Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un látex híbrido siliconado consistente en un copolímero metacrílico - polixilosano de la formula partiendo al menos de un monómero metacrínco parcialmente soluble en agua y al menos un macromonómero funcionalizado a base de silicón, insoluble en agua, altamente hidrofóbico y su uso en una formulación base agua, libre de compuestos fluorados, generando superficies altamente hidrofóbica ó superhidrofóbicas con propiedades de autolimpieza o de fácil limpieza.
