电子产品按键防水结构及使用该结构的防水手机 技术领域
本发明涉及户外电子产品的按键防水结构以及一种使用该防水结构的防水 手机。
背景技术
户外电子产品需要适应户外的各种复杂环境, 因而在对其保持良好使用功能 的基础上, 还特别提出了对户外电子产品适应户外环境的特殊需求, 如防水。 以 户外手机侧键防水为例, 请参照图 1及图 2, 其防水结构包括一壳体 100、 一按 键 200、 一硅胶件 300及一按键开关 400, 所述壳体为一双色成型件, 其外表面 为一软胶层 101,所述按键 200与所述软胶层 101材质相同,且与所述软胶层 101 为一体结构并与所述壳体 100—体成型,因而可以保证所述按键 200的密封防水, 所述按键 200凸出于所述软胶层 101表面, 所述按键 200凸出部位为一弓形结构 201, 所述弓形结构 201 自所述软胶层 101的凸出高度为所述按键 200的按压提 供了弹性行程, 考虑到所述按键 200为手机外观件, 因而所述凸出高度不能设置 太高, 否则将影响到产品的整体外观; 所述硅胶件 300组装于所述壳体 1上, 所 述硅胶件 300上于所述按键 200—侧还设置有一凸起 301, 所述凸起 301与所述 弓形结构 201接触, 所述硅胶件 300上于所述凸起 301相对的另一侧还设置有一 凸包 302; 所述按键开关 400组装固定于所述壳体 1上, 并与所述凸包 302相对 并相互抵顶; 按压所述按键 200, 由于所述弓形结构 201为软性材质, 且因弓形 而具有一定弹性行程,受力时将产生形变,所述形变进一步作用于所述硅胶件 300 上,使得所述硅胶件在受力方向产生位移,从而导通连接所述按键开关产生功能。 在上述按键防水结构中,由于所述弓形结构 201自所述软胶层 101凸出高度受限, 因而只能提供较小的弹性行程, 不仅按键手感差, 而且还可能存在所述按键 200 因弹性行程不足产生无法导通的问题;此外,由于所述按键 200与所述软胶层 101 为一体结构且与所述壳体 100—体成型, 因此所述按键 200在材质及颜色上需要 与所述软胶层 101—致, 从而产品外表面颜色单一, 缺乏设计灵活性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种按键防水结构, 所述结构可解决现有技 术中因所述按键与所述壳体一体成型结构受限而弹性长度不足造成的按键手感 差、 按键行程不足功能无法导通的问题。
一种按键防水结构, 其包括一壳体、 一按键及一弹性件, 所述弹性件位于所 述壳体上, 所述按键可活动的与所述壳体连接在一起并与所述弹性件相接触, 所 述弹性件与所述壳体一体成型, 所述弹性件包括一筒状结构, 其上设置有一弹力 壁, 所述弹力壁为一拱形结构, 所述弹力壁朝向所述筒状结构内凸伸而成。
一种防水手机, 使用所述的按键防水结构。
本发明所产生的有益效果是: 本发明所述按键防水结构将所述弹性件设置于 所述壳体上且与所述壳体一体成型, 确保了所述按键位的可靠防水, 同时在所述 弹性件上设置一拱形结构弹力壁, 所述拱形结构的拱高为所述按键的按压提供弹 性行程, 由于所述弹性件为产品一内置元件, 因而所述拱形结构的拱高可以根据 实际需要进行灵活设计及调整, 可以为所述按键功能导通提供足够的必要行程, 因此不会产生因弹性行程不足而导致的按键功能无法实现的问题, 同时还解决了 现有技术中因所述按键弹性行程不足产生的按键手感差的问题。
此外, 所述按键为一独立元件, 其材质及颜色都可以根据客户需求及产品需 要进行灵活调整, 提升了产品的整体设计灵活性。

显而易见的, 所述弹性件 3亦可作为一个独立结构通过其上设置的所述锯齿 结构 39与所述壳体 1上设置的所述锯齿槽 12相互啮合的方式连接为一整体, 也 可采用其他连接方式, 所述锯齿的形状也可进行任意变化, 只要确保其可与需连 接的构件能牢固连接即可; 同时所述弹性件 3亦适用于所述壳体为双色成型件, 且其外表面设置有软胶层的情况, 只需将所述弹性件 3与所述软胶层设计为一体 结构, 则可以较好的实现所述按键功能及可靠防水。 而对于所述拱形结构的具体 形状, 可设计为球形拱面、 弧形拱面、 弓形拱面, 以及截面为梯形的拱面, 无论 是哪种拱面, 只要其可提供一定的弹性行程, 并通过所述拱面的拉伸及回弹来满 足其作用的元件功能实现, 都属于本发明的保护范围。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明所述带拱形结构弹力壁的按键防水结构, 但 是本发明的设计思路可延伸到所有按键防水结构, 且其应用领域亦可延伸至所 有户外电子产品, 只要其产品需要应用到按键防水结构, 以及在防水的基础上 改善按键手感, 提升按键功能可靠性等情形都可以使用本发明的思路进行变化 及拓展。

5.如权利要求 4所述的按键防水结构, 其特征在于: 所述壳体外表面设置有 一软胶层,所述软胶层与所述壳体一体成型,所述软胶层与所述弹性件材质相同, 并进一步通过所述法兰边上未设置所述锯齿结构的区域与所述软胶层连接为一 体。
6.如权利要求 5所述的按键防水结构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性件与所述软胶 层为一体结构并与所述壳体一体成型。
7.如权利要求 6所述的按键防水结构, 其特征在于: 所述锯齿及所述锯齿槽 分别为五个, 所述锯齿均匀排布于所述法兰边上且进一步位于与所述软胶层连接 以外区域。
8.如权利要求 7所述的按键防水结构, 其特征在于: 所述键帽外缘处设置有 一凸缘, 所述壳体上对应所述凸缘设置有一按键卡槽, 在所述凸缘厚度方向上, 所述卡槽宽度大于所述凸缘厚度, 进而所述按键可活动的组装于所述卡槽内。
9.一种防水手机, 其特征在于: 使用如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的按键防 水结构。
