在现有的第三代合作伙伴计划(英文:3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称:3GPP)协议中,提供了一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,其目的在于使得用户设备UE从原网络切换至目标共享网络后,在目标共享网络中注册的CS域与PS域的运营商一致。
以在UE在原网络CS域注册过,现切换至目标共享网络,在所述目标共享网络的CS域注册过程为例进行说明。目标共享网络的核心网网元在接收到UE发送的CS域注册请求消息后,根据所述CS域注册请求消息中携带的所述UE在原网络的CS域被分配的CS域标识,若确定所述UE在原网络的CS域注册的运营商与自身所服务的运营商不同,则向目标共享网络的基站发送重新路由命令,指示所述基站为所述UE重新选择CS域核心网网元。

不难得出,对于UE在原网络PS域和CS域所注册的运营商不相同,且所述UE在原网络注册的CS域运营商与PS域运营商在目标共享网络至少有一个可用的情况,UE在目标共享网络PS域和CS域所注册的运营商可能不相同。例如在原网络CS域注册的运营商是运营商一,原网络PS域注册的运营商是运营商二,且只有一个运营商在目标共享网络可用,如运营商一在目标共享网络中可用,运营商二在目标共享网络中不可用,则UE在目标共享网络CS域注册的运营商为运营商一,在PS域注册的运营商是目标共享网络侧的基站根据UE的IMSI,以及预设的算法,为所述UE选择的,可能是运营商一,也可能不是运营商一。
对于UE只在原网络PS域注册过的情况,UE在目标共享网络PS域和CS域所注册的运营商可能不相同。例如注册的运营商为运营商一,且运营商一在目标共享网络可用,则UE在目标共享网络所注册的PS域运营商仍是运营商一,在CS域所注册的运营商是目标共享网络侧的基站根据UE的IMSI,以及预设的算法,为所述UE选择的,可能是运营商一,也可能不是运营商一。
综上所述,通过上述现有技术,并不能保证UE在目标共享网络所注册的CS运营商和PS运营商相同,即,通过现有技术,仍存在UE在目标共享网络CS域与PS域注册的运营商不一致的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提出了一种选择目标共享网络 的CS域和PS域运营商的方法及相关装置,通过让目标共享网络侧根据UE在原网络PS域的注册消息,为UE选择目标共享网络的CS域运营商;或者通过让目标共享网络侧根据UE在原网络CS域的注册消息,为UE选择目标共享网络的PS域运营商,解决了现有技术中UE在目标共享网络CS域域PS域运营商不一致的问题。

为解决UE在目标共享网络注册的CS域运营商与PS域运营商不一致的问题,本发明实施例提出了一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,该方法应用于UE通过SRVCC或CSFB技术,从原LTE或4G网络切换至目标共享2G或3G网络的场景,该方法的执行主体为目标共享2G或3G网络的CS域核心网网元第一MSC,结合图9,该方法包括:
901、当UE通过SRVCC或CSFB切换至目标共享网络,所述UE在所述目标共享网络的CS域通话过程结束之前,所述目标共享网络的第一MSC向所述UE发送CS域的TMSI和LAI,其中,所述TMSI中包含CS域的NRI,所述CS域的NRI与所述UE在原网络分组交换PS域的GUTI中的MMEC相同,所述LAI包含PLMN ID,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同,以使得所述UE在向所述目标共享网络的基站发送的CS域的注册请求消息中携带所述TMSI和所述LAI。
当UE需要通过SRVCC或CSFB主叫在目标共享网络进行通话时,UE在原LTE或4G网络所注册的MME会选择一个目标共享网络的第一MSC协助所述UE在目标共享网络的通话过程;当UE需要通过CSFB被叫在目标共享网络中通话时,此时,主叫UE所在网络的网元会向UE在2G或3G网络所注册的第一MSC发送寻呼请求消息,所述第一MSC会将该寻呼请求消息发送至所述UE所注册的MME,在UE后续的被叫CSFB过程中,所述第一MSC协助所述UE完成在目标共享网络的通话过程。
需要说明的是,若UE通过SRVCC或CSFB切换至所述第一MSC,且UE在通话过程结束之前,UE无法在目标共享网络进行注册过程,只有当UE在目标共享网络的通话结束之后,UE才能在目标共享网络进行CS域的注册和PS域的注册。
UE在一个网络的注册主要可以分为两种,第一种是UE在开机后,在一个网络的CS域和PS域发起的附着过程,另一种是当UE在开机并完成附着过程后,由于移动等原因,在开机状态下需要切换至另一个网络,在另一个网络的CS域发起的位置区更新(英文:Location Area Identity,简称:LAU)过程以及PS域发起的路由区更新(英文:Routing Area Update,简称:RAU)过程。
由于在本法实施例所应用的SRVCC或CSFB场景下,UE在目标共享网络的CS域和PS域的注册分别为LAU和RAU过程。当UE在发起LAU过程之前,所述第一MSC向所述UE发送TMSI和LAI,其中,所述TMSI中的NRI与所述UE在原LTE或4G网络所注册的MME分配的GUTI中的MMEC相同,LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同。
当UE在目标共享网络的通话结束之后,UE在目标共享网络进行CS域和PS域的注册过程,所述UE发送的CS域注册请求消息为LAU请求消息,所述LAU请求消息中携带所述第一MSC分配的TMSI和LAI,UE发送的PS域注册请求消息为RAU请求消息,所述RAU请求消息中携带所述GUTI等效映射而来的P-TMSI和RAI,其中,所述P-TMSI中的NRI与所述GUTI中的MMEC相同,所述RAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同。即LAU中的CS域NRI与PLMN ID和RAU中的PS域NRI与PLMN ID都是同一个运营商分配的,即UE在原网络PS域所注册的运营商,假设为运营商一。
此时,基站接收到UE发送的LAU请求消息后,判断是否存储有LAU请求消息中所携带的NRI与运营商的对应关系,接收到UE发送的RAU请求消息后,判断是否存储有RAU请求消息中所携带的NRI与运营商的对应关系,因为所述LAU请求消息中携带的NRI与RAU请求消息中携带的NRI相同,则若基站存储有所述NRI与运营商一的对应关系,则将所述LAU请求消息发送至与所述运营商一所对应的MSC,将所述RAU请求消息发送至与所述运营商一所 对应的SGSN,从而使得UE在目标共享网络所注册的CS域运营商和PS域运营商一致,都是运营商一。
若基站没有存储有所述NRI与运营商的对应关系,则基站接收到所述UE发送的LAU请求消息后,随机的,或者按照一定的策略,将所述LAU请求消息发送至与所述基站相连的一个MSC,假设为MSC1,基站接收到所述UE发送的RAU请求消息后,随机的,或者按照一定的策略,将所述RAU请求消息发送至与所述基站相连的一个SGSN,假设为SGSN1。MSC1接收到所述LAU请求消息后,根据所述LAU请求消息中携带的NRI和/或PLMN ID判断分配所述NRI和PLMN ID的运营商是否是自身所属的运营商,如果是,即MSC1所属的运营商即为运营商一,则MSC1接受该LAU请求,如果不是,则向基站发送重新路由命令,其中携带所述CS域NRI和PLMN ID,以及发送所述LAU请求的UE的IMSI信息,具体的,MSC1如何获取所述UE的IMSI可以有多种方式,例如直接向UE获取等,具体的,本发明实施例对此不再赘述。
若基站接收到MSC1发送的重新路由命令,所述基站首先根据所述重新路由命令中的NRI和PLMN ID判断NRI和PLMN ID所对应的运营商为运营商一,并判断运营商一在目标共享网络中是否可用,若可用,则将所述LAU请求发送至运营商一所对应的一个MSC,若不可用,则根据所述UE的IMSI,以及预设的算法,如哈希算法,为UE重选一个运营商,并将所述LAU请求发送至该运营商所对应的MSC。
相应的,SGSN1进行与MSC1相同的判断。并且,若所述运营商一在目标共享网络中不可用,则UE的IMSI是唯一的,且基站是根据相同的预设算法为UE重选的CS域和PS域运营商,因此,基站为UE所重选的CS域与PS域运营商也一定是相同的。基于此,UE在目标共享网络注册的CS域运营商和PS域运营商一定相同。
进一步的,在现有技术中,UE在一个网络注册成功后,所注册的核心网网元会为UE分配PLMN ID信息,所述UE根据该PLMN ID 获取PLMN列表,作为已注册PLMN,即RPLMN,用于后续的选网,以及在UE侧正确显示网络名称等。
然而,在现有技术中,当UE通过SRVCC或者CSFB从原LTE或4G网络切换至目标共享网络,所述UE必须在目标共享网络CS域通话结束后,才能在目标共享网络进行CS域和PS域的注册过程,获取在该目标共享网络所注册的运营商重新分配的PLMN ID,而所述UE在原LTE网络的RPLMN在目标共享网络是不可用的,因此,当UE通过SRVCC或CSFB切换至目标共享网络,并在目标共享网络的CS域通话过程结束之前,所述UE在所述目标共享网络是没有可用的RPLMN的,这将导致一些问题,如所述UE在这一阶段没有网络名称显示,或者,若所述UE在通话结束之后需要重选网络,由于无可用RPLMN,所述UE无重选网络的依据等。
在本发明中,由于UE在目标共享网络CS域通话结束之前,UE就已经接收到第一MSC重分配的LAI,所述LAI中携带有PLMN ID,所述UE根据所述PLMN ID,就可以获取在目标共享网络中可用的RPLMN,从而解决上述UE在目标共享网络CS域通话过程结束之前无RPLMN所带来的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,该方法的执行主体是目标共享网络CS域的第一MSC,在用户设备UE通过SRVCC或CSFB从原LTE或4G网络的PS域接入到目标共享网络的CS域后,当所述UE通话结束之前,所述第一MSC为所述UE重分配TMSI和LAI,所述重分配的TMSI中的NRI与所述UE在原网络PS域的GUTI中的MMEC相同,LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同。,基于此,在UE在目标共享网络的CS域注册过程或PS域注册过程中,网络侧会根据所述MMEC和所述PLMN ID为所述UE选择相同的CS域运营商和PS域运营商,从而解决了所述UE在目标共享网络注册的CS域运营商和PS域运营商不一致的问题。并且,由于在所述UE通话过程中,所述第一MSC为所述UE分配了LAI,所述LAI中包含PLMN ID, 所述UE根据所述PLMN ID就可以获取RPLMN,从而解决了现有技术中UE从LTE或4G网络通过SRVCC或CSFB切换至共享的2G或3G网络,在话过程中没有RPLMN所带来的问题。
进一步的,在所述第一MSC没有存储有所述UE在原网络注册的MME分配的GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID的情况下,为解决UE在目标共享网络注册的CS域运营商和PS域运营商不一致的问题,本发明实施例还提供了一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,该方法的执行主体是所述第一MSC,结合图10,该方法包括:
1001、所述第一MSC接收MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID,其中,所述MME是所述UE在原网络PS域所注册的核心网网元。
在UE切换至所述第一MSC之前,所述第一MSC可能已经获取到所述UE在原LTE或4G网络的MME上的注册消息,例如,为支持CSFB特性,UE在执行CSFB流程之前就已经联合注册于一个LTE或4G网络的MME和另一个2G或3G网络的MSC上了,在联合注册的场景下,MME能够获取UE在MSC上的注册消息,即UE所注册的MSC为所述UE分配的TMSI和LAI,MSC能够获取UE在MME上的注册消息,即UE在所注册的MME为所述UE分配的GUTI。当UE进行CSFB过程中,协助所述UE完成在目标共享网络的通话的第一MSC可能就是所述UE在目标共享网络注册过的MSC,此时,所述第一MSC能够获取到所述UE在原LTE或4G网络MME上的注册消息,即所述MME为所述UE分配的GUTI,所述第一MSC可以获取所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。
并且,所述联合注册只是所述UE在原网络CS域和PS域都注册过的一种特殊情况,所述UE也可能在原网络CS域和PS域都注册过,但不是联合注册,注册时间相互独立,此时所注册的PS域核心网网元不能获知所述UE在注册的CS域核心网网元上的注册信 息,所注册的CS域核心网网元也不能获知所述UE在注册的PS域核心网网元上的注册信息。
但是,在其他场景下,所述第一MSC并不能直接获取到所述UE在原LTE或4G网络所注册的MME的注册信息,即所述MME不能直接获取到所述UE在原网络被分配的GUTI。
在这种情况下,所述第一MSC需要在所述UE在目标共享网络的CS域通话结束之前,从所述UE在原网络LTE或4G网络所注册的MME获取所述UE在原网络PS域的GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID信息。
1002、当用户设备UE通过SRVCC或CSFB切换至目标共享网络,所述UE在所述目标共享网络的CS域通话过程结束之前,所述目标共享网络的第一MSC向所述UE发送CS域的TMSI和LAI,其中,所述TMSI中包含CS域的NRI,所述CS域的NRI与所述UE在原网络PS域的GUTI中的MMEC相同,所述LAI包含PLMN ID,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同,以使得所述UE在向所述目标共享网络的基站发送的CS域的注册请求消息中携带所述TMSI和所述LAI。

第一种场景:SRVCC场景。
当所述UE需要通过SRVCC技术切换至目标共享网络时,UE所注册的原LTE或4G网络的MME会根据自身的接口情况或自身选择策略,选择目标共享网络的第一MSC协助所述UE完成在目标共享网络的通话,并向所述第一MSC发起PS域切换至CS域的切换请求消息。所述切换请求消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。

1101:用户设备UE在原LTE或4G网络所注册的MME根据自身接口情况或自身的策略,选择目标共享网络的第一MSC。
1102、所述MME向所述第一MSC发送PS域切换至CS域的切换请求消息,其中,所述切换请求消息中携带有所述UE在原网络的PS域的GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。

具体的,所述MME可以在所述业务请求消息中直接携带所述UE在原网络的PS域的GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID,所述MME也可以通过间接的方式,在所述业务请求消息中携带有所述UE的P-TMSI和RAI,所述P-TMSI中携带有所述MMEC,所述RAI中携带有所述PLMN ID,所述P-TMSI和所述RAI是由所述GUTI映射而来的。
1205、所述被叫UE通过基站向所述MME发送业务扩展请求,触发CSFB。

1303、所述第一MSC为所述被叫UE重分配TMSI和LAI,所 述TMSI中的NRI与所述MMEC相同,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同。
因此,在上述三种场景(SRVCC,被叫CSFB和主叫CSFB)下,所述UE在目标共享网络的CS域通话结束之前,即在UE在目标共享网络发起CS域注册流程之前,就可以获得所述第一MSC重分配的TMSI和LAI,其中,所述第一MSC向所述UE重分配的TMSI中的CS域的NRI信息与所述UE在原网络PS域被注册的MME分配的GUTI中的MMEC相同,所述第一MSC向所述UE重分配的LAI中的PLMN ID与所述UE在原网络PS域被注册的MME分配的GUTI中的PLMN ID相同。
所述UE在CS域发起的位置区更新请求消息中,携带所述MSC1重分配的TMSI和LAI,所述UE在PS域发起的路由区更新请求消息中,携带所述UE在原PS域被分配的GUTI映射而来的P-TMSI和RAI,其中,所述TMSI与所述P-TMSI中携带的CS域的网络资源标识和PS域的网络资源标识相同,都是所述GUTI中的MMEC,所述LAI和所述RAI中携带的PLMN ID相同,都是所述GUTI中的PLMN ID。
基于此,若所述UE在原LTE或4G网络所注册的运营商在目标共享网络中也可用,则目标共享网络为UE选择的CS域的运营商和PS域的运营商一致,都是所述UE在原LTE或4G网络所述注册的PS域的运营商,若所述UE在原LTE或4G网络所注册的运营商在目标共享网络中不可用,则目标共享网络为UE选择的CS域的运营商与PS域的运营商一致,都是基站通过预设策略,以及UE的IMSI,为所述UE重选的运营商。
本发明实施例提供了一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,目标共享网络根据GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID为所述UE选择目标共享网络的CS域运营商和PS域运营商,使得UE在目标共享网络注册的CS域运营和PS域运营商相同。并且,由于在所述UE通话过程中,所述第一MSC为所述UE分配了LAI,所述LAI 中包含PLMN ID,所述UE根据所述PLMN ID就可以获取RPLMN,从而解决了现有技术中UE从LTE或4G网络通过SRVCC或CSFB切换至共享的2G或3G网络,在话过程中没有RPLMN所带来的问题。

需要说明的是,本申请中的共享网络,指的是2G或3G网络。

具体的,所述基站接收到所述LAU请求消息后,并不能识别所述请求消息中所携带的LAI中的PLMN ID信息,只能识别所述TMSI中的CS域的NRI信息,并且,所述基站也不能直接根据所述CS域NRI信息判断分配所述CS域NRI的运营商是哪个运营商,只能根据所述CS域的NRI信息判断自身是否存储有所述CS域的NRI与运营商的对应关系,若有,所述基站能根据该对应关系判断UE在原网络CS域注册的运营商,若没有,基站不能判断UE在原网络CS域注册的运营商。
在某些情况下,所述基站可能存储有所述CS域的NRI与运营商的对应关系,如UE在目标共享网络的CS域注册过,假设所注册的CS域运营商为运营商一,运营商一为UE分配TMSI和LAI,该目标共享网络的基站存储有TMSI中的CS域NRI与运营商一的对应关系。当UE从注册的LTE或4G网络切换至该共享2G或3G网络时,基站接收到UE发送的LAU请求消息,所述LAU请求消息中携带运营商一分配的TMSI和LAI,基站判断存储有TMSI中的CS域NRI与运营商一的对应关系。
在另一些情况下,所述目标共享网络的基站没有存储有所述CS域NRI与运营商的对应关系,即目标共享网络的基站不能根据所述UE的LAU请求消息中的CS域的NRI信息,判断该CS域NRI是 哪个运营商分配的。
1605、若有,所述基站将所述CS域的注册请求消息发送至所述运营商对应的第二MSC。
1606、所述第二MSC接受所述CS域的注册请求消息,并向所述UE发送接受响应消息。
具体的,所述第二MSC可以获取所述LAU请求消息中的TMSI中的CS域的NRI信息,以及所述LAI中的PLMN ID信息,所述MSC1判断所述CS域的NRI信息与所述PLMN ID是自身所属的运营商分配的,所述MSC1接受所述LAU请求消息,向所述UE发送接受响应消息。
需要说明的是,由于LAU请求消息中的CS域NRI和PLMN ID一定是同一个运营商分配的,即所述UE在原网络所注册的CS域运营商分配的,因此,当第二MSC接收到所述LAU请求消息后,可以只判断LAU请求消息中的CS域NRI信息是否是自身所属的运营商分配的,也可以只判断LAU请求消息中的PLMN ID是否是自身所属运营商分配的,还可以联合判断所述CS域NRI和PLMN ID是否是自身所述运营商分配的,具体的,所述MSC1判断所述LAU请求消息中的CS域NRI和/或PLMN ID是否是自身运营商所分配的可以有多种方式,本发明实施例对此不再赘述。
1607、若没有,所述基站将所述CS域的注册请求消息发送至与所述基站相连的第三MSC,其中,所述第三MSC是与所述基站相连的MSC,所述第三MSC是所述基站根据预设策略或者随机选择的。
1608、所述第三MSC根据所述CS域的注册请求消息中的LAI中的PLMN ID或者TMSI中的NRI判断所述PLMN ID和所述NRI对应的运营商是否是自身所属的运营商。
1609、若是,所述第三MSC接受所述CS域的注册请求消息,并向所述UE发送接受响应消息。
1610、若不是,所述第三MSC向所述UE发送重新路由消息, 其中,所述重新路由消息中携带所述UE的NRI、PLMN ID和IMSI等信息。

具体的,当所述基站只能获取所述CS域的NRI信息时,若基站没有存储有TMSI中的NRI与运营商的对应关系,所述基站无法只根据所述CS域的NRI信息判断分配所述CS域的NRI信息的运营商是哪个运营商,当所述基站同时获取所述CS域的NRI信息和所述PLMN ID信息时,所述基站可以结合这两者判断分配所述CS域的NRI信息与所述PLMN ID信息的运营商是哪一个运营商,即UE在原网络CS域注册的运营商是什么,以及该运营商在所述目标共享网络是否可用。
1612、若可用,所述基站将所述CS域的注册请求消息发送至所述运营商所对应的第四MSC。
举例来说,所述基站根据所述CS域的NRI信息和所述PLMN ID信息,判断分配所述CS域的NRI信息和所述PLMN ID信息的运营商为运营商一,则所述基站将所述LAU请求消息发送至运营商一所对应的第四MSC,所述第四MSC接受所述LAU请求消息并向所述UE发送接受响应消息。
第四MSC可以通过判断所述请求消息中的CS域NRI和PLMN ID所对应的运营商是所述第四MSC所属的运营商而接受该请求消息,另外的,所述基站在发送LAU请求消息时也可以在该消息中携带所述UE的IMSI,表明已经进行过重新路由流程,所述第四MSC根据所述请求消息中的IMSI直接接受该请求消息,或者所述基站在发送LAU请求消息中携带指示所述第四MSC接受该LAU请求消息的指令,可以理解的是,第四MSC接受所述LAU请求消息的过程可以有多种,本发明实施例对此不再赘述。
1613、所述第四MSC接受所述CS域的注册请求消息,并向所述UE发送接受响应消息。
1614、若不可用,所述基站根据所述UE的IMSI,为所述UE重选一个CS域运营商。
举例来说,所述基站根据所述UE的IMSI,通过哈希算法,为所述UE重选一个CS域运营商,假设为运营商二,并将所述LAU请求消息发送至所述运营商所对应的MSC,并指示该MSC接受该LAU请求消息,该MSC接受LAU请求消息后,向UE发送一个接受响应消息
在图16中,UE在PS域的注册过程并未体现出来,UE在PS域的PS域注册过程中,网络侧根据所述MME为所述UE分配的GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID为所述UE选择CS域运营商,选择过程可参考步骤1603至1604,不同的是,接受所述UE的PS域注册请求消息的核心网网元是目标共享网络的SGSN。
目标共享网络根据GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID为所述UE选择相同的目标共享网络的CS域运营商和PS域运营商,从而解决了UE在目标共享网络注册的CS域运营商域PS域运营不一致的问题。并且,由于在所述UE通话过程中,所述第一MSC为所述UE分配了LAI,所述LAI中包含PLMN ID,所述UE根据所述PLMN ID就可以获取RPLMN,从而解决了现有技术中UE从LTE或4G网络通过SRVCC或CSFB切换至共享的2G或3G网络,在话过程中没有RPLMN所带来的问题。
针对用户设备UE从原网络切换至目标共享网络后,在所述目标共享网络CS域和PS域注册的运营商不一致的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,该方法的执行主体是目标共享网络的第一SGSN,该方法应用的场景是用户设备UE在原网络的PS域和CS域联合注册过的场景,结合图17,该方法包括:

具体的,所述CS域的注册请求消息是所述UE在目标共享网络发送的CS域注册请求消息,可以是LAU请求消息,也可以是CS域的附着请求消息。
2002、所述第一MSC根据发送所述CS域注册请求消息的用户设备UE在原网络分组交换PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述CS域的注册请求消息。
需要说明的是,由于LTE或4G网络正在建设初期,因此,一般情况下,LTE或4G网络只支持数据业务,而用户的通话业务仍需退回到传统的2G或者3G网络进行。此时,存在这种情况,UE可能在一个LTE或4G网络的MME,和一个共享2G或3G网络的MSC联合注册过,在注册时,所注册的MME为UE分配GUTI,所注册的MSC为UE分配TMSI和LAI,其中,TMSI中包含CS域NRI信息,LAI中包含PLMN ID信息,MSC所在网络的基站会存储所述NRI与MSC所属运营商的对应关系。当UE从所述LTE或4G网络切换至所注册的2G或3G网络后,在该网络内发起CS域和PS域的 注册过程,当基站接收到该CS域注册请求消息后,根据TMSI中的NRI信息,可以判断出所述NRI与运营商的对应关系,并将该CS域注册请求消息发送至该运营商所对应的MSC,即接收到UE发送的CS域注册请求信息的第一MSC可能正是UE之前在所注册的MSC。
此时,第一MSC接收到UE发送的CS域注册请求消息后,由于在联合注册的过程中,第一MSC已经获取到UE在MME上的注册消息,即MME为UE分配的GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID,所述第一MSC根据所述MMEC和PLMN ID,判断是否接受UE发送的CS域注册请求消息。
具体的,所述第一MSC判断所述UE在原网络PS域的=MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息所对应的运营商是否是自身所属的运营商;
若是,所述第一MSC接受所述CS域的注册请求消息,并向所述UE发送接受响应消息;
若不是,所述第一MSC向所述基站发送重新路由消息,所述重新路由消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的MMEC信息、PLMN ID信息以及所述UE的国际移动用户识别码IMSI信息。
进一步的,在其他场景下,或者在上述场景下,但接收所述第一MSC不是UE之前联合注册的MSC,则第一MSC在接收到CS域注册请求后,需要向UE在原网络CS域注册的MSC获取所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息,具体的,获取过程可参见图21,包括:

由此可知,若所述UE在原PS域注册的运营商在目标共享网络可用,所述目标共享网络为所述UE在CS域选择的运营商和在PS域选择的运营商都是所述UE在原网络PS域所注册的运营商;若所述UE在原网络PS域所注册的运营商在目标共享网络不可用,所述基站无论在UE的CS域注册过程,还是在所述UE的PS域注册过程,都会根据所述UE的IMSI为所述UE重新选择运营商,由于UE的IMSI是唯一的,重选策略是一致的(例如都是IMSI哈希算法),因此重选的PS域和CS域的运营商也是一致的。
本发明实施例提供了一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,在该方法中,目标共享网络的PS域的第一MSC接收到UE在CS域的CS域的注册请求消息后,判断自身是否存储有UE在原网络PS域的注册消息,若没有,则向第二核心网网元发送上下文请求消息,以获得所述UE在原PS域的NRI或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息,在后续的CS域和PS域注册流程中,所述目标共享网络的网元根据所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI/MMEC和PLMN ID为所述UE选择CS域运营商和PS域运营商,使得UE在目标共享网络注册的运营商相同,都是在原网络PS域注册的运营商,或都是目标共享网络基站为所述UE重选的运营商。从而解决了现有技术中目标共享网络为用户设备UE选择的CS域运营商和PS域运营商有可能不相同的问题。

  1. 一种移动交换中心MSC,其特征在于,所述MSC包括:发送单元;
    所述发送单元,用于当用户设备UE通过单一无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC或电路域回落CSFB切换至目标共享网络,所述UE在所述目标共享网络的电路交换CS域通话过程结束之前,向所述UE发送CS域的临时移动用户标识TMSI和位置区标识LAI,其中,所述TMSI中包含CS域的网络资源标识NRI,所述CS域的NRI与所述UE在原网络分组交换PS域的全局唯一的临时标识GUTI中的移动管理实体编码MMEC相同,所述LAI包含公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同,以使所述UE在向所述目标共享网络的基站发送的CS域的注册请求消息中携带所述TMSI和所述LAI。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的MSC,其特征在于,所述MSC还包括:接收单元;
    所述接收单元,用于接收移动管理实体MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID,其中,所述MME是所述UE在原网络PS域所注册的核心网网元。

    若所述UE通过SRVCC切换至所述目标共享网络,接收所述MME发送的PS域切换至CS域的切换请求消息,其中,所述切换请求消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的分组临时移动用户标识P-TMSI和路由区标识RAI,所述P-TMSI中携带有所述MMEC,所 述RAI中携带有所述GUTI中的PLMN ID,所述P-TMSI和所述RAI是由所述GUTI映射而来的。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的MSC,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:
    若所述UE通过CSFB切换至所述目标共享网络,在所述第一MSC向所述MME发送寻呼请求消息后,接收所述MME发送的业务请求消息,其中,所述业务请求消息用于表示所述UE的连接状态,以使得所述第一MSC停止寻呼所述UE,所述业务请求消息中携带有所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的MSC,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:
    若所述UE通过CSFB切换至所述目标共享网络,在所述第一MSC向所述MME发送寻呼请求消息后,接收所述MME发送的业务请求消息,其中,所述业务请求消息用于表示所述UE的连接状态,以使得所述第一MSC停止寻呼所述UE,所述业务请求消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的P-TMSI和RAI,所述P-TMSI中携带有所述MMEC,所述RAI中携带有所述GUTI中的PLMN ID,所述P-TMSI和所述RAI是由所述GUTI映射而来的。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的MSC,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:
    若所述UE通过CSFB切换至所述目标共享网络,接收所述MME发送的主叫CSFB指示消息,其中,所述主叫CSFB指示消息用于指示所述第一MSC后续接收到的业务请求消息是因主叫CSFB引起的,所述主叫CSFB指示消息中携带有所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。

    所述接收单元,用于当所述UE通过单一无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC或电路域回落CSFB切换至目标共享网络,所述UE在所述目标共享网络的电路交换CS域通话过程结束之前,接收目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC发送的电路交换CS域的临时移动用户标识TMSI和位置区标识LAI,其中,所述TMSI中包含CS域的网络资源标识NRI,所述CS域的NRI与所述UE在原网络的分组交换PS域的全局唯一的临时移动标识GUTI中的移动管理实体编码MMEC相同,所述LAI包含公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同;
    所述发送单元,用于向所述目标共享网络的基站发送CS域的注册请求消息,所述CS域的注册请求消息中携带所述TMSI和所述LAI。
  10. 一种移动管理实体MME,其特征在于,所述MME包括:发送单元;
    所述发送单元,用于当用户设备UE通过单一无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC或电路域回落CSFB切换至目标共享网络,所述UE在所述目标共享网络的电路交换CS域通话过程结束之前,向所述目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC发送所述UE在原网络的分组交换PS域的全局唯一的临时移动用户标识GUTI中的移动管理实体编码MMEC和公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID,其中,所述MME是所述UE在原网络的PS域注册的核心网网元,以使得所述第一MSC在所述UE发送CS域的注册请求消息之前向所述UE发送CS域的临时移 动用户标识TMSI和位置区标识LAI,其中,所述TMSI中包含CS域的网络资源标识NRI,所述CS域的NRI与所述GUTI中的MMEC相同,所述LAI包含PLMN ID,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同。
  11. 一种通用分组无线服务技术的服务支持节点SGSN,其特征在于,所述SGSN包括:第一接收单元、发送单元、第二接收单元和判断单元;
    所述第一接收单元,用于接收所述目标共享网络的基站发送的分组交换PS域的注册请求消息;
    所述发送单元,用于向第一核心网网元发送上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求消息携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于表示所述第一SGSN请求获取所述UE在原网络电路交换CS域的网络资源标识NRI信息和公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,其中,所述第一核心网网元是所述UE切换至所述目标共享网络之前,在原网络PS域所注册的核心网网元;
    所述第二接收单元,用于接收所述第一核心网网元发送的上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息;
    所述判断单元,用于根据所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述PS域的注册请求消息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的SGSN,其特征在于,所述判断单元具体用于:
    判断所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息所对应的运营商是否是自身所属的运营商;
    若是,接受所述PS域的注册请求消息;
    所述发送单元还用于:向所述UE发送接受响应消息;
    若不是,所述发送单元还用于:向所述基站发送重新路由消息,所述重新路由消息中携带有所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息、PLMN ID信息以及所述UE的国际移动用户识别码IMSI信息。
  13. 一种核心网网元,包括接收单元和发送单元;
    所述接收单元,用于接收目标共享网络的第一通用分组无线服务技术的服务支持节点SGSN发送的上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求信息携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于表示所述第一SGSN请求获取所述UE在原网络电路交换CS域的网络资源标识NRI信息和公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息;
    所述发送单元,用于根据所述上下文请求消息中的所述第一标识,向所述第一SGSN发送上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息,以使得所述第一SGSN根据所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息判断是否接受所述PS域的注册请求信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的网元,其特征在于,所述网元还包括:获取单元;
    所述获取单元,用于取所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息。
  15. 一种移动交换中心MSC,其特征在于,所述MSC包括第一接收单元和第一判断单元;
    所述第一接收单元,用于接收所述目标共享网络的基站发送的电路交换CS域的注册请求消息;
    所述第一判断单元,用于根据发送所述CS域注册请求消息的用户设备UE在原网络分组交换PS域的网络资源标识NRI信息或移动管理实体编码MMEC信息,以及公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述CS域的注册请求消息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的MSC,其特征在于,所述MSC还包括:第二判断单元、发送单元和第二接收单元;
    所述第二判断单元,用于判断所述MSC是否存储有所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息;
    所述发送单元,用于接收所述第二判断单元的判断结果,若所述判断结果为所述MSC没有存储所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或 MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息,则向第二核心网网元发送上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求消息携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于表示所述第一MSC请求获取所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC,以及PLMN ID信息,其中,所述第二核心网网元是所述UE在切换至所述目标共享网络之前,在原网络CS域注册的核心网网元;
    所述第二接收单元,用于接收所述第二核心网网元发送的上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的MSC,其特征在于,所述第一判断单元具体用于:
    判断所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息所对应的运营商是否是自身所属的运营商;
    若是,接受所述CS域的注册请求消息;
    所述发送单元还用于:并向所述UE发送接受响应消息;
    若不是,所述发送单元还用于:向所述基站发送重新路由消息,所述重新路由消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息、PLMN ID信息以及所述UE的国际移动用户识别码IMSI信息。
  18. 一种核心网网元,其特征在于,所述网元包括接收单元和发送单元;
    所述接收单元,用于接收目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC发送的上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求信息携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于表示所述第一MSC请求获取所述UE在原网络分组交换PS域的网络资源标识NRI信息或移动管理实体编码MMEC信息,以及公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息;
    所述发送单元,用于根据所述上下文请求消息中的所述第二标识,向所述第一MSC发送上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息,以使得所述第一MSC根据所述UE在原网络PS 域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息判断是否接收所述CS域的注册请求消息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的网元,其特征在于,所述网元还包括:获取单元;
    所述获取单元,用于获取所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息。
  20. 一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    当用户设备UE通过单一无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC或电路域回落CSFB切换至目标共享网络,所述UE在所述目标共享网络的电路交换CS域通话过程结束之前,所述目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC向所述UE发送CS域的临时移动用户标识TMSI和位置区标识LAI,其中,所述TMSI中包含CS域的网络资源标识NRI,所述CS域的NRI与所述UE在原网络分组交换PS域的全局唯一的临时标识GUTI中的移动管理实体编码MMEC相同,所述LAI包含公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同,以使所述UE在向所述目标共享网络的基站发送的CS域的注册请求消息中携带所述TMSI和所述LAI。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC向所述UE发送CS域的临时移动用户标识TMSI和位置区标识LAI之前,该方法还包括:
    所述第一MSC接收移动管理实体MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID,其中,所述MME是所述UE在原网络PS域所注册的核心网网元。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一MSC接收移动管理实体MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID具体包括:
    若所述UE通过SRVCC切换至所述目标共享网络,所述第一MSC接收所述MME发送的PS域切换至CS域的切换请求消息,其中,所 述切换请求消息中携带有所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一MSC接收移动管理实体MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID具体包括:
    若所述UE通过SRVCC切换至所述目标共享网络,所述第一MSC接收所述MME发送的PS域切换至CS域的切换请求消息,其中,所述切换请求消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的分组临时移动用户标识P-TMSI和路由区标识RAI,所述P-TMSI中携带有所述MMEC,所述RAI中携带有所述GUTI中的PLMN ID,所述P-TMSI和所述RAI是由所述GUTI映射而来的。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一MSC接收移动管理实体MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID具体包括:
    若所述UE通过CSFB切换至所述目标共享网络,所述第一MSC在向所述MME发送寻呼请求消息后,接收所述MME发送的业务请求消息,其中,所述业务请求消息用于表示所述UE的连接状态,以使得所述第一MSC停止寻呼所述UE,所述业务请求消息中携带有所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。
  25. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一MSC接收移动管理实体MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID具体包括:
    若所述UE通过CSFB切换至所述目标共享网络,所述第一MSC在向所述MME发送寻呼请求消息后,接收所述MME发送的业务请求消息,其中,所述业务请求消息用于表示所述UE的连接状态,以使得所述第一MSC停止寻呼所述UE,所述业务请求消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的P-TMSI和RAI,所述P-TMSI中携带有所述MMEC,所述RAI中携带有所述GUTI中的PLMN ID,所述P-TMSI和所述RAI是由所述GUTI映射而来的。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一MSC 接收移动管理实体MME发送的所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID具体包括:
    若所述UE通过CSFB切换至所述目标共享网络,所述第一MSC接收所述MME发送的主叫CSFB指示消息,其中,所述主叫CSFB指示消息用于指示所述第一MSC后续接收到的业务请求消息是因主叫CSFB引起的,所述主叫CSFB指示消息中携带有所述GUTI中的MMEC和PLMN ID。

    所述UE向所述目标共享网络的基站发送CS域的注册请求消息, 所述CS域的注册请求消息中携带所述TMSI和所述LAI。
  29. 一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    当用户设备UE通过单一无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC或电路域回落CSFB切换至目标共享网络,所述UE在所述目标共享网络的电路交换CS域通话过程结束之前,移动管理实体MME向所述目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC发送所述UE在原网络的分组交换PS域的全局唯一的临时移动用户标识GUTI中的移动管理实体编码MMEC和公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID,其中,所述MME是所述UE在原网络的PS域注册的核心网网元,以使得所述第一MSC在所述UE发送CS域的注册请求消息之前向所述UE发送CS域的临时移动用户标识TMSI和位置区标识LAI,其中,所述TMSI中包含CS域的网络资源标识NRI,所述CS域的NRI与所述GUTI中的MMEC相同,所述LAI包含PLMN ID,所述LAI中的PLMN ID与所述GUTI中的PLMN ID相同。
  30. 一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    目标共享网络的第一通用分组无线服务技术的服务支持节点SGSN接收所述目标共享网络的基站发送的分组交换PS域的注册请求消息;
    所述第一SGSN向第一核心网网元发送上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求消息携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于表示所述第一SGSN请求获取所述UE在原网络电路交换CS域的网络资源标识NRI信息和公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,其中,所述第一核心网网元是所述UE切换至所述目标共享网络之前,在原网络PS域所注册的核心网网元;
    所述第一SGSN接收所述第一核心网网元发送的上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息;
    所述第一SGSN根据所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述PS域的注册请求消息。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一SGSN根据所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述PS域的注册请求消息具体包括:
    所述第一SGSN判断所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息所对应的运营商是否是自身所属的运营商;
    若是,所述第一SGSN接受所述PS域的注册请求消息,并向所述UE发送接受响应消息;
    若不是,所述第一SGSN向所述目标共享网络的基站发送重新路由消息,所述重新路由消息中携带有所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息、PLMN ID信息以及所述UE的国际移动用户识别码IMSI信息。
  32. 一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第一核心网网元接收目标共享网络的第一通用分组无线服务技术的服务支持节点SGSN发送的上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求信息携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于表示所述第一SGSN请求获取所述UE在原网络电路交换CS域的网络资源标识NRI信息和公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,其中,所述第一核心网网元是所述UE切换至所述目标共享网络之前,在原网络PS域所注册的核心网网元;
    所述第一核心网网元根据所述上下文请求消息中的所述第一标识,向所述第一SGSN发送上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息,以使得所述第一SGSN根据所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和PLMN ID信息判断是否接受所述PS域的注册请求信息。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一核心网网元接收目标共享网络的第一通用分组无线服务技术的服务支持节点SGSN发送的上下文请求消息之前,该方法还包括:
    所述第一核心网网元获取所述UE在原网络CS域的NRI信息和 PLMN ID信息。
  34. 一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC接收所述目标共享网络的基站发送的电路交换CS域的注册请求消息;
    所述第一MSC根据发送所述CS域注册请求消息的用户设备UE在原网络分组交换PS域的网络资源标识NRI信息或移动管理实体编码MMEC信息,以及公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述CS域的注册请求消息。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一MSC根据发送所述CS域注册请求消息的用户设备UE在原网络分组交换PS域的网络资源标识NRI信息或移动管理实体编码MMEC信息,以及公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述CS域的注册请求消息之前,该方法还包括:
    所述第一MSC判断是否存储有所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息;
    若没有,所述第一MSC向第二核心网网元发送上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求消息携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于表示所述第一MSC请求获取所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC,以及PLMN ID信息,其中,所述第二核心网网元是所述UE在切换至所述目标共享网络之前,在原网络CS域注册的核心网网元;
    所述第一MSC接收所述第二核心网网元发送的上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息。
  36. 根据权利要求34或35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一MSC根据发送所述CS域注册请求消息的用户设备UE在原网络分组交换PS域的网络资源标识NRI信息或移动管理实体编码MMEC信息,以及公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,判断是否接受所述CS域的注册请求消息具体包括:
    所述第一MSC判断所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息所对应的运营商是否是自身所属的运营商;
    若是,所述第一MSC接受所述CS域的注册请求消息,并向所述UE发送接受响应消息;
    若不是,所述第一MSC向所述基站发送重新路由消息,所述重新路由消息中携带有所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息、PLMN ID信息以及所述UE的国际移动用户识别码IMSI信息。
  37. 一种选择目标共享网络CS域和PS域运营商的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第二核心网网元接收目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC发送的上下文请求消息,所述上下文请求信息携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于表示所述第一MSC请求获取用户设备UE在原网络分组交换PS域的网络资源标识NRI信息或移动管理实体编码MMEC信息,以及公共陆地移动网标识PLMN ID信息,其中,所述第二核心网网元是所述UE在切换至所述目标共享网络之前,在原网络CS域注册的核心网网元;
    所述第二核心网网元根据所述上下文请求消息中的所述第二标识,向所述第一MSC发送上下文请求响应消息,所述上下文请求响应消息中携带所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息,以使得所述第一MSC根据所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息判断是否接收所述CS域的注册请求消息。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二核心网网元接收目标共享网络的第一移动交换中心MSC发送的上下文请求消息之前,该方法还包括:
    所述第二核心网网元获取所述UE在原网络PS域的NRI信息或MMEC信息,以及PLMN ID信息。
