Description

洗衣机用内筒及洗衣机
本专利申请要求于2014年09月28日提交的、申请号为201410510619.7、申请人为青岛海尔滚筒洗衣机有限公司、发明名称为“洗衣机用内筒及洗衣机”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣机用内筒以及设置有该内筒的洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机是一种常用的家电,利用内筒的高速旋转来清洗、甩干衣物。虽然内筒本身是相对其轴线平衡设置的,但衣物的位置是无法精确控制的,所以内筒和衣物构成的整体就容易相对于内筒轴线形成偏心。高速旋转时内筒就容易发生剧烈的震动,进而带动洗衣机整体发生强烈的震动。
为了减轻这种震动,现有洗衣机需要同时设置平衡环和配重。平衡环包括至少两个腔体,其中至少一个腔体中填充有液体,且至少有一个腔体中填充有圆球状固体填充物。具体的,固体填充物所在腔体中混有具有润滑作用的油脂、硅油,且固体填充物的总量少于腔体总周长的一半。配重设置在外筒上或者壳体上。
现有结构的缺陷是:1、设置独立的配重导致洗衣机整体结构不够紧凑,设计、生产制造及售后维修时均难度大;2、平衡环减震效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出一种减震效果更好的洗衣机用内筒。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种结构更加简单紧凑、生产制造效率更高的洗衣机。
为达此目的,一方面,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种洗衣机用内筒,包括中空筒状的内筒主体,所述内筒主体上固定设置有至少一个配重体;当所述内筒主体旋转时所述配重体能随其一同旋转、且所述配重体的质心位于所述内筒主体的轴线上。
特别是,所述配重体固定设置在所述内筒主体的外侧边缘和/或内侧边缘处。
特别是,每个所述配重体包括至少两块配重块,至少两块所述配重块的总质心位于所述轴线上;或,每个所述配重体为一个环状固体的配重环,所述配重环的质心位于所述轴线上。
特别是,所述配重体由水泥、混凝土、铸铁和/或铅制成。
特别是,所述配重体外侧设置有保护壳。
进一步,所述保护壳包括至少两个腔室,至少两个所述腔室相对于所述内筒主体呈径向内外排列或呈轴向并排排列。

本发明洗衣机用内筒上设置有关于内筒主体轴线对称的配重体,当内筒主体旋转时配重体的质心(总质心)位于轴线上,减震效果更好;将平衡装置和配重装置设置成一体,当震动出现时能更快地发挥作用、减轻震动。
本发明洗衣机设置有上述的洗衣机用内筒,内筒上加设了配重体后外筒和外壳处无需再设置其它的配重,减震效果更好,结构更加简单、紧凑,生产制造效率更高,成本低,降低了维修难度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
优选实施例一:
本优选实施例公开一种洗衣机用内筒。如图1和图2所示,该内筒包括中空筒状的内筒主体1,内筒主体1的前后开口处分别设置有前端法兰3和后端法兰4。前端法兰3的外周面上设置有中空环状的保护壳5;保护壳5包括两个腔室,相对于内筒主体1呈径向内外排列的第一腔室51和第二腔室52,一个腔室内设置有配重体2,另一个腔室内装填有钢珠和硅油的混合物7。后端法兰4的外周面上设置有平衡环6,平衡环6内填充有钢珠和硅油的混合物7。内筒主体1内设置有拨水叶10,后端法兰4的外侧设置有内筒六角架8。配重体2由水泥制成。
该内筒将前端法兰3处原有的平衡环替换成配重体2和起到平衡作用的钢珠和硅油的混合物7,配重体2关于内筒主体1的轴线对称设置。当内筒主体1旋转时配重体2能随其一同旋转、且配重体2的质心位于轴线上,高速旋转时的减震效果更好。
当偏心量较小时,钢珠和硅油的混合物7能较快地发挥作用,抑制由偏心负载产生的不平衡力;当偏心负载较大时,首先起作用的还是钢珠和硅油的混合物7,但随着转速的提高、偏心负载产生的离心力的增加,配重体2开始起作用,使内筒能够平稳提速。
优选实施例二:
本优选实施例公开一种洗衣机用内筒,其结构与优选实施例一基本相同。该内筒包括中空筒状的内筒主体,内筒主体上固定设置有至少一个配重体;每个配重体关于内筒主体的轴线对称设置,当内筒主体旋转时配重体的质心位于轴线上。
不同之处在于:配重体不限于是整体式的配重环,还可以是分体式结构,即,每个配重体包括至少两块配重块,至少两块配重块的总质心位于轴线上;配重体的材质不限于水泥,还可以是混凝土、铸铁和/或铅;配重体的设置位置不限于内筒主体前端法兰的外周面上,还可以设置在后端法兰外周面上以及其它位置,当内筒主体高速旋转时能够有效地减震即可;保护壳的腔室不限于是两个,还可以是一个或者多个;当腔室为两个及两个以上时,其中至少一个腔室内设置有配重体,且至少有一个腔室内装填有液体或钢珠和硅油的混合物。
多个保护壳不限于呈径向排列,还可以呈轴向排列。如图3所示,第一腔室51和第二腔室52相对于内筒主体1呈轴向并排排列。
优选实施例三:
本优选实施例公开一种滚筒洗衣机,包括壳体、外筒和如优选实施例一或二所述的洗衣机用内筒,内筒主体上设置有至少一个关于轴线对称的配重体。当内筒主体旋转时配重体的质心位于轴线上,减轻了内筒主体的震动,进而增强了洗衣机使用过程中的稳定性;外筒和壳体上无需再设置其它的配重,结构更紧凑。
优选实施例四:
本优选实施例公开一种洗衣机,其结构与优选实施例三基本相同。该洗衣机包括壳体、外筒和如优选实施例一或二所述的洗衣机用内筒,内筒主体上设置有至少一个关于轴线对称的配重体。
不同之处在于:该洗衣机不限于是滚筒洗衣机,还可以是波轮洗衣机或其 它类型的洗衣机。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机用内筒,包括中空筒状的内筒主体(1),其特征在于,所述内筒主体(1)上固定设置有至少一个配重体(2);当所述内筒主体(1)旋转时所述配重体(2)能随其一同旋转、且所述配重体(2)的质心位于所述内筒主体(1)的轴线上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,所述配重体(2)固定设置在所述内筒主体(1)的外侧边缘和/或内侧边缘处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,每个所述配重体(2)包括至少两块配重块,至少两块所述配重块的总质心位于所述轴线上;或,
    每个所述配重体(2)为一个环状固体的配重环,所述配重环的质心位于所述轴线上。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,所述配重体(2)由水泥、混凝土、铸铁和/或铅制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,所述配重体(2)外侧设置有保护壳(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,所述保护壳(5)包括至少两个腔室,至少两个所述腔室相对于所述内筒主体(1)呈径向内外排列或呈轴向并排排列。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,所述保护壳(5)包括至少两个腔室,其中至少一个腔室内设置有所述配重体(2),且至少有一个腔室内装填有钢珠和硅油的混合物(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,所述保护壳(5)包括至少两个腔室,其中至少一个腔室内设置有所述配重体(2),且至少有一个腔室内装填有液体。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的洗衣机用内筒,其特征在于,所述内筒主体(1)的开口处设置有前端法兰(3),所述配重体(2)固定设置在所述前端法兰(3)的外周面上。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括壳体和外筒,其特征在于,所述外筒内设置有如权利要求1至9任一所述的洗衣机用内筒。
