Description

本发明涉及一种固体充填采煤投料输送监控***,尤其适用于采用固体充填采煤技术的井工矿中,监控固体充填采煤投料输送***的状态及运行情况。
背景技术
目前,固体充填采煤技术在全国进行了大范围的推广与应用,其中将地面固体充填物料运输至井下主要还是采用投料输送***,该***可以实现地面固体充填物料安全、高效、连续的运输至井下,保证固体充填采煤工作面物料的供应,其输送能力超过500t/h,输送高度由几十至几百米不等。由于固体充填物料投料输送***的封闭性以及物料投料过程中的巨大冲击力,因此无法实现人工的实时监测,容易出现井上下信息不通畅、储料仓满仓或者无料、投料管堵管等情况的发生。因此,设计出一种固体充填采煤投料输送监控***,对投料输送***的状态及各设备的运行情况进行实时监测与控制,对固体充填采煤投料输送***的运行及固体充填采煤工作面充填物料的供应有较为重要的意义。
发明内容

本发明的目的是提供一种固体充填采煤投料输送监控***,通过对固体充填采煤投料输送的状态及各设备的运行情况进行实时监测与控制。
技术方案:本发明的固体充填采煤投料输送监控***,包括工控机、PLC控制箱、操作台、液晶显示器、彩色四画面分割器、2个视频光接收机及音箱、摄像仪a、摄像仪b、摄像仪c、摄像仪d、井上电子皮带秤、井下电子皮带秤、雷达物位计、煤位传感器、震动传感器以及各配套接线盒和电缆;其中操作台、液晶显示器、彩色四画面分割器、视频光接收机及音箱均安装于控制室内;摄像仪a安装在料场输出口处,摄像仪b安装在井上投料口上方,摄像仪c安装在储料仓的上口处,摄像仪d安装在矸石运输巷内,所有摄像仪的监测视频通过电缆线传输至地面控制室内,实时采集信号在液晶显示器上显示;井上电子皮带秤安装于地面胶带输送机上,井下电子皮带秤安装于井下胶带输送机上;雷达物位计和煤位传感器安装于储料仓内,震动传感器安装于缓冲装置的减震梁下方。
有益效果:本发明采用各种监测、分析及控制设备,实现固体充填采煤投料输送***的状态及各设备运行情况的集中控制、状态监测、记录查询及满仓报警等功能,可实 时的集中掌握投料输送***井上下的信息,控制各设备的启动和停止等,并且可以防止投料输送管道的堵塞,为固体充填采煤投料输送***的安全、高效、连续运行提供了保障,是充填物料运输***中不可缺少的部分。其***简单,易操作,效果好,在本技术领域内具有广泛的实用性。

本发明固体充填采煤投料输送监控***,主要由工控机7、PLC控制箱、操作台6、液晶显示器5、彩色四画面分割器、2个视频光接收机及音箱、摄像仪a(2)、摄像仪b(3)、摄像仪c(14)、摄像仪d(21)、井上电子皮带秤10、井下电子皮带秤24、雷达物位计17、煤位传感器19、震动传感器18以及各配套接线盒和电缆构成;所述的中操作台6、液晶显示器5、彩色四画面分割器、视频光接收机及音箱均安装于控制室4内;所述的摄像仪a(2)安装在料场1输出口处,摄像仪b(3)安装在井上投料口8上方,摄像仪c(14)安装在储料仓20的上口处,摄像仪d(21)安装在矸石运输巷22内,所有摄像仪的监测视频通过电缆线传输至地面控制室4内,分别将料场1堆料情况、井上投料口8情况、井下储料仓20料位情况及缓冲装置15的运行状态、井下给煤机23及井下胶带输送机25的运转情况实时在液晶显示器5上显示;所述的井上电子皮带秤10安装于地面胶带输送机9上,井下电子皮带秤24安装于井下胶带输送机25上,分别实时监测和记录充填物料的过料量;雷达物位计17和煤位传感器19安装于储料仓20内,实时的监测储料仓内的物料量;震动传感器18安装于缓冲装置15的减震梁16下方,实时监测缓冲装置15的运行状态。
工作原理及工作过程:将4台摄像仪a、b、c、d分别安装于料场1、井上投料口8上方、井下储料仓20的上口以及矸石运输巷22内,分别用于实时监控料场1的堆料情况、投料口8的投料情况、储料仓20料位情况及缓冲装置15的运行状态、储料仓20下 口井下给煤机23及井下胶带输送机25的运转情况,通过视频可以直接显示在安装于控制室4内的液晶显示器5上,使工作人员可以随时看到各设备的运转实况;
井上电子皮带秤10安装于地面胶带输送机9上,井下电子皮带秤24安装于井下胶带输送机25上,分别实时监测和记录充填物料的过料量;
雷达物位计17和煤位传感器19安装于储料仓20内,实时的监测储料仓20内的物料量;通过分析雷达物位计17、煤位传感器19的监控数据,可以得出储料仓20内的储料量,当储料量达到设定的最大值时,通过PLC控制箱内的蜂鸣器报警;
震动传感器18安装于缓冲装置15的减震梁16下,实时监测缓冲装置15的运行状态;通过分析震动传感器18的工作状态,如果投料口8在投料,而震动传感器18未监测到震动信号,此时蜂鸣器报警;
将工控机7、操作台6、液晶显示器5、彩色四画面分割器、2个视频光接收机及音箱均安装于控制室4内,摄像仪及传感器传输过来的监控数据通过电缆传输控制室4内,控制室内可以实现地面胶带输送机9、井上电子皮带秤10、井下电子皮带秤24和井下胶带输送机25的启动、停止和闭锁;同时,也可以在控制室内查询各种监控数据的历史记录以及操作记录;当井上电子皮带秤10记录的地面胶带输送机9的过料量,与井下电子皮带秤24记录的井下胶带输送机25的过料量之差,超出了设定数值,蜂鸣器报警;当地面控制室4接到报警,会立即停止地面胶带输送机9和地面给煤机12的运转。
