Description

다종의 크림형 화장품을 분리수용하는 다중 격실을 구비한 화장품 용기
본 고안은 크림 타입의 화장품을 수용하는 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 특히 복수개의 격실을 구비하여 서로 다른 종류의 복수의 크림 타입의 화장품을 각각 분리하여 수용하는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 겔상태의 크림 타입의 화장품을 수용하는 용기는 겔상태의 크림 화장품이 내장되는 하부의 용기몸체를 외부캡으로 밀폐하여, 내장된 크림 화장품의 내용물이 외부로 누설되거나 휘발성분의 증발을 차단하여 장기간 보관하더라도 변질되지 않도록 되어 있다.
그리고, 크림 타입의 화장품은 예컨대, 크림, 수분 크림, 영양크림, 나이트 크림 등 용도에 따라 다양한 종류로 제공되고 있고, 이러한 여러 종류의 크림 타입의 화장품은 각각 종류마다 별도의 용기에 담아서 사용되고 있다. 이로 인하여, 사용자는 많은 종류의 화장품이 각각 별개로 담겨 있는 화장품 용기를 사용할 때마다 일일이 개방하여 사용하여야 하는 불편함이 있었고, 외출할 때에는 필요한 화장품별 용기를 전부 휴대하여야 하는 불편함이 있었다.
이러한 종래의 불편함을 해소하기 위하여, 복수의 종류의 크림 타입의 화장품을 하나의 용기에 담아서 보관하는 화장품 용기가 아래 특허문헌에 개시된 것과 같은 것이 제안되어 있다.

이에 본 고안은 상기 종래의 화장품 용기가 가진 단점을 해결하기 위하여 고안된 것으로서, 여러 종류의 크림 타입의 화장품을 하나의 용기에 수용하여 전체 사이즈가 컴팩트하면서 여러 종류의 화장품을 하나의 용기에 수용보관하여 사용이 편리한 화장품 용기를 제공함에 목적이 있다.
또한 본 고안은 하나의 용기에 여러종류의 크림타입의 화장품이 수용된 화장품 용기에서, 용기내에 수용된 화장품이 서로 혼합되지 않도록 용기 내에서 분리수용된 화장품 용기를 제공함에 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 다종의 크림형 화장품을 분리수용하는 다중 격실을 구비한 화장품 용기에 있어서,
상기 화장품 용기는 하부 용기와, 상기 하부 용기의 상부에 나사결합식으로 결합되는 상부 용기와, 상부 용기 상단에 결합되는 상부 커버를 포함하고,
상기 하부 용기는 내부 공간을 다수개의 용도가 서로 다른 다수의 크림 타입의 화장품을 각각 분리하여 수용할 수 있도록 내부 공간에 하나 또는 하나 이상의 하부 격벽을 구비하여 내부공간을 다수 개의 하부 격실을 구획하고,
상기 상부 용기는 하단에 하부 용기의 상단을 덮어주도록 결합하는 커버부와, 상기 커버부의 외측 상면에서 위쪽으로 연장되어 크림타입의 화장품을 수용하는 공간을 형성하는 상부 용기 몸체를 구비하고, 이 상부 용기 몸체의 내부에는 하나 또는 하나 이상의 상부 격벽이 구비되어 상기 상부 용기 몸체의 내부를 하나 이상의 상부 격실로 구획한다.
상기 하부 용기의 측벽 상단면에는 둘레를 따라 결합홈이 형성되고, 상부 용기의 저면 바닥에는 상기 상부 용기가 하부 용기에 완전히 결합되었을 때, 상기 하부 용기의 결합홈에 끼워져 결합되는 결합돌기가 상부 용기의 저면 둘레를 따라 돌출형성된다.
그리고, 상기 상부 용기의 측벽 상단면에는 둘레를 따라 결합홈이 형성되고, 상부 커버의 저면 바닥에는 상기 상부 커버가 상부 용기에 완전히 결합되었을 때, 상기 상부 용기의 결합홈에 끼워져 결합되는 결합돌기가 상부 용기의 저면 둘레를 따라 형성되어 격실에 수용된 화장품이 외부로 누설되지 않게 밀폐한다.
또한, 본 고안은 상기 상부 용기 몸체의 내부에 형성된 상부 격실의 바닥벽이, 상기 커버부의 저면에서 아래쪽으로 돌출되게 형성되어 상부 용기 몸체의 높이를 높이지 않고서도 실질적으로 상부 격실의 체적을 확대한 것에 특징이 있다.
이에 따라,상기 하부 용기의 하부 격벽의 높이는 상기 상부 용기의 격실 바닥벽이 아래쪽으로 연장되는 깊이만큼 하부 용기의 상단면에서 아래쪽으로 축소되게 형성된다.
그리고, 상기 하부 격벽의 상단은, 상기 상부 용기가 하부 용기에 완전히 결합하였을 때, 상기 상부 용기 저면 바닥면에 밀착하여 하부 격실에 수용된 화장품이 다른 격실에 수용된 화장품과 서로 혼합되지 않게 차단한다.
상기한 본 고안의 화장품 용기 구조에 의하면, 조립된 하나의 화장품 용기안에 다수의 종류의 화장품을 수용하여 보관함으로써, 사용자가 화장에 필요한 여러 종류의 화장품을 적은 부피의 용기로써 휴대할 수 있다.
또한 상측의 용기의 바닥을 하측의 용기 내부로 연장하여 상측의 용기의 돌출높이를 증가시키지 않고서도, 즉 용기의 전체 높이를 증대시키지 않고서도 화장품 수용공간의 체적을 증대시켜, 각 용기에 수용된 화장품의 용량 차이를 줄일 수 있다.
그리고, 격실마다 분리 수용된 화장품들은 간단한 실링구조로써 서로 혼합되는 것을 차단할 수 있다.

이하, 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기의 실시예를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명한다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 하부 용기(10)와, 상기 하부 용기(10)의 상부에 나사결합식으로 결합되는 상부 용기(20)와, 상부 용기(20) 상단에 결합되는 상부 커버(30)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 하부 용기(10)는 내부 공간을 다수개의 용도가 서로 다른 다수의 크림 타입의 화장품을 각각 분리하여 수용하는 다수 개의 하부 격실(141,142)을 구획하도록, 내부 공간에 하나 또는 하나 이상의 하부 격벽(13)을 구비한다.
상기 하부 용기(10)의 하부 격벽(13)은 본 실시예에서는 1개의 격벽으로 기재하고 있지만, 본 고안은 이에 한정하지 않고 필요에 따라 1개 이상의 격벽을 구비할 수 있다. 그리고 상기 하부 격벽(13)은 바닥에서 수직 상방향으로 연장되게 구비되고, 높이는 하부 용기(10)의 측벽 상단면(15)의 높이보다 상대적으로 낮게 형성된다. 이에 대하여는 뒤에서 자세히 설명한다.

    상기 상부 용기(20)는 하단에 하부 용기(10)의 상단을 덮어주도록 결합하는 하부용기 커버부(21)와, 상기 하부용기 커버부(21)의 외측 상면에서 위쪽으로 연장되어 크림타입의 화장품을 수용하는 공간을 형성하는 몸체(22)를 구비하고, 이 상부용기 몸체(22)의 내부에는 하나 또는 하나 이상의 상부 격벽(24)가 구비되어 상기 상부용기 몸체(22)의 내부를 하나 이상의 상부 격실(241,242)로 구획하고,
    상기 상부 용기(20)의 몸체(22) 내부에 형성된 상부 격실(241,242)의 바닥벽(26)은, 상기 하부용기 커버부(21)의 저면에서 아래쪽으로 돌출되게 형성되어 상부 격실(241,242)의 체적을 상대적으로 확대한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 용기(10)의 측벽 상단면(15)에는 둘레를 따라 결합홈(151)이 형성되고, 상부 용기(20)의 저면 바닥에는 상기 상부 용기(20)가 하부 용기(10)에 완전히 결합되었을 때, 상기 하부 용기의 결합홈(151)에 끼워져 결합되는 결합돌기(211)가 상부 용기(20)의 저면 둘레를 따라 돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 용기(20)의 측벽 상단면(25)에는 둘레를 따라 결합홈(251)이 형성되고, 상부 커버(30)의 저면 바닥에는 상기 상부 커버(30)가 상부 용기(20)에 완전히 결합되었을 때, 상기 상부 용기(20)의 결합홈(251)에 끼워져 결합되는 결합돌기(31)가 상부 용기(20)의 저면 둘레를 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용기.

  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 격실(241,242)의 바닥벽(26)이 아래쪽으로 연장되는 깊이만큼 상기 하부 용기(10)의 하부 격벽(13)의 높이가 하부 용기(10)의 상단면(15)에서 아래쪽으로 축소되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 격벽(13)의 상단은, 상기 상부 용기(20)가 하부 용기(10)에 완전히 결합하였을 때, 상기 상부 용기(20) 저면 바닥면에 밀착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
