一种音频插座 技术领域
本实用新型属于电子元器件技术领域,具体地涉及一种音频插座。
背景技术
传统的耳机插座一般为长方体,内有插槽外有插孔,插孔内部有电极弹簧片,用于固定和接触音频插头,这些弹簧片固定于周围的塑料长方体,并通过电极接出来用于焊接。但是电子设备中的音频信号都是通过不同尺寸的音频插座前的插孔输入或输出的,比如3.5mm或2.5mm插孔。而这些插座的结构都是固定的且尺寸偏大,严重地阻碍了电子设备的小型化,特别是超薄化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能让耳机插头从不同方向***或压入的音频插座。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了下列技术方案:一种音频插座,包括插座本体,所述插座本体内设有凹槽,凹槽内设有若干弹簧片,所述弹簧片电连接插座本体内部的电极,插座本体呈扁平状,凹槽至少有两个可以供耳机插头***或压入的插孔。
在上述的音频插座中,所述凹槽两边的侧壁上设有若干弹簧片,所述弹簧片电连接插座本体内部的电极。
在上述的音频插座中,所述凹槽两边的侧壁呈光滑的弧面结构,所述弹簧片突出侧壁外。
在上述的音频插座中,所述凹槽的顶部向插座本体的内部凹陷。
在上述的音频插座中,所述凹槽的顶部呈向插座本体的内部凹陷的弧形或三角形。
在上述的音频插座中,所述插座本体且位于凹槽两边的部位具有弹性可形变。
在上述的音频插座中,所述插座本体呈扁平状的立方体形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:提供了一种柔性的超薄的音频插座,用于传统的刚性音频插头自由***,特别适合用于超薄型的手机及可穿戴电子设备中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种音频插座,包括插座本体1,所述的插座本体1内设有凹槽2,凹槽2内设有若干弹簧片3,所述的弹簧片3电连接插座本体1内部的电极,插座本体1呈扁平状,凹槽2至少有两个可以供耳机插头***或压入的插孔4,也就是说,耳机插头可以从两个方向进入到凹槽2内,从而为本实用新型提供的音频插座用于超薄型的手机及可穿戴电子设备中提供了一种可能。凹槽2的顶部向插座本体1的内部凹陷。在本实施例中,凹槽2的顶部呈向插座本体1的内部凹陷的弧形或三角形,当耳机插头进入凹槽2内时,耳机插头的顶部能与凹槽的顶部紧密接触。
凹槽2两边的侧壁21上设有若干弹簧片3,所述的弹簧片3电连接插座本体1内部的电极。作为一种优选的方案,凹槽2两边的侧壁21呈光滑的弧面结构,所述的弹簧片3突出侧壁21外。
插座本体1且位于凹槽2两边的部位具有弹性可形变,也就是说,当耳机插座***凹槽2内时,插座本体1能将耳机插头紧密包裹。
插座本体1呈扁平状的立方体形,当然也可以是圆柱形或两边具有平面的圆柱形。
如图2所示,插头从插孔4***时,插座处于超薄状态。当插头***后,插头将插座本体1且位于凹槽2上下两边的柔性材料顶起,被上下固定,而两侧壁21将插头左右固定住。
如图3所示,插头从另一个插孔4压入时,插座处于超薄状态。当插头***后,插头将插座本体1且位于凹槽2两边的的柔性材料顶起,被上下固定,而两侧壁21将插头左右固定住。
如图4所示,插头***或压入到凹槽2中,被固定住。
上述实施例用来解释说明本发明,而不是对本方面进行限制,在本发明的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本方面作出的任何修改和改变,都落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种音频插座,其包括插座本体(1),所述插座本体(1)内设有凹槽(2),所述凹槽(2)内设有若干弹簧片(3),所述弹簧片(3)电连接所述插座本体(1)内部的电极,其特征在于,所述插座本体(1)呈扁平状,所述凹槽(2)至少有两个可以供耳机插头***或压入的插孔(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音频插座,其特征在于,所述凹槽(2)两边的侧壁(21)上设有若干弹簧片(3),所述弹簧片(3)电连接所述插座本体(1)内部的电极。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音频插座,其特征在于,所述凹槽(2)两边的侧壁(21)呈光滑的弧面结构,所述弹簧片(3)突出侧壁(21)外。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音频插座,其特征在于,所述凹槽(2)的顶部向所述插座本体(1)的内部凹陷。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的音频插座,其特征在于,所述凹槽(2)的顶部呈向所述插座本体(1)的内部凹陷的弧形或三角形。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音频插座,其特征在于,所述插座本体(1)且位于所述凹槽(2)两边的部位具有弹性可形变。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音频插座,其特征在于,所述插座本体(1)呈扁平状的立方体形。
