Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic toilet-cleaning system, mainly designed for the automatic cleaning of toilets installed in public areas, in large companies and in public institutions, with the essential aim of regularly cleaning the toilet, maintaining said toilet in perfect conditions of use, without any intervention by personnel, by means of manual or automatic actuation. This negates the necessity of the unpleasant task of having to manually clean, on a fairly frequent basis, toilets that are frequently used, such as those installed in public places, in large companies and in public institutions. To this end, the system comprises an enclosure that is mobile in relation to a stationary structure. Said enclosure is retracted in a first, idle position, the toilet remaining accessible for normal use, and in a second, working position, it is moved over the toilet in order to perform a cleaning cycle.

Asimismo, un importante inconveniente es que la tarea manual de limpieza, en numerosas ocasiones, se hace una tarea muy desagradable dada la suciedad existente, como consecuencia de la actuación de desaprensivos que no tienen el mínimo cuidado de las instalaciones. Además, la suciedad que puede acumularse en los inodoros públicos pueden conllevar el contagio de ciertas enfermedades como pueden ser, las pseudomonas aureginosas, staphylococcus aureus, enterococcus hirae, escherichia coli, etc., todas ellas evitables con una adecuada limpieza. Así, como es conocido en numerosos establecimientos públicos se dispone de varios inodoros, montados en voladizo a una cierta altura o anclados al suelo, separados por una mampara, lo que hace que en la limpieza de los mismos se deba de invertir un considerable tiempo lo que encarece la gestión de limpieza, que debe de ser llevada a cabo de forma continua. DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
A la vista de las comentadas figuras y de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada podemos observar como el sistema automático para la limpieza de inodoros comprende un habitáculo 1 desplazable respecto de una estructura fija 2, que en una primera posición de reposo se encuentra retraído, quedando accesible el inodoro 3 para su uso normal y en una segunda posición de trabajo queda desplazado sobre el inodoro 3 para llevar a cabo un ciclo de limpieza y quedar perfectamente limpio y desinfectado. Para ello, el sistema incorpora un medio de desplazamiento lineal del habitáculo 1 basado en un motor 4 con actuador lineal 5 y un juego de pletinas 6, a través de los cuales el habitáculo 1 pasa de su primera posición de reposo a su segunda posición de trabajo y a la inversa, al ser conducido por unas guías laterales 7 telescópicas. Asimismo, para llevar a cabo el ciclo de limpieza incorpora una bomba de agua 8, así como una bomba de jabón/desinfectante 9 y una bomba de ceras 10, montadas en la estructura fija 2, asociadas al correspondiente circuito hidráulico. REIVINDICACIONES
