一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧组、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框及钢丝网,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:所述钢丝网包括若干钢丝,钢丝架设于两根边框之间,在两根钢丝之间设有若干固定件,弹簧可拆卸地与固定件卡接或旋接;使用时床架撑起,弹簧可拆卸地装于床架上,软垫辅设在弹簧组上。
一较佳实施例之中:钢丝的端部向下弯折形成连接段,所述连接段***到边框内。
一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧组、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:所述弹簧组包括若干蛇形弹簧,边框的内侧设有固定件,蛇形弹簧可拆卸地挂接于固定件上;使用时床架撑起,弹簧可拆卸地装于床架上,软垫辅设在弹簧组上。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1. 床架、弹簧、软垫可随意拆装多次重复操作使用,减少包装体积,可装入汽车后备箱内,携带方便。床架支撑住弹簧组,避免受潮。弹簧组、软垫柔软,增加睡觉舒适感。
2. 软垫罩在弹簧组上面,使用挂钩或魔术贴对软垫进行固定,增加舒适感。
3. 边框的顶面上设有限位件,限位件的两侧分别向内卷起形成卡钩部,卡钩部钩住横杆,拆装方便快捷。
4. 该软垫底部连接有一层海绵层,增加软垫的柔软度。
5. 所述弹簧组包括若干蛇形弹簧,蛇形弹簧面积大、平整,而且挂接方便。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
请参照图1至图4,本发明的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架20、弹簧42、软垫60。床架20为可拆装,使用时将床架20撑起,弹簧组40装于床架20上,软垫60辅设在弹簧组40上,即床组合安装完成。在包装状态,弹簧被卸下并叠合在一起为一弹簧组,或一弹簧组40被卸下,床架20也可被拆装成数个组件,弹簧组、床架组件、软垫三者组合包装或分别独立包装。
所述弹簧组40由若干弹簧42组成,也可以是一组弹簧固定在横杆26上,横杆26与床的其它组件分离。
所述床架20包括若干支撑腿22、若干边框24、及若干横杆26。边框24由支撑腿22支撑。这些横杆26平行间隔地架设于两根边框24之间。横杆26两侧的端部分别设有插接部262,插接部262与边框24插接。
相邻的两根横杆26之间设有若干固定件10,所述弹簧42可拆卸地装于固定件10上。所述固定件10包括对称设置的两个卡接端子12,所述卡接端子12用于卡住弹簧42的底部。固定件10的两个卡接端子12连成一体并架设在相邻的两根横杆26上。固定件10的两个卡接端子12相向的一侧设有卡槽122,卡槽122呈弧形状。使用时,挤压弹簧42使其底部的一圈压入到卡槽122内即可。
该软垫60底部连接有一层海绵层62。使用时床架20撑起,弹簧42可拆卸地装于床架20上,软垫62罩在弹簧组40上面,使用挂钩或魔术贴对软垫60进行固定。
实施例二:
请参照图5,实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:固定件10a的两个卡接端子12是分开设置的并分别独立固定在相邻的两根横杆26上,横杆26平行间隔地架设于两根边框24之间。
实施例三:
请参照图6和图7,实施例三与实施例二的区别在于:所述边框24的顶面上设有限位件242,限位件242的两侧分别向内卷起形成卡钩部244,固定在一起的两根横杆26正好嵌入到两个卡钩部244之间,卡钩部244钩住横杆26;卡槽122b呈J形状,包括直线段和弧线段,这样,弹簧42即可水平地从侧边推入并与卡槽122b卡接。
实施例四:
请参照图8和图9,实施例四与实施例一的区别在于:固定件10c固定在一根横杆26上,固定件10c的卡接端子12c的外侧设有用于钩住弹簧的弧形卡槽124。安装时,弹簧42套住固定件10c,弹簧42底部的一圈夹在弧形卡槽124内,包装时可以将单个弹簧卸下,也可以将固定在一根横杆26上的整组弹簧与床其它部件分离,将整组弹簧包装组合储存运输。
实施例五:
请参照图10至图12,实施例五与实施例四的区别在于:固定件10d呈中部凹陷的圆形凸台形状,固定件10d的外表面设有挡圈14,弹簧42d可拆卸地与固定件10d旋接在一起,所述挡圈14钩住弹簧42d的底部。包装时,弹簧42d可嵌套在一起。
实施例六:
请参照图13和图14,实施例六与实施例一的区别在于:还包括若干块塑料板80,塑料板80铺设于床架20上,塑料板80支撑在横杆26上,塑料板80布有若干凹陷82,弹簧42可拆卸地卡接在凹陷82内,优选地,凹陷82的侧壁上可以开设凸筋压住弹簧42。所述的塑料板80可以有多块组合而成。
实施例七:
请参照图15和图16,实施例七与实施例一的区别在于:床架20f包括若干支撑腿22和若干边框24;还包括若干平板90,平板90铺设于边框24上,固定件10固接在平板90上。安装时,弹簧42可拆卸地与固定件10卡接。
实施例八:
请参照图17和图18,实施例八与实施例一的区别在于:床架20g包括若干支撑腿22、若干边框24及钢丝网,所述钢丝网包括若干钢丝28,钢丝28架设于两根边框24之间,钢丝28的端部向下弯折形成连接段282,所述连接段282***到边框24内;在两根钢丝28之间设有若干固定件10g,弹簧42套住固定件10g,弹簧42可拆卸地与固定件10g卡接。
实施例九:
请参照图19和图20,实施例九与实施例一的区别在于:床架20h包括若干支撑腿22和若干边框24,固定件10h呈钩状并固定连接在边框24的内侧;弹簧组包括若干蛇形弹簧44,蛇形弹簧44可拆卸地挂接于固定件10h上,蛇形弹簧44的两端分别与两边框24上的固定件10h挂接在一起。包装时,这些蛇形弹簧44可有序地堆叠在一起。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明的床架、弹簧、软垫可随意拆装多次重复操作使用,减少包装体积,可装入汽车后备箱内,携带方便。床架支撑住弹簧组,避免受潮。弹簧组、软垫柔软,增加睡觉舒适感。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧、软垫,床架为可拆装,其特征在于:使用时床架被撑起,弹簧可拆卸地装于床架上,软垫辅设在弹簧上;在包装状态弹簧被卸下并叠合在一起,床架被拆装成数个组件,弹簧组、床架组件、软垫三者组合包装或分别独立包装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述床架包括支撑腿、边框、及横杆,边框由支撑腿支撑,横杆架设于两根边框之间,横杆上设有若干固定件,所述弹簧可拆卸地装于固定件上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述弹簧卡接或旋接地固定在横杆上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述边框的顶面上设有限位件,横杆可拆卸地与限位件卡接在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述弹簧组包括若干蛇形弹簧,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框,边框由支撑腿支撑,蛇形弹簧挂接于边框上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述床架包括支撑腿、边框及钢丝网,边框由支撑腿支撑,所述钢丝网包括若干钢丝,钢丝架设于两根边框之间,在两根钢丝之间设有若干固定件,弹簧可拆卸地装于固定件上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述床架包括支撑腿、边框及横杆,边框由支撑腿支撑,还包括平板,平板铺设于床架上,平板上设有若干固定件,所述弹簧可拆卸地装于固定件上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述床架包括支撑腿、边框及横杆,边框由支撑腿支撑,还包括塑料板,塑料板铺设于床架上,塑料板布有若干凹陷,弹簧置于该凹陷内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:使用时软垫罩在弹簧组上面,使用挂钩或魔术贴对软垫进行固定。
  10. 一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框及横杆,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:横杆架设于两根边框之间,每一根横杆上或者是相邻的两根横杆之间设有若干固定件,所述弹簧可拆卸地与固定件卡接,所述固定件包括对称设置的两个卡接端子,所述卡接端子卡住弹簧的底部;使用时床架撑起,弹簧可拆卸地装于横杆的固定件上,软垫辅设在弹簧上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:固定件的两个卡接端子连成一体并架设在相邻的两根横杆上,或者是固定件的两个卡接端子分别独立固定在相邻的两根横杆上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述边框的顶面上设有限位件,限位件的两侧分别向内卷起形成卡钩部,卡钩部钩住横杆。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:固定件的两个卡接端子相向的一侧设有钩住弹簧的卡槽。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:固定件的两个卡接端子设置在同一根横根上,卡接端子的外侧设有钩住弹簧的弧形卡槽。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:横杆的端部设有插接部,插接部与边框插接。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:该软垫底部连接有一层海绵层。
  17. 一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框及横杆,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:横杆架设于两根边框之间,每一根横杆上设有若干固定件,所述弹簧可拆卸地与固定件旋接,所述固定件的外表面设有挡圈,所述挡圈卡住弹簧的底部;使用时床架撑起,弹簧装于横杆上,软垫辅设在弹簧组上;在包装状态一组弹簧带横杆被独立卸下,床架被拆装成数个组件,所述带横杆的弹簧组、床架组件、软垫三者组合包装或分别独立包装。
  18. 一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:还包括塑料板,塑料板铺设于床架上,塑料板布有若干凹陷,所述弹簧设置在凹陷内;使用时床架撑起,辅上塑料板,将弹簧设置在所述的凹陷内,软垫辅设在弹簧组上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述床架还包括横杆,横杆架设于两根边框之间,塑料板支撑在横杆上。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:所述的塑料板有多块组合而成。
  21. 一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧组、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:还包括平板,平板铺设于边框上,平板上设有若干固定件,所述弹簧可拆卸地与固定件卡接或旋接;使用时床架撑起,弹簧可拆卸地装于平板的固定件上,软垫辅设在弹簧组上。
  22. 一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧组、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框及钢丝网,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:所述钢丝网包括若干钢丝,钢丝架设于两根边框之间,在两根钢丝之间设有若干固定件,弹簧可拆卸地与固定件卡接或旋接。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,其特征在于:钢丝的端部向下弯折形成连接段,所述连接段***到边框内。
  24. 一种可重复拆装的便携式弹簧床,包括床架、弹簧组、软垫,床架可拆装,所述床架包括支撑腿、边框,边框由支撑腿支撑,其特征在于:所述弹簧组包括若干蛇形弹簧,边框的内侧设有固定件,蛇形弹簧可拆卸地挂接于固定件上;使用时床架撑起,弹簧可拆卸地装于床架上,软垫辅设在弹簧组上。
