相应地,本发明还提供了一种终端,所述终端包括上述的显示装置。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的显示装置通过在面壳的侧壁上设置第一定位面,该第一定位面为曲面,并且相应地在保护盖板上设置第二定位面,该第二定位面也为曲面,通过该第二定位面与第一定位面贴合,从而能够将保护盖板与面壳贴合。由于第一定位面及第二定位面均为曲面,使得在贴合时,能够起到定位作用,使得保护盖板与面壳贴合时不会出现错位或移位的问题,同时还可防止触摸装置的液晶面板折射至保护盖板上的光在面壳的边框处出现漏光的现象,替代了现有的采用在面壳上以及保护盖板上同时增设定位结构的设 计,结构简单,并且减少了部件间的组装。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明的一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图2至图3,为本发明第一实施方式提供一种终端,所述终端包括显示装置100。本实施方式中,所述终端可为手机、平板电脑或个人数字助理(PDA)等智能设备。
所述显示装置100包括面壳101、触摸装置102以及保护盖板103。所述触摸装置102放置在面壳101内,保护盖板103贴合于所述触摸装置102上, 从而能够使得保护盖板103与触摸装置102能够一体贴合于面壳101,进而对触摸装置102进行包裹和保护。同时,当用户由面壳101的操作面方向对面壳101进行观测时,保护盖板103能完全遮挡面壳101的边框101a,使边框101a在操作面方向对应地隐藏,合理地利用了面壳101的宽度,减少不必要的尺寸浪费。
本实施方式中,所述面壳101的材质可为金属或者塑料。所述面壳101的周边设置有所述边框101a。并且为了保证所述面壳101的强度,所述边框101a的宽度至少选用0.5mm。
所述面壳101包括底壁(图中未标识)以及侧壁101b,所述底壁以及所述侧壁101b围合形成一腔体101c。本实施方式中,所述腔体101c为方形腔体。
所述侧壁101b包括第一定位面1011,所述第一定位面1011为曲面。本实施方式中,所述第一定位面1011为倾斜的曲面,并且所述第一定位面1011环绕所述底壁设置。所述第一定位面1011包括第一部分1011a以及第二部分1011b,并且所述第二部分1011b与所述第一部分1011a之间形成一夹角A。具体的,所述第二部分1011b与水平方向平行设置,所述第一部分1011a与所述第二部分1011b倾斜设置,以形成所述夹角A,并且所述夹角A可为135度或者145度等。此外,所述第一定位面1011可通过数控车床(CNC)加工成型。
所述触摸装置102设于所述腔体101c内。在本实施例中,所述触摸装置102,放置在该面壳101的边框101a内,包括顺序放置在所述保护盖板103下方的触摸面板102b和液晶面板(图中未标识)。所述保护盖板103的底部与触 摸面板102b的顶部之间间隔设置,并留有一定的间隙,所述间隙内填充有胶水104,以将所述保护盖板103与所述触摸面板102b连接,同时,所述胶水104还能够起到缓冲作用,以减缓外力撞击对所述触摸面板102b造成损坏。所述触摸面板102b的底部与所述液晶面板的顶部之间间隔设置,并留有一定的间隙。所述液晶面板的底部与面壳101之间间隔设置,并留有一定的间隙,以便于能够将所述液晶面板与所述面壳101分离,以便于后续所述液晶面板与所述面壳的拆卸。
所述触摸面板102b的宽度和液晶面板的宽度基本上相同,触摸面板102b的外侧壁与所述侧壁101b之间以及液晶面板的外侧壁与边侧壁101b之间均留有相等的预留间隙1a,并且所述预留间隙1a的范围为0.3mm~0.4mm。优选地,所述预留间隙1a为0.3mm。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述预留间隙1a还可为0.4mm或者0.35mm等。
本实施方式中,所述液晶面板包括一显示画面区(图中未标识),所述显示画面区距所述液晶面板的距离在1.0mm~1.1mm之间,并且优选地,所述显示画面区距所述液晶面板的距离为1.0mm。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述显示画面区距所述液晶面板的距离还可为1.05mm或者1.06mm等。
所述保护盖板103,用于保护所述触摸装置102。本实施方式中,所述保护盖板103采用钢化玻璃或具有一定强度的高分子材料制成。所述保护盖板103的宽度与所述面壳101的宽度相同(当然所述保护盖板103也可以较所述面壳101的宽度稍宽一点),以便于围合于所述面壳101的边框101a,从而能够将所述液晶面板上的非显示画面区(图中未标识)上的光线通过所述保护盖板103折射出去,进而使得用户由所述面壳101的操作面方向对所述面壳 101进行观测时,保护盖板103能完全遮挡面壳101的边框101a,从而使得所述边框101a在操作面方向对应地隐藏,进而能够在视觉效果上达到窄边框或者无边框的效果,大大地增加了液晶面板的显示画面区,提高用户体验。
所述保护盖板103粘接于所述触摸装置102上。本实施方式中,所述保护盖板103通过胶水104粘接于所述触摸装置102上,以使所述保护盖板103与所述触摸装置102形成一体,从而能够便于保护所述触摸装置102的同时,也能够便于所述保护盖板103与所述面壳101的连接。
进一步地,所述保护盖板103包括第二定位面103a,所述第二定位面103a为曲面,并且所述第二定位面103a与所述第一定位面1011贴合。本实施方式中,所述第二定位面103a与所述第一定位面1011的结构一致,以便于贴合。所述第二定位面103a为倾斜的曲面。所述第二定位面103a的结构与所述第一定位面1011的结构一致,故而不再赘述。具体的,所述第二定位面103a也可通过CNC加工形成。
通过所述第一定位面1011以及第二定位面103a贴合,来使得所述面壳101与所述保护盖板103之间的贴合更为简单,同时,由于保护盖板103与触摸装置102通过胶水粘合设置,从而在贴合所述保护盖板103时,即能够将所述触摸装置102与所述面壳101贴合设置,进而能够防止所述保护盖板103以及触摸装置102贴合于所述面壳101时出现的移位或者错位现象,保证其贴合位置的准确性。此外,由于无需在面壳101与保护盖板103上分别设置定位结构,从而使得所述显示装置100的整体结构更为紧凑,节省占用空间的同时,也减少部件间的组装。
进一步地,由于所述第一定位面1011与所述第二定位面103a均为倾斜曲面,从而使得所述触摸装置102的液晶面板上的光线折射至保护盖板103上时,不会从所述保护盖板103与所述面壳101之间的贴合处泄露出去,从而能够减少漏光现象的产生,从而能够提高用户体验效果。
为了进一步的改进,所述保护盖板103的周边设置有圆角103b,并且所述圆角103b的圆心位于所述液晶面板的非显示画面区的上方。本实施方式中,所述圆角设于所述保护盖板103侧壁与顶面的相交处,所述圆角103b的圆心位于所述非显示画面区的正上方或者斜上方,并且优选地,所述圆角103b的圆心位于所述非显示画面区的正上方。这样,能够在提升所述保护盖板103使用时的舒适度,进而提高用户体验的同时,也能够将所述液晶面板的非显示画面区上的光线折射出去,从而使得用户在观看时,能够在视觉效果上达到窄边框或者无边框的效果。
如图2中所示,所述液晶面板的显示画面区边缘距离面壳101外缘的最大间距为T,所述边框101a的宽度为B1,触摸面板102b的外侧壁与所述侧壁10b之间以及液晶面板的外侧壁与侧壁102b之间的预留间隙1a为B2,液晶面板的显示画面区边缘距离液晶面板的外缘间距为B3,T值为B1、B2、B3的总和,其中,B1值为0.5mm,B2值为0.3mm,B3值在1.0mm-1.1mm之间(目前5.15寸LCD最小值是1.0mm),因此T值最小为0.5mm+0.3mm+1.0mm=1.8mm,故而能够达到将显示装置的边框变窄的效果。
本发明第一实施方式提供的显示装置100,通过在面壳101上设置第一定位面1011以及在保护盖板103上设置第二定位面103a,并且使得第一定位面1011以及第二定位面103a均为倾斜的曲面,从而使得保护盖板103在与所述 面壳101贴合时,能够由于所述第一定位面1011以及第二定位面103a的定位作用而使得二者的贴合位置准确,防止出现移位或者错位现象。同时,由于所述第一定位面1011与所述第二定位面103a为倾斜曲面,从而使得所述触摸装置102的液晶面板上的光线折射至保护盖板103上时,不会从所述保护盖板103与所述面壳101之间的贴合处泄露出去,从而能够减少漏光现象的产生,进而能够提高用户体验效果。此外,由于所述保护盖板103略宽于所述面壳101的边框101a,从而能够将所述液晶面板的非显示画面区上的光线折射出去,从而使得用户具有视觉上的窄边框或者无边框的效果,进一步提高用户体验性。
请参阅图4,为本发明第二实施方式提供的显示装置200的结构示意图。所述显示装置200包括面壳201、触摸装置202以及保护盖板203。本发明第二实施方式提供的显示装置200与第一实施方式提供的显示装置100的不同之处在于:所述面壳201包括第一定位面2011,并且所述第一定位面2011为弧面。具体的,所述第一定位面2011包括第一部分2011a、第二部分2011b以及第三部分2011c,所述第二部分2011b连接于所述第一部分2011a以及所述第三部分2011c之间,并且所述第二部分2011b为圆弧。所述第一部分2011a以及第三部分2011c均平行于水平方向设置。此外,所述第一定位面2011可通过CNC加工形成。
同理,所述保护盖板203通过胶水与所述触摸装置202连接。所述保护盖板203包括第二定位面2031,所述第二定位面2031为弧面,并且所述第二定位面2031的结构与所述第一定位面2011一致,以便于能够与所述第一定位面2011贴合,故而这里不再赘述所述第二定位面2031的结构。
本发明第二实施方式提供的显示装置200,通过设置第一定位面2011以 及第二定位面2031均为弧面,从而能够在保护盖板203与面壳201贴合时,起到定位作用,防止保护盖板203与面壳201贴合出现错位现象,保证贴合位置准确性。此外,由于该第一定位面2011及第二定位面2031均为弧面,从而能够防止现有的采用面壳与保护盖板采用平面贴合的方式,而在面壳201与保护盖板203的贴合处出现的漏光现象,提高用户体验。
请参阅图5,为本发明第三实施方式提供的显示装置300的结构示意图。所述显示装置300包括面壳301、触摸装置302以及保护盖板303。本发明第三实施方式与本发明第一实施方式的不同之处在于:所述面壳301包括第一定位面3011,并且所述第一定位面3011为阶梯面。所述第一定位面3011可通过CNC加工形成。具体的,所述第一定位面3011包括第一部分3011a、第二部分3011b以及第三部分3011c,所述第二部分3011b连接于所述第一部分3011a以及第三部分3011c之间,并且所述第一部分3011a以及第三部分3011c均平行于水平方向设置,所述第二部分3011b倾斜设置,且所述第二部分3011b与所述第一部分3011a以及第三部分3011c之间均形成夹角。所述夹角的角度可为135度或者120度等。
所述保护盖板303与所述触摸装置302通过胶水粘接。所述保护盖板303包括第二定位面3031,所述第二定位面3031与所述第一定位面3011贴合,并且所述第二定位面3031的结构与所述第一定位面3011的结构一致,故而此处不再赘述。
本发明第三实施方式提供的显示装置300,通过设置第一定位面3011以及第二定位面3031均为阶梯面,从而使得保护盖板303在与面壳301连接时,能够通过第二定位面3031与第一定位面3011的定位作用,而使得保护盖板 303能够准确的贴合于面壳301上,从而能够防止出现错位现象。此外,采用阶梯面的方式,能够防止现有技术中采用平面的方式贴合而使得保护盖板与面壳之间的贴合处出现的漏光现象,从而能够提高用户体验效果。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,本发明提供的显示装置上的第一定位面以及第二定位面还可为斜面,即第一定位面及第二定位面均为倾斜于水平方向的面。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的显示装置通过在面壳的侧壁上设置第一定位面,该第一定位面为曲面,并且相应地在保护盖板上设置第二定位面,该第二定位面也为曲面,通过该第二定位面与第一定位面贴合,从而能够将保护盖板与面壳贴合。由于第一定位面及第二定位面均为曲面,使得在贴合时,能够起到定位作用,使得保护盖板与面壳贴合时不会出现错位或移位的问题,同时还可防止触摸装置的液晶面板折射至保护盖板上的光在面壳的边框处出现漏光的现象,替代了现有的采用在面壳上以及保护盖板上同时增设定位结构的设计,结构简单,并且减少了部件间的组装。
最后应说明的是:以上实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施方式对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施方式所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施方式技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括面壳、触摸装置以及保护盖板,所述面壳包括底壁以及侧壁,所述底壁以及所述侧壁围合形成一腔体,所述侧壁包括第一定位面,所述第一定位面为曲面,所述触摸装置设于所述腔体内,所述保护盖板与所述触摸装置贴合设置,所述保护盖板包括第二定位面,并且所述第二定位面为曲面,所述第二定位面与所述第一定位面贴合,以使所述保护盖板与所述面壳贴合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位面及第二定位面均包括第一部分及第二部分,并且所述第二部分与所述第一部分之间形成一夹角。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位面及第二定位面均为弧面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位面及第二定位面均为阶梯面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述触摸装置包括顺序放置在所述保护盖板下方的触摸面板和液晶面板,所述保护盖板与所述触摸面板之间、所述触摸面板与所述液晶面板之间以及所述液晶面板与所述面壳之间留有预定的间隙。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述触摸面板和所述液晶面板的宽度相同,所述触摸面板的外侧壁与所述侧壁之间以及所述液晶面板的外侧壁与所述侧壁之间均留有相等的预留间隙。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述预留间隙的范围为0.3mm~0.4mm。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶面板包括一显示画面区,所述显示画面区与所述液晶面板边缘的距离在1.0mm~1.1mm之间。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述保护盖板的周边设置有圆角,所述液晶面板包括一非显示画面区,所述圆角的圆心位于所述非显示画面区的上方。
  10. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的显示装置。
