Description

连接器基座、连接器组件及应用连接器组件的网络设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器基座、连接器组件及应用连接器组件的网络设备。
背景技术
在网络初始建设、新增用户业务开通和光纤故障处理业务流程中都需要对网络端口进行诊断、跳接、检测、和刷新等操作,并且操作非常频繁,人工跳接在准确性、简便性和资源利用率方面都不能令人完全满意,需要一种智能光纤网络***(IODN)来解决目前的问题。
现有的技术是通过电子连接器实现,即在传统的IODN托盘上设置通过增加Micro USB(微型)连接器组件,对应于每个光纤网络端口监控,以实现传统IODN向智能化网络的升级。传统的连接器组件都是直接插拔,卡接力不稳定,而且连接器组件的基座的导电弹片一般都是不可拆卸的,导致基座通用性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连接器基座,提高通用性。
还有必要提供一种具有连接器组件及网络设备。
第一方面,提供一种连接器基座,所述连接器基座包括基体、设于基体的插槽及至少一个导接弹片,所述至少一个导接弹片一侧设有滑槽,与滑槽相对的另一侧设有卡持扣,所述至少一个导接弹片一表面设有弹性端子,另一表面为导接面,所述插槽内设有相对所述滑槽设有插板,所述插槽内相对所述卡持扣设有卡槽,所述插板***所述滑槽,所述卡持扣与所述卡槽卡持,所述弹性端子朝向所述插槽内,所述导接面露出所述基体。
在第一方面的第一种可能实现方式中,所述基体为塑料材质制成。
结合第一方面或结合第一种可能实现的方式,在第二种可能实现的方式中,所述插槽贯穿所述基体相对两端且其中一端上形成插口,所述基体上位于所述插口一侧设有沟槽。

本发明的连接器基座导接弹片与基座卡持力稳固,且导接弹片可直接拔出插板更换,以便适应各种不同芯片的连接器插头,而且本发明的连接器基座结构简单。而所述连接器插头外侧设有弹性卡持臂与所述连接器基座的沟槽卡持;保证所述连接器插头与连接器基座插接的牢固性。

请参阅图1,本发明佳实施方式提供一种连接器基座10,其用于插接外界的连接器。所述连接器基座10包括基体11、设于基体11的插槽13及至少一个导接弹片15。所述至少一个导接弹片15一侧设有滑槽151,与滑槽151相对的另一侧设有卡持扣152;所述至少一个导接弹片15一表面设有弹性端子153,另一表面为导接面154。所述插槽13内设有相对所述滑槽151设有插板16,所述插槽13内相对所述卡持扣152设有卡槽132,所述插板16***所述滑槽15,所述卡持扣152与所述卡槽132卡持,所述弹性端子153朝向所述插槽13内,所述导接面154露出所述基体11。
请一并参阅图2,本实施例中,所述基体11为塑料材质制成的矩形块体,可以避免使用过程中产生静电。所述导接弹片15为两个,每一导接弹片15由一个金属片对折且不贴合形成,且对折后形成所述滑槽15。所述卡持扣152位于导接弹片15一侧且翘起与所述卡槽132卡持,增加了导接弹片与所述基体11的连接稳定性。当需要更换连接器基座10时,只需要根据端子需求来更换导接弹片15的数量,将导接弹片15直接拔出插板16即可,以便适应各种不同芯片的连接器插头,而且本发明的连接器基座10结构简单小巧,适用于空间受限的环境内。
进一步的,所述插槽13贯穿所述基体11相对两端,且于其中一端上形成插口(图未标),所述基体11上位于所述插口一侧设有沟槽14。本实施例中,所述插槽13为一通槽。所述沟槽14且开口方向与所述插口方向相同。
进一步的,所述插板16为所述插槽13的侧壁上开设条形通槽131形成,所述卡槽132与所述条形通槽131相对并贯通。本实施例中,所述插槽13的侧壁上远离所述插口一端开设有两条平行的条形通槽131,进而两条形通槽131之间形成所述插板16,所述导接弹片15从所述通槽131内使滑槽151滑动装于所述插板16上。
进一步的,所述基体11上露出所述导接弹片15的一侧还设有定位柱112。用于定位所述连接器基座10。
请参阅图3与图5,本发明还提供一种连接器组件,其包括上述连接器基座10及连接器插头20,所述连接器插头20内可拆卸的装有芯片21,所述连接器插头20***所述插槽13内,所述弹性端子153抵持所述芯片21并与所述芯片21导通。本实施例中,所述连接器插头20为塑料材质制成的长方形,其一端为连接端23,另一端为插接端24。
进一步的,所述连接器插头20外侧设有弹性卡持臂22,所述弹性卡持臂22自由端设有倒钩221,所述倒钩221与所述沟槽14卡持;进一步保证所述连接器插头20与连接器基座10插接的牢固性;按压弹性卡持臂22使所述倒钩221与所述沟槽14解锁。
进一步的,所述连接器插头20还包括收容芯片21的容纳槽241,容纳槽241内设有限位钩部242。本实施例中,所述容纳槽241为开口槽且于开口两侧设有轨道供芯片21***,所述容纳槽241凹设于所述插接端24的表面上,所述限位钩部242设于容纳槽241的开口端部,用于限制所述芯片21于所述容纳槽241内。
进一步的,所述连接器插头20远离容纳槽241的一端设有凹槽25,所述凹槽25内设有倒钩。本实施例中,所述凹槽25凹设于连接端23的端面上。
请参阅图4,进一步的,所述连接器组件还包括用于收容线缆的扎带26,所述扎带26一端设有卡勾部27,所述卡勾部27***所述凹槽25内与所述倒钩卡持。所述扎带26另一端设有限位托盘28。所述限位托盘28用于承载 并整理线缆。
请参阅图6,本发明还提供一种网络设备,其包括电路板30以及所述的连接器组件,所述连接器基座10装于所述电路板20上并通过至少一个导接弹片15的导接面154实现电性连接。所述的连接器基座10及连接器插头20结构比较简单,便于操作。
进一步的,所述连接器基座10设有导接面154的表面通过表面贴装技术固定于所述电路板30表面。
进一步的,所述连接器基座10设有导接面154的表面通过固定柱焊接固定于所述电路板30表面。
