具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例进行详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
参见图1至图3,本发明的一个实施例提供了一种电视机底座,该底座包括基底5,基底5包括基底本体501,该基底本体501设有第一螺纹通孔503,基底本体501与托块6可通过第一螺栓连接,托块6底面具有第二螺纹孔603,第二螺纹孔603与第一螺纹通孔503相对应,当所述电视机底座与电视机本体连接时,托块6与电视机本体中的背板连接,托块6位于电视机本体中的后壳4内。在本发明实施例提供的电视机底座中,基底本体501是平板状的,并包括平坦表面,第一螺纹通孔503可设置在该平坦表面上,由于基底本体501上设有第一螺纹通孔503,托块6的底面设有第二螺纹孔603,因此可以将螺栓依次穿过第一螺纹通孔503和第二螺纹孔603,即通过螺栓将基底本体501与托块6连接;由于螺栓依次穿过第一螺纹通孔503和第二螺纹孔603,因此,螺栓的螺纹部分被隐藏在托块6中,螺栓的头部隐藏在基底本体501中。起连接基底本体501与托块6作用的螺栓完全被隐藏;同时因为托块6位于电视机本体中的后壳4内,所以看不到托块6,因此,提高了电视机的整体美观性。
参见图4至图7,并结合附图2,在本发明的另一实施例提供的电视机底座中,基底5上可设有旋转台8,旋转台8内部可设有第一空槽801,第一空槽801中匹配地容纳有连接柱,所述连接柱可以为中空的“回”形结构9,第一螺纹通孔903可设置在“回”形结构9的顶面上,可以将螺栓穿入第一螺纹通孔903和托块6底面的第二螺纹孔603以实现旋转台8与托块6的连接。
由于所述连接柱为中空的“回”形结构9,且该“回”形结构9的顶面设有第一螺纹通孔903,托块6的底面设有第二螺纹孔603,因此可以将螺栓依次穿过第一螺纹通孔903和第二螺纹孔603,实现“回”形结构9与托块6的连接,由于螺栓依次穿过第一螺纹通孔903和第二螺纹孔603,因此,螺栓的螺纹部分被隐藏在托块6中,螺栓的头部隐藏在回形结构9中。并且,“回”形结构9是容纳在第一空槽801中的,因此,当将托块6与电视机本体中的背板3连接时,看不到容纳在旋转台8的第一空槽801中的“回”形结构9,也看不到起连接作用的螺栓;同时因为托块6位于电视机本体中的后壳4内,所以也看不到托块6,因此,只能看到基底5和基底5上的旋转台8,从而提高了电视机的整体美观性。
再次参见图2,并结合图4,上述实施例中,托块6可为长方体形状,托块6的顶面向背离其底面的方向可延伸有延伸部601。当电视机底座与所述电视机本体连接时,托块6的顶面、延伸部601的前面均与背板3贴合;延伸部601的厚度小于或等于背板3上设置的厚度最大的电路板7的厚度,延伸部601的背面与后壳4内表面相对;托块6的底面可与电视机本体的底面平齐。
当将该电视机底座与电视机本体连接时,由于托块6位于后壳4内,因此,可以在电视机的后壳4上开设一个凹槽401,以使托块6穿过该凹槽401容纳在后壳4中,如图8中所示。长方体形状的托块6形状较为规则,制作工艺较为简单,占用的空间也比较小。由于长方体的顶面和延伸部601的前面均与背板3贴合,因此可以将托块6与背板3连接,例如可以采用粘接或焊接的方式将背板3与托块6固定连接,当然也可以采用可拆卸的连接方式将背板3与托块6相连。
延伸部601的背面与后壳4相对,延伸部601的厚度小于或等于设置在背板3上的厚度最大的电路板7的厚度,可避免延伸部601的厚度太大妨碍后壳4的安装,因此,延伸部601不会影响到电视机本体的厚度,并且在一定程度上有利于电视机本体的薄型化设计。
其中,托块6的底面与电视机本体的底面平齐,保证了托块6完全被后壳4覆盖而完全隐藏在后壳4中的效果,从而使得电视机底座更加美观,简洁。
延伸部601的背面还可开设第三螺纹孔602,如图2中所示;第三螺纹孔602用于穿设第二螺栓从而将托块6与电视机本体中的背板3连接。通过螺栓将托块6与背板3连接,实现了电视机底座与电视机本体的可拆卸连接,便于安装和维护。
在本发明提供的又一电视机底座的实施例中,参见图9,其中,该电视机底座的基底还可以包括设置在旋转台与基底本体501之间的旋转台支座502。旋转台支座502能够对旋转台起到支撑作用,从而能够进一步提高基底501的承重能力,进而进一步提高电视机底座的结构强度。
进一步地,参见图9并结合图7,基底还可以包括设置在旋转台支座502上的旋转轴503;旋转台8底部设有连接通孔802,旋转轴503与连接通孔802转动连接,使得旋转台8能够绕旋转轴503转动。由 于旋转台8能够绕旋转轴503转动,当旋转台8绕旋转轴503转动时,与旋转台8连接的“回”形结构9、托块6以及电视机本体随之一起转动,从而实现了电视机本体的转动,进而方便看电视的时候调整电视机本体中显示面板的角度。
优选地,旋转台8可以为回转体,其表面可以为曲面,以使旋转台8更加美观。
参见图6,其中,所述连接柱也可以为长方体形状,长方体形状的“回”形结构9可与第一空槽801间隙配合。长方体形状的“回”形结构9较容易加工,“回”形结构9可以与第一空槽801间隙配合,以保证“回”形结构9较容易安装到第一空槽801内,并且,“回”形结构9与第一空槽801的位置关系不容易发生变化。
参见图6和7,在上述实施例中,连接通孔802还可贯穿“回”形结构9的底面,使得旋转轴503与旋转台8连接时,旋转轴503依次穿过旋转台8的底部和“回”形结构9,使得旋转轴503与旋转台8的连接更稳固。例如,如图6所示,“回”形结构9的底部901可具有与连接通孔802连通的通孔902。优选地,为了提高电视机底座与电视机本体连接时的稳定性,旋转台8可位于基座本体501的中心。
参见图3至图5,本发明的实施例还提供了一种电视机,该电视机可包括上述各实施例中任一实施例所述的电视机底座。在根据本发明的一个电视机的实施例中,由于该电视机的基底本体501上设有第一螺纹通孔503,托块6的底面设有第二螺纹孔603,因此可以将螺栓依次穿过第一螺纹通孔503和第二螺纹孔603,即通过螺栓将基底本体501与托块6连接。因此,螺栓的螺纹部分被隐藏在托块6中,螺栓的头部隐藏在基底本体501中。同时由于在将电视机底座与电视机本体连接之后,托块6位于电视机本体中的后壳4内,所以看不到托块6,因此,提高了电视机的整体美观性。
在根据本发明的电视机的另一实施例中,由于该电视机底座中包括旋转台8,旋转台8中的连接柱为中空的“回”形结构9,且该“回”形结构9的顶面设有第一螺纹通孔903,托块6的底面设有第二螺纹孔603,因此可以将螺栓依次穿过第一螺纹通孔903和第二螺纹孔603,实现“回”形结构9与托块6的连接。由于螺栓依次穿过第一螺纹通孔903和第二螺纹孔603,因此,螺栓的螺纹部分被隐藏在托块6中, 螺栓的头部隐藏在“回”形结构9中。并且,“回”形结构9是容纳在第一空槽801中的,因此,当将托块6与电视机本体中的背光背板3连接时,看不到容纳在旋转台8的第一空槽801中的“回”形结构9,也看不到起连接作用的螺栓;因为托块6位于电视机本体中的后壳4内,所以也看不到托块6,因此,只能看到基底本体501和基底上的旋转台8,从而提高了电视机的整体美观性,同时,包括“回”形结构的旋转台8可提高电视机底座的结构强度,进而可提高基底5对电视机本体的承重能力。
在根据本发明的电视机的又一实施例中,由于基底5还包括旋转台支座502以及设置在旋转台支座502上的旋转轴503;旋转台8底部设有连接通孔802,旋转轴503与连接通孔802转动连接,使得旋转台8能够绕旋转轴503转动。由于旋转台8能够绕旋转轴503转动,当旋转台8绕旋转轴503转动时,与旋转台8连接的“回”形结构9、托块6以及电视机本体可随之一起转动,从而实现了电视机本体的转动,进而方便看电视的时候调整电视机本体中显示面板的角度。
在本说明书的描述中,具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电视机底座,包括基底,其中所述基底包括基底本体,所述基底本体为平板状,所述基底本体上设有第一螺纹通孔,所述基底本体与托块通过第一螺栓连接;所述托块底面具有第二螺纹孔,所述第二螺纹孔与所述第一螺纹通孔相对应;
    当所述电视机底座与电视机本体连接时,所述托块与电视机本体中的背板连接,所述托块位于所述电视机本体中的后壳内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电视机底座,其中所述基底本体上设有旋转台,所述旋转台内部设有第一空槽,所述第一空槽中匹配地容纳有连接柱,所述连接柱为中空的“回”形结构,所述第一螺纹通孔设置在所述“回”形结构的顶面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电视机底座,其中所述托块为长方体形状,所述托块的顶面向背离其底面的方向延伸有延伸部;
    当所述电视机底座与所述电视机本体连接时,所述托块的顶面、所述延伸部的前面与所述背板贴合;所述延伸部的厚度小于或等于所述背板上设置的厚度最大的电路板的厚度,所述延伸部的背面与所述后壳内表面相对;所述托块的底面与所述电视机本体的底面平齐。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电视机底座,其中所述延伸部上开设第三螺纹孔;所述第三螺纹孔用于穿设第二螺栓将所述托块与所述电视机本体中的背板连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电视机底座,其中所述基底还包括设置在所述旋转台与所述基底本体之间的旋转台支座。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电视机底座,其中所述基底还包括设置在所述旋转台支座上的旋转轴;所述旋转台底部设有连接通孔,所述旋转轴与所述连接通孔转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电视机底座,其中所述旋转台为回转体,其表面为曲面。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电视机底座,其中所述连接柱为长方体形状,所述长方体形状的连接柱与所述第一空槽间隙配合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电视机底座,其中所述连接通孔贯穿所述“回”形结构的底面。
  10. 一种电视机,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的电视机底座。
