Description

一种鼓风机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种鼓风机。
背景技术:
现有的鼓风机结构,包括电机、蜗壳和叶轮,蜗壳的顶面上设置有若干安装孔,电机通过若干安装孔支承安装在蜗壳的顶面上,电机的转轴穿过蜗壳的顶面伸入到蜗壳里面与叶轮连接,但是由于不同系列的电机的尺寸大小不同,因此不同系列的电机需要不同的安装孔距,这样就需要针对每个系列的电机配置一种蜗壳,这样必要导致蜗壳的种类多,要开发多套蜗壳模具,不易管理,通用性差和生产成本高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种鼓风机,该结构简单,可以达到不同系列的电机适配多种的蜗壳,减少蜗壳模具和电机的种类,利于产品的标准化,降低生产成本。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种鼓风机,包括电机、蜗壳和叶轮,在蜗壳中间开设有用于容纳叶轮的内部空腔,在蜗壳的底面和侧面上分别开设进风口和排风口,进风口和排风口均与内部空腔连通,在蜗壳的顶面上开设有安装孔,在安装孔上安装有安装板,电机安装在安装板的顶面上,电机的转轴的前端部从安装板中间的通孔伸入到内部空腔里面与叶轮安装在一起。
上述所述的安装板通过螺钉与蜗壳安装在一起,在安装板的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第一螺钉孔,螺钉穿过第一螺钉孔并拧进蜗壳里面从而把安装板和蜗壳安装在一起。
上述所述的电机通过螺栓螺母机构与安装板安装在一起,在安装板的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第二螺钉孔,电机通过安装支架支承在安装板的顶面上,螺栓穿过第二螺钉孔和安装支架后与螺母拧紧配合。
上述所述的安装支架通过减震板支承在安装板的顶面上。
上述所述的蜗壳和安装板是密封安装在一起的。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)在蜗壳的顶面上开设有安装孔,在安装孔上安装有安装板,电机安装在安装板的顶面上,电机的转轴的前端部从安装板中间的通孔伸入到内部空腔里面与叶轮安装在一起,该结构简单,通过使用安装板把电机与蜗壳安装在一起,可以达到不同系列的电机适配多种的蜗壳,减少蜗壳模具和电机的种类,利于产品的标准化,降低生产成本;
2)安装板通过螺钉与蜗壳安装在一起,在安装板的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第一螺钉孔,螺钉穿过第一螺钉孔并拧进蜗壳里面从而把安装板和蜗壳安装在一起,结构简单,安装方便,通过调整第一螺钉孔的位置就可使安装板适应多种规格的蜗壳,减少蜗壳模具的种类,利于产品的标准化;
3)电机通过螺栓螺母机构与安装板安装在一起,在安装板的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第二螺钉孔,电机通过安装支架支承在安装板的顶面上,螺栓穿过第二螺钉孔和安装支架后与螺母拧紧配合,结构简单,安装方便、牢固,通过调整第二螺钉孔的孔距就可使安装板适应不同系列的电机,利于产品的标准化,降低成本;
4)安装支架通过减震板支承在安装板的顶面上,提高鼓风机的减震效果,减少电机在运行过程中震动所带来的负面效果,提高工作稳定性;
5)蜗壳和安装板是密封安装在一起的,密封效果好,避免有水或者其他杂物进入到蜗壳里面影响叶轮的转动,工作稳定、可靠性高。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
如图1至图6所示,本实用新型是一种鼓风机,包括电机1、蜗壳2和叶轮3,在蜗壳2中间开设有用于容纳叶轮3的内部空腔21,在蜗壳2的底面和侧面上分别开设进风口22和排风口23,进风口22和排风口23均与内部空腔21连通,在蜗壳2的顶面上开设有安装孔24,在安装孔24上安装有安装板4,电机1安装在安装板4的顶面上,电机1的转轴11的前端部从安装板4中间的通孔40伸入到内部空腔21里面与叶轮3安装在一起。安装板4通过螺钉5与蜗壳2安装在一起,在安装板4的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第一螺钉孔41,螺钉5穿过第一螺钉孔41并拧进蜗壳2里面从而把安装板4和蜗壳2安装在一起。电机1通过螺栓螺母机构与安装板4安装在一起,在安装板4的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第二螺钉孔42,电机1通过安装支架6支承在安装板4的顶面上,螺栓71穿过第二螺钉孔42和安装支架6后与螺母72拧紧配合。安装支架6通过减震板8支承在安装板4的顶面上。蜗壳2和安装板4是密封安装在一起的,蜗壳2可以是通过密封垫圈支承安装在安装板4的顶面上,具体密封安装结构形式不限。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种鼓风机,包括电机(1)、蜗壳(2)和叶轮(3),在蜗壳(2)中间开设有用于容纳叶轮(3)的内部空腔(21),在蜗壳(2)的底面和侧面上分别开设进风口(22)和排风口(23),进风口(22)和排风口(23)均与内部空腔(21)连通,其特征在于:在蜗壳(2)的顶面上开设有安装孔(24),在安装孔(24)上安装有安装板(4),电机(1)安装在安装板(4)的顶面上,电机(1)的转轴(11)的前端部从安装板(4)中间的通孔(40)伸入到内部空腔(21)里面与叶轮(3)安装在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:安装板(4)通过螺钉(5)与蜗壳(2)安装在一起,在安装板(4)的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第一螺钉孔(41),螺钉(5)穿过第一螺钉孔(41)并拧进蜗壳(2)里面从而把安装板(4)和蜗壳(2)安装在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:电机(1)通过螺栓螺母机构与安装板(4)安装在一起,在安装板(4)的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干第二螺钉孔(42),电机(1)通过安装支架(6)支承在安装板(4)的顶面上,螺栓(71)穿过第二螺钉孔(42)和安装支架(6)后与螺母(72)拧紧配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:安装支架(6)通过减震板(8)支承在安装板(4)的顶面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:蜗壳(2)和安装板(4)是密封安装在一起的。
