片存储器,其特征在于,所述锁卡器还包括与所述控制按钮相互抵触的第一弹簧、第一卡扣和第二卡扣;
    当所述控制按钮从贯穿所述锁卡器的外壳的第二开孔向里运动时,所述第一卡扣向背离所述卡托的第一方向运动,所述第二卡扣向背离所述卡托的第二方向运动,所述第一弹簧由正常状态压缩到压缩状态;
    当所述第一弹簧由压缩状态恢复到正常状态时,所述第一卡扣向靠近所述卡托的第三方向运动,所述第二卡扣向靠近所述卡托的第四方向运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卡片存储器,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣包括第二弹簧和通过第一端口与所述第二弹簧相互抵触的第一锁杆;
    所述第一锁杆包括第四本体,所述第四本体内形成贯穿所述第四本体的第一开槽,所述第一开槽中靠近所述第一端口的侧面与所述控制按钮的第一侧面相互抵触,所述第四本体中与所述第一端口相对的第二端口与所述卡托的第二开槽相互抵触。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的卡片存储器,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣包括第三弹簧和通过第三端口与所述第三弹簧相互抵触的第二锁杆;

  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的卡片存储器,其特征在于,所述卡托包括第六本体,所述第六本体包括至少一个贯穿所述第六本体的卡位开孔,从所述第六本体的第三侧面向外延伸形成垂直于所述第六本体的第七本体,所述第七本体与所述第一开孔匹配;
    在垂直于所述第三侧面的第四侧面形成贯穿所述第六本体的所述第二开槽,在垂直于所述第三侧面的第五侧面形成贯穿所述第六本体的所述第四开槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卡片存储器,其特征在于,所述卡片存储器还包括第二密封圈,所述第二密封圈位于所述第六本体和所述第七本体的相接处。
