Description
また、前記のように下端部から上方に向かうに従って後方に傾斜したピラーを用いてオペレータの居住空間を多くとり、キャブを大きくすると、キャブフレームの剛性が低下する。そこで、キャブフレームの剛性を上げるために、補強材を側部ビームと後部ピラーとの間に架設し、剛性を確保することも考えられるが、ヒンジ式のドアを採用した場合、開放したドアが補強材に衝突して損傷する可能性がある。
ここで、後部ピラーが傾斜しているとは、直線状に傾斜している場合や、湾曲して傾斜している場合を含む。
また、開放したドアの上部よりも後方にそのような補強材を位置させるので、ドアが補強材に衝突する心配がなく、ドアの損傷を防止できる。
本発明の油圧ショベルでは、前記補強材は、中空の箱形形状であることが好ましい。
本発明の油圧ショベルにおいて、前記側部ビームおよび前記後部ピラーは、水平方向の外側に向かって凸状とされた断面形状を有し、前記側部ビームおよび前記後部ピラーの各表面の最も外側に突出した頂部の表面と、前記補強材の表面とが面一になって連続していることが好ましい。
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本実施形態に係る油圧ショベル1を示す側面図である。図1において、油圧ショベル1は、油圧モータにて駆動されるクローラ式の下部走行体2と、下部走行体2の上部に旋回自在に設けられた上部旋回体3と、上部旋回体3の前方側に設けられて土砂の掘削等を行う作業機4とを備え、小型の油圧ショベルとして構成されている。
図1に示すように、キャブ32は、複数のフレーム部材を箱形形状に接合したキャブフレーム51を備えている。キャブフレーム51は、フロア面部52Aを有して上部旋回体3上に支持されるフロアフレーム52と、フロアフレーム52の後部に階段状に設けられてオペレータシートの支持面部53Aを有する支持フレーム53と、フロアフレーム52の前部の左右両側に立設された前部ピラー54と、左側方において支持フレーム53の直前位置にてフロアフレーム52に立設されたセンターピラー55と、キャブ32の後方隅部である支持フレーム53の後部の左右両側に立設された後部ピラー56とを備えている。
図2は、本実施形態の要部を拡大して示す斜視図である。
図1、図2において、従来のようなガイドレールが設けられていないキャブフレーム51には、後部ピラー56と側部ビーム57との接合部の剛性を確保するために、補強材71が設けられている。具体的に補強材71は、側部ビーム57と後部ピラー56との接合部分で形成されるコーナーの内側に設けられ、この接合部分を補強する。なお、キャブ32の右側では、補強材71のような部材は設けられていないが、前述したサッシ窓設置用の中間ビームが設けられることで、キャブフレーム51の剛性が確保されている。
図3は、補強材71の断面図であり、図1の矢印A-A断面図である。
ここで先ず、側部ビーム57および後部ピラー56の断面形状について説明する。図3に示すように、側部ビーム57は、水平方向の外側に向かって凸状とされた曲面部57Aを有している。曲面部57Aの断面形状は、本実施形態では、1/4円弧状である。このため、曲面部57Aの下端縁は、最も外側に突出した頂部57Bになっている。頂部57Bの下側には、キャブ32のガラス板32Aを保持するためのガラス保持部57Cが内側に向かって折曲して設けられている。側部ビーム57の裏面側は、鉛直面部57Dとして形成されている。
図1~図3において、補強材71の第1プレート72には、AM/FMラジオ用のアンテナ81が取り付けられている。ラジオチューナは、その操作性を考慮し、他の操作スイッチ類と同様にキャブ32内の右側に配置される。また、ラジオチューナ付近には、通信衛星等を利用して情報通信を行う通信機器も配置され、通信機器用のアンテナも配置される。この場合、そのようなアンテナとの配置規定により、当該アンテナから所定距離以上離れた位置にラジオ用のアンテナ81を取り付ける必要がある。
図3に示すように、アンテナ81のターミナル部材87の内部では、軸部材86に対する電気的な導通が維持されるようにしてアンテナ線ACの一端が結線されている。補強材71の第2プレート73には挿通孔73Dが設けられており、ターミナル部材87からのアンテナ線ACは、挿通孔73Dに取り付けられたグロメット73Eを通して補強材71から引き出され、キャブ32内で配線されている。
以上の本実施形態の油圧ショベル1によれば、ドア61の開閉構造として、ヒンジ62を採用した場合でも、キャブフレーム51の剛性を確保できるとともに、開放したドア61の損傷を防止できるとういう効果があり、本発明の目的を達成できる。
例えば、前記実施形態では、補強材71にアンテナ81が取り付けられていたが、アンテナ81を補強材71以外の箇所に取り付けた場合でも、本発明に含まれる。
Claims (4)
- キャブを有する油圧ショベルであって、
前記キャブは、天井の側方にて前後に延設された側部ビーム、および後方隅部に立設され、下端部から上方に向かうに従って後方側に傾斜し、上端部にかけて上方に延びる後部ピラーを含んで構成されるキャブフレームと、
上下方向に沿った軸回りでの回動により前記キャブフレームに開閉自在に設けられるドアと、
前記側部ビームおよび前記後部ピラーの接合部分に設けられて当該接合部分を補強する補強材とを備え、
前記ドアの開放時には、前記補強材が前記ドアの上部よりも後方側に位置する
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。 - 請求項1に記載の油圧ショベルにおいて、
前記補強材にはアンテナが取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の油圧ショベルにおいて、
前記補強材は、中空の箱形形状である
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の油圧ショベルにおいて、
前記側部ビームおよび前記後部ピラーは、水平方向の外側に向かって凸状とされた断面形状を有し、
前記側部ビームおよび前記後部ピラーの各表面の最も外側に突出した頂部の表面と、前記補強材の表面とが面一になって連続している
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。
