高血压是严重危害人们健康的最常见疾病之一,高血压的危害不容小觑,但是许多病人因缺乏应有的自我保健知识,不注意定期监测血压,使得高血压得不到及时有效的控制,心、脑、肾三个重要的生命器官就会受到致命性打击,从而产生严重的并发症。虽然很多人患有高血压,但是对于高血压的真正危害却并无太多了解。高血压病作为常见的慢性病之一,目前非药物治疗的有效手段十分有限。目前,虽然市场上已经有一些专门针对这类人群的功能饮料,但其含有甜味剂、香味剂、防腐剂等对人体有副作用的成分。

本发明的目的在于提供一种基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,性质稳定、效果明显、高血压病人可广泛饮用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
绿茶提取物:0.5~2份,银杏叶提取物:0.1~0.5份,绞股蓝提取物:0.1~0.5份,亚洲参提取物:0.05~0.2份,橄榄叶提取物0.05~0.2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
优选地,所述天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物中的一种或几种;所述天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白、三氯蔗糖中的一种或几种。

本发明提供的功能饮料不仅仅针对特殊高血压病人群体,对于具有多种病症患者、正常人均可饮用,也可以起到预防的作用。本发明通过康管理云平台***,对服用该饮料的病患者进行了血压跟踪记录与数据分析,分析结果表明长期服用该功能饮料确实可以起到降低血压的作用,从而接近并达到正常范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释,本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
本发明所提供的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,采用如下配比:
绿茶提取物:0.5~2份,银杏叶提取物:0.1~0.5份,绞股蓝提取物:0.1~0.5份,亚洲参提取物:0.05~0.2份,橄榄叶提取物0.05~0.2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
在上述组分中,绿茶提取物具有清热解暑、消食化痰、生津止渴、降火明目等药理作用;银杏叶提取物具有抗炎、抗过敏、扩张血管、保护心脑血管、改善外周血液循环、降低血清胆固醇及辅助抗癌等功效,可以广泛应用于心脑血管、神经等***疾病的防治和保健;绞股蓝提取物具有抗癌作用、抗衰老作用,可以增强肌体免疫功能,还具有降血脂作用等;亚洲参提取物具有大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津止渴,安神益智等功效;橄榄叶提取物具有抗氧化作用、加强免疫***的作用,以及降低高血压和抑制氧化的作用;迷迭香提取物具有强化肝脏功能,降低血糖的功效。
采用上述组分制成的功能饮料,具有扩张血管、保护心脑血管、降低血清胆固醇、降血脂以及降血压等功效,因此,高血压人群长期饮用采用上述组分制成的功能饮料,可起到一定的治疗作用,可降低血压。
在上述实施例中,天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物等中的一种或几种;天然香味剂为从具有不同香味的上述水果中所提取的提取物,采用天然香味剂更为健康,可避免现有的化学合成香味剂给饮用者带来的危害。天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白等中的一种或几种,天然甜味剂是纯天然的提取物,甜度明显高于蔗糖甜度,不含任何卡路里,不会影响血糖水平或干扰胰岛素,可以给糖尿病人在预算总摄入热量方面提供更多灵活选择,并有助于控制体重,可以用来辅助治疗糖尿病。
在上述实施例中,迷迭香提取物可以作为天然防腐剂使用,以保证功能饮料的食用保质期。

绿茶提取物:0.5g、银杏叶提取物:0.1g、绞股蓝提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、橄榄叶提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。
实施例2
基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:0.5g、银杏叶提取物:0.1g、绞股蓝提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、橄榄叶提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:96.65g。
实施例3
基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:2g、银杏叶提取物:0.5g、绞股蓝提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.1g、橄榄叶提取物:0.1g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、巴西莓提取物:1g、奇异果甜蛋白:1g、水:94.7g。
实施例4

绿茶提取物:1g、银杏叶提取物:0.2g、绞股蓝提取物:0.2g、亚洲参提取物0.2g、橄榄叶提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、可乐果提取物:2g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:92.4g。

绿茶提取物:0.5g、银杏叶提取物:0.5g、绞股蓝提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、橄榄叶提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、蓝莓:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:96.25g。
实施例11
功能饮料组分如下:
绿茶提取物:0.5g、银杏叶提取物:0.5g、绞股蓝提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、橄榄叶提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、蓝莓:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:95.85g。
实施例12
功能饮料组分如下:
绿茶提取物:1.0g、银杏叶提取物:0.5g、绞股蓝提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、橄榄叶提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、蓝莓:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:95.35g。
以上实施例1-12中功能饮料均采用下述方法制备:
A、将绿茶提取物、银杏叶提取物、绞股蓝提取物、亚洲参提取物、橄榄叶提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的组分配比在室温下搅拌混合,以获得混合液;
B、将步骤A中形成的混合液高速离心分离,获得备用分离液;
C、将步骤B中形成的分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;流速为10dm3/h;
D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
上述实施例中,微孔滤膜的孔径可以选择为0.88-0.22μm。上述步骤D中采用微孔滤膜将过滤除菌的详细操作如下:
(1)组装、灭菌;
将0.22μm孔径的滤膜装入清洗干净的塑料滤器中,旋紧压平,包装灭菌后待用(0.lMPa,121.5℃灭菌20min)。
(2)连接;
在无菌条件下,将灭菌后的塑料滤器的入口以无菌操作方式连接于装有待滤溶液的注射器上,将针头与出口处连接并***带橡皮塞的无菌试管中。
(3)压滤;
将注射器中的待滤溶液加压并缓缓挤入过滤到无菌试管中,滤毕,将针头拨出。压滤时,用力要适当,不可太猛太快,以免细菌通过。
(4)无菌检查;
无菌操作吸取无菌试管中的除菌滤液0.1ml于肉汤蛋白胨平板上,涂布均匀,置37℃温室中培养24h,检查是否有菌生长。
(5)清洗;
弃去塑料滤器上的微孔滤膜,将塑料滤器清洗干净,并换上一张新的微孔滤膜,组装包扎,再经无菌后使用。
整个过程应在无菌条件下严格无菌操作,以防污染,过滤时应避免各连接处出现渗漏现象。
临床试验通过健康管理云平台,对135名患者进行临床验证试验,平均每日三次,坚持服用该功能饮料300ml/天,以服用前血压值平均范围为依照,每日三次取平均值(每月按30天计算取平均值),试验结果如下表:

本实验选出有特征性的数据来说明,从上表中可以看到服用该功能饮料后,正常高值的人群明显回落到正常血压范围,轻度高血压患者可回归正常值,中度和重度高血压患者坚持服用后,血压出现明显降低。(说明:中度、重度患者血压测量为每日患者服药前)。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:0.5~2份,银杏叶提取物:0.1~0.5份,绞股蓝提取物:0.1~0.5份,亚洲参提取物:0.05~0.2份,橄榄叶提取物0.05~0.2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物中的一种或几种;所述天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白、三氯蔗糖中的一种或几种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:0.5g、银杏叶提取物:0.1g、绞股蓝提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、橄榄叶提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:2g、银杏叶提取物:0.5g、绞股蓝提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.1g、橄榄叶提取物:0.1g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、巴西莓提取物:1g、奇异果甜蛋白:1g、水:94.7g。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:1g、银杏叶提取物:0.2g、绞股蓝提取物:0.2g、亚洲参提取物0.2g、橄榄叶提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、可乐果提取物:2g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:92.4g。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述迷迭香提取物可作为天然防腐剂使用。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:0.5g、银杏叶提取物:0.1g、绞股蓝提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、橄榄叶提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:2g、银杏叶提取物:0.5g、绞股蓝提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.1g、橄榄叶提取物:0.1g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、巴西莓提取物:1g、奇异果甜蛋白:1g、水:94.7g。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:1g、银杏叶提取物:0.2g、绞股蓝提取物:0.2g、亚洲参提取物0.2g、橄榄叶提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、可乐果提取物:2g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:92.4g。
  10. 一种基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包含以下步骤:
    A、将绿茶提取物、银杏叶提取物、绞股蓝提取物、亚洲参提取物、橄榄叶提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的组分配比在室温下搅拌混合,以获得混合液;
    B、将步骤A中形成的所述混合液高速离心分离,获得备用分离液;
    C、将步骤B中形成的所述分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;流速为10dm3/h;
    D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的基于健康促进的适合高血压人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述微孔滤膜的孔径为0.88-0.22μm。
