本实用新型的雾化器及电子烟, 具有如下有益效果:
1、 利用吸嘴盖与雾化套将发热丝一端的电子线夹住, 并通过雾化套电连 接外电极, 然后通过利用弹性绝缘套与内电极将发热丝另一端电子线夹住, 能 够保证发热丝电子线与外电极及内电极紧密连接的同时不会堵塞气路,且组装 更方便, 提高了生产效率;
2、 因为吸嘴盖上设置有导入位, 因此当吸嘴盖装入雾化套时, 可以起到 定位导向作用, 同时能够避免组装时将发热丝电子线 A被全部压进雾化套中;
3、 发热丝电子线 A因为吸嘴盖固定花纹的作用, 而与雾化套紧密接触, 且形成多点导通, 能够避免现有技术中发热丝电子线 A需要穿过雾化座, 并 焊接在外电极上, 导致组装不方便及电连接不可靠等问题;
4、 发热丝电子线 B与内电极固定花纹紧密接触而形成多点导通, 能够避 免发热丝电子线 B 需要穿过雾化座, 并焊接在内电极上, 导致组装不方便及 电连接不可靠等问题;
5、 由于本实用新型的雾化器利用吸嘴盖及内电极夹紧发热丝电子线的方 式固定发热丝电子线, 因此雾化器在组装的过程中不需要进行锡焊操作,从而 能够降低雾化器的组装工时和成本, 并且可以防止锡焊过程中造成的环境污 染。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种雾化器及电子烟,利用吸嘴盖与雾化套将发热丝一 端的电子线夹住, 并通过雾化套电连接外电极, 然后通过利用弹性绝缘套与内 电极将发热丝另一端电子线夹住,能够保证发热丝电子线与外电极及内电极紧 密连接的同时不会堵塞气路, 且组装更方便, 提高了生产效率。
请参阅图 2及图 3, 本实用新型提供的利用雾化器吸嘴盖夹紧电子线的雾 化器, 与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 包括吸嘴盖 1、 储油芯 2、 发热丝 3、 发 热丝电子线 A4、 发热丝电子线 B5、 雾化套 6、 弹性绝缘套 7、 外电极 8和内 电极 9; 其中, 所述雾化套 6可以为由金属材料制成或所述雾化套 6内壁设置 有导电材料层, 在此不作限定。
所述吸嘴盖 1及所述外电极 8分别插设在所述雾化套 6的两端,所述内电 极 9插设在所述外电极 8内, 所述弹性绝缘套 7套设在所述内电极 9上; 所述 发热丝电子线 A4的一端与所述发热丝 3的一端相连, 所述发热丝电子线 A4 的另一端夹持在所述吸嘴盖 1的外周面及所述雾化套 6的内周面之间并通过所 述雾化套 6与所述外电极 8电连接;
所述发热丝电子线 B5的一端与所述发热丝 3的另一端相连, 所述发热丝 电子线 B5的另一端夹持在所述弹性绝缘套 7的内周面及所述内电极 9的外周 面之间并与所述内电极 9电连接。
本实用新型利用雾化器吸嘴盖夹紧电子线的雾化器,与电池组件组合形成 电子烟, 包括吸嘴盖 1、 储油芯 2、 发热丝 3、 发热丝电子线 A4、 发热丝电子 线 B5、 雾化套 6、 弹性绝缘套 7、 外电极 8和内电极 9。 由于雾化器通过外电 极 8和内电极 9与电池组件连接, 因此雾化器内的发热丝 3需要与外电极 8 和内电极 9连接。 本实用新型中, 发热丝 3包括发热丝电子线 A4及发热丝电 子线 B5, 其中发热丝电子线 A4通过所述储油芯 2上端的内周面, 安装在所 述吸嘴盖 1的外周面及所述雾化套 6的内周面之间了,并由吸嘴盖 1外周面上 的固定花纹固定; 发热丝电子线 B5通过所述储油芯 2下端的内周面, 安装在 所述弹性绝缘套 7的内周面及所述内电极 9的外周面之间, 并由所述内电极 9 外周面上的固定花纹固定。
由于发热丝 3的电子线不需要焊接即可与外电极 8及内电极 9紧密连接, 因而本实用新型的雾化器具有如下有益效果:
1、 利用吸嘴盖 1将发热丝一端电子线压进雾化套, 并通过雾化套 6连接 外电极, 然后通过利用固定花纹将发热丝另一端电子线与内电极 9压合的方 式,能够保证发热丝电子线与外电极 8及内电极 9紧密连接的同时不会堵塞气 路;
2、 因为吸嘴盖 1上设置有导入位, 因此当吸嘴盖 1装入雾化套 6时, 可 以起到定位导向作用, 同时能够避免发热丝电子线 A被全部压进雾化套 6中;
3、 发热丝电子线 A4因为吸嘴盖 1 固定花纹的作用, 而与雾化套 6紧密 接触, 且形成多点导通, 能够避免发热丝电子线 A需要穿过雾化座 7, 并焊接 在外电极 8上;
4、 发热丝电子线 B与内电极 9固定花纹紧密接触而形成多点导通, 能够 避免发热丝电子线 B需要穿过雾化座 7, 并焊接在内电极 9上;
5、 由于本实用新型的雾化器利用吸嘴盖及内电极夹紧发热丝电子线的方 式固定发热丝电子线, 因此雾化器在组装的过程中不需要进行锡焊操作,从而 能够降低雾化器的组装工时和成本, 并且可以防止锡焊过程中造成的环境污 染。
优选的,
所述吸嘴盖 1为弹性非金属材料制件。
上述的吸嘴盖 1具体可以为由橡胶或硅胶等具有弹性的软胶制成,通过弹 性软件制成的吸嘴盖 1, 可以方便将吸嘴盖 1安装至雾化器的同时能够更好地 固定发热丝电子线 A4。
优选的,
所述储油芯 2呈中空柱状结构, 并包覆在所述发热丝 3的外侧, 其可以为 棉或纤维等材料, 在不作限定。
优选的,
所述发热丝 3呈中空的螺旋柱形结构并沿着所述雾化器的轴向设置。 中空的螺旋柱形结构设计,能够有效增加发热丝 3的长度及发热丝 3与烟 油的接触面积,从而避免了现有技术中沿雾化器的横向设置的发热丝 3与烟油 的接触面积有限, 而无法满足用户对烟雾量的需求的缺陷, 其突破了现有电子 烟烟雾量受限的瓶颈,其避免了现有技术中通过提高电流以提高烟雾量而导致 烟雾温度过高造成仿真烟效果差及烟雾温度高而引起口腔不适等缺陷。
优选的,
所述弹性绝缘套 7设置于所述外电极 8和内电极 9之间,并用于隔离所述 夕卜电极 8和内电极 9。 此种设置方式不仅可使发热丝电子线 B5与内电极 9连 接更可靠, 而且无需增加额外的固定结构, 节约了成本。
优选的,
所述吸嘴盖 1外周面上设置有固定花纹,用于固定所述发热丝电子线 A4; 或 /和,
所述内电极 9外周面上设置有固定花纹,用于固定所述发热丝电子线 B5。 优选的,
所述吸嘴盖 1的固定花纹为波浪纹 11 ;
所述吸嘴盖 1上设置有导入位 12, 所述导入位 12设置在所述波浪纹 11 的下方, 用于导入所述发热丝电子线 A4;
所述吸嘴盖 1的底部开设有截面为 E型的槽位, 所述槽位的中部为通孔。 请参阅图 4, 由于吸嘴盖 1上设置有导入位 12, 因而在装配时, 可以起到 定位导向作用, 同时可以便于吸嘴盖 1的安装及固定发热丝电子线 A4。

1及密封件 10装配至雾化器上,并将发热丝电子线 A4压合在雾化套 6的内周 面时, 可以由于密封件 10的弹力作用而将发热丝电子线 A4紧密压合在雾化 套 6的内周面的同时不会对发热丝电子线 A4造成损坏。

所述内电极上的固定花纹为螺纹或波浪纹。
请参阅图 11至图 14, 需要说明的是, 上述内电极 9上的固定花纹除了可 以为螺纹或波浪纹之外, 还可以为锯齿纹等可以固定发热丝电子线 B的花纹, 在此处不作限定。
以上介绍了本实用新型雾化器, 本实用新型的雾化器具有如下有益效果: 1、 利用吸嘴盖将发热丝一端电子线压进雾化套, 并通过雾化套连接外电 极, 然后通过利用固定花纹将发热丝另一端电子线与内电极压合的方式, 能够 保证发热丝电子线与外电极及内电极紧密连接的同时不会堵塞气路;

6、 发热丝的电子线因吸嘴盖密封圈上波浪纹而让电子线与金属雾化套紧 密接触, 且形成多点导通; 避免发热丝需要穿过雾化座, 并焊接在外电极上; 7、 由于本实用新型的雾化器利用吸嘴盖及内电极夹紧发热丝电子线的方 式固定发热丝电子线, 因此雾化器在组装的过程中不需要进行锡焊操作,从而 能够降低雾化器的组装工时和成本, 并且可以防止锡焊过程中造成的环境污 染。
下面介绍本实用新型提供的电子烟, 包括雾化器和电池组件, 所述雾化器 与所述电池组件连接,所述雾化器为本实用新型雾化器实施例中所描述的雾化 器。 在本实施例中, 所述雾化器与所述电池组件为可拆卸连接结构。 可以理解 的是, 所述雾化器与所述电池组件也可以设置为不可拆卸的一体结构,在此不 作限定。
由于本实用新型电子烟的雾化器与本实用新型雾化器的结构相同,因此本 实用新型的电子烟也应当具有相同的技术效果。所述电池组件为现有的电池组 件, 在此不再赘述。
以上对本实用新型所提供的一种雾化器及电子烟进行了详细介绍。本文中 应用了具体个例对本实用新型的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说 明只是用于帮助理解本实用新型的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以对本实 用新型进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本实用新型权利要求的保 护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种雾化器, 其用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括 吸嘴盖(1)、 储油芯(2)、 发热丝(3)、 发热丝电子线 A (4)、 发热丝电子线 B (5)、 雾化套(6)、 弹性绝缘套(7)、 外电极(8)和内电极(9);
所述吸嘴盖( 1 )及所述外电极( 8 )分别插设在所述雾化套( 6 )的两端, 所述内电极(9)插设在所述外电极(8) 内, 所述弹性绝缘套(7)套设在所 述内电极(9)上; 所述发热丝电子线 A (4) 的一端与所述发热丝 (3) 的一 端相连, 所述发热丝电子线 A (4)的另一端夹持在所述吸嘴盖(1 )的外周面 及所述雾化套(6) 的内周面之间并通过所述雾化套(6)与所述外电极(8) 电连接;
所述发热丝电子线 B (5)的一端与所述发热丝(3)的另一端相连, 所述 发热丝电子线 B (5)的另一端夹持在所述弹性绝缘套(7)的内周面及所述内 电极(9) 的外周面之间并与所述内电极(9) 电连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述发热丝(3)呈中空 的螺旋柱形结构并沿着所述雾化器的轴向设置。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述储油芯(2)呈中空 柱状结构, 并包覆在所述发热丝 (3) 的外侧。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖 ( 1 )为弹性 非金属材料制件。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述弹性绝缘套(7 )设 置于所述外电极(8)和内电极(9)之间, 并用于隔离所述外电极(8)和内 电极 ( 9 )。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖( 1 )外周面 上设置有固定花纹, 用于固定所述发热丝电子线 A (4); 或 /和,
所述内电极(9)外周面上设置有固定花纹, 用于固定所述发热丝电子线 B (5)。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖(1)的固定 花纹为波浪纹( 11 );
所述吸嘴盖( 1 )上设置有导入位 ( 12 ), 所述导入位 ( 12 )设置在所述波 浪纹(11) 的下方, 用于导入所述发热丝电子线 A (4);
所述吸嘴盖的底部开设有截面为 E型的槽位, 所述槽位的中部为通孔。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖(1)的固定 花纹为波浪纹;
所述吸嘴盖( 1 )上设置有导入位 ( 12 ), 所述导入位 ( 12 )设置在所述波 浪纹(11) 的下方, 用于导入所述发热丝电子线 A (4);
所述吸嘴盖的底部中央开设有中心通孔;
所述吸嘴盖的底部开设有与所述中心通孔相连接的圓形凹槽。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器还包括 密封件 ( 10 );
所述密封件( 10 )设置在所述吸嘴盖 ( 1 )与所述储油芯 ( 2 )之间。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述密封件(10)外周面上设置有波浪纹;
所述密封件( 10)上设置有导入位,所述导入位设置在所述波浪纹的下方。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述密封件(10) 为弹性非金属材料制件。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖 (1) 中部 开设有通孔, 并设置有卡位;
所述密封件(10)上设置有与所述卡位相配合的卡槽;
所述密封件(10) 的外周面与所述雾化套(6) 的内周面夹紧所述发热丝 电子线 A (4)。
13、 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述内电极(9)上的 固定花纹为螺纹或波浪纹。
14、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器和电池组件, 所述雾化器与所述电池组件连 接, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器为权利要求 1至 13中任一项所述的雾化器。
